背景技术
目前市场可见的医用吸液垫多为天然棉花或聚酯类纤维。聚酯类纤维如涤纶、黏胶等,而这些材料在医疗领域使用时,氧化性药水、碘酒等会对吸液垫造成腐蚀,影响使用效果;除此以外,一般的吸液垫在使用一段时间后,废液容易出现溢出的情况,导致二次污染。

实用新型目的:本实用新型提供一种医疗用导流式吸液垫,所述医疗用导流式吸液垫具有耐腐蚀、防溢出的特点。
技术方案:一种医疗用导流式吸液垫,所述吸液垫从内到外由聚丙烯长丝无纺布、多层聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布和聚乙烯防滑复合膜复合粘结而成,所述多层聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布中间固定粘结有一根软管,所述软管为硅胶软管,软管直径为10-15mm,长度为4.1-4.8m,在聚乙烯防滑复合膜的一面,四周有强力双面胶。
作为优化:所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布由5-30微米纤维细度的聚丙烯长丝构成。
作为优化:所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布的克重为10-50g,拉伸强度为20-70N。
作为优化:所述聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布由3-4层1-10微米纤维细度的聚丙烯熔喷布构成。
作为优化:所述聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布的克重单层为30-400g。

一种医疗用导流式吸液垫,所述吸液垫从内到外由聚丙烯长丝无纺布1、多层聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布2和聚乙烯防滑复合膜3复合粘结而成,所述多层聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布2中间固定粘结有一根软管4,所述软管4为硅胶软管,软管4直径为10-15mm,长度为4.1-4.8m,在聚乙烯防滑复合膜3的一面,四周有强力双面胶。
所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布1由5-30微米纤维细度的聚丙烯长丝构成,所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布1的拉伸强度为20-70N,且所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布1克重为10-50g。
所述聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布2由3-4层1-10微米纤维细度的聚丙烯熔喷布构成,所述聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布2的克重单层为30-400g。
所述的医疗用导流式吸液垫的制备方法,包括如下步骤:首先将软管固定在聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布上,将聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷布通过超声波压点复合,接着将聚乙烯防滑复合膜通过胶复合与复合好的聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布粘合,最后在复合聚乙烯膜的一面,四周贴上条状双面胶。
本实用新型中的吸液垫吸附液体后,随着吸附量的增大,纤维内部压强逐渐产生变化,当吸附量达到一定的数量后,多余的废液从导流管流出,排出吸液垫外。
本实用新型中的聚丙烯长丝无纺布、聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布采用具有耐腐蚀性的聚丙烯纤维材料制成,利用材料本身的特性使吸液垫具有耐腐蚀性;与地面接触的一面采用聚乙烯膜和双面胶,使得吸液垫具有良好的防滑性;产品中间固定有软管,有很好的导流作用,能防止废液外溢。
