本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述吸液垫从内到外由聚丙烯长丝无纺布、聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布层和聚乙烯防滑复合膜层经多次复合粘接而成。首先将聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布层超声波点压复合,接着将聚乙烯防滑复合膜通过胶与复合好的聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布粘合。聚丙烯长丝无纺布、聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布层采用具有耐腐蚀性能的聚丙烯纤维材料构成,利用聚丙烯纤维材料本身的特性使其具备耐腐蚀性,聚乙烯防滑复合膜层具有耐化学腐蚀及防滑的特点。

本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种耐化学腐蚀的医疗吸液垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场可见的医用吸液垫均为天然棉花或聚酯类纤维,聚酯类纤维如涤纶、或黏胶,然这些材料在医疗领域使用时,有氧化性药水、碘酒会对其具有腐蚀性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫及其制备方法,具有耐化学腐蚀的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫,其创新点在于:所述吸液垫从内到外由聚丙烯长丝无纺布、聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布和聚乙烯防滑复合膜经多次复合粘接而成。
优选的,所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布由5~30微米纤维细度的聚丙烯长丝无纺布构成,所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布的拉伸强度为20~70N,且所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布克重为10~50g。
优选的,所述聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布由1~10微米纤维细度的聚丙烯熔喷布构成,所述聚丙烯熔喷布的克重30~400g。
一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫的制备方法,制备上述的耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫,包括以下步骤:首先将聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布层超声波点压复合,接着将聚乙烯防滑复合膜通过胶与复合好的聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布粘合。
本发明的优点在于:聚丙烯长丝无纺布、聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布采用具有耐腐蚀性能的聚丙烯纤维材料构成,利用聚丙烯纤维材料本身的特性使其具备耐腐蚀性,聚乙烯防滑复合膜具有耐化学腐蚀及防滑的特点。
具体实施方式
本发明的耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫从内到外由聚丙烯长丝无纺布、聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布和聚乙烯防滑复合膜经多次复合粘接而成。其中聚丙烯长丝无纺布由5~30微米纤维细度的聚丙烯长丝无纺布构成,该聚丙烯长丝无纺布的拉伸强度为20~70N,且聚丙烯长丝无纺布克重为10~50g。聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布由1~10微米纤维细度的聚丙烯熔喷布构成,该聚丙烯熔喷布的克重30~400g。
制备上述耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布层超声波点压复合,接着将聚乙烯防滑复合膜通过胶与复合好的聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布粘合。
本发明创造的耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫利用聚丙烯纤维具有耐氧化性药水、碘酒腐蚀的特点,理论数据表明,本发明的吸液垫的吸液率为吸液垫本身重量的5~20倍

2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布由5~30微米纤维细度的聚丙烯长丝无纺布构成,所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布的拉伸强度为20~70N,且所述聚丙烯长丝无纺布克重为10~50g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫,特征在于:所述聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布由1~10微米纤维细度的聚丙烯熔喷布构成,所述聚丙烯熔喷布的克重30~400g。
4.一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫的制备方法,制备权利要求1至3其中任何所述的一种耐腐蚀医疗吸液垫,其特征在于包括以下步骤:首先将聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布层超声波点压复合,接着将聚乙烯防滑复合膜通过胶与复合好的聚丙烯长丝无纺布和聚丙烯熔喷微纤维布粘合。
