Abstract

La présente invention concerne un profilé d'entretoise (101) destiné à être monté entre des vitres (103, 105) pour former un écartement entre lesdites vitres, ledit profilé comprenant une surface intérieure (111) orientée vers l'espace intérieur lorsqu'il est monté entre lesdites vitres ; une surface extérieure (113) opposée à ladite surface intérieure, des faces latérales opposées (107, 109) reliant ladite surface intérieure et ladite surface extérieure comprenant un premier matériau de couche latérale s'étendant sensiblement dans une direction (303) entre ladite surface intérieure (111) et la surface extérieure (113). Le profilé d'entretoise comprend ainsi deux parties, à savoir une partie supérieure (115) comprenant la surface intérieure dudit profilé d'entretoise reliée à la section supérieure (121, 123) des faces latérales opposées (107, 109) ; et une partie inférieure (117) comprenant la surface extérieure dudit profilé d'entretoise reliée à la section inférieure (125, 127) des faces latérales opposées (107, 109). Dans l'ensemble de la demande, la section inférieure est la partie qui comprend la partie de surface latérale lisse conçue en vue de l'ajout d'un matériau de liaison, tel qu'une couche de butyle, lors de la liaison desdites vitres audit profilé d'entretoise. Au moins quatre pliages (305, 307, 309, 311) sont présents au niveau de chacune desdites faces latérales opposées de la section supérieure desdites surfaces latérales, un pliage étant un changement de direction dans lequel ladite couche latérale s'étend, suivie d'un segment (306, 308, 310, 312) dudit matériau de couche latérale s'étendant dans une nouvelle direction, chacune desdites faces latérales opposées comprenant deux couches chevauchantes sensiblement parallèles.
