背景技术
近年来,随着信息技术和电子商务的不断发展,网购已经成为消费的潮流,网购也同样带动了物流市场的蓬勃发展。
对于频繁网购的消费者,需要经常收取各种快件和包裹,当前在收取包裹中,要留人在家等候快递上门,亦或快递员提前预约送件,不仅操作麻烦,费时费力,还存在一定的安全隐患,尤其是当面签收快递,容易造成隐私泄露,甚至带来人身安全隐患;为了解决无人收件等问题,市场上也因此诞生了在小区集中放一个大的收件柜箱,凭密码去取件。这种方式并不能完全适应人们追求更高生活方便性的需要,因为人们回家后还要步行去一个集中的地方提取快递,同样费时费力,安全性和针对性较差,也无法确认货物是否还完整地放置在收件柜箱里面,而且还无法做到实时提醒,容易造成收件延误。
为了解决这些问题,目前市场上还出现了一种带电子提醒的收件箱,其采用中国专利ZL 01118733.6公开的智能电子收件箱,虽然能够及时提醒包裹收取状况,但功能相对还是无法满足实际需要,尤其无法对包裹信息进行在线确认并监控包裹存放状况,使用效率和安全性难以保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全便捷的远程物联网室外收件装置,它具有结构紧凑实用,安全可靠和智能便捷的优点。
本发明是这样来实现的,一种安全便捷的远程物联网室外收件装置,其特征在于,它包括位于门外的电控收件箱、网关以及通过网关与电控收件箱控制连接的近程控制装置和远程终端。
该远程物联网室外收件装置还包括位于电控收件箱附近的视频对讲装置,视频对讲装置包含感应式触发模块,该视频对讲装置通过网关与近程控制装置和远程终端数据链接。
优选的是:所述电控收件箱旁还设有用于触发视频对讲装置启动的红外传感器。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明是这样实现的,该远程物联网室外收件装置包括位于门外的电控收件箱1、网关2以及通过网关2与电控收件箱1控制连接的近程控制装置3和远程终端4;本发明基于物联网技术,设置室外收件装置,满足当前无人或非接触收件的客观需求,在使用时,当需要收件时,收件人可根据需要控制电控收件箱1开启,通过电控收件箱1完成收件过程,根据收件人位置,可选择利用近程控制装置3和远程终端4经网关2对电控收件箱1进行开关控制,这样由于收件人与快递员不接触,可保证个人隐私和安全,同时在无人时远距离控制收件,可提高收件的效率,降低遗漏收件以及取件的不便。
为了更好地满足实际使用需要,提高使用的自动化和智能化,本发明还对各个关键功能组件进行了优化改进,其中,该远程物联网室外收件装置还包括位于电控收件箱1附近的视频对讲装置5,视频对讲装置5包含感应式触发模块,该视频对讲装置5通过网关2 与近程控制装置3和远程终端4数据链接;这样当快递员接近电控收件箱1或靠近电控收件箱1超过设定时间后,感应式触发模块检测到持续靠近的视频数据就会激活视频对讲装置5,视频对讲装置5启动将快递员以及快件信息视频通过网关2传递给近程控制装置3和远程终端4,使用者确认后再经过网关2控制电控收件箱1打开,快递员在视频对讲装置5的监控下将快件放入电控收件箱1,而后关闭电控收件箱1,整个过程均可被用户通过视频对讲装置5进行查看记录,又可实时沟通快件信息,大大提高收件的效率和安全性。同时,为了进一步提高可靠性,所述电控收件箱1旁还设有用于触发视频对讲装置5启动的红外传感器6,当检测人体红外信号靠近,红外传感器6激活视频对讲装置5,可利用低功率的红外传感器6做视频对讲装置5的启动触发装置,进一步降低能耗。
当然,为了满足日常使用习惯,本发明还改进了电控收件箱1,它包括箱体、设置在箱门上的电控锁芯101以及与电控锁芯101控制连接的控制线路板102,该控制线路板102上还设有蓝牙和WIFI模块,这样使用者可选择更多方式控制电控收件箱1,一方面可通过近程控制装置3和远程终端4进行控制,也可以直接通过蓝牙和WIFI模块进行数据连接控制,提高取件的便利性。。
在实际使用时,所述近程控制装置3安装在室内,它包括视频对讲模块、控制按键301以及蓝牙模块;所述远程终端4至少包含数据链接模块、视频对讲模块以及控制按键,当视频对讲装置开始触发,采集图像和语音数据时,与视频对讲装置链接的近程控制装置3和远程终端4自动唤醒,通知使用者有快件需要接收,使用者可通过近程控制装置3或远程终端4的视频对讲模块实时与快递员沟通,并通过相应的控制指令开启电控收件箱1,实现安全便捷的快件收取,本发明很好地解决了无人化收件问题,对于保护个人隐私安全和提高收件效率有很大促进作用。
当然,为了更好地简化结构,符合实际生活需要,所述视频对讲装置与电控收件箱集成到一起,该视频对讲装置5包括摄像头装置、语音装置以及WIFI模块;而所述远程终端4采用手机;在实际设置时,当送件员靠近并停留在室外电控收件箱达到三秒以上,视频对讲装置5自动采集信号并通过该信号启动提示近程控制装置3和远程终端4,使用者与送件员视频通话后,若需要收件,通过近程控制装置3和远程终端4下达指令给电控收件箱1里面的控制线路板102以及电控锁芯101,从而开启箱门,在摄像头装置监督送件员确实将物件放入箱内后,使用者通过语音装置要求送件员关闭箱门,这样从送件员抵达送件到关闭箱门离开的整个过程一直处于使用者有效监督之下,安全高效;这样,收件人不再需要安排留人在家等快递,又不需要额外步行去小区集中取件柜取件,而快递公司也 再担心因为主人外出而白跑,特别适用于喜欢网上购物的家庭。
