La présente invention concerne un dispositif de soins de la peau qui est pourvu d'un corps d'irradiation de lumière de soins formé par une puce SLD, d'une base de support formée à partir d'une couche métallique multicouche comprenant une couche de métal (Au) qui supporte la puce SLD sur celle-ci, et d'un dissipateur thermique qui est disposé au-dessous de la base de support en tant que partie de refroidissement, la longueur d'onde principale de la puce SLD étant d'environ 808 nm, et un trou d'entrée et un trou de sortie à travers lesquels l'eau est circule pour le refroidissement des passages étant prévus dans le dissipateur thermique de telle sorte qu'un mécanisme de refroidissement du corps d'irradiation de lumière de soins par un système de refroidissement par eau est prévu.
