Description

一种用于卷尺的划线装置及应用有该装置的卷尺 技术领域
本发明涉及卷尺的技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于卷尺的划线装置及应用有该装置的卷尺。
背景技术
卷尺作为一种易于携带的测量工具,已成为很多行业的工作人员必备工具之一。现有的卷尺通常由一尺盒、设置在尺盒内的尺带与轮毂组成,尺带卷绕在轮毂上,尺带头部具有弯折的舌片,该舌片卡在尺盒口部之外。
使用者在使用卷尺进行测量操作时,往往需要在测定的长度位置加上标记,由于普通的卷尺没有配备任何可以进行标记或者划线的附加机构,此时,使用者必须另行用笔加以标记或划线,但在实际使用时,往往笔不在手边,因此,普通的卷尺实际使用时多有不便。
中国专利CN2593152Y(专利号ZL02286932.8)就公开了一种可以同时进行标记的卷尺。该卷尺是在尺盒的侧壁设置一狭长的盲孔,在该盲孔内设置笔芯和弹簧,通过弹簧对笔芯根部的紧抵,而使笔芯的头部始终与滚轮的周边相抵,弹簧、笔芯、滚轮的周面这三者位于同一条直线上。当需要进行标记时,移动尺盒,并使滚轮在被测物体的表面滚动,滚轮的周边与限位在盲孔内的笔芯发生摩擦,从而将笔芯的着色物料粘附在滚轮的周面上,最终通过滚轮的滚动在被测物体的表面上自动留下滚痕而成为线条等标记。
不难发现,在上述专利的技术方案中,尺盒内的笔芯只能设置一根,这就使得这已标记功能的使用周期非常有限;当这唯一的一根笔芯用尽时,我们推断(并未在上述专利文献中公开)只能将滚轮从尺盒上拆除后,方可添加新的笔芯,如此的更换操作十分不便;如果由非专业人士进行如此操作,很可能会损坏尺盒,从而报废整个卷尺,这显然不适于实际需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种便于添加笔芯、划线功能的使用周期不受限制、更适于实际使用的用于卷尺的划线装置。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种应用有该划线装置的卷尺。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种用于卷尺的划线装置,包括盒体、笔芯和可转动的划线轮,其中,划线轮的部分周面露出于盒体之外,其特征在于:还包括用于容置笔芯的芯夹和用于推动芯夹中的一根笔芯而使其始终具有向划线轮抵靠趋势的推动机构。
所述推动机构可以采用现有的各种技术,第一种优选的推动机构包括依次设置在盒体内的弹性件、推钮、推杆、可转动的芯夹;
其中,所述芯夹可转动地定位在盒体之中而可绕其中心轴相对盒体转动,芯夹上开设有至少一个平行于芯夹中心轴设置的嵌槽,笔芯就嵌设在嵌槽之内;
所述划线轮的轴心与芯夹的中心轴相垂直,且划线轮的周面位置与推杆的位置相对应;
所述推杆与芯夹的中心轴相平行,该推杆的第一端与推钮相连、第二端可插入到对应的嵌槽内而与嵌槽内的笔芯的根部相抵;
所述推钮可在盒体内沿芯夹的中心轴定位移动,且推钮具有露于盒体之外的外突的操作部;
所述弹性件设置在盒体内侧与推钮之间,使推钮以及推杆具有推动笔芯而使其具有向划线轮移动的趋势。
优选地,所述推钮上还设置有定位杆,该定位杆的端部可插入嵌槽之中。上述的推杆具有定位芯夹(防止其转动)和推动笔芯的双重作用,而该定位杆仅起到定位作用。推杆与定位杆以左右对称设计为佳,以增加推钮等部件的移动动作的稳定性。
优选地,所述芯夹上还开设有多个平行于芯夹中心轴设置的定位槽,该定位杆的端部可插入定位槽或嵌槽之中。具体实施时,定位槽与嵌槽可互为间隔设置,定位杆与推杆则以芯夹的中心轴对称分布,如此,当推杆的第二端插入到嵌槽内时,定位杆正好插入到定位槽内。
为实现芯夹能等间距地定位转动,优选地,本发明的划线装置还包括一能使芯夹定位转动的定位转动机构,该定位转动机构包括设置在推钮与芯夹之间的挡板扣、设置在挡板扣与芯夹之间的一小弹珠和一小弹簧;其中,挡板扣定位在盒体中,挡板扣的侧面上以芯夹的中心轴为中心均布有多个凹坑,小弹珠就落在其中一个凹坑中,小弹簧套设在弹珠之外且两端抵在挡板扣与芯夹之间。
优选地,所述推钮上还设置有定位杆,该定位杆的端部可插入嵌槽之中:所述挡板扣上、沿中心轴方向开设有两个导向孔,以供所述推杆与定位杆的穿设。该挡板扣对推杆与定位杆的移动起到导向作用。
优选地,所述芯夹的中心轴处设置有凸轴,对应地,所述挡板扣上设置有一定位孔,以容纳芯夹的凸轴,通过芯夹的凸轴与挡板扣的定位孔的插配,能对芯夹起到中心定位作用。
优选地,所述的笔芯为一铅笔芯。
优选地,所述盒体包括上下对合而成的上盒体与下盒体,其中上盒体设置有一供推钮的操作部穿设的、且与芯夹的中心轴平行的长条形槽,而使操作部外露于盒体外,且整个推钮就可沿长条形槽限位移动。
优选地,所述盒体上设置有一个止动杆,止动杆的第一端定位在盒体上可绕定位点转动,第二端可抵扣在齿轮上而止住划线轮的转动。止动杆能防止划线轮意外转动,避免污染使用环境。
第二种优选的推动机构包括设置在盒体内的笔芯推块、拉簧;
所述笔芯推块能相对盒体沿竖向限位移动,笔芯推块上具有推动部,推动部与笔芯的尾部相抵,而笔芯的头部与划线轮的周面相抵;
所述拉簧的第一端与笔芯推块相连,第二端与盒体内侧靠近划线轮的那一侧相连,通过拉簧使笔芯推块的推动部推动笔芯而使笔芯始终具有向划线轮抵靠的趋势;
并且,所述笔芯推块还能相对盒体沿横向限位移动,使笔芯推块的推动部能脱离对笔芯尾部的紧抵。
优选地,所述芯夹为一从外部插入到盒体内的可插拔式笔芯盒,多根笔芯并列排放在笔芯盒内,推动部所推动的笔芯为靠近笔芯盒内侧的那一根。
作为一种可插拔式笔芯盒的优选插入方式,所述可插拔式笔芯盒从盒体正面插入,该笔芯盒中邻近笔芯推块的那面内侧沿竖向开有第一滑槽,所述笔芯推块的推动部能通过该第一滑槽伸入到笔芯盒内、并能沿该第一滑槽相对笔芯盒竖向移动;并且,盒体的正面、对应笔芯推块的推动部的位置设置有一个长条形孔插孔。
作为另一种可插拔式笔芯盒的优选插入方式,所述笔芯盒从盒体侧面插入,该笔芯盒的内侧端面沿竖向开有第二滑槽,所述笔芯推块的推动部能通过该第二滑槽伸入到笔芯盒内、并能沿该第二滑槽相对笔芯盒竖向移动;并且,盒体的侧面、对应笔芯推块的推动部的位置设置有一个长条形孔插孔。
为方便拉簧的设置,优选地,所述笔芯推块的底部具有弯勾,以供拉簧的第一端勾拉,所述盒体内邻近划线轮的位置设置有一凸柱,以供拉簧的第二端勾拉。
优选地,所述盒体的正面开有“7”型移动槽,而笔芯推块的正面具有外突的操作部,该操作部穿过所述移动槽并露于盒体正面之外,从而实现笔芯推块能相对盒体沿竖向和横向的限位移动。使用者横向推动笔芯推块的操作部,就可以使笔芯推块的推动部离开笔芯的尾部,操作非常简便。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该应用有上述划线装置的卷尺,包括尺盒和设置在尺盒内的尺带,尺带可从尺盒的侧部的尺盒口处伸缩,其特征在于:所述划线装置位于邻近尺盒口的位置,并且,所述划线轮的轴心与尺带的伸缩方向平行。
优选地,所述尺盒上设置有供划线装置嵌设的第一卡槽。
划线装置的盒体在尺盒上的安装方式,可以是通过螺钉固定或粘接固定,也可以是盒体本身与尺盒为一体件,即两者为一体注塑成型。
为便于活动拆卸,尺盒与划线装置的盒体之间以设置活动拆卸机构为佳,也即,划线装置能在尺盒上活动安装、拆卸。具体方案之一:尺盒位于第一卡槽的侧壁上还设置有第二卡槽,且第二卡槽的底部有开口而与外界相通,盒体上在对应第二卡槽的位置设置有一外露于盒体的按钮,按钮与盒体之间设置有复位弹簧,按钮一体相连有一卡块,在复位弹簧复位的状态下,所述卡块卡入在第二卡槽之中,在按钮被按下的状态下,卡块可从第二卡槽底部的开口向下移出。
具体方案之二:尺盒位于第一卡槽的侧壁上还设置有第三卡槽;盒体上在对应第三卡槽的位置设置有一外露于盒体的按钮和受按钮控制的可左右限位移动的锁块,锁块的右端与盒体之间设置有复位弹簧,锁块的左端卡入在第三卡槽之中,在按钮被按下的状态下,锁块会向右移动而从第三卡槽中脱出。
为便于实现按钮对锁块左右限位移动的控制,优选地,所述锁块在靠近按钮的一侧具有一驱动部,该驱动部具有左右方向倾斜的倾斜面,所述按钮的内侧壁也具有相配的倾斜面,按钮的内侧壁始终与驱动部的倾斜面相贴。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于;
多根笔芯放置在芯夹中,其中一根笔芯为工作状态,即真正参与划线工作,其余笔芯用于储备,而推动机构仅推动那根工作状态的笔芯,使其抵靠在划线轮的轮面上,从而,当划线轮滚动时会自然地带出笔芯的着色物料,实现卷尺的划线功能,并且,由于芯夹中储备有多根笔芯,使得划线功能的使用周期不受限制,使产品更适于实际使用。
对于第一种推动机构的设计,即通过可转动的芯夹以及弹性件、推钮、推杆、划线轮的一系列设计,弹性件能推动推钮和推杆,推杆则推动笔芯使笔芯的头部始终抵靠在划线轮的周面上,划线轮滚动时会自然地带出笔芯的着色物料,实现卷尺的划线功能;
而芯夹可以放置多根笔芯,使卷尺自带有备用的笔芯,当一个嵌槽内的笔芯用完时,只需转动芯夹,使有效的笔芯对准推杆,即可完成新旧更替,并且,新的笔芯可随时安装到嵌槽之中,轻松实现添加,使卷尺划线功能的使用周期没有限制,产品更适于实际使用。
对于第二种推动机构的设计,即笔芯推块、拉簧的设计,在拉簧对笔芯推块的拉动作用下,使笔芯推块的推动部保持推动笔芯而使笔芯始终具有向划线轮抵靠的趋势,当划线轮滚动时会自然地带出笔芯的着色物料,实现卷尺的划线功能;
同时,笔芯推块能相对盒体横向地左右限位移动,假定笔芯设置在笔芯推块的右侧位置,当笔芯推块相对盒体移动到最左侧的左限位位置时,笔芯推块的推动部就离开笔芯的尾部位置,此时,笔芯以及芯夹可取出,添加上新的笔芯,或进行笔芯的调整。
应用有该划线装置的本发明的卷尺也具有如上优势。本发明的划线装置还可以用在其他工作时需要进行划线或标记的产品之中。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
用于卷尺的划线装置之实施例一:
如图1-5所示,为本发明用于卷尺的划线装置的第一个优选实施例。该划线装置,包括盒体1、依次设置在盒体1内的弹性件3、推钮2、推杆6、可转动的芯夹4、笔芯40以及一可转动的划线轮7。
其中,弹性件3、推钮2、推杆6构成用于推动芯夹4中的一根笔芯40而使其始终向划线轮7抵靠的推动机构。
所述盒体1由上盒体11与下盒体12上下对合而成,形成中空的结构。
所述芯夹4定位在盒体1之中而可绕其中心轴L相对盒体1转动,在本实施例中,芯夹4整体大致呈圆柱体形状,首尾表面的中心处均具有向外延伸的凸轴43而成为芯夹4的中心轴L,芯夹4的外周表面上开设有至少一个平行于芯夹4中心轴L的嵌槽41和定位槽42。在本实施例中,该嵌槽41和定位槽42各设置有三个,嵌槽41为通槽、两端开口,而定位槽42靠近划线轮7的一端封闭,三个定位槽42与三个嵌槽41相互交错间隔设置。
所述笔芯40可以有三根,分别嵌设在每个嵌槽41之内,本实施例中该笔芯40为铅笔芯,嵌槽41的侧部开口而使笔芯40部分外露于芯夹4之外,方便使用者观察笔芯40的长短使用情况,以及更替新的笔芯。
所述划线轮7具有中心设置的转轴71和具有细齿的周面72,划线轮7通过转轴71可转动地限位在盒体1中,划线轮7的部分周面72露出于盒体1之外,转轴71的轴心与芯夹4的中心轴L相垂直。
所述推杆6与芯夹4的中心轴L相平行设置,该推杆6的第一端61与推钮2相连、第二端62可插入到任一的嵌槽41内而与该嵌槽41内的笔芯40根部相抵,从而使笔芯40的头部始终抵在划线轮7的周面72上,换言之,推杆6、其中一个嵌槽41及其内的笔芯40、划线轮7的周面72位置均处于同一条直线。该推杆6具有定位芯夹4而防止其转动,以及推动笔芯40的双重作用。
所述推钮2可在盒体1内沿芯夹4的中心轴L定位移动,具体地,推钮2具有供使用者推动的操作部21,且上盒体11设置有一供该操作部21穿设的、且与芯夹4的中心轴L平行的长条形槽13,而使操作部21外露于盒体1外,且整个推钮2就可沿长条形槽13限位移动。
所述弹性件3设置在盒体1内侧与推钮2之间,使推钮2以及推杆6具有推动笔芯40而使其具有向划线轮7移动的趋势,本实施例中该弹性件3为长弹簧。
此外,推钮2上还设置有定位杆6a,该定位杆6a与推杆6以芯夹4的中心轴L为中心左右对称分布,在本实施例三个定位槽42与三个嵌槽41相互交错间隔设置的情况 下,当推杆6的第二端62插入到一个嵌槽41内时,定位杆6a正好插入到其中一个定位槽42内。
当某一嵌槽41内的笔芯40用完而需要转动芯夹7时,则需解除对芯夹4的锁定,具体操作是:通过操作操作部21向后推动推钮2,推杆6的第二端62从相应的嵌槽41中脱出,芯夹4即解除锁定,转动芯夹4,将有效的笔芯40对准推杆6或划线轮7的周面72所在位置,释放推钮2,推杆6重新插入到相应的嵌槽41中而抵住有效笔芯40的根部,从而完成新旧更替。在芯夹4上安装新的笔芯40也是类似的操作。
当卷尺在使用过程中需要划线时,弹性件3能推动推钮2和推杆6,推杆6则推动笔芯40使笔芯40的头部始终抵靠在划线轮7的周面72上,而定位杆6a插入对应的定位槽42中,划线轮7滚动时其周面72会自然地带出笔芯40的着色物料,在被测物体的表面上留下记号,实现卷尺的划线功能。
同时,盒体1上设置有一个止动杆8,该止动杆8的第一端81具有定位轴83而定位在盒体1上可绕该定位轴83转动,第二端82可抵扣在划线轮7的周面72上而止住划线轮7的转动,从而防止划线轮7意外转动,避免污染使用环境。
进一步,本实施例中的划线装置还包括一能使芯夹4定位转动的定位转动机构,该定位转动机构包括设置在推钮2与芯夹4之间的挡板扣5、设置在挡板扣5与芯夹4之间的一小弹珠53和一小弹簧54。
其中,挡板扣5定位在盒体1中,挡板扣5的侧面上以芯夹4的中心轴L为中心均布有多个凹坑51,小弹珠53就落在其中一个凹坑51中,小弹簧54套设在弹珠53之外且两端抵在挡板扣5与芯夹4之间。
挡板扣5上、沿中心轴L方向开设有两个导向孔55,以分别供所述推杆6与定位杆6a的穿设。
本实施例中,推杆6的第二端62穿过挡板扣5的导向孔55后与笔芯40的根部相抵,定位杆6a的端部也穿过另一个导向孔55而插入到定位槽42内,从而通过挡板扣5可对推杆6与定位杆6a的移动起到导向作用。此外,芯夹4的中心轴L处设置有凸轴43,对应地,所述挡板扣5上设置有一定位孔52,以容纳芯夹4的凸轴43,对芯夹4起到中心定位作用。
本发明应用有上述划线装置的卷尺之实施例一:
如图6-7所示,为本发明应用有上述划线装置的卷尺的第一个实施例。该应用有该划线装置的卷尺,其包括尺盒9和设置在尺盒9内的尺带10,尺带10可从尺盒9的侧部的尺盒口91处伸缩,邻近尺盒口91的位置设置有供划线装置嵌设的卡槽92,其中划线轮7的轴心(即转轴71)与尺带10的伸缩方向平行(该特征可以结合图6与图8)。在本实施例中,划线装置的盒体1通过螺钉93与卷尺的尺盒9固定连接。
本发明应用有上述划线装置的卷尺之实施例二;
如图8-11所示,为本发明应用有上述划线装置的卷尺的第二个实施例。本实施例与上述卷尺的第一个实施例的区别点在于:划线装置的盒体1与尺盒9之间设置有活动拆卸机构,而使整个划线装置能从尺盒9上活动安装、拆卸。
具体地,尺盒9位于第一卡槽92的侧壁上还设置有第二卡槽94,且第二卡槽94的底部有开口95,开口95与外界相通;
盒体1上在对应第二卡槽94的位置设置有一外露于盒体1的按钮14,按钮14与盒体1之间设置有复位弹簧15,复位弹簧15能使按钮14向上顶起,按钮14一体相连有一卡块14a,在复位弹簧15复位的状态下,所述卡块14a卡入在第二卡槽94之中而不能从开口95移出,在按钮14被按下的状态下,复位弹簧15被压缩,卡块14a可从第二卡槽94底部的开口95向下移出。
本发明应用有上述划线装置的卷尺之实施例三:
如图12-14所示,为本发明应用有上述划线装置的卷尺的第三个实施例。本实施例与上述卷尺的第一个实施例的区别点在于:划线装置的盒体1与尺盒9之间设置有活动拆卸机构,而使整个划线装置能从尺盒9上活动安装、拆卸。
具体地,尺盒9位于第一卡槽92的侧壁上还设置有第三卡槽96;
盒体1上在对应第三卡槽96的位置设置有一外露于盒体1的按钮17’和受按钮17’控制的可左右限位移动的锁块16,锁块16的右端与盒体1之间设置有复位弹簧18’,在复位弹簧18’复位的状态下,锁块16的左端卡入在第三卡槽96之中,在按钮17′被按下的状态下,复位弹簧18’被压缩,锁块16会向右移动而从第三卡槽96中脱出。
按钮17’控制锁块16左右限位移动的具体结构如下:锁块16在靠近按钮17’的一侧具有一驱动部16a,该驱动部16a具有左右方向倾斜的倾斜面16b,所述按钮17’的内侧壁也具有相配的倾斜面,按钮17’的内侧壁始终与驱动部16a的倾斜面16b相贴,如此,按压按钮17’,通过其内侧壁与锁块16倾斜面16b的相对抵触、滑动,锁块16能向右侧移动,解除对按钮17’的按压后,在复位弹簧18’的作用下,锁块16自然向第三卡槽96方向移动。
用于卷尺的划线装置之实施例二:
如图15-20所示,为本发明划线装置的第二个优选实施例。该划线装置包括:盒体1、可插拔式笔芯盒7’、设置在盒体1内的划线轮3’、笔芯推块4’、拉簧5’。
其中,笔芯推块4’、拉簧5’构成用于推动笔芯盒7’中的一根笔芯2’而使其始终向划线轮3’抵靠的推动机构。
盒体1由上盒体11’与下盒体12’上下对合而成,并通过多个螺钉6’固定连接,形成中空的结构。
划线轮3’具有周面31’和侧向凸出的轮轴32’,周面31’具有细齿,划线轮3’通过轮轴32’在盒体1内限位而可转动的限位于盒体1内,并且,划线轮3’的部分周面31’露出于盒体1底部之外。
笔芯推块4’上具有向右侧凸出的推动部41’,推动部41’的底面与笔芯2’的尾部21’相抵,而笔芯2’的头部22’始终保持与划线轮3’的周面31’相抵。
本实施例中,可插拔式笔芯盒7’内并列排放有多根笔芯2’,盒体1的正面设置有一个长条形孔插孔13’,笔芯盒7’通过该长条形插孔13’而从盒体1的正面插入,且长条形插孔13’与推动部41’的位置相对应。在本实施例中,笔芯2’及笔芯盒7’位于笔芯推块4’的右侧,笔芯2’具有头部22’和尾部21’。
该笔芯盒7’中邻近笔芯推块4’的那面内侧沿竖向开有第一滑槽71’,笔芯推块4’的推动部41’能通过该第一滑槽71’伸入到笔芯盒7’内,并能沿该第一滑槽71’相对笔芯盒7’竖向移动且推动部41’的底面与笔芯盒7’内最靠近第一滑槽71’的那根笔芯2’的尾部相抵。并且,第一滑槽71’的槽口尺寸小于笔芯2’的直径,以防止笔芯2’从第一滑槽71’中跑出。
笔芯推块4’的底部具有弯勾43’,以供拉簧5’的第一端51’勾拉,盒体1内邻近划线轮3’的位置设置有一凸柱14’,以供拉簧5’的第二端52’勾拉,即拉簧5’的第一端51’与笔芯推块4’相连,第二端52’与盒体1内侧靠近划线轮3’的那一侧相连。如此,通过拉簧5’拉动笔芯推块4’使笔芯推块4’的推动部41’保持推动笔芯2’而使笔芯2’始终具有向划线轮3’抵靠的趋势。划线轮3’滚动时其周面31’会自然地带出笔芯2’的着色物料,在被测物体的表面上留下记号,实现卷尺的划线功能。
本实施例中,在上盒体11’,即盒体1的正面设置有一“7”型移动槽16’,笔芯推块4’的正面具有外突的操作部42’,该操作部42’穿过移动槽16’并露于盒体1正面之外,从而实现笔芯推块4’能相对盒体1沿竖向和横向的限位移动,从而实现笔芯推块4’能相对盒体1沿竖向(即盒体1的顶部与底部之间)作限位移动,同时也能相对盒体1沿横向左右限位移动;
在本实施笔芯2’位于笔芯推块4’右侧的设置情况下,当使用者横向推动操作部42’,使笔芯推块4’相对盒体1移动到最左侧的左限位位置时,笔芯推块4’的推动部41’离开笔芯2’的尾部位置,此时,笔芯2’以及整个笔芯盒7’能取出。
用于卷尺的划线装置之实施例三:
如图21-23所示,为本发明划线装置的第三个实施例。该实施例与划线装置实施例二的不同点在于笔芯盒的插入方式和结构,具体为:盒体1的侧面设置有一长条形插孔 13”,可插拔式笔芯盒7”通过该长条形插孔13”从盒体1的侧面插入,该笔芯盒7”的内侧端面沿竖向开有第二滑槽71”,笔芯推块4’的推动部41’能通过该第二滑槽71”伸入到笔芯盒7”内、并能沿该第二滑槽71”相对笔芯盒7”竖向移动且推动部41’的底面与笔芯盒7”内最靠近第二滑槽71”的那根笔芯2’的尾部相抵。
在本实施例中,并且第二滑槽71”的槽口尺寸小于笔芯2’的直径,以防止笔芯2’从第二滑槽71”中跑出。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种用于卷尺的划线装置,包括盒体(1)、笔芯(40;2’)和可转动的划线轮(7;3’),其中,划线轮(7;3’)的部分周面(72;31’)露出于盒体(1)之外,其特征在于:还包括用于容置笔芯(40;2’)的芯夹(4;7’)和用于推动芯夹中的一根笔芯(40;2’)而使其始终具有向划线轮(7;3’)抵靠趋势的推动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述推动机构包括依次设置在盒体(1)内的弹性件(3)、推钮(2)、推杆(6);
    其中,所述芯夹(4)可转动地定位在盒体(1)之中而可绕其中心轴(L)相对盒体(1)转动,芯夹(4)上开设有至少一个平行于芯夹(4)中心轴(L)设置的嵌槽(41),笔芯(40)就嵌设在嵌槽(41)之内;
    所述划线轮(7)的轴心与芯夹(4)的中心轴(L)相垂直,且划线轮(7)的周面(72)位置与推杆(6)的位置相对应;
    所述推杆(6)与芯夹(4)的中心轴(L)相平行,该推杆(6)的第一端(61)与推钮(2)相连、第二端(62)可插入到对应的嵌槽(41)内而与嵌槽(41)内的笔芯(40)的根部相抵:
    所述推钮(2)可在盒体(1)内沿芯夹(4)的中心轴(L)定位移动,且推钮(2)具有露于盒体(1)之外的外突的操作部(21);
    所述弹性件(3)设置在盒体(1)内侧与推钮(2)之间,使推钮(2)以及推杆(6)具有推动笔芯(40)而使其具有向划线轮(7)移动的趋势。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述推钮(2)上还设置有定位杆(6a),该定位杆(6a)的端部可插入嵌槽(41)之中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述芯夹(4)上还开设有多个平行于芯夹(4)中心轴(L)设置的定位槽(42),该定位杆(6a)的端部可插入定位槽(42)或嵌槽(41)之中.
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的划线装置,其特征在于:还包括一能使芯夹(4)定位转动的定位转动机构,该定位转动机构包括设置在推钮(2)与芯夹(4)之间的挡板扣(5)、设置在挡板扣(5)与芯夹(4)之间的一小弹珠(53)和一小弹簧(54);
    其中,挡板扣(5)定位在盒体(1)中,挡板扣(5)的侧面上以芯夹(4)的中心轴(L)为中心均布有多个凹坑(51),小弹珠(53)就落在其中一个凹坑(51)中,小弹簧(54)套设在弹珠(53)之外且两端抵在挡板扣(5)与芯夹(4)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述推钮(2)上还设置有定位杆(6a),该定位杆(6a)的端部可插入嵌槽(41)之中;
    所述挡板扣(5)上、沿中心轴(L)方向开设有两个导向孔(55),以供所述推杆(6)与定 位杆(6a)的穿设。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述芯夹(4)的中心轴(L)处设置有凸轴(43),对应地,所述挡板扣(5)上设置有一定位孔(52),以容纳芯夹(4)的凸轴(43)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述的笔芯(40)为一铅笔芯。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)包括上下对合而成的上盒体(11)与下盒体(12),其中上盒体(1)设置有一供推钮(2)的操作部(21)穿设的、且与芯夹(4)的中心轴(L)平行的长条形槽(13)。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)上设置有一个止动杆(8),止动杆(8)的第一端(81)定位在盒体(1)上可绕第一端(81)转动,第二端(82)可抵扣在周面(72)上而止住划线轮(7)的转动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述推动机构包括设置在盒体(1)内的笔芯推块(4’)、拉簧(5’);
    所述笔芯推块(4’)能相对盒体(1)沿竖向限位移动,笔芯推块(4’)上具有推动部(41’),推动部(41’)与笔芯(2’)的尾部(21’)相抵,而笔芯(2’)的头部(22’)与划线轮(3’)的周面(31’)相抵;
    所述拉簧(5’)的第一端(51’)与笔芯推块(4’)相连,第二端(51’)与盒体(1)内侧靠近划线轮(3’)的那一侧相连,通过拉簧(5’)使笔芯推块(4’)的推动部(41’)推动笔芯(2’)而使笔芯(2’)始终具有向划线轮(3’)抵靠的趋势;
    并且,所述笔芯推块(4’)还能相对盒体(1)沿横向限位移动,使笔芯推块(4’)的推动部(41’)能脱离对笔芯(2’)尾部(21’)的紧抵。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述芯夹为一从外部插入到盒体(1)内的可插拔式笔芯盒(7’),多根笔芯(2’)并列排放在笔芯盒(7’)内,推动部(41’)所推动的笔芯(2’)为靠近笔芯盒(7’)内侧的那一根。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述笔芯盒(7’)从盒体(1)正面插入,该笔芯盒(7’)中邻近笔芯推块(4’)的那面内侧沿竖向开有第一滑槽(7’),所述笔芯推块(4’)的推动部(41’)能通过该第一滑槽(71’)伸入到笔芯盒(7’)内、并能沿该第一滑槽(71’)相对笔芯盒(7’)竖向移动;
    并且,盒体(1)的正面、对应笔芯推块(4’)的推动部(41’)的位置设置有一个长条形插孔(13’)。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述笔芯盒(7”)从盒体(1)侧面插入,该笔芯盒(7”)的内侧端面沿竖向开有第二滑槽(71”),所述笔芯推块(4’)的推动部(41’)能通过该第二滑槽(71”)伸入到笔芯盒(7”)内、并能沿该第二滑槽(71”)相对笔芯盒(7”)竖向移动;
    并且,盒体(1)的侧面、对应笔芯推块(4’)的推动部(41’)的位置设置有一个长条形插孔(13”).
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述笔芯推块(4’)的底部具有弯勾(43’),以供拉簧(5’)的第一端勾拉,所述盒体(1)内邻近划线轮(3’)的位置设置有一凸柱(14’),以供拉簧(5’)的第二端勾拉。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的划线装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)的正面开有“7”型移动槽(16’),而笔芯推块(4’)的正面具有外突的操作部(42’),该操作部(42’)穿过所述移动槽(16’)并露于盒体(1)正面之外,从而实现笔芯推块(4’)能相对盒体(1)沿竖向和横向的限位移动。
  17. 一种应用有如权利要求1-16中任一划线装置的卷尺,包括尺盒(9)和设置在尺盒(9)内的尺带(10),尺带(10)可从尺盒(9)的侧部的尺盒口(91)处伸缩,其特征在于:所述划线装置位于邻近尺盒口(91)的位置,并且,所述划线轮(7)的轴心与尺带(10)的伸缩方向平行。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的卷尺,其特征在于:所述尺盒(9)上设置有供划线装置嵌设的第一卡槽(92)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的卷尺,其特征在于:划线装置的盒体(1)与尺盒(9)之间设置有活动拆卸机构,具体为:尺盒(9)位于第一卡槽(92)的侧壁上还设置有第二卡槽(94),且第二卡槽(94)的底部有开口(95),盒体(1)上在对应第二卡槽(94)的位置设置有一外露于盒体(1)的按钮(14),按钮(14)与盒体(1)之间设置有复位弹簧(15),按钮(14)一体相连有一卡块(14a),在复位弹簧(15)复位的状态下,所述卡块(14a)卡入在第二卡槽(94)之中,在按钮(14)被按下的状态下,卡块(14a)可从第二卡槽(94)底部的开口(95)向下移出。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的卷尺,其特征在于:划线装置的盒体(1)与尺盒(9)之间设置有活动拆卸机构,具体为:尺盒(9)位于第一卡槽(92)的侧壁上还设置有第三卡槽(96);
    盒体(1)上在对应第三卡槽(96)的位置设置有一外露于盒体(1)的按钮(17′)和受按钮(17′)控制的可左右限位移动的锁块(16),锁块(16)的右端与盒体(1)之间设置有复位弹簧(18′),锁块(16)的左端卡入在第三卡槽(96)之中,在按钮(17′)被按下的状态下,锁块(16)会向右移动而从第三卡槽(96)中脱出。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的卷尺,其特征在于:所述锁块(16)在靠近按钮(17′)的一侧具有一驱动部(16a),该驱动部(16a)具有左右方向倾斜的倾斜面(16b),所述按钮(17′)的内侧壁也具有相配的倾斜面,按钮(17′)的内侧壁始终与驱动部(16a)的倾斜面(16b)相贴.
