Description

密封结构及具有其的冷藏集装箱 技术领域
本发明总地涉及集装箱运输的技术领域,更具体地涉及一种密封结构及具有其的冷藏集装箱。
背景技术
目前冷藏箱的冷机密封胶带,主要是在冷机安装之前,在前框冷机螺栓孔表面贴上一圈密封胶带,实现冷机安装后前端密封要求。
冷藏箱现有的冷机胶带有两种。一种是普通实心EPDM冷机胶带,材质为EPDM,一圈胶带分为四条,胶带的截面呈扁型。胶带两侧边缘带有凸台;胶带中间有螺栓孔。胶带安装介于冷藏箱前框表面和冷机表面之间,起到密封性作用。第二种发泡型EPDM冷机胶带,材质为发泡型EPDM,一圈胶带分为四条,胶带的截面呈扁型,比实心EPDM胶带厚。胶带两侧边缘不带凸台;胶带中间有螺栓孔。胶带安装介于冷藏箱前框表面和冷机表面之间,起到密封性作用。
第一种方法由于胶带结构简单,方便制造,在冷藏箱前框密封方案中运用较普遍;但是其缺点在于,由于使用的是实心EPDM胶带,胶带质地较硬,冷机螺栓孔法兰内表面不能完全与实心EPDM胶带进行贴合,导致冷机螺栓孔法兰内表面和胶带之间有间隙,影响整个前框气密性效果。
第二种方法有效的避免第一种缺陷问题,但仍然存在以下两方面问题:
1、在冷机安装过程中,由于发泡型EPDM冷机胶带质地较软,抗压性差,冷机贴合胶带的压力又较大,容易造成胶带被挤烂挤碎的隐患,从而影响使用。
2、发泡型EPDM胶带本身材质容易风化,正常使用下寿命较短。
因此,需要提供一种密封结构及具有其的冷藏集装箱,以至少部分地解决上述问题。
发明内容
为至少部分地解决上述问题,本发明提供一种密封结构,其包括:
基体,所述基体为具有预定厚度的扁宽形长条;
突出部,所述突出部设置于所述基体的用于密封的密封面,所述突出部构造为相对于所述密封面向外突出并且沿着所述基体的长度方向延伸的长条状凸起;
变形部,所述变形部设置于所述密封面,所述变形部构造为相对于所述密封面向外突出并且沿着所述基体的长度方向延伸,所述变形部具有与所述突出部相同的延伸长度,并且所述变形部的突出高度大于所述突出部的突出高度;以及
连接通孔,所述连接通孔设置于所述突出部和所述变形部之间并且沿所述基体的厚度方向贯通,多个所述连接通孔沿所述基体的长度方向彼此间隔设置;
其中,在受到朝向所述密封面的力时,所述变形部的高度弹性地变小。
可选地,所述变形部的垂直于长度方向的截面为O形或半圆形。
可选地,所述变形部的内部具有沿长度方向延伸的空腔。

本发明提供一种密封结构,用于采用螺栓、螺母连接并需要使用密封圈或密封胶提供密封性能的场合,比如冷藏集装箱与冷机连接处的密封。
如图1和图2所示,为根据本发明的一种优选实施方式的密封结构10。密封结构10由柔性材料制作,这样在受到挤压力时可以随着接触面的形状产生变形以保证贴合紧密,从而确保密封性能。优选地,采用实心EPDM材质制作,这样,在保证密封效果的前提下,密封结构本身具有一定的抗压能力,能够提高使用寿命。
密封结构10主要由四部分构成:基体110、突出部120、变形部130以及螺栓孔140。
其中,基体110为具有预定厚度的扁宽形的长条,在安装时可以根据所需密封的尺寸大小截取预定的长度。基体110具有在安装时与冷藏集装箱接触的粘贴面112以及与冷机接触的密封面111。粘贴面112上带有粘结涂层,安装时通过粘贴涂层直接贴附在冷藏集装箱的用于连接冷机的表面上,方便安装,同时能够保证密封性能。密封面111朝向冷机安装,在密封面111上设置有突出部120和变形部130。
如图1和图2所示,突出部120从密封面111向外突出预定的高度,并沿着基体110的长度方向延伸相同的长度。安装时,突出部120的上表面与诸如冷机螺栓孔法兰的部件表面接触,并在螺栓等的挤压力的作用下紧密贴合在一起,以起到密封作用。优选地,突出部120具有沿基体110 的宽度方向的预定宽度,这样可以增加突出部120与冷机螺栓孔法兰之间的接触面积,进一步增强密封效果。在本实施方式中,突出部120在垂直于长度方向上的截面可以为矩形,这样方便生产制作。进一步优选地,为进一步地保证突出部120的上表面与冷机螺栓孔法兰的表面的贴合效果,可以在突出部120的上表面的两条侧边处设置倒角,避免由于边沿翘起而产生的贴合不紧密,可以增强密封性能。
在基体110的密封面111上还设置有变形部130。变形部130与突出部120平行地设置,并与突出部120延伸相同的长度。变形部130突出密封面111的高度高于突出部120的高度。变形部130构造为在受到朝向密封面111的力时,变形部130突出密封面111的高度弹性地变小。具体地,如图1所示,变形部130垂直于长度方向的截面为O形,并且,变形部130内部具有通长的空腔,该空腔在垂直于长度方向的截面也为O形。这样,当变形部130受到来自冷机螺栓孔法兰的朝向密封面111的挤压力时,变形部130产生弹性形变,并使得其部分外表面与冷机螺栓孔法兰的表面紧密接触以起到密封作用。可以理解,变形部以及空腔在垂直于长度方向的截面也可以是其他形状,比如半圆形等,并且,变形部与空腔在垂直于长度方向的截面也可以分别具有不同的形状,另外,也可以不设置空腔。只要保证在受到朝向密封面的力时,变形部能够产生至少高度方向的弹性形变即可。
在突出部120和变形部130之间,还设置有多个连接通孔140,用以供冷机安装所用的诸如螺栓之类的连接件或紧固件通过。因此,连接通孔140也可以称为螺栓孔140。多个螺栓孔140彼此间隔预定距离的沿长度方向设置在基体110上,并且与设置在冷藏集装箱的前框面上的冷机螺栓孔一一对应。其中,螺栓孔140在基体110的宽度方向上偏心设置,具体地,螺栓孔140与突出部120之间的最小距离小于螺栓孔140与变形部130之间的最小距离。也就是说,螺栓孔140设置为更靠近基体110的设置有突出部120的一侧的侧边。因为在安装时,基体110的设置有变形部130的一侧位于螺栓的内侧,这样可以使螺栓内侧的密封结构10与冷藏集装箱的前框面以及冷机螺栓孔法兰之间具有更大的接触面积,可以增强密封性能。
根据本发明的密封结构10的安装过程如下:
如图3所示,首先,将密封结构10的粘贴面112粘贴在冷藏集装箱前框面40的外表面,使密封结构10的螺栓孔140与冷藏集装箱前框面40上的螺栓孔一一对应。并使得变形部130位于冷藏集装箱前框面40的螺栓孔的内侧,突出部120位于冷藏集装箱前框面40的螺栓孔的外侧。
然后进行冷机安装,使冷机螺栓孔法兰20的内表面朝向密封结构10的密封面111,并将冷机螺栓30穿过冷机螺栓孔法兰20、密封结构10的螺栓孔140以及冷藏集装箱前框面40的螺栓孔,与冷机螺母50配合拧紧,使冷机螺栓孔法兰20对密封结构10产生挤压力。变形部130在压力下产生至少高度方向的弹性形变,继续挤压,冷机螺栓孔法兰20的内表面与突出部120的上表面接触,由于密封结构10具有一定的硬度,即使继续挤压,突出部120在挤压作用下产生很小的变形。这样,突出部120的上表面与冷机螺栓孔法兰20的内表面紧密接触,变形部130的部分外表面在弹性形变的作用下与冷机螺栓孔法兰20的内表面紧密接触,也即,在冷机螺栓30的两侧,冷机螺栓孔法兰20的内表面均与密封结构10形成紧密贴合,从而达到密封效果。此时,完成安装。
根据本发明的密封结构,结构上增加了新型密封结构,密封性能得到提高,大大改善了产品气密性,降低了质量隐患,同时又保证了密封结构安装过程抗压性能,抗风化性能,提高使用寿命。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供一种冷藏集装箱,该冷藏集装箱安装有冷机,冷藏集装箱与冷机在连接处通过如上所述的密封结构进行密封。
本发明已经通过上述实施例进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施例只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施例范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密封结构,其特征在于,包括:
    基体,所述基体为具有预定厚度的扁宽形长条;
    突出部,所述突出部设置于所述基体的用于密封的密封面,所述突出部构造为相对于所述密封面向外突出并且沿着所述基体的长度方向延伸的长条状凸起;
    变形部,所述变形部设置于所述密封面,所述变形部构造为相对于所述密封面向外突出并且沿着所述基体的长度方向延伸,所述变形部具有与所述突出部相同的延伸长度,并且所述变形部的突出高度大于所述突出部的突出高度;以及
    连接通孔,所述连接通孔设置于所述突出部和所述变形部之间连接通孔并且沿所述基体的厚度方向贯通,多个所述连接通孔沿所述基体的长度方向彼此间隔设置;
    其中,在受到朝向所述密封面的力时,所述变形部的高度弹性地变小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述变形部的垂直于长度方向的截面为O形或半圆形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述变形部的内部具有沿长度方向延伸的空腔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述空腔的垂直于长度方向的截面为O形或半圆形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封结构的材质为柔性材质。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封结构的材质为EPDM。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述突出部的垂直于长度方向的截面为矩形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述突出部的上表面的沿长度方向的侧边设置有倒角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,沿所述基体的宽度方向,所述连接通孔与所述突出部之间的最小距离小于所述连接通孔与 所述变形部之间的最小距离。
  10. 一种冷藏集装箱,所述冷藏集装箱安装有冷机,其特征在于,所述冷藏集装箱与所述冷机在连接处通过如权利要求1~9中的任一项所述密封结构密封。
