结合图2所示,本发明一实施方式是中,所述铰链组件3包括:固定在 所述箱体1或所述门体2其中之一上的第一滑动止挡部31,以及固定在所述箱体1或所述门体2其中另一上、并与所述第一滑动止挡部32同轴设置的第二滑动止挡部32;所述第一滑动止挡部31和所述第二滑动止挡部32分别具有相互配合的第一抵接面(未图示)和第二抵接面(未图示);所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面的外周均为圆形,且同轴设置;所述第一抵接面自其周侧凸设N个结构相同的第一弧形台311a,所述第二抵接面自其周侧凹陷形成N+M个结构相同、且与所述第一弧形台311a相匹配的第一容置槽321a,N为大于等于1的正整数,M为大于等于0的整数;其中,初始状态下,所述门体2闭合在所述箱体1上,N个所述第一弧形台311a均与其对应的所述第一容置槽321a错位设置,且错位相差所对应的弧心角相同;门体2自所述箱体1打开至第一角度时,至少1个所述第一弧形台311a与其对应的所述第一容置槽321a完全契合;如此,门体在闭合状态下时,由于第一弧形台311a与所述第一容置槽321a错位设置,导致所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面未完全契合,在重力作用下,所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面会产生相对滑动的趋势,并使其转换为门体2向箱体1转动的力,进而使门体关闭的更紧密,减小冰箱冷气的外漏。
以下为了方便说明,将所述第一滑动止挡部31可拆卸地固定在所述门体2上,将所述第二滑动止挡部32可拆卸地固定在所述箱体1上。
本发明一优选实施方式中,所述错位相差所对应的弧心角小于等于5度。
优选的,本发明的任一个第一容置槽321a所占用的弧心角=第一角度+错位相差所对应的弧心角;本发明的具体实施方式中,所述第一角度的取值范围,按照用户的使用习惯,通常设置为大于50度,本发明优选实施方式中,所述第一角度的取值可为[85度,95度]。
需要说明的是,根据用户需求的门体2相对箱体1的悬停角度,所述第一弧形台311a和所述第一容置槽321a的数量可以相同,也可以不同,当其不同时,所述第一容置槽321a的数量大于所述第一弧形台311a的数量。
本发明一具体示例中,所述第一容置槽321a的数量大于所述第一弧形台311a的数量,根据上述优选的第一角度的取值范围,所述第一容置槽321a的数量设置为4个,相应的,所述第一弧形台311a的数量设置为1个、或2个、或3个。
结合图4、图5所示,本发明优选实施方式中,为了保持冰箱的使用稳定性,以及考虑门体2关闭过程中,降低对第一滑动止挡部31和所述第二滑动止挡部32之间产生摩擦损耗,所述第一容置槽321a的数量设置为4个,将所述第一弧形台311a的数量设置为3个。
本发明具体实施方式中,所述第一滑动止挡部31包括:第一本体310,自所述第一本体延伸出的圆环状的第一抵接台311,所述第一抵接台311的一端面形成所述第一抵接面,所述第一本体上开设第一螺孔312,通过第一螺孔312将所述第一滑动止挡部31固定在所述门体2上。所述第一抵接面上的3个第一弧形台311a之间形成3个第二容置槽(未图示),所述3个所述第二容置槽包括:1个第二子让位槽3111以及2个结构相同的第二子容置槽3112,所述第二子让位槽3111的弧心角大于所述第二子容置槽3112的弧心角。
所述第二滑动止挡部32包括:第二本体320,自所述第二本体320延伸出的圆环状的第二抵接台321,所述第二抵接台321的一端面形成所述第二抵接面,所述第二本体上开设第二螺孔322,通过所述第二螺孔将所述第二滑动止挡部32固定在所述箱体1上;圆环状所述第二抵接台321的内径等于圆环状所述第一抵接台311的内径。所述第二抵接面上的4个第一容置槽321a之间形成4个第二弧形台(未图示),所述4个所述第二弧形台包括:1个第二子让位台3211以及3个结构相同的第二子弧形台3212,所述第二子弧形台3212的弧心角大于所述第二子让位台3211的弧心角。
相应的,本发明一实施方式中,所述第一弧形台311a沿所述第一抵接面周侧分布的外周面可为曲面;结合图3所示,本发明另一实施方式中,所述 第一弧形台311a沿所述第一抵接面周侧分布的外周面包括:分别自所述第一抵接面相向延伸并对称设置的第一斜面3113,以及连接两所述第一斜面3113的第一连接面3114;所述第一斜面3113为平面,所述第一连接面3114为曲面或平行于所述第一抵接面的平面。
优选的,本实施方式中,所述第一连接面3114为平面,所述第一连接面3114与所述第一斜面3113圆角相接。如此,增加第一滑动止挡部31和所述第二滑动32之间的配合舒畅度。
如图2所示,本发明一具体示例中,所述门体上饰条20相对所述第一滑动止挡部31处开设一限位凹槽21,所述限位凹槽21上开设一第一止挡孔211,所述第一止挡孔211的内径小于等于所述第一抵接台或所述第二抵接台的内径;所述限位凹槽21上对应所述第一滑动止挡部31的第一螺孔312处也同样开设一第三螺孔212,如此,可通过螺柱(未图示)将所述第一滑动止挡部31间接固定在门体2上;当然,其固定方式也可以选择卡接、胶粘等多种方式,在此不做详细赘述。该实施方式中,所述第一抵接台设置于所述第一止挡孔211的正上方;且所述第一抵接台与所述第一止挡孔211同轴设置。
优选的,所述铰链组件3还包括:第一连接件33a和第二连接件33b,第一连接件33a设置于限位凹槽21的上方,其外轮廓与所述限位凹槽21相同,第二连接件33b设置于限位凹槽21的下方,第一连接件33a、第二连接件33b以及门体上饰条20相互重叠的位置设置另一组螺孔(未图示),并通过螺柱(未图示)使三者相互固定。相应的,第一连接件33a、第二连接件33b匹配限位凹槽21上形成的第一止挡孔211及第三螺孔212形状,同样形成相同的结构,以使所述第一连接件33a设置于所述第一滑动止挡部31与限位凹槽21之间;另外,限位凹槽21上还可形成凸起(未图示),第一连接件上形成与其匹配的凹槽(未图示),如此,进一步限制第一连接件33a相对限位凹槽21的位置。
所述铰链组件3还包括:与所述箱体1固定连接的固定件34,所述固定件34上形成第二止挡孔341,第二止挡孔341的内径小于等于所述第一抵接台或所述第二抵接台的内径,所述固定件34上对应所述第二滑动止挡部32的第二螺孔322处也同样开设一第四螺孔342,如此,可通过螺柱(未图示)将所述第二滑动止挡部32间接固定在箱体1上;当然,其固定方式也可以选择卡接、胶粘等多种方式,在此不做详细赘述。该实施方式中,所述第二抵接台设置于所述第二止挡孔341的正下方;且所述第二抵接台与所述第二止挡孔341同轴设置,所述固定件34与箱体1的连接方式同样可为多种,例如卡接、胶粘、螺柱固定等方式,在此不做详细赘述。
本发明一实施方式中,所述铰链组件3还包括一旋转轴35,所述第一止挡孔211、所述第一抵接台、所述第二抵接台、所述第二止挡孔341从下至上依次套接在所述旋转轴35上。所述旋转轴的各位置截面直径与其对应所述第一止挡孔211、所述第一抵接台、所述第二抵接台、所述第二止挡孔341的内径相同,并在门体闭合及打开状态下,均以其未旋转轴进行旋转。
在本发明的其他实施方式中,所述铰链组件3还包括一壳体(未图示),该壳体罩设在上述铰链组件3其他零部件的外侧,以使铰链组件更加美观,在此不做详细赘述。
初始状态下,门体2闭合在箱体1上,3个所述第一弧形台311a均与其对应的所述第一容置槽321a错位设置,且错位相差所对应的弧心角相同,如此,导致所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面未完全契合,在重力作用下,所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面会产生相对滑动的趋势,并使其转换为门体2向箱体1转动的力,进而使门体关闭的更紧密,减小冰箱冷气的外漏,门体开启过程中,第二滑动止挡部32保持初始状态,第一滑动止挡部31在门体2的带动下,以旋转轴35为轴进行旋转,当第一弧形台311a从当前的第一容置槽321滑动到并嵌合在与当前的第一容置槽321相邻的下一个第一容置槽321时,即门体开启角度为上述第一角度,实现门体的悬停,方便用户 取放物品;当用户对门体施加较大的力时,才可以使门体继续开启或关闭,如此,还避免门体打开角度过大发生磕碰或碎裂的问题;另外,很多用户在使用冰箱门体时,会有开关门力度过大,造成门体打开速度过快,从而使冰箱的其他部件受损的情况出现,如此,本发明再门体的关闭状态与门体打开最大角度的状态中间增加一个可以使门体停顿的位置,即使开门速度大使门体冲过了悬停位置,也可以对暴力开关门的门体速度起到缓冲的作用,大大减小了暴力损坏的几率。
当门体打开后再关闭过程中,第一弧形台311a初始状态下对应的第一容置槽321越过对应的第一连接面3114并到达第一斜面3113后,就会在重力作用下,使所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面产生相对滑动的趋势,并使其转换为门体2向箱体1转动的力,进而使门体自动关闭。
综上所述,本发明的用于冰箱的铰链组件及具有其的冰箱,通过铰链组件中第一滑动止挡部和第二滑动止挡部的配合,可使冰箱门体在打开过程中,按照用户的需求,实现悬停,方便用户取放物品,同时,针对暴力开门现象,即使开门力度克服了铰链组件的悬停力度,第一滑动止挡部和第二滑动止挡部的配合方式也会对门体产生一定的反作用力,减缓门体打开速度,对暴力开门起到缓冲作用;另外,本发明将第一滑动止挡部和第二滑动止挡部相对错位设置,门体关闭过程中,可使门体自动关闭,且促使门体关闭的更加紧密,减小冰箱冷气的外漏。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的铰链组件,冰箱包括:箱体、用于密闭箱体开口的至少一个门体;所述铰链组件设置于所述箱体和门体之间;
    其特征在于,
    所述铰链组件包括:固定在所述箱体或所述门体其中之一上的第一滑动止挡部,以及固定在所述箱体或所述门体其中另一上、并与所述第一滑动止挡部同轴设置的第二滑动止挡部;
    所述第一滑动止挡部和所述第二滑动止挡部分别具有相互配合的第一抵接面和第二抵接面;所述第一抵接面和所述第二抵接面的外周均为圆形,且同轴设置;
    所述第一抵接面自其周侧凸设N个结构相同的第一弧形台,所述第二抵接面自其周侧凹陷形成N+M个结构相同、且与所述第一弧形台相匹配的第一容置槽,N为大于等于1的正整数,M为大于等于0的整数;
    其中,初始状态下,所述门体闭合在所述箱体上,N个所述第一弧形台均与其对应的所述第一容置槽错位设置,且错位相差所对应的弧心角相同;
    门体自所述箱体打开至第一角度时,至少1个所述第一弧形台完整嵌设于其所对应的所述第一容置槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:错位相差所对应的弧心角小于等于5度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述第一角度的取值为[85度,95度]。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:任一个第一容置槽所占用的弧心角=第一角度+错位相差所对应的弧心角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述 第一弧形台沿所述第一抵接面周侧分布的外周面为曲面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第一弧形台沿所述第一抵接面周侧分布的外周面包括:分别自所述第一抵接面相向延伸并对称设置的第一斜面,以及连接两所述第一斜面的第一连接面;
    所述第一斜面为平面,所述第一连接面为平行于所述第一抵接面的平面,所述第一连接面与所述第一斜面圆角相接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述N的取值为1、2、3其中任一,所述N+M的值为4。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:
    所述N取值为3;
    所述第一抵接面上的3个第一弧形台之间形成3个第二容置槽,所述3个第二容置槽包括:1个第二子让位槽以及2个结构相同的第二子容置槽,所述第二子让位槽的弧心角大于所述第二子容置槽的弧心角。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的用于冰箱的铰链组件,其特征在于:
    所述第二抵接面上的4个第一容置槽之间形成4个第二弧形台,所述4个第二弧形台包括:1个第二子让位台以及3个结构相同的第二子弧形台,所述第二子弧形台的弧心角大于所述第二子让位台的弧心角。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括箱体、用于密闭所述箱体开口的至少一个门体;以及如权利要求1所述的铰链组件,所述铰链组件设置于所述箱体和门体之间。
