Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及一种便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫。
汽车内使用安全座椅时可以大大降低儿童的受伤率和提高生存率;对于大龄儿童来说,使用增高座垫同样可以达到安全保护效果。增高座垫可以通过提升高度和限制安全带左右两侧的长度,再配合成人的三点式安全带的使用来达到安全保护的目的。
父母带着孩子外出旅游并驾车出行时,如果由于没有为孩子配置增高座垫而影响孩子的坐车安全;如果到国外旅游,一些国家强制孩子必须使用安全座椅或增高座垫,父母务必需要为孩子配置增高座垫。通常的增高座垫体积过大,随身携带非常不方便,唯一的解决方案就是在目的地租赁或购买一个安全座椅或增高座垫;但是租赁成本过高,而直接购买一个,使用后无法带回则非常浪费。
实用新型内容
为了改善上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,包括座垫,所述座垫由第一坐垫和第二坐垫组成,且第一坐垫和第二坐垫通过坐垫连接部旋转连接;所述第一坐垫上设有与第一坐垫旋转连接的扶手;所述第一坐垫上设有用于容纳扶手的容纳孔,且扶手通过扶手连接部与第一坐垫旋转连接。
进一步地,所述第一坐垫内还设有能够插入扶手内部用于将扶手进行固定 的扶手固定件。
再进一步地,所述扶手固定件包括设置于第一坐垫上的插栓,与插栓相连的推拉件;所述插栓位于第一坐垫内部,且能够相对第一坐垫滑动;所述推拉件位于第一坐垫外部,能能够相对第一坐垫滑动。
更进一步地,所述扶手固定件与第一坐垫活动连接,且在扶手固定件远离扶手的一端设有弹性组件。
另外,所述容纳孔位于第一坐垫底表面上。
此外,所述扶手为“C”型或“7”字型;所述容纳孔与扶手形状相同或相似。
进一步地,所述坐垫连接部和/或扶手连接部的材料为金属、塑料、木材、化纤、布料、纤维、陶瓷和/或复合材料。
再进一步地,所述坐垫连接部能够使第一坐垫和第二坐垫旋转到同一平面,也能使第一坐垫和第二坐垫旋转至相互重叠。
更进一步地,扶手连接部能够使扶手的侧面折叠于第一坐垫的外侧、内侧和/或内部本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
本实用新型的座垫由两个旋转连接的坐垫组成,当需要作为增高座垫使用时,通过旋转方式使两个坐垫处于同一平面,也就是完全展开,这时便成了一个座垫,随后将扶手旋转到合适位置即可,展开完成后只需将本实用新型放置在汽车座椅上,儿童坐在上面后,把汽车安全带拴上后即可很好的将儿童固定在汽车座椅上。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,本实用新型的实施方式包括但不限于下列实施例。
实施例
如图1~5所示,便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,所述座垫由第一坐垫1和第二坐垫2组成,且第一坐垫和第二坐垫通过坐垫连接部4旋转连接;所述第一坐垫上设有与第一坐垫旋转连接的扶手3;所述第一坐垫上设有用于容纳扶手的容纳孔6,且扶手通过扶手连接部与第一坐垫旋转连接。
采用本实用新型的增高座垫,由于两个坐垫(第一坐垫和第二坐垫)是通过坐垫连接部旋转连接的,故而在不使用时,可进行折叠,也就是将两个坐垫旋转到重叠位置,缩小了增高座垫的占用面积,这样既不占用空间,携带也十分方便。当需要使用时,只需旋转坐垫,使两个坐垫平摊在一个平面,共同构成一个供儿童坐的平板,然后再将扶手旋转到合适位置,再将增高座垫放置到汽车座椅上,儿童即可坐上去,最后拴上汽车安全带即可,在拴安全带时,可将安全带穿过扶手与其紧贴,这样能够更好得进行固定。
其中坐垫连接部和/或扶手连接部可由金属、塑料、木材、化纤、布料、纤维、陶瓷和/或复合材料制作而成;而坐垫连接部具体的形式不限定,只需要能够满足两个坐垫能够展开到一个平面,同时能够重叠到一起即可;扶手连接部具体的形式不限定,只需要能够实现扶手相对第一坐垫能够旋转即可。
通过设置容纳孔,能够将扶手收到容纳孔中,不凸出在第一坐垫外部,携 带时十分方便,具体是通过旋转扶手,使其进入容纳孔,当需要使用时,只需将扶手从容纳孔中旋转出来即可。
具体地,所述第一坐垫内还设有能够插入扶手内部用于将扶手进行固定的扶手固定件。通过设置扶手固定件,能够在扶手旋转到合适位置时,将扶手固定件插入扶手中,从而对扶手进行固定,无法旋转,避免儿童随意旋转扶手,造成不必要的麻烦;且方便收纳和携带。
具体地,所述扶手固定件与第一坐垫活动连接,且在扶手固定件远离扶手的一端设有弹性组件8。通过设置弹性组件,在需要旋转扶手时,压缩弹性组件,使扶手固定件收到第一坐垫内,此时扶手固定件未伸入到扶手中,当将扶手旋转到合适位置时,松开弹性组件,在弹性组件的弹力下,扶手固定件伸出第一坐垫进入扶手内,此时便将扶手进行了固定,扶手无法再进行旋转。本实施例的扶手固定件可为未圆形柱,例如横截面为不规则形状或长方形、三角形等等,这样伸入扶手后,扶手无法相对扶手固定件旋转即实现了固定。当然扶手固定件也可为其他形式。
具体地,所述扶手固定件包括设置于第一坐垫上的插栓5,与插栓相连的推拉件7;所述插栓位于第一坐垫内部,且能够相对第一坐垫滑动;所述推拉件位于第一坐垫外部,能能够相对第一坐垫滑动。通过采用上述结构,能够很好的对扶手进行固定,当不使用扶手时,能够通过插栓插入扶手,对其进行固定,方便携带,当需要使用扶手,同样可以通过插栓插入扶手内,对扶手进行固定,便于使用。
具体地,所述容纳孔位于第一坐垫底表面上。通过将容纳孔设置在第一坐垫底表面,能够确保第一坐垫上表面平整或者设计成适合儿童就坐的表面,避免由于容纳孔在上表面当值坐在上面产生不舒适感;然而设置在底表面能够确 保舒适性。
作为一种优选,所述扶手为“C”型或“7”字型;所述容纳孔与扶手形状相同或相似。容纳孔与扶手形状相同能够更好的进行收纳扶手,且收纳后扶手与第一坐垫之间也不会出现较大的间隙,避免间隙过大造成小物件进入卡住,或者儿童手卡住,提高了本实用新型的安全性。
按照上述实施例,便可很好地实现本实用新型。值得说明的是,基于上述结构设计的前提下,为解决同样的技术问题,即使在本实用新型上做出的一些无实质性的改动或润色,所采用的技术方案的实质仍然与本实用新型一样,故其也应当在本实用新型的保护范围内。

- 便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,包括座垫,其特征在于:所述座垫由第一坐垫(1)和第二坐垫(2)组成,且第一坐垫和第二坐垫通过坐垫连接部(4)旋转连接;所述第一坐垫上设有与第一坐垫旋转连接的扶手(3);所述第一坐垫上设有用于容纳扶手的容纳孔(6),且扶手通过扶手连接部与第一坐垫旋转连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,其特征在于,所述第一坐垫内还设有能够插入扶手内部用于将扶手进行固定的扶手固定件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,其特征在于,所述扶手固定件包括设置于第一坐垫上的插栓(5),与插栓相连的推拉件(7);所述插栓位于第一坐垫内部,且能够相对第一坐垫滑动;所述推拉件位于第一坐垫外部,能能够相对第一坐垫滑动。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,其特征在于,所述扶手固定件与第一坐垫活动连接,且在扶手固定件远离扶手的一端设有弹性组件(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔位于第一坐垫底表面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式可折叠的儿童增高座垫,其特征在于,所述扶手为“C”型或“7”字型;所述容纳孔与扶手形状相同。
