Description
本发明涉及一种灯具,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种T形LED灯具。
T形LED灯具,以其能耗低、使用寿命长、亮度高等优点,正越来越受到消费者的青睐。现有的T形LED灯具,主要有射灯、吸顶灯、灯管和球泡灯几种,结构基本都是现有的常规结构,缺乏新颖性。以球泡灯为例,现有球炮灯结构基本都包括铝合金散热体、设置在铝合金散热体内的驱动器、设置在铝合金散热体端面的光源模组以及设置在光源模组外且与铝合金散热体螺纹连接的灯罩。这种结构,存在下述几个缺点:一是驱动器位于铝合金散热体内,散热效果差,铝合金散热体用于散热,其本身温度较高,使得驱动器较容易出故障;二是灯具采用铝合金散热体散热,不仅成本高,而且散热效果不一定好;三是驱动器为焊接安装,拆装不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、使用方便且效果良好的T形LED灯具。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种T形LED灯具,包括铝基板,在铝基板其中一侧板面上分布有LED灯珠,其中所述铝基板另一侧板面上连接有驱动电源盒,在驱动电源盒内设有驱动器,驱动器与LED灯珠通过铝基板导通连接;在铝基板上设有插接座,在驱动器电路板上设有与插接座相互插接的插接头,在驱动电源盒靠近铝基板一端的外壁上沿周向设有若干个连接脚,在连接脚上设有第一连接孔,在铝基板上设有与第一连接孔相对应的第二连接孔,第一、二连接孔通过螺丝连接;在驱动电源盒自由端设有导电部,导电部分别连接导通驱动器和外部电源。
上述的一种LED灯中,所述驱动电源盒与铝基板相对的一端端部外形为倒圆锥台形状,所述连接脚位于倒圆锥台外壁上。
上述的一种LED灯中,所述驱动电源盒与铝基板相对的一端端面上设有与插接座相适应的防护环,在当插接头与插接座处于插接导通状态时,插接座位于防护环内。
上述的一种LED灯中,所述所述驱动电源盒由相互配合的左盒体和右盒体构成,在左、右盒体内分别设有固定驱动器电路板的定位卡座;所述导电部套紧固定在左、右盒体自由端。

上述的一种LED灯中,所述限位座位于竖向限位部内的一端底部设有升高垫块,所述升高垫块的高度比横向定位部的高度高0.05~2mm。
上述的一种LED灯中,所述灯罩开口端端面上一体成型有定位环,定位环的内径与铝基板的外径相适应,定位环的内径大于灯罩内径,定位环与灯罩开口端端面配合形成定位铝基板的台阶,所述定位缺口位于定位环上,台阶所在平面与横向定位部的下端面处于同一平面上。
上述的一种LED灯中,所述灯罩由连接环和设置在连接环其中一端的光学扩散板组成;所述光学扩散板由支撑板和分布在支撑板内板面上的若干折射浮点组成,所述各折射浮点为四棱锥体,所述各四棱锥体的底面边长为0.5~5mm,高为0.4~4.3mm;所述定位缺口设置在连接环自由端;优选地,所述连接环和光学扩散板为一体成型的整体结构。
上述的一种LED灯中,所述连接脚共有两个,两个连接脚分别位于左盒体和右盒体靠近铝基板一端的外壁上;在连接脚两侧的左盒体和右盒体端部均设有定位柱,位于左盒体和右盒体上的定位柱两两配合形成定位座,在各定位座外套设有定位脚。
本发明采用上述结构后,驱动器与铝基板插接,使得灯具组装方便,且实现驱动器的快捷更换,使得T形LED灯具驱动器实现普通用户可自主更换变为可能;同时,驱动电源盒通过防护环与铝基板接触,减少驱动电源盒与铝基板的接触,使铝基板的散热面积尽可能大,散热效果最优;进一步地,通过定位缺口、定位凸台与限位座两两相互配合、相互限制,巧妙地达到固定灯罩的目的。

参阅图1至图5所示,本发明的一种T形LED灯具,包括铝基板1,在铝基板1其中一侧板面上分布有LED灯珠,在铝基板1另一侧板面上连接有驱动电源盒2,在驱动电源盒2内设有驱动器3,驱动器3与LED灯珠通过铝基板1导通连接;在铝基板1上设有插接座4,在驱动器3电路板上设有与插接座4相互插接的插接头3a,在驱动电源盒2靠近铝基板1一端的外壁上沿周向设有若干个连接脚5,在连接脚5上设有第一连接孔5a,在铝基板1上设有与第一连接孔5a相对应的第二连接孔1a,第一、二连接孔5a,1a通过螺丝连接;在驱动电源盒2自由端设有导电部,导电部分别连接导通驱动器和外部电源。
优选地,在驱动电源盒2与铝基板1相对的一端端部外形为倒圆锥台形状,所述连接脚5位于倒圆锥台外壁上。采用倒圆锥台形状,是为了更好地散热,减少驱动电源盒对铝基板的遮挡,提高散热效率。
同时,优选地,在驱动电源盒2与铝基板1相对的一端端面上设有与插接座4相适应的防护环6,在当插接头3a与插接座4处于插接导通状态时,插接座4位于防护环6内。防护环的目的是为了防水防尘,避免水或灰尘等进入驱动电源盒内。
在本实施例中,所述所述驱动电源盒2由相互配合的左盒体2a和右盒体2b构成,在左、右盒体2a,2b内分别设有固定驱动器电路板的定位卡座2c;所述导电部套紧固定在左、右盒体2a,2b自由端。采用这种结构,主要是方便组装,当然,驱动电源盒也可以采用上下组装的方式。同时,所述导电部为灯头7。导电部也可以采用本领域常规的其它导电结构,如卡口结构。并且,所述连接脚5共有两个,两个连接脚5分别位于左盒体2a和右盒体2b靠近铝基板1一端的外壁上;在连接脚5两侧的左盒体2a和右盒体2b端部均设有定位柱2d,位于左盒体2a和右盒体2b上的定位柱2d两两配合形成定位座,在各定位座外套设有定位脚12。通过定位柱和定位脚配合,再结合灯头,有效地固定左、右盒体,使左、右盒体不分开,接触部不会出现缝隙。同时,在左、右盒体相对的端面上设有相互配合的定位柱和定位孔,通过定位柱和定位孔配合使左、右盒体连接准确。
进一步地,在LED灯珠外围的铝基板1上设有灯罩8,在灯罩8开口端内壁上沿周向分布有若干定位缺口8a,定位缺口8a由相互导通的横向定位部8b和竖向限位部8c组成,横向定位部8b和竖向限位部8c配合呈L形;在铝基板1边缘设有与各横向定位部8b相配合的定位凸台1b,定位凸台1b的宽度与竖向限位部8c相适应;在铝基板1边缘固定设有限位座9,限位座9其中一端延伸进入竖向限位部8c内。优选地,在限位座9位于竖向限位部8c内的一端底部设有升高垫块9a,所述升高垫块9a的高度比横向定位部8b的高度高0.05~2mm。通过设置升高垫块,可以使厚度小于横向定位部的铝基板1在安装后,不会出现相对于灯罩的松动,使灯罩与铝基板连接紧凑、稳固。
为了方便铝基板的固定并使安装更加稳固,在灯罩8开口端端面上一体成型有定位环10,定位环10的内径与铝基板1的外径相适应,定位环10的内径大于灯罩8内径,定位环10与灯罩8开口端端面配合形成定位铝基板1的台阶11,所述定位缺口8a位于定位环10上,台阶11所在平面与横向定位部8b的下端面处于同一平面上。
优选地,限位座9设置在连接腿5上且限位座9与连接腿5为一体成型的整体结构。这种结构可以使灯具结构更加紧凑,安装更加方便。根据具灯的实际大小,限位座9可以采用分体结构;具体地,当铝基板的尺寸变大时,在不改变驱动电源盒尺寸的情况下,将限位座独立设置在铝基板边缘与定位缺口配合。在本实施例中,灯罩8由连接环8d和设置在连接环8d其中一端的光学扩散板8e组成;所述光学扩散板8e由支撑板8f和分布在支撑板8f内板面上的若干折射浮点8g组成,支撑板与折射浮点为一体成型的整体结构;所述各折射浮点8g为四棱锥体,所述各四棱锥体的底面边长为0.5~5mm,高为0.4~4.3mm;所述定位缺口8a设置在连接环8d自由端。优选地,所述连接环8d和光学扩散板8e为一体成型的整体结构。本实施例中采用的灯罩为光学扩散罩,可以有效地分散T形LED灯具中间较为集中的光线,使光线均匀分散开来,扩大照射范围。
实施例2
参阅图6所示,本发明的一种T形LED灯具,其结构与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,在左、右盒体上没有设置定位柱2d,也没有定位脚12。而是在设置定位柱的位置上设置有半圆形定位脚,左、右盒体上的半圆形定位脚配合形成与定位脚12一样外形的结构,但其是分体结构。
以上所举实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,仅用来方便说明本发明,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,若在不脱离本发明所提技术特征的范围内,利用本发明所揭示技术内容所作出局部更动或修饰的等效实施例,并且未脱离本发明的技术特征内容,均仍属于本发明技术特征的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种T形LED灯具,包括铝基板(1),在铝基板(1)其中一侧板面上分布有LED灯珠,其特征在于,所述铝基板(1)另一侧板面上连接有驱动电源盒(2),在驱动电源盒(2)内设有驱动器(3),驱动器(3)与LED灯珠通过铝基板(1)导通连接;在铝基板(1)上设有插接座(4),在驱动器(3)电路板上设有与插接座(4)相互插接的插接头(3a),在驱动电源盒(2)靠近铝基板(1)一端的外壁上沿周向设有若干个连接脚(5),在连接脚(5)上设有第一连接孔(5a),在铝基板(1)上设有与第一连接孔(5a)相对应的第二连接孔(1a),第一、二连接孔(5a,1a)通过螺丝连接;在驱动电源盒(2)自由端设有导电部,导电部分别连接导通驱动器和外部电源。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述驱动电源盒(2)与铝基板(1)相对的一端端部外形为倒圆锥台形状,所述连接脚(5)位于倒圆锥台外壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述驱动电源盒(2)与铝基板(1)相对的一端端面上设有与插接座(4)相适应的防护环(6),在当插接头(3a)与插接座(4)处于插接导通状态时,插接座(4)位于防护环(6)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述所述驱动电源盒(2)由相互配合的左盒体(2a)和右盒体(2b)构成,在左、右盒体(2a,2b)内分别设有固定驱动器电路板的定位卡座(2c);所述导电部套紧固定在左、右盒体(2a,2b)自由端;所述导电部为灯头(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯珠外围的铝基板(1)上设有灯罩(8),在灯罩(8)开口端内壁上沿周向分布有若干定位缺口(8a),定位缺口(8a)由相互导通的横向定位部(8b)和竖向限位部(8c)组成,横向定位部(8b)和竖向限位部(8c)配合呈L形;在铝基板(1)边缘设有与各横向定位部(8b)相配合的定位凸台(1b),定位凸台(1b)的宽度与竖向限位部(8c)相适应;在铝基板(1)边缘固定设有限位座(9),限位座(9)其中一端延伸进入竖向限位部(8c)内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述限位座(9)设置在连接腿(5)上且限位座(9)与连接腿(5)为一体成型的整体结构。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述限位座(9)位于竖向限位部(8c)内的一端底部设有升高垫块(9a),所述升高垫块(9a)的高度比横向定位部(8b)的高度高0.05~2mm。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩(8)开口端端面上一体成型有定位环(10),定位环(10)的内径与铝基板(1)的外径相适应,定位环(10)的内径大于灯罩(8)内径,定位环(10)与灯罩(8)开口端端面配合形成定位铝基板(1)的台 阶(11),所述定位缺口(8a)位于定位环(10)上,台阶(11)所在平面与横向定位部(8b)的下端面处于同一平面上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩(8)由连接环(8d)和设置在连接环(8d)其中一端的光学扩散板(8e)组成;所述光学扩散板(8e)由支撑板(8f)和分布在支撑板(8f)内板面上的若干折射浮点(8g)组成,所述各折射浮点(8g)为四棱锥体,所述各四棱锥体的底面边长为0.5~5mm,高为0.4~4.3mm;所述定位缺口()设置在连接环(8d)自由端;所述连接环(8d)和光学扩散板(8e)为一体成型的整体结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述连接脚(5)共有两个,两个连接脚(5)分别位于左盒体(2a)和右盒体(2b)靠近铝基板(1)一端的外壁上;在连接脚(5)两侧的左盒体(2a)和右盒体(2b)端部均设有定位柱(2d),位于左盒体(2a)和右盒体(2b)上的定位柱(2d)两两配合形成定位座,在各定位座外套设有定位脚(12)。
