Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de coke à partir de charbon dans un four à coke, un four à coke et l'utilisation de ce four à coke pour préparer du coke à partir de charbon. Le procédé de préparation de coke à partir de charbon dans un four à coke à récupération de chaleur comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : (A) utilisation de charbon (1) dans au moins une chambre primaire du four à coke, (B) combustion au moins partielle du gaz dégagé par le charbon dans ladite au moins une chambre primaire par introduction d'air à travers au moins une partie pour fournir de l'air (4) à ladite au moins une chambre primaire et carbonisation du charbon pour obtenir du coke à une température T1, (C) combustion du gaz restant dégagé par le charbon dans la chambre secondaire (6) à une température T2, ce gaz restant ayant été guidé jusqu'à ladite au moins une chambre secondaire (6) via le raccord (5) entre ladite au moins une chambre primaire (2) et ladite au moins une chambre secondaire (6), par l'introduction d'air à travers ladite au moins une partie pour fournir de l'air (60) à ladite au moins une chambre secondaire et (D) élimination de l'effluent gazeux obtenu à partir des étapes (B) et (C) à travers au moins un collecteur (9), la température T2 étant mesurée dans des intervalles de temps prédéfinis pendant les étapes (B), (C) et (D) et ladite au moins une partie pour fournir de l'air (8) à ladite au moins une chambre secondaire étant réglée en fonction d'une comparaison de T2 avec une valeur SP2 calculée à partir de T2 de l'intervalle de temps précédent, la première valeur SP2 étant prédéfinie au début de l'étape (B). Selon un mode de réalisation préféré du procédé selon la présente invention, SP2 est calculé selon la méthode suivante : la première valeur de SP2 est définie par l'opérateur. Après un certain intervalle de temps, par exemple 20 minutes, la température T2 est mesurée et l'unité centrale de traitement calcule si la différence de SP2 et de T2 (SP2-T2) a augmenté ou diminué pendant l'intervalle de temps. Par exemple, si SP2-T2 a augmenté de plus de 2°C, SP2 est recalculé et le nouveau SP2 est l'ancien SP2+5 jusqu'à 14°C. En outre, si SP2-T2 a diminué de plus de 1 jusqu'à 5°C, SP2 est recalculé et le nouveau SP2 est l'ancien SP2-10 jusqu'à 25°C.
