一种显示装置及其壳体组件(10)，该壳体组件(10)包括：中框(11)、上框(12)及下框(13)，中框(11)的第一侧壁(111)设有第一卡合部(112)，上框(12)的第二侧壁(123)设有第二卡合部(124)，第二侧壁(123)设置于第一侧壁(111)的内侧且与第一侧壁(111)相对设置，以使得中框(11)和上框(12)通过第一卡合部(112)和第二卡合部(124)卡扣连接，下框(13)的底壁设有止挡件(132)，止挡件(132)设置于第二侧壁(123)远离第一侧壁(111)的一侧，且止挡件(132)与第一侧壁(111)之间的距离设置成防止第一卡合部(112)和所述第二卡合部(124)彼此脱开。通过这种组件，使得上框(12)与中框(11)的卡扣连接不会彼此脱开，保证了上框(12)与中框(11)的卡扣可靠性。
