实施例1
请参阅图1、图2,本实例提供了一种按摩花洒,包括握把1600、壳体1100和面盖1500,壳体1100内设置有叶轮1200和从动齿轮组。叶轮1200朝向面盖1500的一端设置有配置成驱动从动齿轮组转动的驱动齿轮1210,从动齿轮组中的若干从动齿轮朝向面盖1500的一面设置有若干个凸起1700,面盖1500上设置有若干组出水孔1510,每组出水孔1510对应一个设置有凸起1700的从动齿轮。
壳体1100内还设置有与出水孔1510一一对应的活动堵头1400,从动齿轮转动时活动堵头1400按照预设的规则与凸起1700抵接,配置成控制出水孔1510按照预设的规则封闭或者打开。
具体地,握把1600配置成操作者握持花洒,以及便于将花洒固定到墙体或者框架上。握把1600为中空结构,其一端连接供水管路,另一端连接壳体1100,配置成将水流引入壳体1100。
进一步地,请参阅图3,壳体1100的入水口设置有固定盘1110,固定盘1110上设置有将水引入壳体1100内的进水通道1111,叶轮1200安装在固定盘1110上。优选地,固定盘1110的中心具有一大体呈圆柱形的凸台,该凸台内部为空心结构,配置成容纳叶轮1200。进水通道1111设置在凸台的侧壁上,且进水通道1111倾斜设置。在本实例中,由于水流经圆柱形的凸台的侧壁进入凸台内部,且进水通道1111倾斜设置,水流可以直接冲击叶轮1200的正面,使得叶轮具有强大的动力,并快速转动。
进一步地,如图6、图7所示,凸起1700的端面和从动齿轮朝向面盖1500的一面之间圆滑过渡,活动堵头1400与凸起1700抵接的一端的端面和侧面之间圆滑过渡。通过圆滑过渡,活动堵头1400与凸起1700可以顺利的抵接和分离,而不会卡死。
如图4所示,叶轮1200由若干倾斜设置的叶片沿圆周方向均匀设置在轮轴上,叶轮1200朝向面盖1500的一端设置有配置成驱动从动齿轮组转动的驱动齿轮1210。作为一种优选的驱动齿轮1210形成方式,驱动齿轮1210一体成型在叶轮1200的轮轴上。
图1、图2、图5示出了一种优选的从动齿轮组,具体地,从动齿轮组包括内圈从 动齿轮组和外圈从动齿轮组,内圈从动齿轮组包括若干内圈从动齿轮1310,外圈从动齿轮组包括相同数量的外圈从动齿轮1320。每个内圈从动齿轮1310啮合一个对应的外圈从动齿轮1320,每个内圈从动齿轮1310的外径小于与其啮合的外圈从动齿轮1320的外径。
内圈从动齿轮组设置在驱动齿轮1210的外围,每个内圈从动齿轮1310均与驱动齿轮1210啮合。外圈从动齿轮组设置在内圈从动齿轮组的外围,并将所有的内圈从动齿轮1310围在中间,每个内圈从动齿轮1310啮合一个外圈从动齿轮1320。
如图1所示,面盖1500上设置有若干管状凸台,配置成安装内圈从动齿轮1310与外圈从动齿轮1320。
作为一种优选的凸起、堵头和出水孔设置方式,凸起1700设置在外圈从动齿轮1320朝向面盖1500的一面。面盖1500上设置有若干组出水孔1510,每组出水孔1510对应一个设置有凸起1700的外圈从动齿轮1320。
进一步优选,内圈从动齿轮1310和外圈从动齿轮1320的数量均为3个,每个外圈从动齿轮1320设置的凸起1700的数量为2个,每组出水孔1510的数量为5个。
如图6、图7所示,凸起1700的主体为扇形结构,在外圈从动齿轮1320朝向面盖1500的一面沿圆周方向排列。5个出水孔1510在两个凸起1700之间间隔设置。
进一步地,如图8所示,活动堵头1400朝向面盖1500的一端具有支撑杆1410,支撑杆1410上套接弹性件1420,活动堵头1400与凸起1700抵接时弹性件1420被活动堵头1400和面盖1500压缩。
具体地,支撑杆1410为圆柱形或方形或其它形状的杆,其具体形状与出水孔1510的形状相匹配,使得支撑杆1410可以在出水孔1510内滑动。活动堵头1400朝向面盖1500的一端还设置有凹槽,支撑杆1410从凹槽内伸出,且支撑杆1410和凹槽之间具有间隙。作为一种优选的弹性件1420,本实施例中的弹性件1420为弹簧,其一端设置在凹槽内,另一端为活动状态或者固定在面盖1500内。
需要特别说明的是,本示例中除了凸起1700设置在外圈从动齿轮1320朝向面盖1500的一面外,也可以设置在内圈从动齿轮1310朝向面盖1500的一面。
本实施例还提供了一种使按摩花洒形成有节奏旋转水柱的方法,采用根据本实施例中任一技术方案所述的按摩花洒,利用从握把1600流入壳体1100的水流驱动叶轮1200,叶轮1200带动从动齿轮组转动,使面盖1500上的出水孔1510按照预设的规则出水。
进一步地,每组出水孔1510以顺时针的方式交替出水。
如图9、图10、图11、图12所示,当出水孔1510有3组,每组出水孔1510的数量为5个时。随着叶轮1200推动从动齿轮组转动,3组出水孔1510同时出水,每小组有5个出水孔却只有3个孔出水2个孔不出水。出水孔和不出水孔按顺时针逐个切换,正在出水的孔切换后就不出水。按照这样的出水原理无限循环。这样就给人一种变化炫动的感觉。
需要特别说明的是,在本实施例中,关于每组出水孔1510中哪些出水孔1510出水,哪些不出水,有多种设置方式。以每组出水孔1510的数量为5个时为例,可以设定3个同时出水,也可以设置2个同时出水。可以让出水孔连续,也可以让其不连续,这样出水孔1510时水柱具有多种图案。
需要特别说明的是,在本实施例中,每组出水孔1510也可以以逆时针的方式交替出水。
本实施方式至少具有以下有益效果:
(1)水流经握把1600流入花洒内部时驱动叶轮1200转动,叶轮1200又带动从动齿轮转动,从动齿轮上的高低结构在转动时,可以推动活动堵头1400间断性的密封出水孔1510,形成有规律有节奏旋转的出水效果,给淋浴带来更多乐趣,而且提高了按摩效果;
(2)内外两圈从动齿轮设计一方面可以调节出水孔1510的交替出水速度,另一方面可以使得出水孔1510可以设计成多种图案类型;
(3)水柱可按顺时针或者逆时针的方式排列,水柱本身也可以形成多种图案,进一步提高了按摩效果和视觉效果。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本申请所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
上述本申请序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施场景的优劣。
以上公开的仅为本申请的几个具体实施场景,但是,本申请并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本申请的保护范围。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的按摩花洒,形成有规律有节奏旋转的出水效果,给淋雨带来更多乐趣,并且提高了按摩效果和视觉效果。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种按摩花洒,包括握把、壳体和面盖,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有叶轮和从动齿轮组,所述叶轮朝向所述面盖的一端设置有配置成驱动所述从动齿轮组转动的驱动齿轮,所述从动齿轮组中的若干从动齿轮朝向所述面盖的一面设置有若干凸起,所述面盖上设置有若干组出水孔,每组所述出水孔对应一个设置有所述凸起的所述从动齿轮;所述壳体内还设置有与所述出水孔一一对应的活动堵头,所述活动堵头按照预设的规则与所述凸起抵接,配置成控制所述出水孔按照预设的规则封闭或者打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述凸起的端面和所述从动齿轮的朝向所述面盖的面之间圆滑过渡,所述活动堵头的与所述凸起抵接的一端的端面和侧面之间圆滑过渡。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述从动齿轮组包括内圈从动齿轮组和外圈从动齿轮组,所述内圈从动齿轮组包括若干内圈从动齿轮,所述外圈从动齿轮组包括相同数量的外圈从动齿轮,所述外圈从动齿轮的朝向所述面盖的面设置有所述凸起,每个所述内圈从动齿轮啮合一个对应的所述外圈从动齿轮,每个所述内圈从动齿轮的外径小于与其啮合的所述外圈从动齿轮的外径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述内圈从动齿轮组设置在所述驱动齿轮的外侧,每个所述内圈从动齿轮均与所述驱动齿轮啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述内圈从动齿轮和所述外圈从动齿轮的数量均为3个,每个所述外圈从动齿轮设置的所述凸起的数量为2个,每组所述出水孔的数量为5个。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述活动堵头的朝向所述面盖的一端具有支撑杆,所述支撑杆上套接弹性件,所述弹性件被所述活动堵头和所述面盖压缩。
  7. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述内圈从动齿轮的 朝向所述面盖的面也设置有所述凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述壳体的入水口设置有固定盘,所述固定盘上设置有将水引入所述壳体内的进水通道,所述叶轮安装在所述固定盘上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述固定盘的中心具有凸台,所述凸台为空心结构,所述空心结构配置成容纳所述叶轮。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述进水通道设置在所述凸台的侧壁上,且所述进水通道倾斜设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述握把为中空结构,所述握把的一端与壳体连接,所述握把的另一端配置成与供水管路连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述叶轮包括轮轴和多个叶片,多个所述叶片沿所述轮轴的周向均匀间隔设置,且每个所述叶片均倾斜设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的按摩花洒,其特征在于,所述驱动齿轮与所述轮轴为一体式结构。
  14. 一种使按摩花洒形成有节奏旋转水柱的方法,其特征在于,采用根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的按摩花洒,利用从所述握把流入所述壳体的水流驱动所述叶轮,所述叶轮带动所述从动齿轮组转动,使所述面盖上的出水孔按照预设的规则形成有节奏旋转水柱。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的使按摩花洒形成有节奏旋转水柱的方法,其特征在于,每组所述出水孔形成的有节奏旋转水柱顺时针旋转。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的使按摩花洒形成有节奏旋转水柱的方法,其特征在于,每组所述出水孔形成的有节奏旋转水柱以逆时针旋转。
