Description

空调器及其的除霜控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,特别涉及一种空调器的除霜控制方法、一种非易失性计算机存储介质和一种空调器。
背景技术
R290(丙烷)制冷剂又称冷媒,是一种新型环保制冷剂,主要应用于中央空调、热泵空调、家用空调和其它小型制冷设备中。
但是,在饱和液态时,R290的密度比其它制冷剂如R22(二氟一氯甲烷)小,因此相同容积下R290的充注量小。由于受到充注量的限制,使得相同能力段的空调器相比较于使用其它制冷剂的空调器,其充注量要小很多,而为了能够满足制冷量及能效需求,需要使用大排量的压缩机和大面积的换热器,但这样就会导致在以毛细管作为节流装置时,在化霜结束时,毛细管处的温度长时间低于润滑油的倾点温度,使得润滑油产生絮状流,严重时将导致毛细管堵塞,造成整机故障。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种空调器的除霜控制方法,该方法通过在空调器由除霜模式切换至制热模式时,对压缩机进行降升频速率控制,从而有效防止节流元件出口处的温度过低导致润滑油产生絮状流而堵塞节流元件。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种非易失性计算机存储介质。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种空调器。
为实现上述目的,本发明第一方面实施例提出了一种空调器的除霜控制方法,所述空调器包括压缩机、四通阀、室外换热器、室内换热器和节流元件,其中,所述压缩机的排气口与所述四通阀的第一端相连,所述四通阀的第二端与所述室外换热器的一端相连,所述室外换热器的另一端与所述室内换热器的一端相连,所述室内换热器的另一端与所述节流元件的一端相连,所述节流元件的另一端与所述四通阀的第三端相连,所述四通阀的第四端与所述压缩机的回气口相连,所述方法包括以下步骤:所述空调器在除霜过程中,接收到除霜结束信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向;当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机;获取所述压缩机的正常升频速率,并根据所述正常升频速率获取所述压缩机的当前升频速率,以及根据所述当前升频速率对 所述压缩机进行升频控制,其中,所述当前升频速率小于所述正常升频速率。

根据本发明的一个实施例,当所述预设比例为固定值时,所述预设比例的取值范围为1/3~2/3;当所述预设比例为可变值时,所述预设比例从第一预设值逐渐增加至第二预设值,其中,所述第一预设值的取值范围为0~1/3,所述第二预设值的取值范围为2/3~1。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制,包括:直接控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,先控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频第二预设时间后,再控制所述压缩机按照所述正常升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,上述的空调器的除霜控制方法,还包括:所述空调器在以制热模式运行过程中,当接收到除霜信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第三预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向;当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机,并按照所述正常升频速率控制所述压缩机升频,以对所述空调器进行除霜。
为实现上述目的,本发明第二方面实施例提出了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备执行上述的空调器的除霜控制方法。

为实现上述目的,本发明第三方面实施例提出了一种空调器,包括:压缩机、四通阀、室外换热器、室内换热器和节流元件,其中,所述压缩机的排气口与所述四通阀的第一端 相连,所述四通阀的第二端与所述室外换热器的一端相连,所述室外换热器的另一端与所述室内换热器的一端相连,所述室内换热器的另一端与所述节流元件的一端相连,所述节流元件的另一端与所述四通阀的第三端相连,所述四通阀的第四端与所述压缩机的回气口相连;控制器,所述控制器用于在所述空调器除霜过程中,接收到除霜结束信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向,以及当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机,并获取所述压缩机的正常升频速率,并根据所述正常升频速率获取所述压缩机的当前升频速率,以及根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制,其中,所述当前升频速率小于所述正常升频速率。

根据本发明的一个实施例,当所述预设比例为固定值时,所述预设比例的取值范围为1/3~2/3;当所述预设比例为可变值时,所述预设比例从第一预设值逐渐增加至第二预设值,其中,所述第一预设值的取值范围为0~1/3,所述第二预设值的取值范围为2/3~1。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制时,其中,所述控制器直接控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,所述控制器先控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频第二预设时间后,再控制所述压缩机按照所述正常升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器还用于在所述空调器以制热模式运行过程中,当接收到除霜信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第三预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向,以及当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机,并按照所述正常升频速率控制所述压缩机升频,以对所述空调器进行除霜。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参照附图来描述根据本发明实施例提出的空调器的除霜控制方法、非易失性计算机存储介质和空调器。
图1是根据本发明实施例的空调器的除霜控制方法的流程图。
在本发明的实施例中,如图2所示,空调器包括压缩机、四通阀、室外换热器、室内换热器和节流元件(如毛细管)。其中,压缩机的排气口与四通阀的第一端相连,四通阀的第二端与室外换热器的一端相连,室外换热器的另一端与室内换热器的一端相连,室内换热器的另一端与节流元件的一端相连,节流元件的另一端与四通阀的第三端相连,四通阀的第四端与压缩机的回气口相连。
如图1所示,该空调器的除霜控制方法可包括以下步骤:
S1,空调器在除霜过程中,接收到除霜结束信号时控制压缩机停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制四通阀换向。其中,第一预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
具体地,在空调器以制热模式运行的过程中,由于室外换热器会出现结霜现象,所以在空调器以制热模式运行一段时间后,或者室外换热器达到设定的除霜条件时,控制空调器切换至除霜模式以对室外换热器进行除霜,从而保证室内换热器的制热效果。
在对室外换热器除霜完成后,再次控制空调器切换至制热模式,此时可先控制压缩机停机,然后控制四通阀换向以切换至制热模式。其中,由于除霜结束时,室外换热器侧的压力比较高,而室内换热器侧的压力比较低,节流元件处的温度一直比较低,所以可以在延时第一预设时间后再控制四通阀换向,以使系统压力达到平衡,从而使得节流元件处的温度慢慢升高,防止节流元件处的温度低于润滑油的倾点温度而产生絮状流,堵塞节流元件。同时,由于除霜结束时室外换热器侧的压力较高,而室内换热器侧的压力比较低,如果此时直接控制四通阀换向,将产生较大的切换噪声,所以在延时第一预设时间后再控制 四通阀换向还可以有效降低四通阀的切换噪声。
S2,当四通阀换向完成后,控制压缩机开机。
可以理解的是,四通阀的换向主要是通过内部滑片实现,如果在四通阀换向过程中控制压缩机开机运行,将对滑片产生较大冲击,所以在本发明的实施例中,在四通阀换向完成后再控制压缩机开机,以保证四通阀不会发生损坏。
S3,获取压缩机的正常升频速率,并根据正常升频速率获取压缩机的当前升频速率,以及根据当前升频速率对压缩机进行升频控制,其中,当前升频速率小于正常升频速率。
具体而言,由于除霜结束前后,节流元件处的温度一直处于较低状态,虽然通过延时控制可以在一定程度上提高节流元件处的温度,但是如果此时直接控制压缩机以正常升频速率升频,那么室内换热器中的制冷剂将被快速抽空,使得室内换热器侧的压力变得十分低,而室外换热器侧的压力却比较高,在较大压力差的作用下,节流元件处的温度会快速下降并低于润滑油的倾点温度,从而使得润滑油产生严重絮状流,导致节流元件堵塞。
因此,在本发明的实施例中,在控制压缩机开机运行时,获取压缩机的正常升频速率,并根据正常升频速率获取压缩机的当前升频速率,并且该升频速率小于压缩机的正常升频速率,然后根据该升频速率对压缩机进行控制。也就是说,在压缩机开机运行后,将以低于正常升频速率的速率来对压缩机进行升频控制,从而有效防止节流元件出现油堵。
根据本发明的一个实施例,根据正常升频速率获取压缩机的当前升频速率,包括:将正常升频速率乘以预设比例以获得当前升频速率。
在本发明的实施例中,预设比例可以是固定值也可以是可变值。当预设比例为固定值时,预设比例的取值范围可以为1/3~2/3;当预设比例为可变值时,预设比例从第一预设值逐渐增加至第二预设值,其中,第一预设值的取值范围可以为0~1/3,第二预设值的取值范围可以为2/3~1。
进一步地,在本发明的实施例中,根据当前升频速率对压缩机进行升频控制,包括:直接控制压缩机按照当前升频速率升频,直至压缩机的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,先控制压缩机按照当前升频速率升频第二预设时间后,再控制压缩机按照正常升频速率升频,直至压缩机的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。其中,第二预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
具体地,在空调器除霜结束时,先控制压缩机停机,延时第一预设时间t1后,控制四通阀换向,同时获取当前室内外环境温度,并根据室内外环境温度从预设表格中获取该环境温度下压缩机的正常升频速率V,然后,将正常升频速率V乘以预设比例以计算获得压缩机的当前升频速率。在四通阀换向完成后,根据当前升频速率对压缩机进行升频控制。
例如,当预设比例为固定值如1/2时,相应的压缩机的当前升频速率为1/2V,此时可 直接控制压缩机按照1/2V升频,直至压缩机的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率,如图3a所示;或者先控制压缩机按照1/2V升频第二预设时间t2后,再控制压缩机按照正常升频速率V升频,直至压缩机的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率,如图3b所示。
又如,当预设比例为可变值时,如图4a所示,在控制压缩机开机后,可先控制压缩机以1/3V进行升频,然后每隔一定时间将当前升频速率调高一定的值,当压缩机的当前运行频率达到2/3V时,停止调高压缩机的当前升频速率,并以2/3V的升频速率控制压缩机运行,直至压缩机的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,如图4b所示,在控制压缩机开机后,可先控制压缩机以1/3V进行升频,然后每隔一定时间将当前升频速率调高一定的值,当压缩机的当前运行频率达到2/3V且达到第二预设时间t2时,停止调高压缩机的当前升频速率,并以正常升频速率V控制压缩机升频,直至压缩机的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。
可以理解的是,在上述示例中,可通过对时间间隔以及每次调高的值的合理设置,来保证在升频速率达到2/3V时,升频时间刚好达到第二预设时间t2。另外,在本发明的实施例中,还可以采用其他方式来获取压缩机的正常升频速率,具体可以采用现有技术,这里不做限制。
根据本发明实施例的空调器的除霜控制方法,通过在现有的空调器的除霜控制逻辑的基础上进行修改,从而在不改变空调器整机部件的前提下,有效避免了空调器在由除霜模式切换至制热模式时,因节流元件如毛细管处的温度低于润滑油的倾点温度,导致润滑油产生絮状流,从而堵塞节流元件,进而导致整机故障的问题。
进一步地,根据本发明的一个实施例,上述的空调器的除霜控制方法还可包括:空调器在以制热模式运行过程中,当接收到除霜信号时控制压缩机停机,并在延时第三预设时间后,控制四通阀换向;当四通阀换向完成后,控制压缩机开机,并按照正常升频速率控制压缩机升频,以对空调器进行除霜。其中,第三预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
具体地,在空调器以制热模式运行的过程中,可以采用现有技术来判断是否需要对室外换热器进行除霜,如果需要,则控制压缩机停机,并在延时第三预设时间后控制四通阀换向,以及在四通阀换向完成后,控制压缩机以正常升频速率进入除霜模式(制冷除霜)。其中,在延时第三预设时间后再控制四通阀换向,可以有效防止四通阀换向导致的噪音问题,并且在四通阀换向完成后再控制压缩机开机,可以有效防止四通阀受冲击而损坏。而在进入除霜模式时可以直接控制压缩机按照正常升频速率进行升频,其原因在于,空调器以制热模式运行时,节流元件一直处于高温状态下,不会导致节流元件处的温度低于润滑油的倾点温度,因而不会产生堵塞现象。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例的空调器的除霜控制方法,空调器在除霜过程中接收到除霜结束信号时控制压缩机停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制四通阀换向。在四通阀换向完成后,控制压缩机开机,并获取压缩机的正常升频速率,以及根据正常升频速率获取压缩机的当前升频速率,并根据当前升频速率对压缩机进行升频控制,其中,当前升频速率小于正常升频速率。该方法通过在空调器由除霜模式切换至制热模式时,对压缩机进行降升频速率控制,从而有效防止节流元件出口处的温度过低导致润滑油产生絮状流而堵塞节流元件。
下面来详细描述本发明实施例的空调器。
如图2所示,本发明实施例的空调器可包括:压缩机10、四通阀20、室外换热器30、室内换热器40、节流元件50和控制器(图中未具体示出)。
其中,压缩机10的排气口与四通阀20的第一端相连,四通阀20的第二端与室外换热器30的一端相连,室外换热器30的另一端与室内换热器40的一端相连,室内换热器40的另一端与节流元件50的一端相连,节流元件50的另一端与四通阀20的第三端相连,四通阀20的第四端与压缩机10的回气口相连。控制器用于在空调器除霜过程中,接收到除霜结束信号时控制压缩机10停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制四通阀20换向,以及当四通阀20换向完成后,控制压缩机10开机,并获取压缩机10的正常升频速率,并根据正常升频速率获取压缩机10的当前升频速率,以及根据当前升频速率对压缩机10进行升频控制,其中,当前升频速率小于正常升频速率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,控制器根据正常升频速率获取压缩机10的当前升频速率时,其中,控制器将正常升频速率乘以预设比例以获得当前升频速率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,当预设比例为固定值时,预设比例的取值范围为1/3~2/3;当预设比例为可变值时,预设比例从第一预设值逐渐增加至第二预设值,其中,第一预设值的取值范围为0~1/3,第二预设值的取值范围为2/3~1。
根据本发明的一个实施例,控制器根据当前升频速率对压缩机10进行升频控制时,其中,控制器直接控制压缩机10按照当前升频速率升频,直至压缩机10的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,控制器先控制压缩机10按照当前升频速率升频第二预设时间后,再控制压缩机10按照正常升频速率升频,直至压缩机10的运行频率达到空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,控制器还用于在空调器以制热模式运行过程中,当接收到除霜信号时控制压缩机10停机,并在延时第三预设时间后,控制四通阀20换向,以及当四通阀20换向完成后,控制压缩机10开机,并按照正常升频速率控制压缩机10升频,以对空调器进行除霜。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例的空调器中未披露的细节,请参照本发明实施例的空调器的除霜控制方法中所披露的细节,具体这里不再详述。

  1. 一种空调器的除霜控制方法,其特征在于,所述空调器包括压缩机、四通阀、室外换热器、室内换热器和节流元件,其中,所述压缩机的排气口与所述四通阀的第一端相连,所述四通阀的第二端与所述室外换热器的一端相连,所述室外换热器的另一端与所述室内换热器的一端相连,所述室内换热器的另一端与所述节流元件的一端相连,所述节流元件的另一端与所述四通阀的第三端相连,所述四通阀的第四端与所述压缩机的回气口相连,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    所述空调器在除霜过程中,接收到除霜结束信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向;
    当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机;
    获取所述压缩机的正常升频速率,并根据所述正常升频速率获取所述压缩机的当前升频速率,以及根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制,其中,所述当前升频速率小于所述正常升频速率。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调器的除霜控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述正常升频速率获取所述压缩机的当前升频速率,包括:
    将所述正常升频速率乘以预设比例以获得所述当前升频速率。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调器的除霜控制方法,其特征在于,其中,
    当所述预设比例为固定值时,所述预设比例的取值范围为1/3~2/3;
    当所述预设比例为可变值时,所述预设比例从第一预设值逐渐增加至第二预设值,其中,所述第一预设值的取值范围为0~1/3,所述第二预设值的取值范围为2/3~1。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的空调器的除霜控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制,包括:
    直接控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,
    先控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频第二预设时间后,再控制所述压缩机按照所述正常升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的空调器的除霜控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述空调器在以制热模式运行过程中,当接收到除霜信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第三预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向;
    当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机,并按照所述正常升频速率控制所述 压缩机升频,以对所述空调器进行除霜。
  6. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的空调器的除霜控制方法。
  7. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    压缩机、四通阀、室外换热器、室内换热器和节流元件,其中,所述压缩机的排气口与所述四通阀的第一端相连,所述四通阀的第二端与所述室外换热器的一端相连,所述室外换热器的另一端与所述室内换热器的一端相连,所述室内换热器的另一端与所述节流元件的一端相连,所述节流元件的另一端与所述四通阀的第三端相连,所述四通阀的第四端与所述压缩机的回气口相连;
    控制器,所述控制器用于在所述空调器除霜过程中,接收到除霜结束信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第一预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向,以及当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机,并获取所述压缩机的正常升频速率,并根据所述正常升频速率获取所述压缩机的当前升频速率,以及根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制,其中,所述当前升频速率小于所述正常升频速率。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述控制器根据所述正常升频速率获取所述压缩机的当前升频速率时,其中,
    所述控制器将所述正常升频速率乘以预设比例以获得所述当前升频速率。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的空调器,其特征在于,其中,
    当所述预设比例为固定值时,所述预设比例的取值范围为1/3~2/3;
    当所述预设比例为可变值时,所述预设比例从第一预设值逐渐增加至第二预设值,其中,所述第一预设值的取值范围为0~1/3,所述第二预设值的取值范围为2/3~1。
  10. 如权利要求7-9中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述控制器根据所述当前升频速率对所述压缩机进行升频控制时,其中,
    所述控制器直接控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率;或者,
    所述控制器先控制所述压缩机按照所述当前升频速率升频第二预设时间后,再控制所述压缩机按照所述正常升频速率升频,直至所述压缩机的运行频率达到所述空调器正常制热运行时所需的运行频率。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于在所述空调器以制热模式运行过程中,当接收到除霜信号时控制所述压缩机停机,并在延时第三预设时间后,控制所述四通阀换向,以及当所述四通阀换向完成后,控制所述压缩机开机,并按照所述 正常升频速率控制所述压缩机升频,以对所述空调器进行除霜。
