背景技术
目前,广告投放主要以合约广告为主流形式,合约广告要求投放媒体在规定的时间内根据广告主的投放定向条件完成相应的投放合约。投放媒体在投放合约广告时仅仅考虑广告主的投放定向条件,将会导致在一段时间内推送给同一个用户的广告的次数太多,使得该用户不断地被广告打扰,严重降低了广告的推送价值。
针对上述向同一用户推送广告的次数太多的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种媒体文件的推送方法及装置、存储介质以及电子装置,以至少解决相关技术中向同一用户推送广告的次数太多的技术问题。

本发明实施例的媒体文件的推送方法可以应用在广告投放场景中,也可以应用在社交群组推荐场景中,还可以应用在其他场景中,此处不再一一举例说明。
本发明还提供了一种可选实施例,该可选实施例是本发明实施例的媒体文件的推送方法应用在广告投放场景中的示例。该可选实施例提供了一种考虑跨定向频次和多贴不重复的合约广告分配方案,该方案考虑了跨定向频控和多贴不重复的实际场景,给出了最优分配方案,且适用于工程实践。首先,对传统的广告分配二部图进行了改进,将原来的“Supply-Demand”结构扩展为“User-Supply-Demand”结构,并建立用户频控及多贴不重复约束下的广告分配问题的数学模型;然后,推导出最优解的数学表达形式,在新的约束下最优解仍然可以只和订单有关,大大降低了工程应用的复杂性;最后,给出了新的约束下的迭代算法,可以在若干次迭代后取得最优 解或近似最优解。
目前学术界对频次控制下的投放算法研究较少。相关技术对此问题进行了建模,提出了模式生成算法。这种做法需要对每一种用户计算一种分配模式,并非一种紧凑方案,比较耗内存,而且分配方案的计算十分耗时。
目前工业界的一般做法是频次比模型。这种做法基于这样的事实:当一个广告被指定了频次限制后,满足其定向的可用流量就只有部分可用了。举例来说,假如合约j对频次控制的需求是n天k次,那么对于n天内访问次数较多的用户来说,只有k次以内的访问次数才是j的可用库存。所谓频次比,指的是对应频次需求的可用库存比例。一般可以通过历史统计加动态模拟的方法来获取不同库存消耗情况下的频次比。在库存售卖或者分配过程中,总库存乘以频次比即为可用库存。
对于频次控制和多贴不重复条件下的合约广告分配来说,已有的解决方案都是不完善的。基于最优化模型的分配方案并未考虑频次控制和多贴不重复,无法直接应用于实际系统;而频次比模型目前只应用于启发式算法HWM模型,其分配结果并不是最优的。
另外,目前业界一般的做法是用广告供应方Supply单元结点表示同定向条件的流量,而不是单个用户的流量,这样对于进行频次控制是很不方便的。因为在这种建模方式下,同定向条件的所有用户,不论访问次数多少,都使用同样的频次比,这是不合理的。举例来说,订单的频次限制为3,那么对于一个访问次数为10的用户来说,频次比应为0.3(即30%的曝光可以用来展示该订单),而对于一个访问次数为3或更少的用户来说,频次比应为1,然而如果这两种用户处于同一个流量单元的话,他们会使用一个共同的频次比,比如0.5,这对于两种用户来说显然都是不合适的。
已有的频控算法还有一个潜在的假设,即一个用户总是属于唯一一个supply单元。在这种假设下,每个supply单元下的用户的访问频次会被分别统计。然而实际上,对于一些相容的定向条件来说,这种假设是不成立 的。所谓相容的定向条件,指的是一个用户可以同时具备的属性,例如平台(PC或移动端)、内容(电影频道或体育频道)等等;而性别、年龄等属于相斥定向条件。举例来说,一个用户可以既用PC又用移动端访问,传统模型会把这个用户分到不同的supply单元中进行处理,即看做两个用户。而当一个合约的定向条件为{平台=PC+移动端}时,这“两个”用户都可以参与广告展示,并且频次会被单独计算,从而导致实际频次计算错误。
可选地,一种考虑跨定向频次和多贴不重复的合约广告分配方案,具体描述如下:
在常见的在线展示广告场景中,每个用户可能多次访问媒体(视频或网页);每次访问可能产生多次广告曝光机会(同一个视频或一个网页通常有多个贴片广告)。每个独立的用户的访问称之为一个UV(User View);每次独立的媒体访问称之为一个PV(Page View);每次独立的广告曝光称之为一个AV(Ad View)。对于频控约束来说,需要在UV层面上进行限制;对于多贴不重复约束来说,需要在PV层面上进行限制。
图3是根据本发明实施例的一种可选的改进广告分配图的示意图,如图3所示,对传统的广告分配二部图G=(I∪J,E)进行改进增加一个新的用户集合K,其中每个节点k表示一个UV,u k表示该用户的所有库存;每个供给方Supply节点i表示一个PV,s i表示该PV对应的AV数。为方便起见,用Ω(k)表示用户k的子节点PV集合,P(i)表示i的父节点,即所属的用户。
Supply节点表示PV的好处在于,在线阶段s i即为当前PV的AV数,这是一个已知量;另外容易对多贴不重复进行约束。缺点是Supply节点数量会变得十分庞大,在离线阶段需要比较好的采样算法。

综上,只需要离线阶段计算出α j并保存,就可以在在线阶段根据∑ i∈Γ(j)h ijji)=1计算出β i,并进一步根据公式(4)得到最优分配方案x ij。可以采取类似坐标下降法的方式迭代一定次数计算出一组α j、β i,求解出原始问题较优的解。离线阶段算法描述如下:
1、初始化:对于所有的订单j,令α j=0。

离线阶段服务器只需要存储α j即可,在线阶段可以根据α j计算出β i,然后再计算出x ij。需要注意的是,在有些情况下,对于一个曝光i来说,计算出的所有的x ij之和(j∈Γ(i))并不等于1。当x ij之和小于1,意味着可能会选不到一个合适的订单用以展示,导致空单;当x ij之和大于1,需要先选出一部分比较重要的订单,然后再进行投放。为此,需要为订单定义分配优先级。本方案使用需求量与频控下的可用流量之比作为分配优先级:d j/S j′。在线阶段算法描述如下:
对于每个到达的曝光:
1、如果∑ j∈Γ(i)h ijj)>1,则计算β i使之满足∑ j∈Γ(i)h ijji)=1。否则令β i=0。
2、对于每一个j∈Γ(i),计算x ij=h ijji)
3、如果∑ j∈Γ(i)x ij>1,
1)对于所有j∈Γ(i)按照d j/S j′从大到小排序;
2)选择前l个订单,使得∑ lx ij=1(第l个x ij可能会被截断)。
4、以x ij的概率选择订单j进行展示。
本方案属于广告分配算法的改进,目的是提升广告分配的准确性。后台分配算法对于产品来说是透明的,因此本方案可以直接应用于目前的合约广告系统。
由于在建模中考虑了用户跨定向频控约束和多贴不重复约束,本技术方案可以使得真实环境下的合约广告投放策略更加合理,降低订单的补量率,提升公司和广告主的整体利益。
尽管增加了频控约束和多贴不重复,本技术方案仍然可以得到一个紧凑分配方案,即空间复杂度只和订单个数有关,可扩展性较好,增加定向纬度和订单数目对系统影响较小。
需要说明的是,本可选实施例中的技术方案还可以存在以下替代方案:
替代方案1:最优化模型中的分配目标θ ij也可以定义为其他形式,这样会使得最终的x ij的表达形式有所变化,从而构成一种替代方案,但是推导过程和求解方法都是一样的。
替代方案2:求解公式(3)中的x ij时做了一个假设,即同一用户对同一广告的所有PV都使用同样的分配方案,从而简化了计算。还可以使用其他方法进行求解,例如以s i为权重进行加权平均,或者使用整数规划(s ix ij取值只能是0和1)来求解。最终x ij的表达形式是类似的,只不过其中一个上限f j/∑ i∈Ω(k)∩Γ(j)s i的形式有所变化。
替代方案3:本方案对传统广告分配二部图进行改进,令Supply单元结点表示PV,这里也可以改为表示成同用户多个PV的集合,即与传统的表示方法相同,只不过按照定向对用户流量进行拆分。这种情况下,多贴不重复约束变成:

这种方案是更粗略一些的最优解,但是可能会由于PV的大小不同而导致库存分配不成功,类似高低频用户对频控的影响。
替代方案4:离线阶段的求解可以用基于梯度的方法来代替本方案中的坐标下降法。
本发明还提供了一种可选实施例,该可选实施例是本发明实施例的媒体文件的推送方法应用在社交群组推荐场景中的示例。在该可选实施例中,当第一账号(社交应用账号)访问第一媒体(社交应用)时会产生文件展示请求,此处需要说明的是,该文件展示请求可以用于请求展示兴趣群组或者公众号等,此处以兴趣群组为例进行说明。该可选实施例在获取到文件展示请求之后,可以在多个兴趣群组中查找目标群组,其中,目标群组在预定时间段内被展示给第一账号的次数不超过第一阈值,此处预定时间 段以及第一阈值均不做具体限定。如果查找到目标群组,则可以将该目标群组推送给该社交应用,以使得在该社交应用上该目标群组可以被展示给第一账号。
通过上述可选实施例,可以避免同一个兴趣群组推送给社交应用账号的次数过多的问题。而且,该可选实施例还可以根据该社交应用账号已经关注的兴趣群组的类型进一步确定目标群组,进而达到增加兴趣群组被社交应用账号所关注的概率。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于可选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。

此处需要说明的是,上述模块与对应的步骤所实现的示例和应用场景相同,但不限于上述实施例所公开的内容。需要说明的是,上述模块作为装置的一部分可以运行在如图1所示的硬件环境中,可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件实现。

作为一种可选的实施例,如图6所示,在所述目标帐号可以包括所述第一帐号和与所述第一帐号具有关联关系的第二帐号的情况下,其中,所述第二帐号用于访问与所述第一媒体不同的第二媒体,所述查找单元53可以包括:第二查找模块533,被设置为在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找第二媒体文件,其中,所述第二媒体文件已推送给所述第一媒体和所述第二媒体的总次数不超过所述第一阈值,所述目标媒体文件包括所述第二媒体文件。
作为一种可选的实施例,如图7所示,所述推送单元55可以包括:第一推送模块551,被设置为在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下, 将所述多个所述目标媒体文件中不同类型的所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述不同类型的所述目标媒体文件的数量为所述文件展示请求所请求展示的媒体文件的数量。

通过上述模块,获取第一帐号访问第一媒体时产生的文件展示请求,并根据该文件展示请求,查找目标媒体文件,再将目标媒体文件推送给第一媒体,其中,查找的目标媒体文件是在预定时间内展示给目标帐号的次数低于第一阈值的媒体文件。采用本发明上述实施例,可以通过控制向目标帐号推送目标媒体文件的数量,有效控制目标媒体文件在预定时间段内被展示给目标帐号的次数,可以解决了相关技术中向同一用户推送广告的次数太多的技术问题,进而达到合理控制将目标媒体文件展示给目标帐号 的次数的技术效果。
根据本发明实施例,还提供了一种用于实施上述媒体文件的推送方法的电子装置。
图8是根据本发明实施例的一种电子装置的结构框图,如图8所示,该电子装置可以包括:一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器201、存储器203,其中,存储器203中可以存储有计算机程序,处理器201可以被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行本发明实施例的媒体文件的推送方法。
其中,存储器203可用于存储计算机程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的媒体文件的推送方法和装置对应的程序指令/模块,处理器201通过运行存储在存储器203内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的媒体文件的推送方法。存储器203可包括高速随机存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器203可进一步包括相对于处理器201远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至终端。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
可选地,如图8所示,该电子装置还可以包括:传输装置205以及输入输出设备207。其中,传输装置205用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括有线网络及无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置205包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过网线与其他网络设备与路由器相连从而可与互联网或局域网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置205为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。

  1. 一种媒体文件的推送方法,包括:
    获取文件展示请求,其中,所述文件展示请求为第一帐号访问第一媒体时所产生的请求;
    响应所述文件展示请求在预定的媒体文件集合中查找目标媒体文件,其中,所述目标媒体文件在预定时间段内被展示给目标帐号的次数不超过第一阈值,所述目标帐号包括所述第一帐号;
    在查找到所述目标媒体文件的情况下,将所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,以使在所述第一媒体上所述目标媒体文件被展示给所述第一帐号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述目标帐号为所述第一帐号的情况下,所述在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找目标媒体文件,包括:
    在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找第一媒体文件,其中,所述第一媒体文件已推送给所述第一媒体的次数不超过所述第一阈值,所述目标媒体文件包括所述第一媒体文件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述目标帐号包括所述第一帐号和与所述第一帐号具有关联关系的第二帐号的情况下,所述第二帐号用于访问与所述第一媒体不同的第二媒体,所述在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找目标媒体文件,包括:
    在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找第二媒体文件,其中,所述第二媒体文件已推送给所述第一媒体和所述第二媒体的总次数不超过所述第一阈值,所述目标媒体文件包括所述第二媒体文件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下,所述将所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,包括:
    将所述多个所述目标媒体文件中不同类型的所述目标媒体文件 推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述不同类型的所述目标媒体文件的数量为所述文件展示请求所请求展示的媒体文件的数量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下,所述将所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,包括:
    根据所述目标媒体文件在所述预定时间段内被展示给所述目标账号的次数将所述多个所述目标媒体文件进行排序;
    将排序后的多个所述目标媒体文件中的第一目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述第一目标媒体文件在所述预定时间段内被展示给所述目标账号的次数不超过第二阈值,第二阈值小于第一阈值,所述第一目标媒体文件的数量为所述文件展示请求所请求展示的媒体文件的数量。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下,所述将所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,包括:
    将所述多个所述目标媒体文件中的第二目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述第二目标媒体文件的类型与在所述第一媒体上已被展示给所述第一账号且被所述第一账号浏览过的媒体文件的类型相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一帐号访问所述第一媒体包括以下之一:
    所述第一帐号观看视频;
    所述第一帐号访问网页。
  8. 一种媒体文件的推送装置,包括一个或多个处理器,以及一个或多个存储程序单元的存储器,其中,所述程序单元由所述处理器执行,所述程序单元包括:
    获取单元,被设置为获取文件展示请求,其中,所述文件展示请求为第一帐号访问第一媒体时所产生的请求;
    查找单元,被设置为响应所述文件展示请求在预定的媒体文件集合中查找目标媒体文件,其中,所述目标媒体文件在预定时间段内被展示给目标帐号的次数不超过第一阈值,所述目标帐号包括所述第一帐号;
    推送单元,被设置为在查找到所述目标媒体文件的情况下,将所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,以使在所述第一媒体上所述目标媒体文件被展示给所述第一帐号。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,在所述目标帐号为所述第一帐号的情况下,所述查找单元包括:
    第一查找模块,被设置为在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找第一媒体文件,其中,所述第一媒体文件已推送给所述第一媒体的次数不超过所述第一阈值,所述目标媒体文件包括所述第一媒体文件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,在所述目标帐号包括所述第一帐号和与所述第一帐号具有关联关系的第二帐号的情况下,所述第二帐号用于访问与所述第一媒体不同的第二媒体,所述查找单元包括:
    第二查找模块,被设置为在所述预定的媒体文件集合中查找第二媒体文件,其中,所述第二媒体文件已推送给所述第一媒体和所述第二媒体的总次数不超过所述第一阈值,所述目标媒体文件包括所述第二媒体文件。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述推送单元包括:
    第一推送模块,被设置为在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下,将所述多个所述目标媒体文件中不同类型的所述目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述不同类型的所述目标媒体文件的数量为所述文件展示请求所请求展示的媒体文件的数量。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述推送单元包括:
    排序模块,被设置为在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下, 根据所述目标媒体文件在所述预定时间段内被展示给所述目标账号的次数将所述多个所述目标媒体文件进行排序;
    第二推送模块,被设置为将排序后的多个所述目标媒体文件中的第一目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述第一目标媒体文件在所述预定时间段内被展示给所述目标账号的次数不超过第二阈值,第二阈值小于第一阈值,所述第一目标媒体文件的数量为所述文件展示请求所请求展示的媒体文件的数量。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述推送单元包括:
    第三推送模块,被设置为在查找到多个所述目标媒体文件的情况下,将所述多个所述目标媒体文件中的第二目标媒体文件推送给所述第一媒体,其中,所述第二目标媒体文件的类型与在所述第一媒体上已被展示给所述第一账号且被所述第一账号浏览过的媒体文件的类型相同。
  14. 根据权利要求8至13中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述第一帐号访问所述第一媒体包括以下之一:
    所述第一帐号观看视频;
    所述第一帐号访问网页。
  15. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为通过所述计算机程序执行权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的方法。
