其中,所述复位机构133为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端连接滑块132,所述弹簧的另一端与下壳罩12的前端连接。弹簧成本低,而且可以实现滑块132-弹簧-下壳罩12的固定连接,而非简单抵接,避免上壳罩11自动弹开时带动滑块132,使滑块132容易飞离剃须刀,寻找难度极高。
其中,所述头部1与所述主壳2通过一连接件3可拆卸连接,所述连接件3开设有第四通孔31;所述底座13的底端设有第三通孔14,所述连接件3的上端设有突伸于第三通孔14内并用以卡接底座或下壳罩的卡爪32;所述主壳2的上端设有用于容设连接件的第五通孔21,所述第五通孔21的内侧设有若干个第三卡槽211,所述连接件3的外侧设有对应第三卡槽211数量的悬臂板33,所述悬臂板33的活动端向外凸设有突伸于第三卡槽211内用以卡接主壳2的第一凸块331。卡爪32使连接件3只能通过适当的翻转拔离头部1的第三通孔14,防止正常使用时或摔碰时,连接件3从头部1脱离;悬臂板33使连接件3与主壳2悬臂卡接,连接件3易与主壳2插接但难与主壳2拔离,需对悬臂板33的活动端适当施力才能实现连接件3与主壳2的分离。用户可选择扭转头部1,令头部1与连接件3分离;也可以进一步设置对悬臂板33活动端施力的结构,令连接件3与主壳2分离。
其中,所述连接件3的外侧还设有固定轴34,所述主壳设有与第五通孔连通并用于容设固定轴的固定槽212。固定槽212与固定轴34使连接件3与主壳2只能单方向的插接,更方便用户对准悬臂板33与第三卡槽211的位置。
其中,所述主壳2的上部设有容置槽4,所述容置槽4容设有固定件41、第一浮动件42和第二浮动件43,所述第五通孔21开设于所述第二浮动件43内;所述固定件41设有一对第一母枢接部411,所述第一浮动件42设有一对配合第一母枢接部411的第一子枢接部421;所述第一浮动件42的底端连接有一夹持件44,所述夹持件44凸设有一对夹持片441,所述夹持片441设在第一浮动件42的外侧,每个所述夹持片441均设有第二母枢接部442,所述第二浮动件43的底端向下凸设有一对配合第二母枢接部442的第二子枢接部431。通过双子母枢接部的连接,实现头部1相对于主壳2的十字转动,达到360°浮动转向的效果
其中,所述第一母枢接部411为凹设于固定件41内的第一枢接孔,所述第一子枢接部421为凸设于第一浮动件42外的第一枢接柱;所述第二母枢接部442为开设于加持片的第二枢接孔,所述第二子枢接部431为插接于第二枢接孔的第二枢接柱。
其中,所述头部1还包括可转动连接于下壳罩12的第一齿轮5及与第一齿轮5啮合的第二齿轮6,第二齿轮6连接有刀头7,所述第一齿轮5凸设有凸板51,所述凸板51滑动连接有转接件52,优选地,所述凸板51设置有滑孔511,所述转接件52设有凸伸入滑孔511内的第二凸块522;所述容置槽4内还容设有传动杆,所述传动杆设有第四卡槽,所述转接件52设有用于突伸入第四卡槽内的卡持部521。
首先,利用卡持部521与第四卡槽的配合,防止转接件52与传动杆两者之间发生“打滑”现象,继而利用滑孔511与第二凸块522的滑动连接关系,使第一齿轮5的转动轴能随着刀头7的转动而转动,圆滑地实现转动的变向,最后通过第一齿轮5与第二齿轮6的啮合关系,使该变向的转动能够扩散至多个刀头7中,最终实现剃须刀头7部1与刀头7的同步转向,达到真正意义上的全面浮动。
其中,所述转接件52与第一齿轮5之间装设有第一弹性件8。第一弹性件8能够使第二凸块522在滑孔511高度上始终处于一种“悬浮”状态,大大降低第一齿轮5转向的摩擦力以及使第一齿轮5发生转向的驱动力,并且起到复位作用。
其中,所述第二齿轮6装设有插片61,刀头7下方连接有转盘71,转盘71滑动连接于插片61,插片61与转盘71之间装设有第二弹性件9。通过如此设置,胡须对于刀头7的压力可以使得刀头7还可以相对第二齿轮6的转向,大大减少了由于进入刀网内的胡须过长而造成的卡胡须现象的发生,用户舒适体验度得以大大地提升。
需要进一步说明的是,本申请的第三通孔和第四通孔均是为了容设传动组件,传动组件为马达、转动轴等现有部件组成。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,包括头部、用于握持的主壳,其特征在于:所述头部包括装设有刀网的上壳罩、与上壳罩下端连接的下壳罩以及承载下壳罩的底座,所述头部与所述底座可拆卸连接;
    所述上壳罩的前端设有第一卡槽,上壳罩的后端设有扭簧,所述扭簧向下延伸有卡板,所述卡板的后侧面设有卡块;
    所述底座的前端设有与第一卡槽匹配的卡接件,所述卡接件连接有突伸出所述底座的滑块,所述滑块连接有复位机构,所述底座的后端设有抵接卡板后侧面的第一抵接板,所述第一抵接板设有与卡块匹配的第二卡槽;
    所述下壳罩的前端设有用于容纳卡接件的第一通孔,所述卡接件滑动连接于第一通孔内,所述下壳罩的后端设有用于容纳卡板的第二通孔和抵接卡板前侧面的第二抵接板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述复位机构为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端连接滑块,所述弹簧的另一端与下壳罩连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述底座与所述主壳通过一连接件可拆卸连接;
    所述底座的底端设有第三通孔,所述连接件的上端设有突伸于第三通孔内并用以卡接底座或下壳罩的卡爪;
    所述连接件开设有第四通孔;
    所述主壳的上端设有用于容设连接件的第五通孔、与第五通孔连通的若干个第三卡槽,所述连接件的外侧设有对应第三卡槽数量的悬臂板,所述悬臂板向外凸设有突伸于第三卡槽内用以卡接主壳的第一凸块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述连接件的外侧还设有固定轴,所述主壳设有与第五通孔连通并用于容设固定轴的固定槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述主壳的上部设有容置槽,所述容置槽容设有固定件、第一浮动件和第二浮动件,所述第五通孔开设于所述第二浮动件;
    所述固定件设有一对第一母枢接部,所述第一浮动件设有一对配合第一母枢接部的第一子枢接部;
    所述第一浮动件的底端连接有一夹持件,所述夹持件凸设有一对夹持片,所述夹持片设在第一浮动件的外侧,每个所述夹持片均设有第二母枢接部,所述第二浮动件的底端向下凸设有一对配合第二母枢接部的第二子枢接部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述第一母枢接部为凹设于固定件内的第一枢接孔,所述第一子枢接部为凸设于第一浮动件外的第一枢接柱;所述第二母枢接部为开设于加持片的第二枢接孔,所述第二子枢接部为插接于第二枢接孔的第二枢接柱。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述头部还包括可转动连接于下壳罩的第一齿轮及与第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,第二齿轮连接有刀头,所述第一齿轮凸设有凸板,所述凸板滑动连接有转接件;
    所述容置槽内还容设有传动杆,所述传动杆设有第四卡槽,所述转接件设有用于突伸入第四卡槽内的卡持部。
  8. 根据所述权利要求7所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述凸板设置有滑孔,所述转接件设有凸伸入滑孔内的第二凸块。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述转接件与第一齿轮之间装设有第一弹性件。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多部位可拆卸剃须刀,其特征在于:所述第二齿轮装设有插片,刀头下方连接有转盘,转盘滑动连接于插片,插片与转盘之间装设有第二弹性件。
