Abstract
The present invention aims to provide a cutting device with hydraulic coupling and interchangeable cutting elements, such as chains or rigid blades, without being limited to these, that are highly versatile and adaptable to mowers, brush cutters, lawn mowers and weed cutters in general, since it provides flexibility when cutting on different types of land. This device has an important advantage when carrying out work in the field and when cutting weeds, since it considerably cuts down on the loss of time due to interruptions in coupling and uncoupling the different cutting elements that must be changed on the head of the mower.

CUTTING DEVICE WITH HYDRAULIC COUPLING AND INTERCHANGEABLE
ELEMENTS
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be included in the technical field of agriculture. More specifically, the object of the invention relates to a cutting device with hydraulic coupling and interchangeable elements for clearing weeds.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Current mowing devices require specific cutting devices, mower heads for cutting shrubs, bushes and weeds in places that have awkward cutting angles with the land.
There are patents such as US5048278, which describes a cutting device with flexible filament strips, and US8096216, which describes a head with a cutting edge having a semi-flexible chain and a toothed cutting edge, with linear connecting links.
Therefore, taking into account the above documents, alternatives must be found that are aimed at a cutting device that is versatile when cutting and can be adjusted to the land. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a cutting device assembled on a flexible head that incorporates a hydraulic arm coupler with adjustments for automatic cutting height and rotation on four fixed points with different cutting elements, be it flexible elements such as a chain, wires, blades and nylon, without being limited to them.
Thus, a first aspect of the present invention relates to a device for cutting weeds characterized in that it comprises:
- an assembly plate to be coupled to a motor, by means of a splined shaft for coupling joined to a power gear,
- an actuator and coupler of a hydraulic cylindrical arm connected to the assembly plate with a rotary rod for coupling by means of a hydraulic hose connector, and
- a head disk with a rotary crosshead actuator joined to interchangeable cutting elements, wherein said rotary rod for coupling is assembled to the head disk by means of the actuator and coupler.
The invention is highly versatile with regard to the use of different cutting elements, since they can be easily interchanged depending on the requirements of the land and the type of vegetation to be cut. The device further comprises a coupler actuator of the hydraulic cylindrical arm and rotary rod for coupling that enables the cutting heights to be adjusted.
The object of the present invention is to provide a cutting device with hydraulic coupling and interchangeable elements for mowers, brush cutters, lawn mowers and weed cutters, which provides flexibility when cutting and makes the cutting device highly adaptable to the land with varying landforms.
Furthermore, by means of the device of the invention, no time is lost when changing the cutting elements.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG 1 shows a front elevation view of the cutting device.
FIG 2 represents the crosshead assembly for coupling the rotary rod to the crosshead for coupling to the head disk and rotary actuator of cutting elements.
FIG 3 shows the gear for coupling the pilot shaft of the cutting device.
FIG 4 shows the interchangeable cutting element with chains.
FIG 5 shows the interchangeable cutting element with blades.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the invention based on the figures shown is described below.
FIGs 1 -5 show a front elevation view of the present concept of the invention, wherein a cutting device with several components is shown. It has an assembly plate (1) so that it can be coupled to a specific power point, by means of a splined pilot shaft for coupling (2) to a specific power gear (8), an actuator and coupler of the hydraulic cylindrical arm of the cutting device (3) protrudes from the assembly plate (1 ) and by means of a hydraulic hose connector (7), it connects to a rotary rod for coupling (4). The head disk with a rotary crosshead actuator (5) makes the interchangeable cutting elements (6) rotate.
Specifically, FIG 2 shows a detailed view of the assembly of the rotary rod for coupling (4) to the head disk with a rotary crosshead actuator (5), by means of a crosshead for coupling a rod (4a) in crosshead coupling to a rotary head disk (5a). FIG
3 shows the gear (8) for coupling the pilot shaft (2a), which enables the device to be connected to a point with driving power to actuate the rotary rod for coupling (4) of the cutting device with hydraulic coupling. FIG 4 shows a detailed view of a variant of cutting elements with flexible chains (6a), which can be interchangeable, and FIG 5 shows a detailed view of rigid cutting blades (6b), which can be replaced by other cutting elements (6), with the same ability to be assembled.
Claims
1 . A device for cutting weeds, characterized in that it comprises:
- an assembly plate to be coupled to a motor, by means of a splined shaft for coupling joined to a power gear,
- an actuator and coupler of a hydraulic cylindrical arm connected to the assembly plate with a rotary rod for coupling by means of a hydraulic hose connector, and
- a head disk with a rotary crosshead actuator joined to interchangeable cutting elements, wherein said rotary rod for coupling is assembled to the head disk by means of the actuator and coupler.
2. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cutting elements comprise flexible chains, rigid cutting blades, wires or nylon.
3. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cutting elements comprise assembly elements that are compatible with each other and with the head disk.
4. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the device is a mower, brush cutter, lawn mower or weed cutter.
