背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,生活需求也更加丰富和多样化,适合城市短距离出行且方便携带的折叠车被越来越多的消费者所选择。为了能够实现尺寸的缩小,折叠车的车把也被设计成为了可折叠式,如申请号为:201620450349.X的中国发明专利中,公开了一种把手折叠组件。
该把手折叠组件包括车把手组件,车把手组件包括与龙头支撑臂上端固连的把手连接套及对称安装在把手连接套两端的把手,把手连接套的中部侧壁开设有轴向延伸的开口槽,开口槽的槽口边缘凸出带有夹紧凸缘,夹紧凸缘上安装有将把手锁紧在把手连接套中的锁扣,把手的端部带有轴向延伸的滑槽,把手连接套的两端径向安装有贯穿滑槽的把手旋转轴,把手通过滑槽与把手旋转轴配合可于把手连接套中周向滑动。

可见,本案中所公开的车把折叠总成结构设计和装配过程简单,把手上的安装环、锁止按钮以及滑动套筒均是同轴设计,完成装配后仅仅是锁止按钮露出前盖,符合极简设计的要求;另外,展开和锁止过程仅仅通过按压锁止按钮并转动把手即可,没有变形的孔隙外露,彻底解决了现有技术中折叠把手锁紧过程中容易夹手的问题,消除了安全隐患,提升了用户使用体验;同时定位槽与定位凸起的配合可以保证车把的稳定性,提升用户驾驶信心。
本发明中所公开的折叠车由于采用了上述车把折叠总成,因此该折叠车兼具上述车把折叠总成相应的技术优点,本文中对此不再进行赘述。

锁止按钮6穿设在安装环内,如图2和图3中所示,并且锁止按钮6的一 端会伸出翻边孔,锁止按钮6位于安装环内的一端设置有与展开定位槽501和折叠定位槽适配的定位凸起601,滑动套筒8固定设置在后盖9内,滑动套筒8的作用在于供锁止按钮6前后移动,并防止锁止按钮6发生转动,以实现锁止和解锁的动作,后盖9扣合在前盖2上,并与前盖2固定相连,复位弹簧7嵌设在滑动套筒8内,该复位弹簧7的一端与滑动套筒8底部相抵,另一端与锁止按钮6相抵,通过该种设置,可使复位弹簧7将低位凸起压紧在展开定位槽501或折叠定位槽中。
需要进行说明的是,在本发明实施例中,当用户在骑行时,用户直接面对的车把折叠总成一面称为车把折叠总成的前面,与前面相对的另一面为后面,前盖2和后盖9的命名方式也遵循该定义。
请参考图1至图4,本发明所公开的车把折叠总成的操作方法如下:
按住锁止按钮6,锁止按钮6将沿着滑动套筒8向后滑动,锁止按钮6上的定位凸起601将与安装环脱离,此时把手5可以自由转动,当把手5转动至展开位置时,松开锁止按钮6,锁止按钮6上的定位凸起601在复位弹簧7的作用下被压紧于展开定位槽501内实现展开锁止;当把手5转动至折叠位置时,松开锁止按钮6,锁止按钮6上的定位凸起601在复位弹簧7的作用下被压紧于折叠定位槽内实现折叠锁止。
可以看出,上述实施例中所公开的车把折叠总成结构设计和装配过程简单,把手5上的安装环、锁止按钮6以及滑动套筒8均是同轴设计,完成装配后仅仅是锁止按钮6露出前盖2,符合极简设计的要求;另外,展开和锁止过程仅仅通过按压锁止按钮6并转动把手5即可,没有变形的孔隙外露,彻底解决了现有技术中折叠把手5锁紧过程中容易夹手的问题,消除了安全隐患,提升了用户使用体验;同时定位槽与定位凸起601的配合可以保证车把的稳定性,提升用户驾驶信心。
请参考图3,本实施例中安装环的中部被设计为阶梯孔,该阶梯孔靠近滑动套筒8的一侧为大孔,相应的,阶梯孔的另一侧为小孔,展开定位槽501和折叠定位槽开设在与滑动套筒8相对的台阶端面上。当然,本领域技术人员还可将安装环的中部设计为等径的通孔,展开定位槽501和折叠定位槽开设在通孔的侧壁上即可。
不难理解的是,无论是定位凸起601与展开定位槽501配合,还是定位凸起601与折叠定位槽配合,其目的均是防止把手5发生转动,可以实现该目的的定位凸起601只要是非圆形即可,例如三角形、正多边形等,考虑到设计和制造的便利性,本实施例中定位凸起601呈长条状,也就是“一”字型,如图1至图3中所示,相应的,展开定位槽501和折叠定位槽也是与定位凸起601适配的长条状定位槽。
如图1和图2中所示,滑动套筒8的侧壁上设置有导向槽,定位凸起601嵌设在该导向槽内,并可沿导向槽前后滑动,导向槽一方面可以为锁止按钮6进行导向,另一方面还可有效防止锁止按钮6产生转动。
为了进一步优化上述实施例中的技术方案,本实施例中所公开的车把折叠总成中,安装环的外壁上还设置有防止把手5展开时过度旋转的展开限位端面502,和用于防止把手5折叠时过度旋转的折叠限位端面,前盖2上还设置有弧形止推件201,如图1和图2中所示,该弧形止推件201与展开限位端面502和折叠限位端面配合,以防止把手5的过度旋转。
除此之外,申请人还对上述技术方案作出了更进一步的优化,在展开定位槽501和折叠定位槽之间,还设置有调节定位槽,调节定位槽可以设置为多个,相邻两个调节定位槽之间的夹角应当较小,例如5°或10°,调节定位槽可以满足用户将把手5调为不同角度的需求,以提升整车的灵活多变性。通常情况下,把手5展开状态应当是两个把手5的轴线均处于水平状态,把手5折叠状态是两个把手5的轴线均处于竖直状态。
如图1中所示,滑动套筒8与后盖9之间、后盖9与前盖2之间均通过螺钉3紧固连接,螺钉3紧固连接可以方便整个车把折叠总成的拆装和维修,为了进一步提高安装稳固性,把手5的安装环与前盖2之间,以及滑动套筒8与后盖9之间均设置有垫片4。
本发明还公开了一种折叠车,该折叠车包括车把折叠总成,并且车把折叠总成为上述任意一实施例中所公开的车把折叠总成。
需要说明的是,该折叠车包括但不限于自行车、电动车和滑板车,由于该折叠车采用了上述车把折叠总成,因此该折叠车兼具上述车把折叠总成相应的技术优点,本文中对此不再进行赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车把折叠总成,其特征在于,包括:
    用于与龙头支撑臂(1)相连的前盖(2),所述前盖(2)的两端对称开设有翻边孔,所述翻边孔的翻边形成把手转轴;
    把手,所述把手通过其端部设置的安装环可转动地套接于所述把手转轴上,且所述安装环内还设置有展开定位槽(501)和折叠定位槽;
    穿设于所述安装环内,且一端伸出所述翻边孔的锁止按钮(6),所述锁止按钮(6)位于所述安装环内的一端设置有与所述展开定位槽(501)和所述折叠定位槽适配的定位凸起(601);
    扣合在所述前盖(2)上,且与所述前盖(2)固连的后盖(9);
    固定设置在所述后盖(9)内,且供所述锁止按钮(6)前后移动的滑动套筒(8);
    嵌入所述滑动套筒(8)内的复位弹簧(7),所述复位弹簧(7)一端与所述滑动套筒(8)底部相抵,另一端与所述锁止按钮(6)相抵,以将所述定位凸起(601)压紧于所述展开定位槽(501)或所述折叠定位槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述安装环的中部通孔为阶梯孔,该阶梯孔靠近所述滑动套筒(8)的一侧为大孔,所述展开定位槽(501)和所述折叠定位槽开设在与所述滑动套筒(8)相对的台阶端面上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述定位凸起(601)呈长条状,且所述展开定位槽(501)和所述折叠定位槽均为与所述定位凸起(601)适配的长条状定位槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述滑动套筒(8)的侧壁上设置有供所述定位凸起(601)滑动,并防止所述锁止按钮(6)转动的导向槽。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述安装环的外壁还设置有用于防止所述把手展开时过度旋转的展开限位端面(502),和用于防止所述把手折叠时过度旋转的折叠限位端面,所述前盖(2)上还设置有用于与所述展开限位端面(502)和所述折叠限位端面配合的弧形止推件(201)。
  6. 如权利要求3或5所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述展开定位槽(501)和所述折叠定位槽之间,且用于供车把进行位置调整的调节定位槽。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述滑动套筒(8)通过螺钉(3)连接于所述后盖(9)上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述后盖(9)与所述前盖(2)通过螺钉(3)紧固连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述把手的安装环与所述前盖(2)之间,以及所述滑动套筒(8)与所述后盖(9)之间均设置有垫片(4)。
  10. 一种折叠车,包括车把折叠总成,其特征在于,所述车把折叠总成为如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的车把折叠总成。
