試験例4
 様々な素材上における液状組成物の殺菌又は静菌作用を調べた。
 試験例1と同様の手順で、液状組成物(カプリル酸モノグリセリド 0.15%、フィチン酸 0.40%、エタノール 40.00%、水 残余;単位は質量%;pH2.00)、及びサンプル菌液を調製した。

 サンプル菌液を塗布した対象素材を5分間静置後、無菌パウチに入れ、上から滅菌水10mLを加え、熱シールして上下に5回程度軽く振った。パウチを開封して中の液体を採取し、MRS寒天培地で菌数を測定し、試験例1と同様の基準で殺菌又は静菌特性を評価した。

  30.  前記抗菌性付与用液状組成物が、対象に付着させ乾燥させることにより使用される、請求項29記載の使用。 The use according to claim 29, wherein the antibacterial property-imparting liquid composition is used by adhering to an object and drying.
  31.  前記抗菌性付与用液状組成物が対象の面積100cm2あたり0.1~5.0mLの用量で使用される、請求項29又は30記載の使用。 The use according to claim 29 or 30, wherein the liquid composition for imparting antibacterial properties is used at a dose of 0.1 to 5.0 mL per 100 cm 2 of subject area.
  32.  前記乳化剤がグリセリン脂肪酸エステルである、請求項22~31のいずれか1項記載の使用。 The use according to any one of claims 22 to 31, wherein the emulsifier is a glycerin fatty acid ester.
  33.  前記乳化剤がカプリル酸モノグリセリド及びカプリン酸モノグリセリドから選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項22~32のいずれか1項記載の使用。 Use according to any one of claims 22 to 32, wherein the emulsifier is at least one selected from caprylic acid monoglyceride and capric acid monoglyceride.
  34.  前記液状組成物における前記乳化剤の濃度が0.005質量%以上である、請求項22~33のいずれか1項記載の使用。 The use according to any one of claims 22 to 33, wherein the concentration of the emulsifier in the liquid composition is 0.005% by mass or more.
  35.  前記液状組成物における前記フィチン酸の濃度が0.005質量%以上である、請求項22~34のいずれか1項記載の使用。 The use according to any one of claims 22 to 34, wherein the concentration of the phytic acid in the liquid composition is 0.005% by mass or more.
  36.  前記液状組成物における前記乳化剤と前記フィチン酸との質量比が1:0.005~1:200である、請求項22~35のいずれか1項記載の使用。 The use according to any one of claims 22 to 35, wherein a mass ratio of the emulsifier to the phytic acid in the liquid composition is 1: 0.005 to 1: 200.
  37.  前記液状組成物がさらにエタノールを含有する、請求項22~36のいずれか1項記載の使用。 The use according to any one of claims 22 to 36, wherein the liquid composition further contains ethanol.
  38.  前記液状組成物がさらに水性溶媒を含有する、請求項22~37のいずれか1項記載の使用。
     
    The use according to any one of claims 22 to 37, wherein the liquid composition further comprises an aqueous solvent.
