Description

具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种组合电器,尤其涉及一种具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器。
背景技术
在电力系统中,为保证组合电器中的熔断器与其他部件(如金属壳体、设置于金属壳体上端的二次回路等)的绝缘,往往需要单独额外设计塑料绝缘罩以将熔断器罩起来,实现绝缘效果。在更换或维护熔断器时需要先取下塑料绝缘罩,从而给操作人员带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器,其在不增加组合电器的体积且不影响组合电器内部排布方式的情况下,保证熔断器的绝缘效果,并便于更换或维护熔断器。
本实用新型提供了一种具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器,其包括一个壳体和一个功能组件。壳体具有一个出线侧和一个与出线侧相对的操作侧。功能组件包括一个上出线座、一个下出线座、一个接触器及一个熔断器。上出线座设置于壳体的出线侧。下出线座设置于壳体的出线侧并位于上出线座的下方。接触器水平放置于壳体的内部,且接触器具有一个靠近出线侧的第一接触端和一个靠近操作侧的第二接触端。第一接触端连接下出线座。熔断器相对于接触器倾斜地设置于壳体内,并具有一个靠近出线侧的第一连接端和一个靠近操作侧的第二连接端,第一连接端连接上出线座。
熔断器采用上述倾斜布置后,使熔断器的第一连接端远离接触器的第一接触端,达到一安全距离。并使熔断器的第二连接端远离壳体的顶面,达到一安全距离。利用安全距离中的空气绝缘而实现熔断器与其他设备的绝缘关系,在不增加组合电器的体积且不影响组合电器内部排布方式的情况下,保证熔断器的绝缘效果,且由于不需要额外设计绝缘罩罩住熔断器,使熔断器很容易被更换或维修。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的另一示意性实施方式中,组合电器还包括一个绝缘件,绝缘件设置于第一连接端和第一接触端之间,以增加熔断器和接触器之间的绝缘保护。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的再一示意性实施方式中,第二连接端能够联动于 第二接触端。上述设计可以使接触器和熔断器在组合电器内部的排布更加合理。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的又一示意性实施方式中,在竖直方向上,第二连接端距离壳体的顶面的距离大于120mm。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的又一示意性实施方式中,在竖直方向上,第二连接端距离壳体的顶面的距离在130mm至140mm之间。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的又一示意性实施方式中,第一连接端距离接触器的距离大于60mm。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的又一示意性实施方式中,组合电器包括三个功能组件。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的又一示意性实施方式中,三个熔断器并排设置,且三个接触器并排设置。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的又一示意性实施方式中,各功能组件中,上出线座、下出线座、接触器和熔断器位于同一竖直平面,第二连接端相对于第一连接端靠近接触器而远离壳体的顶面。

图1用以说明具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的一种示意性实施方式的结构示意图。图1所示的组合电器为一个单相的具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器,如图中所示,该单相的接触器和熔断器的组合电器包括一个壳体12和一个功能组件。壳体12具有一个出线侧122和一个与出线侧122相对的操作侧124。其中,出线侧122为组合电器接入开关柜的一侧,而操作侧124为操作人员操作组合电器的一侧。功能组件包括一个上出线座121、一个下出线座123、一个接触器14和一个熔断器16。
上出线座121设置于壳体12的出线侧122,下出线座123也设置于壳体12的出线侧122并位于上出线座121的下方。
接触器14水平放置于壳体12的内部,且接触器14具有一个靠近出线侧122的第一接触端142和一个靠近操作侧124的第二接触端144,第一接触端142连接于下出线座123。
熔断器相对于接触器14倾斜地设置于壳体12内,熔断器16具有一个靠近出线侧122的第一连接端162,和一个靠近操作侧124的第二连接端164,第一连接端162连接于上出线座121。其中,倾斜是指与水平面成角度而非平行。
熔断器16采用上述倾斜布置后,在竖直方向上,第二连接端164相对于第一连接端 162靠近接触器14而远离壳体12的顶面125。使熔断器16的第一连接端162远离接触器14的第一接触端142,达到一安全距离。并使熔断器16的第二连接端162远离壳体的顶面125,即远离金属壳、二次回路等相关部件,达到一安全距离。利用安全距离中的空气绝缘而实现熔断器与其他设备的绝缘关系,在不增加组合电器的体积、及不影响组合电器内部排布方式的情况下,保证熔断器的绝缘效果,且由于不需要额外设计绝缘罩罩住熔断器16,使熔断器16很容易被更换或维修。
在具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的一种示意性实施方式中,在竖直方向上,第二连接端164距离壳体12的顶面125的距离大于120mm,优选在130mm至140mm之间。而第一连接端162距离接触器14的距离大于60mm。
在图1所示的具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的实施方式中,组合电器还包括一个绝缘件18,绝缘件18设置于第一连接端162和第一接触端142之间。以增加熔断器16和接触器14之间的绝缘保护。绝缘件可以采用任何已知的绝缘部件。
在图1所示的具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器的实施方式中,熔断器16的第二连接端164能够联动于接触器14的第二接触端144。例如在熔断器中出现过电流发生熔断后,其撞针会从熔断器16的第二连接端164中撞出,撞针的运动可通过机械传动至接触器的第二接触端144,第二接触端144可将熔断信号传递给接触器,使接触器14执行分闸操作。上述设计可以使接触器和熔断器在组合电器内部的排布更加合理。当然,根据设计需要的不同,熔断器16和接触器14的联动位置也可以在另一个端部。
虽然图1所示的具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器为单相结构,但该设计也可应用于三相结构中,如图2所示,组合电器可包括三个上述功能组件。其中,三相熔断器16(图中仅标出了一个)并排设置,且三相接触器(图中未标出)并排设置。
在图2所示的实施方式中,各功能组件中上出线座121、下出线座123、接触器14和熔断器16位于同一竖直平面,第二连接端164相对于第一连接端162靠近接触器14而远离壳体12的顶面125。

  1. 具有接触器和熔断器的组合电器,其特征在于,包括:
    一个壳体(12),其具有一个出线侧(122)和一个与所述出线侧(122)相对的操作侧(124);和
    一个功能组件,其包括:
    一个上出线座(121),其设置于所述出线侧(122);
    一个下出线座(123),其设置于所述出线侧(122),并位于所述上出线座(121)的下方;
    一个接触器(14),其水平放置于所述壳体(12)的内部,并具有一个靠近所述出线侧(122)的第一接触端(142)和一个靠近所述操作侧(124)的第二接触端(144),所述第一接触端(142)连接所述下出线座(123);及
    一个熔断器(16),其相对于所述接触器(14)倾斜地设置于所述壳体(12)内,并具有一个靠近所述出线侧(122)的第一连接端(162)和一个靠近所述操作侧(124)的第二连接端(164),所述第一连接端(162)连接所述上出线座(121)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的组合电器,其特征在于,还包括一个绝缘件(18),所述绝缘件(18)设置于所述第一连接端(162)和所述第一接触端(142)之间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的组合电器,其特征在于,所述第二连接端(164)能够联动于所述第二接触端(144)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的组合电器,其特征在于,在竖直方向上,所述第二连接端(164)距离所述壳体(12)的顶面(125)的距离大于120mm。
