背景技术
现代社会越来越被称为“风险社会”,风险社会是一个大数据社会。在全球化发展背景下,由于人类实践所导致的全球性风险占据主导地位成为当代社会发展阶段的一大特征。现代性的一个明显特征是,社会变迁的步伐加快、范围扩大和空前的深刻性。这种对社会生活和自然的干预范围与深度的空前扩大,新的需要越来越多,新的问题也不断涌现。在这样的社会里,满足需要的方法会引出新的需要,解决问题的方法会引出更多的问题。
在现实意义上,风险社会的结构不是由阶级、阶层等要素组成的,而是由个人行为主体构成的。也就是说风险社会的秩序并不是等级式的、垂直的,而是网络型的、平面扩展的,每个个体在风险社会中都是“平等主义者”。风险作为一种心理认知的结果,风险社会概念的出现体现了人类对风险认识的加深。人们认识到在风险社会中,本来用来解决问题的手段方法也有可能会引起新的问题带来新的风险。风险并不是有序的排列,而是呈现一种横向分布的无结构状态,其产生与传播越来越不依靠程序性的规则和规范。同时也意识到在这种情况下专业知识的局限性。另外,风险意识本身也成为一种风险:风险意识的分布趋于均匀,许多风险被广大公众所了解后反而变得熟视无睹。因此而带来这样的困境:尽管对风险的认识水平提高了,反而对风险的应对不足。
国外从事应急管理工作与应急软件产品开发时间较早,其中美国、日本和德国的应急设备比较先进。
目前,我国在突发紧急事件应对的手持终端产品中,呈现功能非常单一,实用性不强,交互性差,也无法实现危机信息预警发布。国内几个常见的同类产品如下:
1.《求救发讯器》,它只有一个单一的求救功能,通过该应用软件发出内含 “卫星定位咨讯”与“定位地址”的电子邮件或简讯给用户的好友,达到呼朋引伴或尽快脱离困境与险境。此方式为单向求助方式,求助者只能等待被求助者的救援,无法获得任何的救助信息或者措施进行自助,而且求助者发出求助信息无法和接收到求助信息的接收者进行及时的互动,导致求助者无法及时获得救援或者得到有效的应对措施,以致无法应对处置或者对应处置延迟。

目前,国际上在移动互联网上的手持应急救援与预警方面的理论与应用研究还是空白,日常的紧急求助系统也尚未见有。因此,《基于移动终端的紧急求助求救与风险预警平台》的设计与算法研究能填补国际学术界在该研究与应用领域的空白,无论是理论研究意义还是实际应用价值都非常大,是大数据社会应用发展的一种应用趋势。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷(不足),提供一种基于风险求助需求能够实现求助者和被求助者之间互动的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台。

具体应用时,可以对普通用户和VIP用户的权限进行限定。普通用户可使用平台中的日常紧急求助模块510和预警信息收发模块520两个功能;VIP用户则除了可使用平台中的日常紧急求助模块510和预警信息收发模块520两个功能, 还可使用极端风险状态下的风险紧急求助求救模块530。
此外,新用户注册时,该模块对应其他不同的模块要求输入的信息可以是不同的,如:日常紧急求助模块510要求用户输入用户姓名、住址、工作单位、手机号码和真实头相(照片);风险紧急求助求救模块530要求用户输入用户姓名、家庭住址、工作单位、手机号码、电子邮箱、身份证号码、配偶姓名、配偶姓名工作单位、配偶手机号码、配偶身份证号码和真实头相(照片)等;预警信息收发模块520、数据统计汇总模块540,要求新用户输入姓名、性别、手机号码、电子邮箱和真实头相(照片)等。
信息维护模块552,用于用户更新个人信息。
(2)日常紧急求助模块510,用于求助者通过平台向其他用户发送求助信息,以及,通过平台获取其他用户的应答,建立求助者与应答用户之间的一对一应答会话。
在该模块中,求助信息包括但不限于用户的个人信息、用户的文本内容(文本内容可以是文字、图像或视频)用户所处的地理位置,应答信息包括但不限于应答用户的个人信息、应答信息文本内容(应答信息文本内容可以使文字、图像或视频)、应答用户所处地理位置以及应答用户与用户的距离信息,所述距离信息优选为直线距离信息。
其中,个人信息可以在用户利用个人信息管理模块550进行新用户注册时输入到系统中存储,当用户利用日常紧急求助模块510发送求助信息以及应答用户基于求助信息发送应答信息时可以直接调用系统中存储的个人信息,无需用户每次求助时都重新输入个人信息。
其中,用户所处的地理位置、应答用户所处的地理位置直接利用地图软件生成,发送出去的地理位置无论是求助用户还是应答用户的地理位置也都直接利用地图软件生成,直接把求助用户和应答用户的地理位置显示在地图中,同时求助用户对应的地图上还同时显示求助者发出求助信息后的运动轨迹(即动态移动地图)。
其中,应答用户与发出求助信息的用户之间的距离信息可以通过日常紧急求助模块510中内置的算法进行计算得到。
其中,用户发出的求助内容可以是图片、文字、视频等形式的内容。
具体实施过程中,日常紧急求助模块510具体包括:
求助信息发送模块511,用于求助者通过平台向平台上其他用户发送求助信息,并自动发送求助者的地理位置;在该模块中,平台转发给其他用户可以基于一定的条件,比如其他用户是发出求助信息的用户附近的,具体实现时可以设定以发出求助信息的用户所在地理位置为圆心,一定距离为半径的圆范围内为附近范围。
应答信息模块512,用于平台上的用户看到求助信息后,给求助者回复信息应答;回复的信息应答通常是针对求助信息的有效措施或者能够为求助者提供帮助的信息。应答信息发送后,平台自动将应答者的个人信息(包括姓名、性别、电话号码等)、应答信息本文或图片、应答者的地理位置和直线距离也发送到平台上,以便供求助者可以综述判断选择哪些应答者进入对话,以利于求助者的求助。
一对一会话模块513,用于求助者与应答者在平台上进行一对一的信息对话。求助者可同时与多位应答者之间分别进行一对一的对话,但应答者之间彼此看不到其他应答者的信息。同时,求助用户可以根据其他用户的应答消息按照其个人喜好确认选择一个应答用户进行一对一的交互对话,此时一对一会话模块513将所有应答用户的应答信息保存在后台数据库里,以供求助者任意和随意选择。当求助者选定某一位应答用户提供的帮助,其他应答用户将收到拒绝消息。但如果求助用户放弃其所选应答用户的帮助时,还可以转入与下一个应答用户进行一对一的交互对话,并决定是否需要他提供的帮助。
日常紧急求助模块510具体用于人们在日常生活中所面临的各种紧急状况,如从电影院出来,遇到下大雨需要借或买雨伞,期待附近的好心人或卖伞的人能送过来;走在大街上急找公共厕所,需要附近熟悉地形的人告知公共厕所的位置或方位;为救治某个重症危急病人,医院在平台上发出急求献血的信息,需找同血型的献血者;诸如此类例子等等。如图2所示,具体实现时,其主要用于:
1)用户(以下称求助用户)通过点击移动终端上系统的“日常紧急求助”功能,将所急需发送的求助信息本文、图片和视频等通过平台发布,平台自动将求助者的个人信息(包括姓名、性别、手机号码、电子邮箱等)和所处的地理位置等也显示出来,平台将自动找附近的人,并将所紧急求助的信息、图片和视频发送出去;
2)该系统平台将产生多对一的应答响应,即求助用户将收到多个不同用户 (此处称为帮助者)发来的应答信息,应答信息包括:帮助者的个人信息(包括姓名、性别、电话号码等)、应答信息本文或图片、所处地理位置、距离等,求助用户可同时与多个帮助者进行交互信息对话;
3)当求助用户按照其个性喜爱确认选择其中一款适合于其紧急需求的帮助时,系统将进入一对一的交互对话;
4)一旦求助用户确认由该帮助者提供帮助,系统将自动向其余的回应者发出礼貌信息“已找到帮助者,谢谢!”;
5)但如果求助用户放弃该帮助者的帮助,则其可转入与下一个帮助用户进行一对一的交互对话;
6)重复3)、4)、5),直到求助用户最终确认某一位帮助者或最终无法寻找到任何一位帮助者为止;
7)如果求助用户最终无法寻找到任何一位帮助者,则其可重新点击该功能进行以上相同的操作。
(3)预警信息收发模块520
该模块用于风险信息的发布、查询、接收、对话以及建立关注该风险信息的用户之间多对多会话,可实现平台上所有关注该风险信息参与者相互之间的多对多交互会话;
其具体包括:
预警信息发布模块521,用于用户通过平台发布风险预警信息,所述风险预警信息通过平台发布后显示出来供其他用户查看或者查询;用户将身边发现的风险脆弱点、风险暴露点以及各种风险事件用手机拍照或拍摄下来,将图片或视频在APP平台上发送,可输入文字性描述说明,系统平台自动将风险或事故现场的地理位置发送出去,以提醒平台上用户的注意;
风险信息接收模块522,用于用户在平台上接收来自其他用户发布的风险信息和预警信息;
风险信息查询模块523,用于平台上所有用户查询已发布的风险预警信息;通过查询功能可以获取风险预警信息,可浏览和阅读,以提前获知所需了解的周边或指定地点或位置的风险状况,进而可提前做好风险的防范和应对准备;
多对多会话模块524,用于针对风险预警信息建立多对多的交互会话。关注者可对发布者发布的信息相互之间(包括发布者在内)可以进行多对多的交互会 话,以对风险预警信息进行讨论或深入了解。
风险等级分类模块525将用户发布的风险分为:“极端风险”、“高风险”、“中风险”、“低风险”四个等级。当用户遇到风险事件在平台上发布时,系统平台自动利用风险等级分类模块525对风险信息进行等级分类(四个等级),进而进行风险识别和度量,然后根据识别风险的大小进行预警,发布预警信息。后台数据库存贮的风险等级分类和风险度量值如下:

当用户发布风险信息时,系统平台自动访问后台数据库,根据用户对风险事件的风险程度描述来进行相应预警。
如图4所示,预警信息收发模块520主要应用的场景如下:
1)在日常生活中,人们发现风险脆弱点或风险暴露点,可通过预警信息收发模块520中的预警信息发布模块521,将身边发现的风险脆弱点、风险暴露点或遇到的各种风险事件以及各种道路的设障点、中断处(人为设置障碍或塌方、路陷引起的中断等)等用手机拍照或拍摄下来,将描述文本、图片或视频向系统平台上发送,可以单一性地输入文字性描述说明在平台上发送,也可以在发送文字性描述说明时,同时发送拍摄到的图片和视频;与此同时,系统平台还将信息发布者的地理位置自动发送出去,以提醒周边的人或将要路过的人的注意。此外,系统平台上的用户可针对某个发出的“风险信息”利用多对多会话524进行相互之间(包括发布者)的多对多信息互动,以了解风险情况,或对风险疑点进行探讨。2)用户可通过风险信息接收模块522中的信息接收功能在平台上接收来自 其他用户发布的风险信息和预警信息。
3)用户可通过风险信息查询模块523中的信息查询功能,搜索周边或指定的地名、道路、建筑物、地名、旅游区、风景点或位置,可获取周边有哪些人发布过关于所查询对象的相关风险信息,以提前获知所需了解的周边或指定地点、道路、建筑物或位置的风险状况,进而可提前做好风险防范和应对的准备。比如,车辆面对前进的方向,司机只需搜索的所在地理位置,输入前进方向目的地,就可在系统平台中获取从所在地到目的地整条线路的风险报告信息,以选择到达目的地最安全和最便捷的线路,提高出行的安全性、便捷性及可达性。
在该功能中,风险预警信息的主动获取,可以基于LBS查询周边功能,用户可以搜索自己所处位置周边的人与事,从而可以知道有哪些人在自己周围,可以构建用户的朋友关系;也可以知道有哪些人在自己周围发布过哪些预警信息,这样就可以知道自己所处位置周围可能存在有哪些风险信息,以提前知晓风险情况,可以提前做出风险应对措施;还可以对关注地点、指定地名、行驶道路、目标建筑物或目的地等进行风险信息查询。
另外,用户也可以搜索指定位置周边的人与事。用户可以查询到指定位置附近有哪些人在该位置及周边发布过哪些预警或警告信息。比如某用户要去到某个场域,事先通过搜索该场域,就可以获取其他人发布过的该场域及周边的风险警告信息,以提前知晓该场域潜在的风险状况,以便预先做好心理和物理上的风险应对准备,或改变日程或行程。
4)风险等级分类模块525将用户发布的风险预警信息进行风险等级分类,一共分为:“极端风险”、“高风险”、“中风险”、“低风险”四个风险等级,分类后的风险预警信息附加风险等级,通过进行风险识别和度量,再通过平台发布出来。这样,当用户遇到风险事件在平台上发布时,系统平台自动对风险信息进行等级分类(四个等级),然后根据识别风险的大小进行预警,发布预警信息。后台数据库存贮的风险等级分类和风险度量值如下:

当用户发布风险信息时,系统平台自动访问后台数据库,根据用户对风险事件的风险程度描述进行风险分类和相应预警。
(4)风险紧急求助求救模块530
该模块用于用户在遇到极端风险事件时的紧急应对和紧急求助求救信息发送,包括用户所在位置自动发送到应急目的地(应急救援部门、家庭群组或密友群组);既可将风险情景进行描述进行一键求救,亦可通过平台一键触屏求救(将该功能称为“一键触警”),将风险求救信息和所在位置发送到应急救援部门、家庭群组或密友群组。其具体包括:
一键信息求救模块531,用于输入紧急风险信息后通过一键按键发送紧急风险信息、个人信息定位到目标救援系统和预设的联系群组中;
一键触警模块532,用于通过一键按键发送用户的个人信息和地理位置信息定位到目标救援系统和预设的联系群组中。
一键按键包括用于连接到各个应急救援部门的110报警系统按键、120医疗救护系统按键、122交通事故系统按键、119火警系统按键以及用于连接到特定联系人移动终端的群组按键。对应地,应急救援通讯工具包括110报警电话和短信平台、120急救电话和短信平台、122交通事故报警电话和短信平台、119火警报警电话和短信平台。
风险紧急求助求救模块530具体用于人们面临风险紧急状况急需紧急求援的情况,如:用户在外地旅游迷路、高山荒芜地掉队、地面塌陷掉下深坑里、掉下水井里或掉下无盖的沙井盖下等这样一类紧急风险状态。此时,一键信息求救模块531、一键触警模块532配套在风险紧急求助求救模块530中可以得到更好 的发挥,比如:比如遇到暴徒行凶、被人抢劫、被人劫持等,可直接点击110报警系统;当走在路上突然感到虚弱或晕倒在地,可直接点击120医疗救护系统;当在高速公路上开车遇到重大交通事故时,可直接点击122交通事故报警电话;当遇到大楼或房子着火时,可直接点击119火警系统等,以获得相关部门最及时的营救。如图3所示,具体实现时,该模块主要用于:
1)当用户(下称求救用户)面临紧急风险状况:可将所面临的风险环境、风险事件、风险对象等的风险情境进行拍照或摄像,然后将图片、视频等在系统平台上将发送,此时系统平台自动将求救用户的个人信息(姓名、住址、工作单位、手机等)及其地理位置(GPS实时定位,即把求救用户位置直接显示在地图中,并能显示求救用户发出求救信号后的运动轨迹。)等发送,求救用户还可以对风险信息进行文字编辑说明,通过风险事件的文字描述、图片或摄像向平台中的救援部门及其联系群组紧急呼救和求救,并等待系统平台中的回应;
2)在求救用户处于极端风险状态或万分危急的时候,可利用一键触警模块532中的110报警系统、120医疗救护系统、122交通事故系统、119火警系统。此时,系统平台自动基于外部定位方式(如GPS)和已设定的风险求救信息获取求救用户的地理位置信息,包括求救用户所在位置的地址、经度、纬度、地图网页地址链接(URL),同时自动发送求救用户的个人信息(姓名、住址、工作单位、手机等)。
4)该模块还可以进一步包括信息或语音报送的功能在用户注册了个人信息后,系统平台就会有用户的详细个人信息,同时设置“紧急求救”关联人,可以随意输入多个“紧急求救”关联人。必选两种:第一种是输入家人的姓名、电话和身份证号码;第二种是一键触警求助系统110、医疗救护系统120、交通事故系统122、火警系统119。当用户发出求救行为时,系统自动以信息或语音向登记注册的家人发出救助信息;同时通过一键触警模块513报送用户的位置信息(GPS实时定位)和用户的个人信息,实现精确、高效辅助的救助效果。采用语音报送用户位置信息(注册用户还有一些个人信息)的优点是:一是可以避免因为用户不知道自己所处何处而使得救助无法实施,或者用户因为紧张或沟通能力存在障碍等无法说清位置的情况下,延误救助;二是直接精确位置信息的语音报送,缩短用户沟通时间,提高救助效率,达到一键求救的效果。
(5)数据统计汇总模块540,用于将平台上接收的所有信息进行大数据统 计、汇总和分析,供平台管理者查询和信息维护使用。
数据统计汇总模块具体包括:
数据统计模块541,用于平台自动对后台数据库中的大数据进行分类、统计和分析;
数据汇总模块542,用于平台自动对后台数据库中的大数据进行分类、汇总和分析。
数据统计汇总模块540利用根据移动终端的信息发送、接收以及对话等进行大数据的统计和汇总,可对用户大数据进行研判、分析和挖掘。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,包括:
    日常紧急求助模块,用于求助者通过平台向其他用户发送求助信息,以及,通过平台获取其他用户的应答,建立求助者与应答用户之间的一对一应答会话;
    预警信息收发模块,用于风险信息的发布、查询、接收、对话以及建立关注该风险信息的用户之间多对多会话;
    风险紧急-求救模块,用于用户在遇到极端风险事件时的紧急应对和紧急求-救时将风险求救信息一键点击发送到预设的联系群组中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,所述求助信息包括用户的个人信息、用户所处的地理位置和求助内容,应答对话的信息至少包括应答用户的个人信息、应答信息文本内容、应答用户所处地理位置以及应答用户与用户的距离信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,日常紧急求助模块包括:
    求助信息发送模块,用于求助者通过平台向平台上其他用户发送求助信息,并自动发送求助者的地理位置;
    应答信息模块,用于平台上的用户看到求助信息后,给求助者回复信息应答;
    一对一会话模块,用于求助者与应答者在平台上进行一对一的信息对话。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,预警信息收发模块包括:
    预警信息发布模块,用于用户通过平台发布风险预警信息,所述风险预警信息通过平台发布后显示出来供其他用户查看或者查询;
    风险信息接收模块,用于用户在平台上接收来自其他用户发布的风险信息和系统平台相应发布的风险预警信息;
    风险信息查询模块,用于平台上所有用户查询已发布的风险预警信息;
    多对多会话模块,用于针对风险预警信息建立多对多的交互会话。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,预警信息收发模块还包括:
    风险等级分类模块,用于将用户发布的风险预警信息进行风险等级分类,分 类后的风险预警信息附加风险等级再通过平台发布出来。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,所述风险预警信息包括风险事件的图片和/或视频、风险事件的文字性描述、以及风险事件的地理位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,风险紧急求助求救模块包括:
    一键信息求救模块,用于输入紧急风险信息后通过一键按键发送紧急风险信息和个人信息定位到目标救援系统和预设的联系群组中;
    一键触警求救模块,用于通过一键按键的操作达到一键求救的效果,把紧急求救信息即用户的个人信息和地理位置信息定位发送到目标救援系统和预设的联系群组中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,所述一键按键包括用于连接到各个报警系统的110报警系统按键、120医疗救护系统按键、122交通事故系统按键、119火警系统按键以及用于连接到特定联系人移动终端的群组按键。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,所述平台还包括数据统计汇总模块,用于将平台上接收的所有信息进行大数据统计、汇总和分析,供平台管理者查询和信息维护使用。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于移动终端的紧急求助、风险预警与一键求救平台,其特征在于,所述数据统计汇总模块具体包括:
    数据统计模块,用于平台自动对后台数据库中的大数据进行分类、统计和分析;
    数据汇总模块,用于平台自动对后台数据库中的大数据进行分类、汇总和分析。
