 下記の表1,2に示す配合成分を配合(配合単位は質量%)し、整髪剤組成物を調製した。実施例1~11で得られた整髪剤組成物の性状はいずれもジェル状であった。なお、表中の配合量は、純分での配合量で示した。

     前記成分Aの含有量が0.1質量%以上、5.0質量%以下であり、
     前記成分Bの含有量が1.0質量%以上、10.0質量%以下であり、
     前記成分Cの含有量が5.0質量%以上、25.0質量%以下であり、
     前記成分Dの含有量が5.0質量%以下であり、
     前記成分Dの含有量の前記成分Aの含有量に対する質量比が、0.1以上である、整髪剤組成物。
     成分A:シリカ
     成分B:数平均分子量が10000以上、20000以下であるポリオキシエチレン/ポリオキシプロピレンランダム共重合体、及び数平均分子量が300以上、1000以下であるポリオキシプロピレンソルビットからなる群より選ばれる化合物
     成分C:ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油
     成分D:(エイコサン二酸/テトラデカン二酸)ポリグリセリル
