相比于现有技术,本发明通过在耳机上设置超广角摄像头,使用户只需要佩戴上耳机,便可以轻松地将其日常行为活动中需要拍摄的情景拍照或摄影,使耳机不仅能听说,还可拍摄,并且无需手持摄像头便可以实现快速便捷地拍照或摄影。进一步地,通过利用左摄像头和右摄像头分别对人体左右两侧区域进行180度视场角拍摄,进而可将获得左右两侧180度视场角的图像合并成360度的全景图像,便可模拟用户当时更加真实的图像,从而模拟更加真实的VR环境。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施本发明,下面结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
在此需要说明的是,为了避免因不必要的细节而模糊了本发明,在附图中仅仅示出了与根据本发明的方案密切相关的设备结构,而省略了本领域技术人员所熟知的、与本发明关系不大的其他细节。
请参阅图1,图1例示了本发明一实施例中可用于全景拍摄的耳机的结构。该实施例中可用于全景拍摄的耳机为有线耳机,该有线耳机包括:左听筒主体1、右听筒主体2、耳机线3和线控器4。左听筒主体1与右听筒主体2分别通过耳机线3与线控器4连接。耳机线3末端具有耳机接头,通过耳机接头可与外部设备5连接。外部设备5可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑和/或台式电脑等电子设备,但并不限于此。
左听筒主体1的面向左耳的一侧设有左播放口11,左听筒主体1的与左播放口11背对的一侧设有左摄像头12,左摄像头12优选为视场角是180度或高于180度的超广角镜头,用于拍摄佩戴者左侧至少180度视场角范围内(如图4中所示的A区域)的静态或动态图像(即视频)。右听筒主体2的面向右耳的一侧设有右播放口21,右听筒主体2的与右播放口21背对的一侧设有右摄像头22,右摄像头22优选为视场角是180度或高于180度的超广角镜头,用于拍摄佩戴者右侧至少180度视场角范围内(如图4中所示的B区域)的静态或动态图像(即视频)。
本实施例中,定义佩戴者佩戴耳机时听筒主体的靠近佩戴者头部的一侧为内侧,另一侧为外侧,则左播放口11和右播放口21分别位于左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2的内侧,左摄像头12和右摄像头22分别位于左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2的外侧。左听筒主体1内左播放口位置处设有左扬声器(未示出),右听筒主体2内右播放口位置处设有右扬声器(未示出)。
在一实施例中,耳机的耳机线3上可设置有一麦克风(未示出),从而可利用麦克风进行声音的录入。在另一实施例中,可以将麦克风设置在左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2其中的一个听筒主体上。
在本发明又一实施例中,可以在左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2上各设置一个麦克风。也就是说,在本实施例中,在左听筒主体1上设置有左麦克风,在右听筒主体2上设置有右麦克风。优选的,可将左麦克风和右麦克风对称设置,耳机两边(两个听筒主体上)设置麦克风可以提供透音的效果,并且可以静噪消除背景音。用户带着普通耳机可能会不容易听到外面的声音,而如果在左右听筒主体上各加上麦克风,就可以把麦克风采集的声音直接传到耳朵,从而达到环境透音的效果,并能够消除背景音。
本发明一实施例中,左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2上设置的超广角摄像头(左摄像头12和右摄像头22)为鱼眼镜头,鱼眼镜头采用的透镜为鱼眼透镜。图1所示的实施例中,左摄像头12嵌设在左听筒主体1外侧,且左鱼眼透镜121外露于左听筒主体1;右摄像头22嵌设在右听筒主体2外侧,且右鱼眼透镜221外露于右听筒主体2。如图5所示,本实施例中,用户佩戴耳机后,若定义人眼正视的方向为光轴Y,左摄像头12与右摄像头22连线为轴X,则左摄像头12与右摄像头22的连线X与人眼光轴垂直,即左摄像头12与右摄像头22的安装方向与用户的眼睛垂直,也即左摄像头的光轴、右摄像头的光轴与人眼光轴垂直(包括大致垂直)。优选地,左摄像头12与右摄像头22连线与用户左耳孔和右耳孔形成的连线平行或重合。如图5所示,通过左鱼眼透镜121可拍摄佩戴者左侧A区域至少180度视场角的范围的静态或动态图像,通过右鱼眼透镜221可拍摄佩戴者右侧B区域至少180度视场角的范围的静态或动态图像。左摄像头12和右摄像头22拍摄的图像数据可经耳机线传送至外部设备5,经外部设备5将图像进行合并处理后,便可以获得360度全景图像。
外部设备5中可存储有用于将接收的左、右摄像头22拍摄的图像合并为360度全景图像的图像合并算法,左、右摄像头拍摄到的图像由外部设备的处理器经过图像合并算法进行合并处理便可以获得360度的全景图像。
在本发明实施例中,耳机线3上的线控器4可包括线控壳、置于线控壳内的控制板以及与控制板连接的、嵌设在线控壳上的一个或更多个按键,如用于控制外部设备通过耳机扬声器对音频的播放开始、暂停、音量大小、接听来电等等的按键。在另一实施例中,按键还包括用于控制耳机上至少一个麦克风的开启及音量控制的按键。
此外,在本发明另一实施例中,按键还包括用于控制左、右摄像头对图像的拍摄操作的按键。例如,短按特定按键,可以开始利用左、右摄像头拍摄图像,再次短按该按键可以停止拍摄图像;长按该特定按键,可以开始利用左、右摄像头开始拍摄视频并启动麦克风进行录音,再次长按该按键可以停止视频的拍摄。该按键控制模式的示例并非用于限制本发明,还可以设置其他多种多样的按键控制模式,例如,可以利用不同的按键控制不同的功能,也可以利用同一按键的不同按压方式来控制不同的功能。在本发明另一实施例中,部分按键也可以由滑轮或滑块代替。
在本发明实施例中提供的有线耳机不仅可具备常规的耳机的功能,如接听电话、播放音频,还能够通过在两个听筒主体外侧设置的超广角摄像头拍摄至少180度视场角的图像。两个摄像头的图像合并就可以得到一个360度视场角的图像,完成全景拍 摄的功能。因此,本发明实施例的耳机可以作为VR的图像采集装置。此外,本发明实施例中提供的耳机能够利用2个麦克风实现透音的效果并能够消除背景音实现静噪。
在本发明另一实施例中,可用于全景拍摄的耳机中还可设置有电源模块(如电池),用于向摄像头等部件供电,这样,即便在耳机没有连接外部设备的情况下,也可以进行超广角图片的拍摄。电源模块优选地设置在线控器的线控盒中。优选地,本实施例中的耳机中还可以设置有内存卡,用于存储左摄像头和右摄像头拍摄的数据,存储卡可以设置在线控盒中、左听筒主体中、右听筒主体中或其他位置。在本发明另一实施例中,耳机中相应位置还可以设置有的存储卡接口,用于容纳存储卡,并且便于插拔存储卡。
利用本发明实施例的带有超广角摄像头的耳机,无需刻意地手持拍摄设备进行拍摄,就可以方便地进行全景拍摄或VR数据采集。
在如上所描述的实施例中,左右两个摄像头的图像被传送至外部设备,在外部设备中进行合并而获得360度视场角的全景图像。在本发明另一实施例中,可以将用于对左右摄像头拍摄的图像进行合并获得360度视场角的全景图像的处理器集成在耳机中,如图2所示。图2中例示的可用于全景拍摄的耳机的结构与图1所示的结构的不同之处在于多了一个处理器6,处理器6能够进行图像合并操作以得到360度视场角全景图像。此外,优选地,可将线控器集成于处理器6中,因此图2中未示出线控器4,但本发明并不限于此,也可以强线控器和处理器分开设置。如图2所示,左听筒主体1与右听筒主体2分别通过耳机线3与处理器6连接,处理器6用于与外部设备5连接。
左摄像头12和右摄像头22分别在左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2内设置线路,以通过耳机线3与处理器6连接,进而可将获取的图像传送到处理器6。通过将左摄像头12和右摄像头22获得的180度视场角的图像在处理器6内进行处理合并,便可以获得一个360度视觉的图像,从而获取成全景图像。
请参阅图6,其为本发明一实施例中全景拍摄的有线耳机的信号传送框图。图6中的处理器6可包括中央控制模块、摄像控制模块、声卡模块和电源模块。
中央控制模块的第一信号端通过耳机线3与按键的输出端连接。中央控制模块的第二信号端与摄像控制模块的第一信号端连接。摄像控制模块的第二信号端通过耳机线3分别与左摄像头12与右摄像头22连接。中央控制模块接收到拍摄控制按键的短按信号后,发送控制信号到摄像控制模块;摄像控制模块进而控制左摄像头12和右 摄像头22拍照;中央控制模块接收到拍摄控制按键的长按信号后,发送控制信号到摄像控制模块,摄像控制模块进而控制左摄像头12和右摄像头22摄影视频。
中央控制模块信号的第三信号端与声卡模块的第一信号端连接。声卡模块的第二信号端通过耳机线3分别与左扬声器和右扬声器连接;声卡模块的第三信号端通过耳机线3分别与左麦克风与右麦克风连接。声卡模块将中央控制模块传送的语音信号传送到左扬声器和右扬声器,同时将左麦克风和右麦克风输出的语音信号传送到中央控制模块。
处理器的第四信号端与外部设备5如手机或者电脑等设备连接,用于将获取的语音图像信号传送到手机或者电脑,并经过相关算法合成360度的全景图像,以实现VR技术。
电源模块可与中央控制模块连接,且电源模块内置电池,可为中央控制模块、摄像控制模块和声卡模块供电,同时还可向外部设备如手机供电。
相比于现有技术,本发明实施例通过在耳机上设置摄像头,使用户只需要佩戴上耳机,便可以轻松地将其日常行为活动中需要拍摄的情景拍照或摄影,使耳机不仅能听说,还可拍摄,并且无需手持摄像头便可以实现快速便捷地拍照或摄影。进一步地,通过在左摄像头和右摄像头分别对人体左右两侧区域进行180度视场角拍摄,进而可将获得左右两侧180度视场角的图像合并成360度视场角的全景图像,便可模拟用户当时更加真实的图像,从而模拟更加真实的VR环境。
本发明解决了现有的普通摄像机无法进行VR图像采集的问题,同时也解决了现有的全景摄像机需要刻意手持拍摄,不够便携不够方便的问题。采用本发明提供的耳机,能够让用户在平时的生活中随时随地拍照,只要佩戴着耳机,不管是否在听歌,轻轻一按耳机的按键,就可以进行全景拍照,长按一下就可以进行全景视频录制,随意而不刻意。
本发明的可用于全景拍摄的耳机并不限于有线耳机,而还可以是无线耳机。图3例示了本发明一实施例中可用于全景拍摄的无线耳机的结构。如图3所示,该可用于全景拍摄的无线耳机包括:左听筒主体1、右听筒主体2、连接左听筒主体1和右听筒主体2的支撑梁7。其中,支撑梁7的长度可伸缩,例如,支撑梁7的左右两侧可设置有做伸缩构件9和右伸缩构件10,以便于调节支撑梁长度。左听筒主体1的内侧设有左播放口11,左听筒主体1上与左播放口11背对的一侧(即左听筒主体1的外侧)设有左摄像头12。右听筒主体2的内侧设有右播放口21,右听筒主体2上与右 播放口21背对的一侧(即右听筒主体2的外侧)设有右摄像头22。本发明实施例中,左摄像头12和右摄像头22均为视场角是180度或高于180度的超广角镜头,如鱼眼镜头,用于分别拍摄佩戴者左侧和右侧至少180度视场范围内的静态或动态图像。本实施例中,左摄像头12和右摄像头22的安装方向同样与人眼光轴垂直(包括大致垂直),也即左摄像头的光轴、右摄像头的光轴与人眼光轴垂直(包括大致垂直)。
图3所示在左听筒主体上可设置有一个麦克风。另选地,本发明实施例可以在左听筒主体和右听筒主体上(例如靠近左摄像头12和右摄像头22的位置处,但并不限于此)均设置有麦克风,从而可以实现透音的效果并能够消除背景音实现静噪。
此外,本发明实施例的无线耳机还可设置有电源模块、通信模块、至少一个按键以及控制板,其中电源、通信模块和控制板可以设置在耳机听筒主体(左听筒主体和/或右听筒主体)的壳体或支撑梁内,按键可置于耳机听筒主体的壳体上或支撑梁表面,但本发明并不限于此。按键用于执行以下功能中的一个或多个功能:控制外部设备通过耳机对音频的播放开始、暂停、音量大小、接听来电、麦克风的开启及音量、摄像头对图像的拍摄等等。电源模块用于向无线耳机的各个部件进行供电,通信模块用于与外部设备(诸如手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑等)进行通信,通信模块优选地可以包括蓝牙模块。此外,通信模块还可以包括Wi-Fi模块和/或其他类型的无线通信模块。控制板用于对耳机的各元件进行总体控制。图7例示了本发明实施例中可用于全景拍摄的无线耳机的结构框图,其中包括在图3中示出的一些部件以及设置在耳机内部而未在图3中示出的一些部件。如图7所示的实施例中的无线耳机可包括:超广角摄像头710、扬声器720、麦克风(一个或两个)730、通信模块740、按键750、电源760、存储器770以及与它们连接的控制板700,控制板700可通过按键750控制外部设备经由耳机对音频的播放开始、暂停、音量大小,并可控制麦克风开启以接听来电或进行语音输入,控制板可通过按键控制超广角摄像头拍摄超广角图像,并控制通信模块将超广角摄像头拍摄的图像传输至外部设备,或者控制将超广角摄像头拍摄的图像存储在存储器(如存储卡)中。存储卡可以设置在左听筒主体中、右听筒主体中、支撑梁中或耳机的其他位置。相应地,耳机中还可以设置有存储卡接口,用于容纳存储卡,并且便于插拔存储卡。
在本发明另一实施例中,可用于全景拍摄的无线耳机可以不具有连接左、右听筒主体的支撑梁,而是包括相互独立的左耳机和右耳机。左耳机和右耳机可以是各自独立的蓝牙耳机,此时左耳机和右耳机上可各自设置有扬声器、麦克风、超广角镜头、 控制按键以及蓝牙模块,其中,超广角镜头设置在蓝牙耳机的外侧,超广角镜头的光轴方向与人眼光轴垂直(包含大致垂直)。左耳机和右耳机既可以单独使用,又可以配合使用,无论是单独和配合使用,都可以实现常规的蓝牙耳机功能,如接听电话、播放音频,此外,还能够得到超广角的图像。尤其是,在配合使用的情况下,左耳机和右耳机能够分别拍摄头部左侧和右侧至少180度视场角的图像。左耳机和右耳机可将拍摄的图像传送给外部设备,外部设备通过将两个摄像头的图像进行合并处理就可以得到一个360度视场角的全景图像。在本发明另一实施例中,左耳机和右耳机中可设置有存储卡,用于分别进行拍摄的图像数据的存储。
上述可知,在本发明实施例中提供的无线耳机不仅可具备常规的耳机功能,如接听电话、播放音频,还能够通过在两个听筒主体外侧设置的超广角摄像头拍摄至少180度的视场角图像。两个摄像头的图像合并就可以得到360度视场角的图像,完成全景拍摄的功能。因此,本发明实施例的耳机可以作为VR的图像采集装置。此外,本发明实施例中提供的耳机能够利用2个麦克风实现透音的效果并能够消除背景音实现静噪。
以上实施例和附图中描述的耳机仅为示例,本发明实施例中的耳机不仅可以是入耳式、头戴式或耳挂式,还可以表现为其他形式。此外,还可以根据需要去掉或增加耳机中的部分功能。
如上针对一种实施方式描述和/或示出的特征可以以相同或类似的方式在一个或更多个其它实施方式中使用,和/或与其它实施方式中的特征相结合或替代其它实施方式中的特征使用。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种耳机,包括左听筒主体和右听筒主体;其特征在于:所述左听筒主体上背对佩戴者左耳的一侧设有左摄像头,所述右听筒主体上背对佩戴者右耳的一侧设有右摄像头,所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头为视场角至少为180度的超广角摄像头,并且所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头的光轴方向与佩戴者的人眼光轴垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于:所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头为具有鱼眼透镜的鱼眼镜头。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于:
    所述左听筒主体和右听筒主体内设置有扬声器;且
    所述左听筒主体上、所述右听筒主体上或者耳机线上设有麦克风。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于:
    所述左听筒主体和右听筒主体内设置有扬声器;且
    所述左听筒主体上和所述右听筒主体上设有麦克风。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的耳机,其特征在于:所述耳机具有耳机线,所述耳机线上设有线控器;所述线控器包括线控壳、控制板和连接所述控制板并嵌设在所述线控壳上的按键;所述控制板通过按键至少控制所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头的拍摄操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于:所述耳机还包括处理器;所述处理器包括中央控制模块和摄像控制模块;
    所述中央控制模块的第一信号端通过所述耳机线与所述按键的输出端连接;所述中央控制模块的第二信号端与所述摄像控制模块的第一信号端连接;所述摄像控制模块的第二信号端通过所述耳机线分别与所述左摄像头与右摄像头连接;所述中央控制模块接收到所述按键的短按信号后,通过所述摄像控制模块控制所述左摄像头和右摄像头拍照;所述中央控制模块接收到所述按键的长按信号后,通过所述摄像控制模块控制所述左摄像头和右摄像头摄影录像。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的耳机,其特征在于:所述处理器还包括声卡模块;所述中央控制模块信号的第三信号端与所述声卡模块的第一信号端连接;所述声卡模块的第二信号端通过所述耳机线分别与耳机的扬声器连接;所述声卡模块的第三信号端 通过所述耳机线分别与耳机的麦克风连接;所述声卡模块将所述中央控制模块传送的语音信号传送到耳机的扬声器,同时将麦克风输出的语音信号传送到所述中央控制模块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机还包括:
    通信模块,用于与外部设备进行通信,将所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头拍摄的图像数据传送给外部设备。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的耳机,其特征在于:
    所述通信模块包括蓝牙通信模块和/或Wi-Fi通信模块。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机还包括至少一个控制按键,用于至少控制所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头的拍摄操作。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机还包括:
    电源模块,用于至少向所述左摄像头与所述右摄像头进行供电。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机还包括:
