Description
本发明涉及一种灯具连接结构,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构。
LED灯具,以其能耗低、使用寿命长、亮度高等优点,正越来越受到消费者的青睐。现有的LED灯具,主要有射灯、吸顶灯、灯管和球泡灯几种,结构基本都是现有的常规结构,缺乏新颖性。以球泡灯为例,现有球炮灯结构基本都包括铝合金散热体、设置在铝合金散热体内的驱动器、设置在铝合金散热体端面的光源模组以及设置在光源模组外且与铝合金散热体螺纹连接的灯罩。这种结构,存在下述几个缺点:一是驱动器位于铝合金散热体内,散热效果差,铝合金散热体用于散热,其本身温度较高,使得驱动器较容易出故障;二是灯具采用铝合金散热体散热,不仅成本高,而且散热效果不一定好;三是驱动器为焊接安装,拆装不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、使用方便且效果良好的LED灯具用灯罩固定结构。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,包括铝基板,在铝基板其中一侧板面上分布有LED灯珠,其中所述LED灯珠外围的铝基板上设有灯罩,在铝基板边缘沿周向设有若干定位凸台,在灯罩上设有与定位凸台一一对应的L形的定位缺口,定位凸台位于定位缺口内,在定位缺口开口处设有限位座,所述限位座与铝基板固定连接。
上述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构中,所述灯罩开口端端面上一体成型有定位环,定位环的内径与铝基板的外径相适应,定位环的内径大于灯罩内径,定位环与灯罩开口端端面配合形成定位铝基板的台阶,所述定位缺口位于定位环上,台阶所在平面与定位缺口的下端面处于同一平面上。
上述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构中,所述定位缺口由相互导通的横向定位部和竖向限位部组成,横向定位部和竖向限位部配合呈L形;定位凸台的宽度与竖向限位部相适应;当定位凸台位于横向限位部内时,限位座自由端位于竖向限位部内。
上述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构中,所述限位座位于竖向限位部内的一端底部设有升高垫块,所述升高垫块的高度比横向定位部的高度高0.05~2mm,所述升高垫块的宽度与竖向限位部的宽度相适应。

参阅图1至图3所示,本发明的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,包括铝基板1,在铝基板1其中一侧板面上分布有LED灯珠2,所述LED灯珠2外围的铝基板1上设有圆柱形的灯罩3,根据实际需要,可以在灯罩3内设置形状为四棱锥体的折射浮点,所述各四棱锥体的底面边长为0.5~5mm,高为0.4~4.3mm。这样可以将灯具中间较为集中的光线分散至四周,使灯具的整体光照更均匀,照射角度更广。在铝基板1边缘沿周向设有若干定位凸台1a,在灯罩3上设有与定位凸台1a一一对应的L形的定位缺口3a,定位凸台1a位于定位缺口3a内,在定位缺口3a开口处设有限位座4,所述限位座4与铝基板1固定连接。
定位缺口3a由相互导通的横向定位部3b和竖向限位部3c组成,横向定位部3b和竖向限位部3c配合呈L形;定位凸台1a的宽度与竖向限位部3c相适应;当定位凸台1a位于横向限位部4内时,限位座4自由端位于竖向限位部3c内。优选地,在限位座4位于竖向限位部3c内的一端底部设有升高垫块4a,所述升高垫块4a的高度比横向定位部3b的高度高0.05~2mm,所述升高垫块4a的宽度与竖向限位部3c的宽度相适应。通过设置升高垫块,可以使厚度小于横向定位部的铝基板1在安装后,不会出现相对于灯罩的松动,使灯罩与铝基板连接紧凑、稳固。
具体地,为方便安装,在灯罩3开口端端面上一体成型有定位环5,定位环5的内径与铝基板1的外径相适应,定位环5的内径大于灯罩3内径,定位环5与灯罩3开口端端面配合形成定位铝基板1的台阶,所述定位缺口3a位于定位环5上,台阶所在平面与定位缺口的下端面处于同一平面上。
进一步地,在本实施例中,在铝基板1另一侧板面上设有驱动电源盒6,在驱动电源盒内设有驱动器7;在驱动电源盒6下部边缘沿周向设有若干个与铝基板1相接触的连接腿6a,连接腿6a上设有第一连接孔6b,在铝基板1上设有与第一连接孔6b一一对应的第二连接孔1b,第一、二连接孔6b,1b通过螺丝连接。同时,所述限位座4设置在连接腿6b上且限位座 4与连接腿6b为一体成型的整体结构。
为实现驱动电源的快捷更换,提高灯具的整体利用效率,在铝基板1与驱动电源盒6相对的板面上设有电源插接座8,电源插接座8通过铝基板1与各LED灯珠2电路连接;所述驱动电源盒6底部设有定位通孔,在驱动器7的电路板上成型有与电源插接座8相适应的供电插接头7a,供电插接头7a穿过定位通孔与电源插接座8插接。采用这种结构,当驱动器故障时,可以快捷地拆卸变更换新的驱动器,使灯具可以重新使用。
为保障铝基板的散热效率,驱动电源盒6下部优选设计为倒圆锥台形状,在定位通孔外围的驱动电源盒6底部一体成型有防护环6c,防护环6c包裹在电源插接座8外围,防护环6c与铝基板1板面相接触。通过防护环防止驱动电源盒内进水进尘,同时将铝基板与驱动电源盒间隔开来,提高空气的流通效率从而保证灯具的散热效率。
为方便组装,本实施例中的驱动电源盒6由相互配合的左盒体6d和右盒体6e构成;在左、右盒体6d,6e内分别设有固定驱动器电路板的定位卡座6f。同时,在驱动电源盒6自由端端部连接有螺口灯头9,螺口灯头9与驱动器7电路连接。
实施例2
参阅图4和图5所示,本发明的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其采用与实施例1相同的灯罩固定方式,不同之处在于,在铝基板1中部设有安装通孔1c,在安装通孔1c内穿设有驱动电源盒6,驱动电源盒6与铝基板1通过螺丝固定连接;所述驱动电源盒6由相互配合连接的灯头组件10和驱动套筒11组成;所述灯头组件10由相互连接的外螺纹金属导电头10a和绝缘安装座10b构成;灯头组件10与驱动套筒11配合形成中空的驱动安装腔,驱动器沿垂直铝基板1的方向设置在驱动安装腔内;各LED灯珠2分布在安装通孔1c外围的铝基板1上,在驱动电源盒6上设有过线孔6g,驱动器直流电引线穿过过线孔6g与各LED灯珠2通过导电插接件连接。同时,本实施例中的灯罩为球面形状。当然,根据实际需要,灯罩也可以采用各式材质及形状。

Claims (10)
- 一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,包括铝基板(1),在铝基板(1)其中一侧板面上分布有LED灯珠(2),其特征在于,所述LED灯珠(2)外围的铝基板(1)上设有灯罩(3),在铝基板(1)边缘沿周向设有若干定位凸台(1a),在灯罩(3)上设有与定位凸台(1a)一一对应的L形的定位缺口(3a),定位凸台(1a)位于定位缺口(3a)内,在定位缺口(3a)开口处设有限位座(4),所述限位座(4)与铝基板(1)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述灯罩(3)开口端端面上一体成型有定位环(5),定位环(5)的内径与铝基板(1)的外径相适应,定位环(5)的内径大于灯罩(3)内径,定位环(5)与灯罩(3)开口端端面配合形成定位铝基板(1)的台阶,所述定位缺口(3a)位于定位环(5)上,台阶所在平面与定位缺口(3a)的下端面处于同一平面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述定位缺口(3a)由相互导通的横向定位部(3b)和竖向限位部(3c)组成,横向定位部(3b)和竖向限位部(3c)配合呈L形;定位凸台(1a)的宽度与竖向限位部(3c)相适应;当定位凸台(1a)位于横向限位部(4)内时,限位座(4)自由端位于竖向限位部(3c)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述铝基板(1)另一侧板面上设有驱动电源盒(6),在驱动电源盒(6)内设有驱动器(7);在驱动电源盒(6)下部边缘沿周向设有若干个与铝基板(1)相接触的连接腿(6a),连接腿(6a)上设有第一连接孔(6b),在铝基板(1)上设有与第一连接孔(6b)一一对应的第二连接孔(1b),第一、二连接孔(6b,1b)通过螺丝连接。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述限位座(4)位于竖向限位部(3c)内的一端底部设有升高垫块(4a),所述升高垫块(4a)的高度比横向定位部(3b)的高度高0.05~2mm,所述升高垫块(4a)的宽度与竖向限位部(3c)的宽度相适应。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述限位座(4)设置在连接腿(6b)上且限位座(4)与连接腿(6b)为一体成型的整体结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,在铝基板(1)与驱动电源盒(6)相对的板面上设有电源插接座(8),电源插接座(8)通过铝基板(1)与各LED灯珠(2)电路连接;所述驱动电源盒(6)底部设有定位通孔,在驱动器(7)的电路板上成型有与电源插接座(8)相适应的供电插接头(7a),供电插接头(7a)穿过定位通孔与电源插接座(8)插接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述驱动电源盒 (6)下部为倒圆锥台形状,在定位通孔外围的驱动电源盒(6)底部一体成型有防护环(6c),防护环(6c)包裹在电源插接座(8)外围,防护环(6c)与铝基板(1)板面相接触。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述驱动电源盒(6)由相互配合的左盒体(6d)和右盒体(6e)构成;在左、右盒体(6d,6e)内分别设有固定驱动器电路板的定位卡座(6f);所述驱动电源盒(6)自由端端部连接有螺口灯头(9),螺口灯头(9)与驱动器(7)电路连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具用灯罩固定结构,其特征在于,所述铝基板(1)中部设有安装通孔(1c),在安装通孔(1c)内穿设有驱动电源盒(6),驱动电源盒(6)与铝基板(1)通过螺丝固定连接;所述驱动电源盒(6)由相互配合连接的灯头组件(10)和驱动套筒(11)组成;所述灯头组件(10)由相互连接的外螺纹金属导电头(10a)和绝缘安装座(10b)构成;灯头组件(10)与驱动套筒(11)配合形成中空的驱动安装腔,驱动器沿垂直铝基板(1)的方向设置在驱动安装腔内;各LED灯珠(2)分布在安装通孔(1c)外围的铝基板(1)上,在驱动电源盒(6)上设有过线孔(6g),驱动器直流电引线穿过过线孔(6g)与各LED灯珠(2)通过导电插接件连接。
