进一步地,所述分水基座包括进水腔和出水腔,所述出水腔被分割成若干所述出水通道,所述进水腔和所述出水腔之间通过若干引水孔连通,每一所述引水孔对应一个所述出水通道。
进一步地,所述活动堵头包括堵头本体、支撑杆、O型密封圈和弹簧,所述支撑杆穿设在所述堵头本体以及所述引水孔内,所述弹簧套接在所述支撑杆上,所述弹簧的两端分别抵接所述出水腔的腔壁和所述堵头本体,所述O型密封圈套接在所述堵头本体上。
进一步地,所述引水孔为台阶状的孔,且所述引水孔朝向所述堵头本体的一端为喇叭口形内孔;所述堵头本体具有与所述喇叭口形内孔匹配的外表面。
进一步地,所述堵头本体背离所述凸轮的一端为柱状结构,所述引水孔包括与所述喇叭口形内孔相连的直孔,所述柱状结构的柱径小于所述直孔的直径,配置成在所述直孔中移动。
所述O型密封圈固定套装在所述柱状结构上。
一种使按摩花洒多圈交替出水的方法,采用根据任一上述技术中项所述的按摩花洒,利用水流驱动所述叶轮,所述叶轮带动所述凸轮转动,按照预设的规则打开所述出水孔中的每一圈。
进一步地,所述叶轮带动所述凸轮转动,每次仅打开一个所述出水通道,使所述出水孔每次仅形成一圈水柱。
进一步地,所述叶轮带动所述凸轮转动,每次打开多个所述出水通道,使所述出水孔每次形成多圈水柱。
本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
(1)水流经握把或进水管流入壳体内时,经壳体的入水口进入叶轮腔体座,驱动叶轮转动,叶轮通过转动装置带动转轴转动。转轴上的若干凸轮按照预设的规则打开分水基座上的出水通道,由此面板上的若干圈出水孔中的每一圈按照预设的规则打开。由此,可以形成具有预设形状、预设顺序的水圈,提高了水柱的按摩效果及美观性。
(2)减速装置的设置可以降低若干圈出水孔中每一圈的交替速度,使得交替出水的效果更明显,以及调节水圈的持续时间。
(3)即使活动堵头的运动精度不高,或者当O型密封圈发生磨损时,活动堵头仍能对引水孔保持良好的密封,克服了现有按摩花洒堵头密封效果不好的缺陷。

实施例1
请参阅图1、图2,本实例提供了一种按摩花洒,包括壳体2、面板13和叶轮5。在本实施例中,壳体2连接握把或者进水管,其内部具有空腔,用于容纳按摩花洒的其它部件, 壳体2与面板13构成了一个封闭的空间。
按摩花洒还包括叶轮腔体座4,叶轮5设置在叶轮腔体座4内,叶轮腔体座4的入水口连接壳体2的入水口。具体地,叶轮腔体座4为封闭式结构,水流由引入叶轮腔体座4后,驱动叶轮5转动,并从叶轮腔体座4的出水口流出。
图1、图3示出了一种优选的叶轮腔体座4在壳体2内的安装方式。首先,壳体2通过球头1与握把或者进水管连接。球头1为中空结构,用于将水流引入壳体2的入水口。球头1的一端为管状,其外表面设置有螺纹,用于与握把或者进水管的内螺纹啮合。球头1的另一端由内至外依次是球状内层、环形套和螺帽。
壳体2内还设置有中空的固定座3,固定座3的一端固定连接叶轮腔体座4,固定座3的另一端为管状,其外部具有用于与螺帽的内螺纹啮合的外螺纹。固定座3的另一端同时还抵接环形套,环形套的内表面具有倾斜的斜面,该倾斜的斜面能够起到卡接球状内层并密封的作用。如图4所示,球状内层同时还设置在固定座3的另一端的内部。由此,固定座3的另一端以可拆卸的方式连接壳体2的入水口,且密封壳体2的入水口,使水只能由壳体2的入水口流入叶轮腔体座4。
按摩花洒还包括分水机构,分水机构包括传动连接叶轮5的转轴16、设置在转轴16上的若干凸轮15、若干活动堵头、分水基座11。分水基座11的入水口连接叶轮腔体座4的出水口,分水基座11设置有若干出水通道,每个凸轮15分别对应一个活动堵头和一个出水通道,用于叶轮5驱动转轴16转动时,凸轮15推动活动堵头按照预设的规则打开出水通道。
在本实施例中,面板13上设置有若干圈出水孔131,每一圈出水孔131分别仅连通一个出水通道。由于每一圈出水孔131分别仅连通一个出水通道,而每个凸轮15又分别对应一个活动堵头和一个出水通道,当凸轮15推动活动堵头按照预设的规则打开出水通道时,面板13上若干圈出水孔131中的每一圈按照预设的规则打开。
在本实施例中,预设的规则是指预先设定的出水通道及出水孔131中的每一圈的打开方式。例如,当凸轮15、活动堵头、出水通道、出水孔131的圈数均为N个时,使N个凸轮在转轴16上交替且间隔设置。如此,可以使转轴16转动时,每次仅交替打开其中一个出水通道,使得若干圈出水孔131中每次只有一圈出水孔131出水。
此外,也可以使转轴16转动时可以每次仅交替打开其中两个出水通道,使得若干圈出水孔131中每次只有两圈出水孔131出水。以此类推,可根据需要设置凸轮15、活动堵头、出水通道、出水孔131的圈数的具体数值,以及通过改变凸轮15的形状或者凸轮15在转轴16上的位置,设定若干圈出水孔131中每次出水的圈数。
此外,还可以通过改变凸轮15的形状或者凸轮15在转轴16上的位置,改变水圈的顺 序,例如顺时针交替出水、逆时针交替出水等等,使得水圈具有多种形状。
作为一种优选的实施方式,出水孔131中的每一圈由设置在面板13内侧的若干隔板132隔开。分水机构还包括盖在隔板132上的分水盘12,分水盘12同时也盖住出水通道,分水盘12上设置有若干通孔121,每一通孔121连通一个出水通道和一圈出水孔131。
作为一种优选的实施方式,分水基座11包括进水腔111和出水腔112,出水腔112被分割成若干出水通道,进水腔111和出水腔112之间通过若干引水孔113连通,每一引水孔113对应一个出水通道。
作为一种优选的实施方式,活动堵头包括堵头本体6、支撑杆14、O型密封圈7和弹簧8,支撑杆14穿设在堵头本体6以及引水孔113内,弹簧8套接在支撑杆14上,弹簧8的两端分别抵接出水腔112的腔壁和堵头本体6,O型密封圈7套接在堵头本体6上。
进一步地,如图5、图6、图7所示,引水孔113为台阶状的孔,其位于进水腔111的一侧的孔壁具有倾斜的孔壁,即:引水孔113朝向堵头本体6的一端为喇叭口形内孔。堵头本体6具有与倾斜的孔壁(喇叭口形内孔)匹配的倾斜的外表面。该倾斜的外表面设置在堵头本体6朝向凸轮15的一端,堵头本体6背离凸轮15的一端为柱状结构。引水孔113位于出水腔112的一侧的孔壁为直孔,该直孔的直径小于倾斜的孔的最小直径,该柱状结构直径小于直孔的直径,且可以在直孔中移动。该柱状结构的外表面设置有凹槽,O型密封圈7安装在该凹槽中。
由于采用上述设计的活动堵头,其与台阶状的的引水孔113配合时,即使活动堵头的运动精度不高,或者当O型密封圈7发生磨损时,在弹簧、引水孔113倾斜的孔壁、堵头本体6倾斜的外表面的配合下,活动堵头仍能对引水孔113保持良好的密封。
作为一种示例性的说明,图5、图6、图7中凸轮15、堵头本体6、支撑杆14、O型密封圈7、弹簧8、引水孔113、出水孔131的数量均为三个。在图5中,最左侧的引水孔113打开,其对应出水孔131中的最外圈,由此最外圈的出水孔131出水,其它两圈出水孔131关闭。在图6中,中间侧的引水孔113打开,其对应出水孔131中的中间一圈,由此中间一圈的出水孔131出水,其它两圈出水孔131关闭。在图7中,最右侧的引水孔113打开,其对应出水孔131中的最内圈,由此最内圈的出水孔131出水,其它两圈出水孔131关闭。
作为一种优选的实施方式,叶轮5和转轴16之间设置有减速装置。通过设置减速装置,可以减缓转轴16的转速,进而降低若干圈出水孔131中每一圈的交替速度,使得交替出水的效果更明显。由此,可以提高水柱的按摩效果和美观性。
作为一种优选的减速装置,减速装置包括第一从动齿轮9和第二从动齿轮10,第一从动齿轮9设置在叶轮5的中心轴上,第二从动齿轮10啮合第一从动齿轮9,第一从动齿轮9的直径小于第二从动齿轮10的直径。
由于第一从动齿轮9的直径小于第二从动齿轮10的直径,当第一从动齿轮9带动第二从动齿轮10转动时,二者的线速度一致,但第二从动齿轮10的角速度小于第一从动齿轮9的角速度,由此减小了转轴16的转速。
需要特别说明的是,本实例中的减速装置除了包括两个从动齿轮外,还可以包括两个以上的从动齿轮,形成多级减速。
本实施例还提供了一种使按摩花洒多圈交替出水的方法,该方法采用本实施例中任一实施方式所描述的按摩花洒,利用水流驱动叶轮5,叶轮5带动凸轮15转动,按照预设的规则打开出水孔131中的每一圈。
进一步地,叶轮5带动凸轮15转动,每次仅打开一个出水通道,使出水孔131每次仅形成一圈水柱。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,可以是上述每次仅打开一个凸轮15以使出水孔131每次仅形成一圈水柱的出水方法,但不仅仅局限于此,还可以采用其他设置形式,如:通过对凸轮15的布局及结构进行设置,使叶轮5带动凸轮15转动时,每次能同时打开多个出水通道,从而使出水孔131每次形成多圈水柱。
本实施方式至少具有以下有益效果:
(1)水流经握把或进水管流入壳体2内时,经壳体2的入水口、固定座3进入叶轮腔体座4,驱动叶轮5转动,叶轮5通过转动装置带动转轴16转动。转轴16上的若干凸轮按照预设的规则打开分水基座上的出水通道,由此面板13上的若干圈出水孔131中的每一圈按照预设的规则打开。由此,可以形成具有预设形状、预设顺序的水圈,提高了水柱的按摩效果及美观性。
(2)减速装置的设置可以降低若干圈出水孔131中每一圈的交替速度,使得交替出水的效果更明显,以及调节水圈的持续时间。
(3)即使活动堵头的运动精度不高,或者当O型密封圈7发生磨损时,活动堵头仍能对引水孔113保持良好的密封,克服了现有按摩花洒堵头密封效果不好的缺陷。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

工业实用性
本申请提供的按摩花洒及使按摩花洒多圈交替出水的方法,可以形成具有预设形状和预设顺序的水圈,提高了水柱的按摩效果及美观性。并且,该按摩花洒可以降低水圈的交替速度,以对水圈的持续时间进行调整,使得交替出水的效果更明显。此外,该按摩花洒的密封效果较好。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种按摩花洒,包括壳体、面板和叶轮,其特征在于,还包括:叶轮腔体座,所述叶轮设置在所述叶轮腔体座内,所述叶轮腔体座的入水口连接所述壳体的入水口;分水机构,所述分水机构包括分水基座、若干活动堵头和传动连接所述叶轮的转轴,所述转轴上还设置有若干凸轮,所述分水基座的入水口连接所述叶轮腔体座的出水口,所述分水基座设置有若干出水通道,每个所述凸轮分别对应一个所述活动堵头和一个所述出水通道,配置成所述叶轮驱动所述转轴转动时,所述凸轮推动所述活动堵头按照预设的规则打开所述出水通道;所述面板上设置有若干圈出水孔,每一圈所述出水孔分别仅连通一个所述出水通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述出水孔中的每一圈由设置在所述面板内侧的若干隔板隔开,所述分水机构还包括盖在所述隔板上的分水盘,所述分水盘同时也盖住所述出水通道,所述分水盘上设置有若干通孔,每一所述通孔连通一个所述出水通道和一圈所述出水孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述叶轮和所述转轴之间设置有减速装置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述减速装置包括第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮设置在所述叶轮的中心轴上,所述第二从动齿轮啮合所述第一从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮的直径小于所述第二从动齿轮的直径,所述第二从动齿轮固定套装在所述转轴上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设置有中空的固定座,所述固定座的一端固定连接所述叶轮腔体座,所述固定座的另一端以可拆卸的方式连接所述壳体的入水口,且密封所述壳体的入水口,配置成使水只能由所述壳体的入水口流入所述叶轮腔体座。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,还包括连接在所述壳体的入水口处的球头,所述球头为中空结构,配置成将水流引入所述壳体的入水口;
    所述球头包括连接部,配置成与握把或进水管可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述球头包括管状的第一端,所述连接部包括设置在所述第一端上的螺纹,配置成与所述握把或所述进水管螺接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述球头还包括靠近所述固定座设置的第二端,所述第二端由内至外依次包括球状内层、环形套和螺帽,所述固定座抵接于所述环形套并螺接于所述螺帽;
    所述环形套的内壁包括斜面,所述斜面朝所述壳体的入水口方向逐渐收拢,配置 成卡接所述球状内层,部分所述球状内层还位于所述固定座的内部。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述分水基座包括进水腔和出水腔,所述出水腔被分割成若干所述出水通道,所述进水腔和所述出水腔之间通过若干引水孔连通,每一所述引水孔对应一个所述出水通道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述活动堵头包括堵头本体、支撑杆、O型密封圈和弹簧,所述支撑杆穿设在所述堵头本体以及所述引水孔内,所述弹簧套接在所述支撑杆上,所述弹簧的两端分别抵接所述出水腔的腔壁和所述堵头本体,所述O型密封圈套接在所述堵头本体上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述引水孔为台阶状的孔,且所述引水孔朝向所述堵头本体的一端为喇叭口形内孔;所述堵头本体具有与所述喇叭口形内孔匹配的外表面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述堵头本体背离所述凸轮的一端为柱状结构,所述引水孔包括与所述喇叭口形内孔相连的直孔,所述柱状结构的柱径小于所述直孔的直径,配置成在所述直孔中移动;
    所述O型密封圈固定套装在所述柱状结构上。
  13. 一种使按摩花洒多圈交替出水的方法,其特征在于,采用根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的按摩花洒,利用水流驱动所述叶轮,所述叶轮带动所述凸轮转动,按照预设的规则打开所述出水孔中的每一圈。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的使按摩花洒多圈交替出水的方法,其特征在于,所述叶轮带动所述凸轮转动,每次仅打开一个所述出水通道,使所述出水孔每次仅形成一圈水柱。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的使按摩花洒多圈交替出水的方法,其特征在于,所述叶轮带动所述凸轮转动,每次打开多个所述出水通道,使所述出水孔每次形成多圈水柱。
