压力检测装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压力检测装置,属于检测装置技术领域。
背景技术
压力检测装置,用于可充放气密封装置内,能准确测量外部施加的压力。中国专利CN201673012U公开了一种真空压力检测装置,该装置包括压力显示装置和磁性材料的壳体,壳体设置有通孔,壳体下端设置有第一密封圈,通孔的前端内壁设置有凹槽,压力显示装置固定于凹槽,压力显示装置与通孔相通。压力显示装置设置有连接端,连接端与凹槽相匹配,连接端与凹槽配合固定连接。还设置有固定于连接端与凹槽之间密封装置。凹槽的内壁面设置有内螺纹,连接端的外壁面设置有外螺纹,内螺纹与外螺纹相匹配。显示装置设置为真空压力表。将该真空压力检测装置应用于木材加工中心,可以准确检测出木材加工中心的真空系统至工作台的真空压力。但是,该装置尚存在下述问题:测量误差较大、安装复杂、气密性较差、成本较高、稳定性不高。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种压力检测装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型提供了一种压力检测装置,其包括底座,所述底座的表面设有传感器固定组件,所述传感器固定组件内设置有压力传感器,所述压力传感器的顶部设有安装脚,所述安装脚的顶部设有合力座。
作为优选方案,所述传感器固定组件包括两个定位块和两个传感器卡扣,两个所述定位块相对设置,两个传感器卡扣也相对设置,在其中一个所述定位块的中央设有定位孔。
作为优选方案,所述压力传感器为应变片式压力传感器。
作为优选方案,所述底座的中央设有进气口,所述进气口的外侧设有出线孔。
作为优选方案,所述进气口朝向合力座。
作为优选方案,所述合力座的顶部设有弹簧卡扣,合力座的中央设有通气孔,合力座上与安装脚相对的位置上设有螺钉沉孔,所述螺钉沉孔的外边缘具有弹簧挡边。
作为优选方案,所述底座的边缘还设有密封槽。
作为优选方案,所述合力座的边缘在密封槽的内侧。
作为优选方案,所述合力座与底座同轴装配。
作为优选方案,所述压力传感器的数量为两个,两个压力传感器分别设置于底座的两个对角上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下的有益效果:
1、结构简单,安装方便,解决了密封容器中的垂直压力检测问题;
2、应变片压力传感器配对以及对角向中安装方式检测更准确;更好的稳定性,重复性;
3、成本低,减少传感器使用数量,传感器布局方式减少其使用数量,避免了传感器过少测量的不稳定性以及过多带来的误测;
4、气密性更好;
5、更好的整体性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技 术人员进一步理解本实用新型,但不以任何形式限制本实用新型。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
如图1~4所示,本实用新型提供了一种压力检测装置,其包括底座1,底座1的表面的两个对角上各设有一个传感器固定组件,传感器固定组件内设置有压力传感器2,压力传感器2的顶部设有安装脚3,安装脚3的顶部设有合力座4。
传感器固定组件包括两个传感器卡扣11和两个定位块15,两个定位块15相对设置,两个传感器卡扣11也相对设置,在其中一个定位块15的中央设有定位孔16。
为了节省安装空间,压力传感器2为应变片式压力传感器。
底座1的中央设有进气口13,进气口13的外侧设有出线孔14。
为了便于压力检测装置整体在充放气密封装置中的装配,合力座4的顶部设有弹簧卡扣41。合力座4的中央设有通气孔43,通气孔43的位置位于底座1上进气孔13的正上方,可实现气路的连通,合力座4上与安装脚相对的位置上设有螺钉沉孔42,用来通过螺钉实现合力座与安装脚的固定连接,螺钉沉孔42的边缘设有弹簧挡边421,用来容纳在压力检测装置装配于可充放气密封装置时,对于安装弹簧的容纳。
为了保证充放气密封装置的气密性,底座1的边缘还设有密封槽12。
装配时,应变片压力传感器与安装脚经过热压方式使之为一个成品组件,用传感器卡扣安装于底座表面,提高了装置的集成性。
本实用新型的工作原理为:
利用底座密封槽而固定的密闭空间内,通过在合力座安装(传感器卡扣固定)的传力介质进行力的传导,力通过合力座传于压力传感器(外界力始终传于合力座),从而使力传递于对角装置的压力传感器,压力传感器的电压值得变化,体现力的大小,从而实现检测。
本实用新型在使用时的有益效果为:
1、结构简单,安装方便,解决了密封容器中的垂直压力检测问题;
2、应变片压力传感器配对以及对角向中安装方式检测更准确;更好的稳定性,重复性;
3、成本低,减少传感器使用数量,传感器布局方式减少其使用数量,避免了传感器过少测量的不稳定性以及过多带来的误测;
4、气密性更好;
5、更好的整体性。

  1. 一种压力检测装置,其特征在于,包括底座,所述底座的表面设有传感器固定组件,所述传感器固定组件内设置有压力传感器,所述压力传感器的顶部设有安装脚,所述安装脚的顶部设有合力座。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述传感器固定组件包括两个定位块和两个传感器卡扣,两个所述定位块相对设置,两个传感器卡扣也相对设置,在其中一个所述定位块的中央设有定位孔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器为应变片式压力传感器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述底座的中央设有进气口,所述进气口的外侧设有出线孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述进气口朝向合力座。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述合力座的顶部设有弹簧卡扣,合力座的中央设有通气孔,合力座上与安装脚相对的位置上设有螺钉沉孔,所述螺钉沉孔的外边缘具有弹簧挡边。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述底座的边缘还设有密封槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述合力座的边缘在密封槽的内侧。
  9. 如权利要求8中所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述合力座与底座同轴装配。
  10. 如权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器的数量为两个,两个压力传感器分别设置于底座的两个对角上。
