背景技术
相关技术中滚筒洗衣机的门单元通过支撑板与轴承连接,支撑板上设有与轴承配合的轨道部,因此支撑板需要使用耐磨性能好的材质制造。然而,由于支撑板为结构单一的整体件,若全部采用耐磨性材料加工,其加工性能和成本均太高;若全部采用易加工、低成本的材质,制得的支撑板的耐磨性能差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种轨道机构,所述轨道机构的使用可靠性高。
本发明还提出一种具有上述轨道机构的滚筒洗衣机。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的轨道机构,包括:基体,设有轨道部,用于引导待动体沿所述轨道部运动;所述基体包括支撑体及轨道体,所述轨道部设于所述轨道体上;所述支撑体及所述轨道体互相层叠并组合;所述轨道体的耐磨性高于所述支撑体。

可选地,轨道体20的表面积小于支撑体10的表面积,且轨道体20覆盖在支撑体10的邻近导向部11的位置处,从而加强支撑体10的邻近导向部11的位置的结构强度和耐磨性。

在一些示例中,运动部50包括本体及相对于本体可转动的运动端。本体通过连接部与门单元40连接。在一些具体的示例中,运动端可以外套在本体上且与本体在径向上、间隔开布置。运动端与本体之间设有滚动体,滚动体为滚珠。运动端适于嵌入轨道部21内且可 沿轨道部21转动。桶件摆动时,运动部50的本体相对于门单元40静止不动,而运动端相对于本体转动,运动稳定、可靠。
在一些可选的示例中,运动端与轨道部21接触的部分设有内凹部,内凹部与轨道部21配合。也就是说,运动部50的运动端可以形成沿基体的厚度方向延伸且两端尺寸大于中部尺寸的环状结构。由此,运动部50跨装在基体上,使运动端中部的内凹部与弧形槽体内壁配合,可以防止运动部50从基体上脱离,进而保证运动部50与基体配合的可靠性。
当然,本发明的滚筒洗衣机的运动部50的结构并不限于此,例如运动部50还可以形成跨设在基体上的滑轮,滑轮的转轴通过连接部与门单元40连接。
根据本发明的另一些实施例,轨道机构A为两组,两组轨道机构A分别对称设于壳体的两侧。具体地,两个轨道机构A分别设在门单元40的左右两侧且其中一个轨道机构A与壳体左侧壁的内壁正对,另一个轨道机构A与壳体右侧壁的内壁正对。桶件摆动时,门单元40在两个轨道机构A的引导下活动,结构稳定、可靠。
因此,根据本发明实施例的滚筒洗衣机的结构简单、紧凑,使用可靠性高,可以兼顾性能要求和生产成本,性价比高。
根据本发明实施例的滚筒洗衣机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种轨道机构,包括:基体,设有轨道部,用于引导待动体沿所述轨道部运动;其特征在于,所述基体包括支撑体及轨道体,所述轨道部设于所述轨道体上;所述支撑体及所述轨道体互相层叠并组合;所述轨道体的耐磨性高于所述支撑体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道机构,其特征在于,所述轨道部包括多段互相间隔的轨道。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的轨道机构,其特征在于,所述支撑体与所述轨道体通过连接件进行组合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道机构,其特征在于,所述连接件为螺钉。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的轨道机构,其特征在于,所述支撑体与所述轨道体通过嵌设或模内压铸的方式进行组合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的轨道机构,其特征在于,所述轨道部为弧形槽体。
  7. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括:
    壳体,具有前面板,所述前面板上形成有敞开口;
    桶件,所述桶件具有衣物取放口,所述桶件设置在所述壳体内且被配置成使得所述衣物取放口在所述敞开口内上下活动;
    可旋转的滚筒,设置于所述桶件内;
    门单元,安装在所述桶件上,并覆盖在所述衣物取放口上;
    其特征在于,还具有如权利要求1-6任一项所述的轨道机构,所述待动体为所述门单元,所述门单元在所述轨道机构的引导下在所述敞开口内上下活动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括运动部,所述运动部适于沿所述轨道部运动;所述门单元通过一连接部与所述运动部连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述运动部包括本体及相对于所述本体可转动的运动端,所述运动端与所述本体之间设有滚动体;所述运动端适于嵌入所述轨道部内且可沿所述轨道部转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚动体为滚珠。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述运动端与所述轨道部接触的部分设有内凹部,所述内凹部与所述轨道部配合。
  12. 根据权利要求5-11任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述轨道机构为两组,分别对称设于所述壳体的两侧。
