Description

本发明涉及智能终端领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端和移动终端的固定方法。
背景技术
智能终端上的触摸屏固定于终端上时一般通过如下方式固定:(1)在触摸屏的周边和终端与其连接的壳体上设置双面胶,从而使得触摸屏固定于终端上;(2)将触摸屏置于壳体上,通过点胶技术注入两者的连接处进行粘接;发明人在实施上述固定方式时,发现以下缺陷:(1)由于现在的智能终端比如说手机皆朝着超薄超窄边的方向发展,因此双面胶的固定方式对双面胶的加工要求较大,因为当双面胶宽度太窄小于0.8mm时,双面胶较难加工,并且就算能够加出来,由于其宽度太窄,粘度亦很难得到保证,现有的很多智能终端就因为通过双面胶的固定方式固定触摸屏而导致触摸屏起翘的想象日益增多;(2)若采用点胶的方式固定触摸屏,当遇到超窄边的智能终端上时,则较为困难甚至无法采用该种固定方式,因为点胶的固定方式需要最少0.4mm的点胶宽度。
因此需要一种加工较为方便和连接强度较佳的固定方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加工方便、连接较为稳固的移动终端。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端,包括触摸屏和框壳,所述触摸屏的周边设置第一卡接件,所述框壳的内周面设置第二卡接件,当所触摸屏固定于所述框壳上时,所述第二卡接件卡接于所述第一卡接件。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件为开设于所述触摸屏周面上的凹槽,所述第二卡接件为突设于所述框壳的内周面上的凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凹槽为开设于所述触摸屏周面上的环形凹槽,所述凸起为突设于所述框壳的内周面上的环状突起。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凹槽为多个,多个所述凹槽均匀排布于所述触摸屏周面上,所述凸起为多个,多个所述凸起均匀排布于所述框壳的内周面上,当所述触摸屏固定于所述框壳上时,所述凸起嵌设于所述凹槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括相对设置的两个侧壁,一所述侧壁临近所述凹槽的开口端处突设一挤压凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凹槽还包括连接于所述两个侧壁之间的底壁,所述底壁与所述两个侧壁的连接处为圆弧过渡。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述底壁为朝远离所述凹槽的开口端的方向凹陷的圆弧面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述框壳的材质为铝、铝合金或金或银。
  9. 一种移动终端的固定方法,其特征在于,包括:
    提供触摸屏;
    提供框壳;
    提供滚轮;
    在所述触摸屏的周边设置第一卡接件;
    在所述框壳的内周面设置第二卡接件;
    将滚轮沿着所述框壳的外周面滚动一周,使所述第二卡接件卡接于所述第一卡接件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述触摸屏的周边设置所 述第一卡接件的步骤包括:
    将所述触摸屏周面上通过玻璃打磨的方式设置所述第一卡接件为凹槽。
