Claims (12)
- Entretoise (1) pour former un espacement entre des panneaux de verre (41, 42), dotée d'une pièce (10) constituée d'un matériau plastique et d'une feuille métallique (30),
dans laquelle ladite pièce (10) est formée comme un profil rectangulaire, sensiblement en forme de U comportant une partie de paroi intérieure (11) et deux pieds latéraux (12a, 12b) s'étendant loin de ladite partie de paroi (11), et
dans laquelle ladite feuille métallique (30) comporte une partie de paroi extérieure (31) et deux parois latérales (32a, 32b) s'étendant depuis ladite partie de paroi (31), dans laquelle une surface extérieure (19a, 19b) desdits pieds (12a, 12b) est au moins partiellement recouverte par les parois latérales (32a, 32b) de ladite feuille (30),
caractérisée en ce que
chaque pied (12a, 12b) comprend un évidement (15a, 15b), et
chaque paroi latérale (32a, 32b) comprend à son extrémité un élément d'engagement sous la forme d'une languette (33a, 33b), et
chaque languette (33a, 33b) de la feuille métallique (30) est engagée dans l'évidement (15a, 15b) de l'un des pieds (12a, 12b) de la pièce (10). - Entretoise selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les pieds (12a, 12b) ont un bord extérieur arrondi (17a, 17b), et
dans laquelle une zone de transition (34a, 34b) entre ladite paroi extérieure (31) et lesdites parois latérales (32a, 32b) de ladite feuille (30) est formée de façon à s'adapter au bord arrondi (17a, 17b) desdits pieds (12a, 12b). - Entretoise selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la feuille (30) est courbée sur un angle de plus de 90° dans ladite zone de transition (34a, 34b).
- Entretoise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle les parois latérales (32a, 32b) s'étendent sur au moins 50 % de la largeur (d) desdits pieds (12a, 12b) dans une direction vers ladite partie de paroi intérieure (11), et s'étendent de préférence vers ladite partie de paroi intérieure (11) sur une distance (d) telle qu'elle forme une surface de contact pour un joint principal (43, 44) quand cette entretoise (1) est montée entre deux panneaux de verre (41, 42).
- Entretoise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle ladite pièce (10) comporte un bourrelet de renfort (16a, 16b) disposé sur un côté intérieur (20a, 20b) de ladite pièce (10) adjacent audit evidement (15a, 15b).
- Entretoise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la partie de paroi extérieure (31) de ladite feuille (30) et la partie de paroi intérieure (11) de ladite pièce (10) sont dotées de dépressions (13) et de saillies (35) disposées de telle sorte que quand une pluralité d'entretoises (1) sont disposées dans un empilement, les dépressions (13) et les saillies (35) des entretoises (1) voisines puissent s'engager les unes avec les autres.
- Entretoise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle les parois latérales (32a, 32b) de ladite feuille (30) sont fixées auxdits pieds (12a, 12b) également au moyen d'un adhésif (3).
- Procédé de production d'une entretoise (1) pour former un espacement (47) entre des panneaux de verre (41, 42) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant les étapes de :- fourniture d'une pièce allongée (10) constituée de matière plastique, de préférence une pièce extrudée (10), comprenant des pieds (12a, 12b) s'étendant depuis une partie de paroi intérieure (11),- fourniture d'une feuille métallique (30) pour former une paroi extérieure (31) de ladite entretoise (1),- fixation de ladite feuille métallique (30) et ladite pièce (10) l'une à l'autre de telle manière que les pieds (12a, 12b) de ladite pièce (10) soient au moins partiellement couverts par les parois latérales (32a, 32b) de ladite feuille métallique (30).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la feuille métallique (30) est fournie initialement comme une feuille (30) sensiblement plate, et dans lequel la feuille est roulée autour d'un bord (17a, 17b) desdits pieds (12a, 12b) de telle manière qu'une surface intérieure (36a, 36b) desdites parois latérales (32a, 32b) soit en contact avec une surface extérieure (19a, 19b) desdits pieds (12a, 12b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'élément d'engagement sous la forme d'une languette (33a, 33b) desdites parois latérales (32a, 32b) est engagé avec une surface d'engagement formée par un évidement (15a, 15b) formé dans un pied (12a, 12b) de ladite pièce (10).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10, dans lequel un adhésif (3) est appliqué entre une surface intérieure (36a, 36b) de la feuille métallique (30) et la surface extérieure (19a, 19b) desdits pieds (12a, 12b) de ladite pièce (10) en plastique.
- Procédé de production d'une entretoise (1) pour former un espacement (47) entre des panneaux de verre (41, 42) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, le procédé comprenant les étapes de :- fourniture d'une feuille sensiblement plate de matière de la pièce en plastique,- formation de la feuille de matière plastique dans une forme étendue formant un profil.
