[0051] 2、 控制第一球囊 212与第二球囊 220张幵, 堵塞血管, 从而形成血管空腔; [0052] 3、 在人体外通过中空导管 100注入合理、 适用的喷射液如生理盐水到液体暂存 腔 340之内, 再通过合适的喷射孔 350将生理盐水喷射到血管空腔之中, 对血管 空腔进行"清洗";
[0053] 4、 由安装在抽排腔中的抽液装置将上述生理盐水抽出体外;
[0054] 5、 由安装在图像腔中的图像采集装置进行拍摄并传输视频图像到体外。

[0058] 去除步骤: 选择合适的喷射孔 350并控制喷射孔 350的压力至合适压强, 冲击血 栓; 控制抽液系统抽出冲散之血凝、 血斑等;
[0059] 清洗步骤: 控制喷射孔 350的压力至合适压强, 调换合适药液, 清洗、 融化病 灶; 控制抽液系统抽出炎症脓血等。
[0060] 另外, 在某些实施方式中, 为了充分扩展上述治疗手段, 分隔板 360还将功能 管的内腔还分割成至少一个从头至尾延伸的附加功能腔, 该附加功能腔内安装 有用于实现注射、 热熔、 药疗、 电灼、 机械切削、 粘合和激光传送中任意功能 的附加功能装置。 例如当选择注射附加功能腔吋, 可通过注射头向病灶注射药 业; 当选择机械切削附加功能腔吋, 可通过机械切削系统将病灶切除, 切下的 碎血栓等可通过机械切削系统或者抽液系统带出体外。
[0061] 上述附加功能腔的设定能够使得在人体外部通过选择不同的附加功能腔或者不 同附加功能腔的结合来对病灶进行合理的治疗。 例如, 可以单独选择附加功能 腔中的一种对病灶进行治疗, 例如当选择药疗附加功能腔吋, 就可以以药疗的 方法将相应药物直接喷至病灶或注射入病灶内; 也可以在选择药附加功能腔的 同吋选择热熔附加功能腔, 通过热熔方法融化血管堵塞物并配以药物进行治疗

[权利要求 1] 血管内实施清晰观测及手术的设备,其特征在于包括:
中空导管, 其一端置于血管内部, 另一端置于体外;
隔离组件, 用于对血液进行隔离, 以在血管的内部形成一段无血液流 过的血管空腔; 及
功能管, 所述功能管连接于中空导管的一端并处于所述血管空腔之内 , 其具有内腔, 用于安装各功能装置或输送液体以进行观测或手术。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述中空导管采用软质材料 制成。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述隔离组件包括球囊导管 及第二球囊, 所述球囊导管包括导管及设于导管长度方向上的第一球 囊, 所述第二球囊设于所述中空导管与功能管的连接处, 以使所述功 能管处于第一球囊与第二球囊之间。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述球囊导管可采用 PTCA球 囊类导管。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述功能管上设 有喷射孔, 用于向所述血管空腔内喷射液体。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述喷射孔可设于所述功能 管的内壁、 外壁及端壁中的至少一处。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 6所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述内壁围成所述内腔, 所 述内壁、 外壁及端壁围成一用于暂存液体液体暂存腔, 从而使得液体 能够从所述喷射孔中喷射而出。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述功能管的内腔设置有分 隔板, 所述分隔板将所述功能管的内腔分割成多个从头至尾延伸且相 互独立的主功能腔, 用于安装主功能装置, 其中至少一个主功能腔可 为图像腔, 用于安装图像采集装置, 至少一个主功能腔可为球囊腔, 用于安装球囊导管, 至少一个主功能腔可为抽排腔, 用于安装抽液装 置。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述分隔板将所述功能管的 内腔还分割成至少一个从头至尾延伸的附加功能腔, 该附加功能腔内 安装有用于实现注射、 热熔、 药疗、 电灼、 机械切削、 粘合和激光传 送中任意功能的附加功能装置。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 9所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括控制器, 所述控制器 与所述各功能装置、 附加功能装置、 第一球囊、 第二球囊及喷射孔连 接, 用以控制各主功能装置、 附加功能装置、 第一球囊、 第二球囊及 喷射孔的动作。
