然后,将下框13在图3所示的从下向上的方向装入中框11,以使得下框13与中框11相连接,进而使得在装入完成之后,如图4所示,下框13的底壁131与上框12的顶壁122呈相对设置,底壁131上的止挡件132位于第二侧壁123远离第一侧壁111的一侧并与第二侧壁123的相邻侧面彼此平行,而且止挡件132与第一侧壁111之间的距离设置成防止第一卡和部112与第二卡和部124彼此脱开,该设置可以包括两种情况:其中一种为止挡件132弹性抵靠于第二侧壁123远离第一侧壁111的一侧,另一种为止挡件132与第二侧壁123间隔设置,二者的间隔距离设置成在第二侧壁123相对第一侧壁111产生由间隔距离所限定的最大形变时,第一卡合部112和第二卡合部124仍保持配合状态,这两种情况均可以保证上框12与中框11在图4所示的左右方向的卡扣可靠性,结合上述的保证了上框12与中框11在上下方向的卡扣可靠性,进而在整体上保证了上框12与中框11的卡扣可靠性。
其中,在一应用实施例中,上述的下框13与中框11的连接方式亦可是卡扣连接。
参阅图5,第一侧壁111上设置有第三卡和部114,可选的,第三卡和部114为卡勾,该卡勾设置于第一侧壁111的内侧并外露于第一侧壁111,在其他实施例中,第三卡和部114也可以是卡槽。
其中,第三卡和部114的卡勾包括第三倾斜导引面1141及第二卡合面1142。
进一步地,第一侧壁111还设有第三台阶结构115,具体地,在第一侧壁111的内侧在底端位置设置有第三台阶结构115。
下框13进一步包括与底壁131连接的第三侧壁133,第三侧壁133上设置有第四卡和部134,可选的,第四卡和部134为与第三卡和部114 的卡勾配合的卡槽,在其他实施例中,若第三卡和部114为卡槽,则第四卡和部134为与该卡槽配合的卡勾。
其中,第三侧壁133的顶部设置有与第三倾斜导引面1141配合的第四倾斜导引面1331。
进一步地,下框13还设置有第四台阶结构135,可选的,在下框13的外侧底端的位置设置有第四台阶结构135,且第四台阶结构135可与第三台阶结构115相互契合。
共同参阅图1、图5及图6,在将下框13装入中框11中时,可在如图5所示的由下至上的方向将下框13装入中框11,即将第三侧壁133插入中框11,在该插入过程中,第三侧壁133上的第四倾斜导引面1331与第三卡和部114的卡勾上的第三倾斜导引面1141相配合,以使得第三侧壁133在第三倾斜导引面1141与第四倾斜导引面1331的作用下发生弹性变形,进而使得第三卡和部114的卡勾沿第三侧壁133的侧面相对移动直至如图6所示的位于第四卡和部134内部,并由背离该插入方向的第二卡合面1142保持在第四卡和部134的卡槽内时,第三侧壁133恢复至未发生弹性变形的状态,位于第一侧壁111的内侧且与第一侧壁111呈相对设置,以使得中框11与下框13通过第三卡和部114与第四卡和部134卡扣连接,此时,中框11上的第三台阶结构115与下框13上的第三台阶结构135相互契合,使得下框13停止装入,下框13与中框11装配结束,且在装配结束之后,使得上述的止挡件132位于第二侧壁123远离第一侧壁111的一侧,且止挡件132与第一侧壁111之间的距离设置成防止第一卡合部112和第二卡合部124彼此脱开。
参阅图7,本发明提供的显示装置实施例包括上述的壳体组件20及显示屏(未标示)。
其中,显示屏由顶壁222压持固定与底壁(图中未显示)上,且显示屏的显示区域至少部分经开口区域221外露以供观看或使用。
在一应用场景中,通过遥控器控制无人机飞行,本实施例中的显示装置固定于遥控器上,该无人机具有航拍功能,在遥控器控制无人机航拍的同时,将航拍内容显示于该显示装置的显示屏上供操作者观看,为 操作者提高航拍体验。
区别于现有技术,本发明通过上框的第二侧壁位于中框的第一侧壁内侧与第一侧壁卡扣连接,并在下框的底壁上设置止挡件,该止挡件设置于第二侧壁远离第一侧壁的一侧,且该止挡件与第一侧壁之间的距离设置成防止第一侧壁和第二侧壁卡扣连接彼此脱开的方法,使得上框与中框的卡扣连接不会彼此脱开,保证了上框与中框的卡扣可靠性,且与现有技术中通过螺栓连接上框与中框防止两者的卡扣连接彼此脱开的方法相比,在外观上更加美观。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示装置的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括:
    中框,包括呈环形设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁上设置有第一卡合部;
    上框,包括设置有开口区域的顶壁以及与所述顶壁连接的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁上设置有第二卡合部,其中所述第二侧壁设置于所述第一侧壁的内侧且与所述第一侧壁相对设置,以使得所述中框和所述上框通过所述第一卡合部和所述第二卡合部卡扣连接;
    下框,包括与所述顶壁相对设置的底壁,所述底壁上设置有止挡件,所述止挡件设置于所述第二侧壁远离所述第一侧壁的一侧,且所述止挡件与所述第一侧壁之间的距离设置成防止所述第一卡合部和所述第二卡合部彼此脱开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述止挡件弹性抵靠于所述第二侧壁远离所述第一侧壁的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述止挡件与所述第二侧壁间隔设置,二者的间隔距离设置成在所述第二侧壁相对所述第一侧壁产生由所述间隔距离所限定的最大形变时,所述第一卡合部和所述第二卡合部仍保持配合状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述止挡件的尺寸在从顶端到与所述底壁连接的底端的方向上逐渐增大。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述止挡件与所述第二侧壁的相邻侧面彼此平行。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡合部为卡勾,所述第二卡合部为与所述卡勾配合的卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述卡勾包括朝向所述第二侧壁的插入方向设置的第一倾斜导引面以及背离所述插入方向设置的卡合面,所述第二侧壁的端部设置有与所述第一倾斜导引面配合的第二倾斜导引面,以使得在所述第二侧壁沿所述插入方向装入 所述中框的过程中,所述第二侧壁在所述第一倾斜导引面和所述第二倾斜导引面的作用下发生弹性形变,进而使得所述卡勾沿所述第二侧壁的侧面相对移动至所述卡槽内部,并由所述卡合面保持在所述卡槽内部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述中框上设置有第一台阶结构,所述第二侧壁上设置有第二台阶结构,当所述第一卡合部和所述第二卡合部卡扣连接时,所述第二台阶结构与所述第一台阶结构相互契合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述下框进一步包括与所述底壁连接的第三侧壁,其中所述第一侧壁上进一步设置有第三卡合部,所述第三侧壁上设置有第四卡合部,所述第三侧壁设置于所述第一侧壁的内侧且与所述第一侧壁相对设置,以使得所述中框和所述下框通过所述第三卡合部和所述第四卡合部卡扣连接,所述中框上还设置有第三台阶结构,所述下框还设置有第四台阶结构,当所述第三卡和部与所述第四卡和部卡扣连接时,所述第四台阶结构与所述第三台阶结构相互契合。
  10. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括权利要求1至9任意一项所述的壳体组件以及显示屏,其中所述显示屏由所述顶壁压持固定于所述底壁上,且所述显示屏的显示区域至少部分经所述开口区域外露。
