Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique huile dans l'eau pour filtrer la lumière bleue et bloquer un rayon ultraviolet, dans laquelle un agent de blocage de rayonnement visible hydrophobe est dispersé de manière uniforme dans une phase aqueuse, et une méthode pour maintenir la stabilité de la composition. En conséquence, le souhait de nombreux consommateurs très intéressés par ce domaine peut être atteint, et le développement d'industries pertinentes peut être favorisé.
