- 격자와 단어를 이용한 위치 표시 및 검색장치에 있어서:위치표시의 대상이 되는 지리학적 영역을 구분하는 복수의 단위격자들 각각에 대하여 부여된 격자아이디와 복수의 단어들이 배열된 구조의 위치키워드를 각각 매칭시켜, 복수의 격자아이디들 및 복수의 위치키워드들에 대한 정보를 저장하는 위치키워드 저장부와;특정 위치키워드가 입력되면, 입력된 위치키워드에 매칭되는 격자아이디를 검색하고, 검색된 격자아이디에 대응되는 단위격자의 대표 좌표를 지도상에 출력하는 격자 검색부와;특정위치에 대한 지리적 좌표가 입력되면, 상기 지리적 좌표가 포함된 단위격자의 격자아이디에 매칭되는 적어도 하나의 위치키워드를 검색하여 출력하는 위치키워드 검색부를 구비하고,상기 위치키워드는 명사들이 나열된 구조나, 문장을 구성하는 단어들의 배열구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 위치표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 격자아이디에 대응되는 단위격자의 영역정보 및 대표 좌표 정보를 저장하며,특정위치에 대한 지리적 좌표가 입력되면, 상기 지리적 좌표가 포함된 단위격자의 격자아이디를 검색하거나 상기 지리적 좌표를 격자아이디로 변환하여 상기 위치키워드 검색부에 제공하고,상기 격자 검색부를 통해 검색된 격자아이디가 입력되면, 검색된 격자아이디에 대응되는 단위격자의 대표 좌표를 검색하거나, 상기 격자아이디를 상기 대표 좌표로 변환하여 상기 격자 검색부에 제공하는 격자정보 제공부를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 위치 표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 위치키워드는, 고정 위치키워드와 유동 위치키워드로 구분되고,상기 고정 위치키워드는 상기 격자 아이디에 고정적으로 매칭되어 변경이 불가능한 위치키워드이고,상기 유동 위치키워드는 상기 고정 위치키워드와는 별도로 사용자에 의해 상기 격자아이디에 매칭되도록 등록된 위치키워드이며,상기 위치키워드 저장부는,상기 격자아이디를 이용하여 대응되는 고정 위치키워드를 검색하기 위한 정보 및 상기 고정 위치키워드를 이용하여 대응되는 격자아이디를 검색하기 위한 정보가 저장된 고정 위치키워드 저장부와;상기 격자아이디를 이용하여 대응되는 유동 위치키워드를 검색하기 위한 정보 및 상기 유동 위치키워드를 이용하여 대응되는 격자아이디를 검색하기 위한 정보가 저장된 유동 위치키워드 저장부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 위치 표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 위치키워드 검색부는, 상기 유동 위치키워드가 존재하는 경우 상기 고정 위치키워드 및 상기 유동 위치키워드를 검색하여 함께 출력하고,상기 격자 검색부는, 특정 위치키워드가 입력되면, 상기 고정 위치키워드 저장부를 먼저 검색하여 입력된 위치키워드에 매칭되는 격자아이디를 검색하고, 검색된 격자아이디에 대응되는 단위격자의 대표좌표를 지도상에 출력하며,입력된 위치키워드가 고정 위치키워드가 아닐 경우에 상기 유동 위치키워드 저장부를 검색함을 특징으로 하는 위치 표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 위치키워드 검색부는 상기 유동 위치키워드가 존재하는 경우 상기 고정 위치키워드를 검색함이 없이 상기 유동 위치키워드 만을 검색하여 출력하고,상기 격자 검색부는 특정 위치키워드가 입력되면, 상기 고정 위치키워드 저장부를 먼저 검색하여 입력된 위치키워드에 매칭되는 격자아이디를 검색하고, 검색된 격자아이디에 대응되는 단위격자의 대표좌표를 지도상에 출력하며,입력된 위치키워드가 고정 위치키워드가 아닐 경우에 상기 유동 위치키워드 저장부를 검색함을 특징으로 하는 위치 표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,사용자의 필요에 따라, 특정 지리적 좌표 또는 특정 격자아이디에 대응되는 상기 유동 위치키워드를 상기 고정 위치키워드와는 별도로 등록하여 상기 유동 위치키워드 저장부에 저장하기 위한 위치키워드 등록부를 더 구비하고,상기 위치 키워드 등록부는 상기 유동 위치키워드가 입력되면, 상기 유동 위치키워드를 구성하는 단어들에 대한 제약사항 검사, 금칙어 포함여부검사 및 이미 등록된 위치키워드 존재여부를 판단하여 상기 유동 위치키워드의 등록여부를 결정함을 특징으로 하는 위치표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 위치키워드 저장부는,상기 격자아이디를 이용하여 상기 위치키워드를 저장하는 경우에는, 상기 격자아이디를 일정단위로 구분하고, 구분된 격자아이디를 이용하여 계층적으로 저장경로를 구성하여 대응되는 위치키워드를 저장하고,상기 위치키워드를 이용하여 상기 격자아이디를 저장하는 경우에는, 상기 위치키워드를 이용하여 단어별로 구분하고, 구분된 단어들을 이용하여 계층적으로 저장경로를 구성하여 대응되는 격자아이디를 저장함을 특징으로 하는 위치표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 고정 위치키워드 및 상기 유동 위치키워드를 구성하는 단어에는, 문자로 표현가능한 숫자, 특수문자, 기호가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 위치표시 및 검색장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단위격자의 대표 좌표는 상기 단위격자의 중심점 좌표, 상기 단위격자의 최소 좌표, 상기 단위격자의 최대 좌표, 상기 단위격자 내의 임의의 지점의 좌표 중 어느 하나의 좌표임을 특징으로 하는 위치 표시 및 검색장치.
- 위치 표시 및 검색방법에 있어서:위치표시의 대상이 되는 지리학적 영역을 구분하는 복수의 단위격자들 각각에 대하여 격자아이디를 부여하고, 상기 격자아이디 각각에 대하여 복수의 단어들이 배열된 구조로 변경이 불가능한 고정 위치키워드를 상기 격자아이디에 각각 매칭시켜, 복수의 격자아이디들 및 복수의 고정 위치키워드들에 대한 정보를 저장한 장치가 준비되는 준비단계와;사용자가 임의로 정한 복수의 단어들이 배열된 구조의 유동 위치키워드를, 사용자가 원하는 특정 지리적 좌표가 속하는 특정 단위격자의 격자아이디에 매칭시켜 등록하는 등록단계와;특정 지리적 좌표가 입력되면, 입력된 지리적 좌표가 포함된 단위격자의 정 격자아이디를 검색하거나 상기 지리적 좌표를 상기 격자아이디로 변환하고, 상기 격자아이디에 매칭되는 적어도 하나의 위치키워드를 검색하여 출력하고,특정 위치키워드가 입력되면, 입력된 위치키워드에 매칭되는 격자아이디를 검색하고, 검색된 격자아이디에 대응되는 단위격자의 대표 좌표를 지도상에 출력하는 검색단계를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 위치표시 및 검색방법.
