灯源可卸式LED灯泡 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明元件中的LED灯泡结构,具体的说是指灯源可卸式LED灯泡。
背景技术
LED灯泡是日常生活中常用的照明元件,它具有发光效率高、节能省电、回收环保、使用寿命长等优点,已经逐渐取代了传统的钨丝白炽灯泡和荧光灯泡,LED灯泡的结构与公开的中国发明专利申请号为201310449301.8的“一种LED灯泡”相似,主要是由导电灯头、灯座、灯源、灯罩和LED驱动电路板等构成,导电灯头通过卡接结构或螺纹连接结构安装在灯头座上,即可形成导电并使灯源发光以照亮周边环境。目前,LED灯泡的灯源都是直接与灯座做成一体的,将灯源罩合在内的灯罩也是一体固定在灯座上的,这种一体式结构往往存在较大的使用缺陷,例如当LED灯泡的灯源或灯座内的部件损坏就无法实现更换,只能将整支LED灯泡报废掉,浪费极大。另外,有些灯源和导电灯头的规格标准都是不同的,一旦将两者设计为连体结构,容易导致消费者搞混或需要采购更多规格的LED灯泡进行选用,也为日常使用带来极大不便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种灯源与灯座采用可卸式连接并能灵活组合使用的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,这种LED灯泡具有使用成本低、使用方便等优点。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种灯源可卸式LED灯泡,包括导电灯头、安装在导电灯头上的灯座、安装在灯座上的灯源、安装在灯座上并将灯源封闭在内的灯罩、及安装在导电灯头和灯座内的LED驱动电路板;所述的灯源包括灯源座和发光体,该发光体与所述LED驱动电路板作电路连接,所述的灯源与灯座之间设为可卸式连接结构。
所述的灯源与灯座之间的可卸式连接结构是在灯源座底面设有导电插脚,该导电插脚与所述发光体作电路连接,所述的灯座顶面设有插脚座,在插脚座上设有插孔,该插孔内设有与LED驱动电路板作电路连接的导电插套,所述的导电插脚可卸式配插在所述插孔内,并与导电插套形成导电。
所述的灯源与灯座之间的可卸式连接结构是灯源座底部设有导电插头,该导电插头 与所述发光体作电路连接,所述的灯座顶面设有插脚座,在插脚座上设有插孔,该插孔内设有与LED驱动电路板作电路连接的导电插套,所述的导电插头可卸式螺纹连接在所述插孔内,并与导电插套形成导电。
所述的灯座顶面设有供所述灯源座配装的安装槽,所述的插脚座设置在该安装槽的槽底。

灯源可卸式LED灯泡,如图1、图2、图5所示,它是人们日常生活中的常用照明元 件,其结构主要是由导电灯头1、灯座套2、灯座4、灯源8、灯罩6和LED驱动电路板3等构成。

所述的灯罩6是一个采用玻璃或塑料制成的透明灯罩或磨砂灯罩,其外形根据实际便用需要设计为球型、蜡烛型或其它各种物体造型。所述的灯罩6底面外围设有固定安装的连接环61,该连接环为塑料类绝缘材料制成,在其外圆周面上设有外螺纹,该连接环61通过外螺纹与灯座4顶面的连接槽41的内螺纹作螺纹旋紧连接,并将灯源8和内罩7均封闭在内,螺纹连接方便灯罩6与灯座4之间的连接或拆卸。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种灯源可卸式LED灯泡,包括导电灯头(1)、安装在导电灯头上的灯座(4)、安装在灯座上的灯源(8)、安装在灯座(4)上并将灯源(8)封闭在内的灯罩(6)、及安装在导电灯头(1)和灯座(4)内的LED驱动电路板(3):所述的灯源(8)包括灯源座(82)和发光体(81),该发光体与所述LED驱动电路板(3)作电路连接,其特征在于所述的灯源(8)与灯座(4)之间设为可卸式连接结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的灯源(8)与灯座(4)之间的可卸式连接结构是在灯源座(82)底面设有导电插脚(83),该导电插脚与所述发光体(81)作电路连接,所述的灯座(4)顶面设有插脚座(5),在插脚座上设有插孔(51),该插孔内设有与LED驱动电路板(3)作电路连接的导电插套(9),所述的导电插脚(83)可卸式配插在所述插孔(51)内,并与导电插套(9)形成导电。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的灯源(8)与灯座(4)之间的可卸式连接结构是灯源座(82)底部设有导电插头(84),该导电插头与所述发光体(81)作电路连接,所述的灯座(4)顶面设有插脚座(5),在插脚座上设有插孔(51),该插孔内设有与LED驱动电路板(3)作电路连接的导电插套(9),所述的导电插头(84)可卸式螺纹连接在所述插孔(51)内,并与导电插套(9)形成导电。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的灯座(4)顶面设有供所述灯源座(82)配装的安装槽(42),所述的插脚座(5)设置在该安装槽(42)的槽底。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的灯罩(6)底面外围设有固定安装的连接环(61),该连接环外圆周面上设有外螺纹,相应在灯座(4)顶面外围设有连接槽(41),该连接槽的外侧槽壁上设有与所述连接环(61)的外螺纹构成可卸式螺纹连接的内螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的灯源座(82)上设有将所述发光体(81)封闭在内的内罩(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的发光体(81)为正三棱柱体或正四棱柱体或正五棱柱体或正六棱柱体。
  8. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的灯源可卸式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的导电灯头(1)和灯座(4)之间设有灯座套(2)。
