目前,因网购的便利性,不仅越来越多的人进行网购,很多商家(如超市门店,加盟连锁门店等)也越来越多的选择网购作为进货渠道。例如,当加盟连锁门店要货时,加盟连锁门店在网上下单订货,配送中心收到加盟连锁门店的订单信息后打包准备其订购的物品,并通知物流公司揽件运输,从而将物品送交给加盟连锁门店。但是,随着网购业务量的上升,网购商品的分拣暴露的服务质量问题越来越多,例如发货数量、颜色等存在错误,较低分拣效率导致的发货周期长等问题,使得消费者/门店的体验不好。因此,快递商品分拣效率成为制约我国目前快递企业和电子商务发展的一大瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题,提供了一种商品分拣系统及方法,以提升商品分拣效率。
本发明实施例提供一种商品分拣系统,包括配送中心服务端、复核终端和至少一个拣货终端;
所述配送中心服务端,配置成接收来自消费者端的订单信息,根据该订单信息生成拣货单,并发送该拣货单至匹配的拣货终端;
所述拣货终端,配置成显示所述拣货单,使得拣货组根据所述拣货单从匹配的货位上分拣商品;
所述复核终端,配置成对分拣完毕的各商品进行复核。
进一步地,所述拣货终端为具有显示功能的移动终端。
进一步地,所述拣货终端为打印设备;所述打印设备,配置成打印所述拣货单。
进一步地,所述拣货终端为打印设备;所述打印设备包括:
判断模块,配置成根据所述拣货单判断待拣商品为散件还是整件;
打印模块,配置成当待拣商品为散件时,采用预设的第一打印方式打印所述拣货单;当待拣商品为整件时,采用预设的第二打印方式打印所述拣货单。
进一步地,所述第一打印方式为A4纸打印;所述第二打印方式为不干胶标签打印。

监控模块,配置成获取并存储复核人员对分拣完毕的商品的复核过程的监控视频。

本发明实施例还提供一种商品分拣方法,应用于商品分拣系统,所述商品分拣系统包括相互通信的配送中心服务端、复核终端及至少一个拣货终端,所述方法包括:
所述配送中心服务端接收订单信息,根据该订单信息生成拣货单,并将生成的拣货单发送至匹配的拣货终端;
所述拣货终端接收并显示所述拣货单,使拣货组根据所述拣货单从匹配的货位上分拣商品;
所述复核终端对分拣完毕的各商品进行复核。

本发明提供的商品分拣系统及方法,配送中心服务端对来自消费者端的订单信息进行分析,有针对性的发布分拣任务给对应拣货组,对应拣货组的分拣人员根据拣货终端显示的各商品的分拣信息从对应货位上进行分拣作业,且复核终端对分拣完毕的商品进行复核,大大提高了商品分拣效率及其准确率。

实施例1
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的一种商品分拣系统的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的商品分拣系统100,包括配送中心服务端10、至少一拣货终端20和设置在货架上的至少一货架终端30。所述货架包括多个货位,每一货位设有一货架终端30。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,一个或多个拣货人员组成一拣货组。当厂家配置多个货架进行商品摆放时,给每一货架分配一个拣货组负责该货架上摆放的商品的分拣工作。对应地,每个拣货组配备一个拣货终端20来接收配送中心服务端10发布的分拣任务。
每一拣货终端20和每一货架终端30均与配送中心服务端10通信连接;同一货架上的所有货架终端30均与该货架对应的一拣货终端20通信连接。
配送中心服务端10配置成接收来自消费者端的订单信息。值得注意的是,所述消费者端即可以是个人,也可以是门店(如超市等),这里不做限制。所述订单信息可以包括消费者或门店订购的商品的名称、数量/质量或条码等属性信息。例如,一消费者订单信息为:500mL的多芬沐浴露10瓶,240ml的海飞丝洗发水20瓶和460g全家桶德芙巧克力10盒。
可选地,配送中心服务端10还配置成根据所述订单信息进行货位及拣货组的匹配。可选地,配送中心服务端10中可以存储有每个货架的每个货位上摆放的商品的信息,以及各货架、各拣货组及各货终端20之间的对应关系。如此,配送中心服务端10可以根据订单信息中包括的待拣商品所在货架得到负责该货架的拣货组。在本实施例中,所述匹配的货位是指存在消费者订购的商品,即存在订单信息中包括的待拣商品的货位;所述匹配的拣货组是指负责包括所述匹配的货位的货架的分拣工作的拣货组。例如,在上一举例中,500mL的多芬沐浴露和240ml的海飞丝洗发水分别摆放在货架A的货位A1和货位A2;460g全家桶德芙巧克力摆放在货架B的货位B1,则所述匹配的货位包括货位A1、货位A2和货位B1;所述匹配的拣货组包括负责货架A分拣工作的拣货组和负责货架B分拣工作的拣货组。
进一步地,配送中心服务端10还配置成根据所述订单信息生成拣货单,并发送该拣货单至匹配的拣货组对应的拣货终端20。所述拣货单可以包括至少一商品的分拣信息,所述分拣信息可以包括待拣商品的名称、数量及存放货位等。例如,所述拣货单为:于货位A1分拣500mL的多芬沐浴露10瓶,于货位A2分拣240ml的海飞丝洗发水20瓶,于货位B1分拣460g全家桶德芙巧克力10盒,则发送该拣货单至负责货架A分拣工作的拣货组和负责货架B分拣工作的拣货组。
拣货终端20配置成显示所述拣货单。拣货组的拣货人员根据所述拣货单从对应的货位上分拣商品。可选地,拣货终端20可以根据订单信息中包括的商品所在货位在货架上的位置对所述订单信息中的商品进行排序,并在生成的拣货单上按照所述排序显示订单信息中包括的商品。如此,使得拣货人员根据该顺序只需要围绕其负责的货架走一圈即可将该货架上需要分拣的所有商品拣货完毕,从而提高分拣效率、减少拣货人员行走线路。
本实施例中,拣货终端20可以有多种类型。例如,拣货终端20具有显示功能的移动终端(如,手机、Ipad或笔记本等)。
又例如图2所示,所述拣货终端20可以为打印设备,如打印机。可选地,该打印设备 包括判断模块21和打印模块22。
判断模块21配置成根据所述拣货单判断待拣商品为散件还是整件。可以理解,可以拆散成最小包装单位出货的商品为散件,例如,在上一举例中,需要分拣的500mL的多芬沐浴露为10瓶、240ml的海飞丝洗发水20瓶和460g全家桶德芙巧克力10盒,则为散件。
打印模块22配置成当待拣商品为散件时,采用预设的第一打印方式打印所述拣货单;当待拣商品为整件时,采用预设的第二打印方式打印所述拣货单。可以理解,当待拣商品为散件时,打印出的拣货单只是临时作为分拣人员进行分拣工作的参考,还需要对所述拣货单进行综合处理才能将其粘贴到分拣完毕的商品上;当待拣商品为整件时,打印出的拣货单可以直接作为最终的标签粘贴在商品上。因此,本实施例中,所述第一打印方式可以为A4纸打印;所述第二打印方式可以为不干胶标签打印。当消费者为个人时,该不干胶标签上打印的信息还可以包消费者的位置信息和联系方式等;当消费者为门店时,该不干胶标签上打印的信息还可以包括门店编码和门店名称、配送单号、发货区域等。当然,所述第一打印方式和所述第二打印方式均可以采用其他打印方式,这里不做限制。
如图3所示,本实施例中,货架终端30可以包括指示灯31和控制模块32。配送中心服务端10还配置成在接收到来自消费者端的订单信息之后,控制订单信息中包括的商品所在货位上的指示灯31亮起,以提示拣货人员前往拣货。控制模块32配置成响应拣货人员在对该货位上的商品分拣完毕时的控制操作,控制该货位上的指示灯31熄灭。所述控制模块32可以是与指示灯31电性连接的物理开关、按钮或触摸屏等。
另一实施例中,货架终端30还可以包括电子标签33。电子标签33配置成显示所在货位上存放的商品的属性信息,和/或对其中需要从该货位上分拣的商品的属性信息进行区别标注。所述属性信息包括该货位摆放的所有商品的名称、数量/质量或条码等。在本实施例中,所述区别标注的方式可以是不同字号、不同字体或不同颜色等,这里不做限制,只要能够使得需要分拣的商品的属性信息更加醒目即可。如此,便于分拣人员更清楚该货位上存在哪些需要分拣的商品,进一步提高分拣效率。
控制模块32还配置成响应拣货组在对该货位上的商品分拣完毕时的控制操作,控制该货位上的电子标签33更新显示的商品的属性信息。
可选地,商品分拣系统100还包括复核终端40。当分拣人员完成所有商品的出货后,复核人员使用复核终端40对分拣人员分拣的所有商品进行复核。复核终端40为具有商品识别功能的设备,如手持PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字处理)等。请结合参阅图4,本实施例中,复核终端40可以包括扫描模块41和显示模块42。
扫描模块41,配置成扫描分拣完毕的各商品以获取各商品的属性信息,并根据扫描获取的各商品的属性信息生成配送单。
显示模块42,配置成显示获取的各商品的属性信息和/或所述配送单。
可选地,复核人员可以使用所述扫描模块41对分拣完毕的各商品进行扫描,以获取分拣完毕的各商品的属性信息。值得注意的是,最终的出库信息应当以扫描获取到的各商品的属性信息为准。例如,拣货组根据拣货单分拣的500mL的多芬沐浴露为8瓶,但是复核人员只复核到7瓶,都以复核得到的数量为准出货。扫描模块41对拣货商品复核完毕后,生成相应的配送单,从而出库。
可选地,复核终端40还可以包括监控模块43。监控模块43配置成获取复核人员对分拣完毕的商品的复核过程的监控视频,并存储该监控视频,便于当消费者收到出库的商品后发现数量等信息有误时利用该监控视频控进行查实。
实施例2
请再次参阅图1,所述商品分拣系统100包括配送中心服务端10、复核终端40以及至少一个拣货终端20。
其中,所述配送中心服务端10配置成接收来自消费者端的订单信息,根据该订单信息生成拣货单,并发送该拣货单至匹配的拣货终端20。
在本实施例中,配送中心的商品可以分区域存放。例如,商品可以存放在货架上,每个货架可以包括多个货位,每个货位存放不同种类的商品。所述配送中心服务端10中可以记录有各货架的各货位所存放的商品的属性信息(如,品名、产地、生产日期、有效期等),所述订单信息中可以包括消费者订购的商品的属性信息。如此,当配送中心服务端10接收到订单信息时,可根据订单信息中包括的商品的属性信息查找到存放该商品的货架及货位。
可选地,所述订单信息中可以包括一种商品、两种商品或多种商品。以所述订单信息中包括多种商品为例,若所述多种商品均存放在同一个货架上,则可以生成一张包括所述多种商品的分拣信息的拣货单。若所述多种商品并非存放在同一个货架上,则可以将所述多种商品按照所在货架的不同分组,针对划分出的每个组生成一张拣货单。
可选地,在本实施例中,可以为每个货架分配一个拣货组,该拣货组负责分拣该货架上的所有商品。其中,每个拣货组配备有一个拣货终端20,所述拣货终端20与所述配送中心服务端10通信连接。
所述拣货终端20配置成显示所述拣货单,使得拣货组根据所述拣货单从匹配的货位上分拣商品。
在本实施例中,所述匹配的货位可以是所述拣货单上的各商品所在的货位。也即,所述匹配的货位可以有一个、两个或多个,其具体数量与订单信息中包括的商品种类的数量相对应。
可选地,请再次参阅图2,在本实施例中,所述拣货终端20可以包括判断模块21和打印模块22。
其中,所述判断模块21配置成根据所述拣货单判断待拣商品为散件还是整件。
所述打印模块22配置成当待拣商品为散件时,采用预设的第一打印方式打印所述拣货单。当待拣商品为整件时,采用预设的第二打印方式打印所述拣货单。
可选地,所述第一打印方式可以是A4纸打印,所述第二打印方式可以是不干胶标签打印。
所述复核终端40配置成对分拣完毕的商品进行复核。

所述配送中心服务端10可配置成在接收到订单信息后,控制所述订单信息中包括的商品所在货位上的指示灯31亮起。如此,可以提示拣货组待拣商品的具体位置。
可选地,所述货架终端30还可以包括电子标签33,所述电子标签33可配置成显示所述货架终端30所在货位上存放的商品的属性信息,和/或,所述电子标签33可配置成区别标注所述货架终端30所在货位上存放的待拣商品的属性信息。
作为一种实施方式,所述配送中心服务端10在接收到订单信息后,可查找出所述订单信息中包括的各种商品所在的货位,并控制对应货位上的电子标签33区别标注出该货位中的待拣商品的属性信息。
可选地,所述货架终端30还可以包括控制模块32,当拣货组完成所述货架终端30所在货位上的待拣商品的分拣工作时,可通过所述控制模块32输入分拣完毕的指令,以告知所述货架终端30分拣完毕。所述控制模块32可配置成响应拣货组输入的分拣完毕的指令,控制所述货架终端30中的指示灯31熄灭,以及控制所述货架终端30中的电子标签33更新显示内容。
实施例3
本发明实施例还提供一种商品分拣方法,可应用于图1所示的商品分拣系统100。所述商品分拣方法包括以下步骤。
首先,配送中心服务端10接收订单信息,根据该订单信息生成拣货单,并将生成的拣货单发送至匹配的拣货终端20。
所述订单信息中可以包括待拣商品的属性信息及订货数量,所述配送中心服务端10中可以存储有各商品的存放地址,以及各货架、各拣货终端、各拣货组之间的对应关系。如此,所述配送中心服务端10可根据待拣商品所在货架得到负责分拣该待拣商品的拣货组,进而得到该拣货组对应的拣货终端20,以将拣货单发送至该拣货终端20。
然后,所述拣货终端接收并显示所述拣货单,使拣货组根据所述拣货单从匹配的货位上分拣商品。
在本实施例中,所述拣货终端20还可以打印出所述拣货单。可选地,所述拣货终端20打印所述拣货单的步骤可以包括:
根据所述拣货单判断待拣商品所属的类型;
当待拣商品所属的类型为散件时,采用预设的第一打印方式打印所述拣货单;
当待拣商品所属的类型为整件时,采用预设的第二打印方式打印所述拣货单。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种商品分拣系统,其特征在于,包括配送中心服务端、复核终端和至少一个拣货终端;
    所述配送中心服务端,配置成接收来自消费者端的订单信息,根据该订单信息生成拣货单,并发送该拣货单至匹配的拣货终端;
    所述拣货终端,配置成显示所述拣货单,使得拣货组根据所述拣货单从匹配的货位上分拣商品;
    所述复核终端,配置成对分拣完毕的各商品进行复核。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述拣货终端为具有显示功能的移动终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述拣货终端为打印设备;所述打印设备,配置成打印所述拣货单。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述拣货终端为打印设备;所述打印设备包括:
    判断模块,配置成根据所述拣货单判断待拣商品为散件还是整件;
    打印模块,配置成当待拣商品为散件时,采用预设的第一打印方式打印所述拣货单;当待拣商品为整件时,采用预设的第二打印方式打印所述拣货单。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述第一打印方式为A4纸打印;所述第二打印方式为不干胶标签打印。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述复核终端包括:
    扫描模块,配置成扫描分拣完毕的各商品以获取分拣完毕的各商品的属性信息,并根据扫描到的各商品的属性信息生成配送单;
    显示模块,配置成显示获取到的各商品的属性信息和/或所述配送单。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述复核终端包括:
    监控模块,配置成获取并存储复核人员对分拣完毕的商品的复核过程的监控视频。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,还包括设置在货架 上的货架终端;所述货架包括多个货位,每个货位设有一个所述货架终端;所述货架终端包括指示灯;所述配送中心服务端,还配置成控制待拣商品所在货位上的指示灯亮起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述货架终端还包括电子标签,所述电子标签配置成显示所述货架终端所在货位上存放的商品的属性信息,和/或区别标注该货位上存放的待拣商品的属性信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的商品分拣系统,其特征在于,所述货架终端还包括控制模块,所述控制模块配置成响应拣货组在对该货位上的商品分拣完毕时的控制操作,控制该货位上的指示灯熄灭,及控制该货位上的电子标签更新显示的商品的属性信息。
  11. 一种商品分拣方法,其特征在于,应用于商品分拣系统,所述商品分拣系统包括相互通信的配送中心服务端、复核终端及至少一个拣货终端,所述方法包括:
    所述配送中心服务端接收订单信息,根据该订单信息生成拣货单,并将生成的拣货单发送至匹配的拣货终端;
    所述拣货终端接收并显示所述拣货单,使拣货组根据所述拣货单从匹配的货位上分拣商品;
    所述复核终端对分拣完毕的各商品进行复核。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述拣货终端接收并显示所述拣货单的步骤,包括:
    所述拣货终端打印所述拣货单。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述拣货终端打印所述拣货单的步骤,包括:
    根据所述拣货单判断待拣所属的类型;
    当待拣商品所属的类型为散件时,采用预设的第一打印方式打印所述拣货单;
    当待拣商品所属的类型为整件时,采用预设的第二打印方式打印所述拣货单。
  14. 根据权利要求11~13任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述复核终端对分拣完毕的各商品进行复核的步骤,包括:
    扫描分拣完毕的各商品以获取各商品的属性信息,并根据扫描到的各商品的属性信息生成配送单;
    显示扫描到的各商品的属性信息和/或所述配送单。
  15. 根据权利要求11~14任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述商品分拣系统还包括设置于货架的货架终端,所述货架包括多个货位,每个货位设置有所述货架终端,所述货架终端包括指示灯;所述方法还包括:
    所述配送中心服务端在接收到订单信息后,控制所述订单信息中包括的商品所在货位上的指示灯点亮;
    所述货架终端响应拣货组对货位上的商品分拣完毕时的控制操作,控制该货位上的指示灯熄灭。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述货架终端还包括电子标签;所述方法还包括:
    所述配送中心服务端在接收到订单信息后,控制所述订单信息中包括的商品所在货位上的电子标签按预设方式显示该商品的属性信息;
    所述货架终端响应拣货组对货位上的商品分拣完毕时的控制操作,控制该货位上的电子标签更新显示的商品的属性信息。
