本发明公开了吸水卫生材料，包括吸收部，吸收部包括依次连接的第一面层、高吸液热风无纺布层和底层，高吸液热风无纺布层由低熔点复合纤维和高吸液纤维SAF混合经热风无纺布工艺制成。由此，通过采用由低熔点复合纤维和高吸液纤维SAF混合经热风无纺布工艺制成的高吸液热风无纺布层作为吸水卫生材料的吸收芯体，高吸液纤维SAF的超强吸水性能，使制作的吸水卫生材料具有超强的吸收能力，不易发生液体的侧漏和渗漏，产品不易变形及松散。另外，还简化了产品结构，无须设置导流层来防止反渗漏。

吸水卫生材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生用品材料，特别涉及一种吸水卫生材料。
背景技术
现有技术中，吸水性的卫生用品可以包括卫生巾、纸尿裤等产品，该类产品通常包括可以渗透的面层、对液体进行导流并防止反渗漏的导流层、对液体具有吸收和存储能力的吸收芯层和阻隔体液渗漏的底层。面层为一般为无纺布或打孔膜材料，导流层可采用浸渍无纺布，吸收芯层主要由棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子吸水因子(SAP)等材料组成。棉、不织布、纸浆的吸收能力非常有限，液体量大时易发生侧漏和渗漏。SAP具有较高的吸水和保水性能，但在作为芯层材料的主要吸收体使用时，SAP常以独立颗粒的形式分散并夹杂于绒毛浆或棉纤维中，在SAP颗粒吸收液体后体积会急速膨胀，并且颗粒强度较干燥的SAP粒子下降剧烈，凝胶粘连形成糊状的凝胶块，在使用者走动的过程中凝胶在卫生产品中的相对位置就会发生位移，导致凝胶团聚，卫生产品容易发生变形。变形后的卫生产品，对体液多次吸收和保持的性能就会降低，较容易发生液体的侧漏和渗漏。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种吸收性能好，不易变形的吸水卫生材料。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供了吸水卫生材料，包括吸收部，吸收部包括依次连接的第一面层、高吸液热风无纺布层和底层，高吸液热风无纺布层由低熔点复合纤维和高吸液纤维SAF混合经热风无纺布工艺制成。由此，通过采用由低熔点复合纤维和高吸液纤维SAF混合经热风无纺布工艺制成的高吸液热风无纺布层作为吸水卫生材料的吸收芯体，高吸液纤维SAF的超强吸水性能，使制作的吸水卫生材料具有超强的吸收能力，不易发生液体的侧漏和渗漏，产品不易变形。另外，还简化了产品结构，无须设置导流层来防止反渗漏。
在一些实施方式中，底层包括无纺布底层和第一不透水层，第一不透水层的一侧与无纺布底层连接，第一不透水层的另一侧与高吸液热风无纺布层连接。由此，
在一些实施方式中，还包括导流槽，导流槽环绕高吸液热风无纺布层的边缘。由此，通过设置导流槽，可使流入导流槽的液体沿导流槽流动并被分散吸收，可防止液体侧漏。
在一些实施方式中，导流槽的周围设有围护环。由此，围护环可吸收渗漏到导流槽边缘的液体。
在一些实施方式中，围护环包括依次连接的第二面层、高吸液材料层和第二不透水层，第二不透水层与第一不透水层连接，第二不透水层的边缘向内弯折包裹高吸液材料层的边缘。通过设置高吸液材料层对侧漏的液体进行吸收，可加强防侧漏的效果。
在一些实施方式中，高吸液热风无纺布层的厚度为1～5mm。
在一些实施方式中，高吸液热风无纺布层的厚度为2mm。由此，2mm厚的高吸液热风无纺布层做成的吸水卫生材料适合制作卫生巾。
在一些实施方式中，高吸液热风无纺布层的厚度为5mm。由此，5mm厚的高吸液热风无纺布层做成的吸水卫生材料适合制作纸尿裤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1和图2示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的吸水卫生材料。
参照图1，吸水卫生材料包括吸收部1、导流槽2和围护环3。导流槽2环绕吸收部1，围护环3环绕导流槽2。通过在吸收部1周围设置导流槽2和围护环3，可形成多重防护，在吸收液体的同时防止侧漏。
参照图2，吸收部1包括依次连接的第一面层11、高吸液热风无纺布层12和底层13。第一面层11可以是采用无纺布材料制作可透水材料。高吸液热风无纺布层12由低熔点复合纤维和高吸液纤维SAF混合经热风无纺布工艺制成。低熔点复合纤维可以是PE/PP皮芯型复合纤维或PE/PET皮芯型复合纤维或两种纤维的混合物。高吸液纤维SAF的吸液能力非常强，可大大提升吸水卫生材料的吸液性能。而通过将高吸液纤维SAF制作成热风无纺布，可使高吸液纤维SAF形成固定的形状，使制作成的吸水卫生材料不易变形和塌陷，使用方便。另外，由于高吸液热风无纺布层12超强吸液性，可将液体稳定地锁定在高吸液热风无纺布层12内，不易发生反渗漏和回流，无须再设置导流层防渗，可简化吸水卫生材料的结构，加工制作方便。
底层13包括无纺布底层131和第一不透水层132。第一不透水层132的一侧与无纺布底层131连接，第一不透水层132的另一侧与高吸液热风无纺布层12连接。第一不透水层132可以采用透气膜材料制作。
导流槽2是由第一面层11和底层13延伸并压制粘合形成的凹槽。
围护环3包括依次连接的第二面层31、高吸液材料层32和第二不透水层33，第二不透水层33的边缘向内弯折包裹高吸液材料层32的边缘。第二面层31与第一面层11为一体结构。第二不透水层33与第一不透水层132连接成一体结构。高吸液材料层32的材质可与高吸液热风无纺布层12的材质相同。
高吸液热风无纺布层12的厚度可以是1～5mm。
高吸液热风无纺布层12的厚度为2mm时，适合将吸水卫生材料制作成卫生巾。
高吸液热风无纺布层12的厚度为5mm，适合将吸水卫生材料制作成纸尿裤。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：包括吸收部(1)，所述吸收部(1)包括依次连接的第一面层(11)、高吸液热风无纺布层(12)和底层(13)，所述高吸液热风无纺布层(12)由低熔点复合纤维和高吸液纤维SAF混合经热风无纺布工艺制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：所述底层(13)包括无纺布底层(131)和第一不透水层(132)，所述第一不透水层(132)的一侧与无纺布底层(131)连接，所述第一不透水层(132)的另一侧与高吸液热风无纺布层(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：还包括导流槽(2)，所述导流槽(2)环绕高吸液热风无纺布层(12)的边缘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：所述导流槽(2)的周围设有围护环(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：所述围护环(3)包括依次连接的第二面层(31)、高吸液材料层(32)和第二不透水层(33)，所述第二不透水层(33)与第一不透水层(132)连接，所述第二不透水层(33)的边缘向内弯折包裹高吸液材料层(32)的边缘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：所述高吸液热风无纺布层(12)的厚度为1～5mm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：所述高吸液热风无纺布层(12)的厚度为2mm。
8.根据权利要求2所述的吸水卫生材料，其特征在于：所述高吸液热风无纺布层(12)的厚度为5mm。
