Definitions
- the present invention relates to a precursor of a hydrogenation reaction catalyst of carbon dioxide, a method for producing the same, a hydrogenation reaction catalyst of carbon dioxide and a method for producing the same.
- the material produced by the catalyst in the carbon dioxide hydrogenation reaction is limited to a hydrocarbon gas having a low molecular weight. More specifically, there are difficulties in producing high molecular weight hydrocarbon gases such as liquid fuels or higher value olefins suitable for transport.
- a catalyst a precursor of the catalyst and a method for producing the same that can produce substances such as liquid hydrocarbons and olefins from carbon dioxide hydrogenation reaction.
- One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a precursor of a hydrogenation reaction catalyst of carbon dioxide, a method for preparing the same, a hydrogenation reaction catalyst of carbon dioxide, and a method for producing the same.
- the particle size may be that containing CuFe0 2 , 800nm or less.
- the precursor may comprise a trigonal form.
- Another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a precursor of a hydrogenation reaction catalyst of carbon dioxide comprising the steps of preparing an iron raw material and a copper raw material; Preparing a solution by adding the iron and copper raw materials to a solvent; Injecting a reducing agent into the solution; And preparing a catalyst precursor by hydrothermally synthesizing the solution into which the reducing agent is added.
- the iron raw material may be FeCl 2 .
- the solution may be hydrothermally synthesized in a temperature range of 150 to 200 ° C.
- the solution may be hydrothermally synthesized for 30 minutes to 5 hours.
- the copper raw material may be Cu (N0 3 ) 2 , CuCl, or a combination thereof.
- the raw material In preparing the solution by adding the raw material to the solvent; the raw material may be added in 5 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the solvent.
- NaOH sodium hydroxide
- the sodium hydroxide may be further added to 6 to 11 parts by weight.
- the reducing agent may include propionaldehyde (propionaldehyde), ethylene glycol (Ethylene glycol) or a combination thereof.
- the reducing agent may be added to more than 0 and 3 parts by weight or less.
- the hydrogenation reaction catalyst of carbon dioxide which is another embodiment of the present invention includes Cu and Fe, and may include a trigonal form.
- the specific surface area of the catalyst may be 10 m 2 / g or more.
- the particle diameter of the catalyst may be 800 nm or less. More specifically, it may be 500 to 800 nra.
- the porosity of the catalyst may be 12 to 0.1cm 3 / g.
- the weight ratio (Cu / Fe) of Cu to Fe of the catalyst may be 0.594 or more.
- the distance of the Fe metal (110) lattice plane of the catalyst is 0.2 nm . It may be abnormal.
- Spherical Cu particles may be located on the surface of the catalyst.
