一种空气调节系统,包括至少一个室外风口(1)和至少两个室内风口(2,3)。至少一个室外风口(1)与一个室内风口(2,3)之间形成换气风道(5,6),能够将室内空气抽排至室外,也能够将室外空气抽吸至室内。至少两个室内风口(2,3)之间形成调温风道(7),能够对室内空气进行制冷/制热。空气调节系统包括单一工作模式和组合工作模式;单一工作模式下,空气调节系统能够实现抽排废气、引进新风、调温功能中的任意一种;组合工作模式下,空气调节系统能够实现下述功能中的任意一种:抽排废气同时引进新风、抽排废气同时调温、引进新风同时调温、抽排废气同时引进新风且调温。

空气调节系统 技术领域
本发明涉及空气调节净化领域,尤其涉及一种空气调节系统。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,居住条件的不断改善,人们对空气质量的要求越来越高。例如:对于厨房空间,现有抽油烟机能够实现抽排油烟废气,但是不能向厨房换新风,或者,在厨房温度过高或过低的情况下不能进行制冷或制热。虽然目前市场上已开发出专门适用于厨房的空调,但目前市场上的产品仅有制冷或制热功能,还不能实现抽油烟、换气等多种功能。现有技术也有空调式抽油烟机,虽然实现了输入新风和抽油烟功能,但不具有制冷功能;或者,虽然实现了制冷和抽排油烟废气功能,但不具有制热或者换气功能等。
再者,对于浴室、吸烟室等其他室内空间,也有制冷、制热、抽排废气、引进新风等多种要求。
由于厨房、浴室、吸烟室等室内空间有限,如果通过安装多种设备满足多种空气调节需求,则占用空间大,同时也影响室内美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种空气调节系统,其具有多种调节功能,能够满足多种空气调节需求,且占用空间较小。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空气调节系统,其包括至少一个室外风口和至少两个室内风口;至少一个所述室外风口与一个所述室内风口之间形成换气风道,所述换气风道能够将室内空气抽排至室外,实现抽排废气功能,所述换气风道也能够将室外空气抽吸至室内,实现引进新风功能;至少两个所述室内风口之间形成调温风道, 所述调温风道能够对室内空气进行制冷/制热,实现调温功能;
所述空气调节系统包括单一工作模式和组合工作模式;
所述单一工作模式下,所述空气调节系统能够实现抽排废气功能、引进新风功能、调温功能中的任意一种;
所述组合工作模式下,所述空气调节系统能够实现下述功能中的至少一种:抽排废气同时引进新风功能、抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能、抽排废气同时引进新风且调温功能。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述换气风道包括第一换气风道和第二换气风道,所述第一换气风道用于将室内空气抽排至室外,实现抽排废气功能;所述第二换气风道用于将室外空气抽吸至室内,实现引进新风功能。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述空气调节系统具有引进新风同时调温功能时,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口、第一室内风口和第二室内风口,所述第一室外风口与所述第一室内风口之间形成所述第一换气风道,所述第一室外风口与所述第二室内风口之间形成所述第二换气风道,所述第一室内风口与所述第二室内风口之间形成所述调温风道。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能时,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口、第一室内风口、第二室内风口和第三室内风口,所述第一室外风口与所述第一室内风口之间形成所述第一换气风道,所述第一室外风口与所述第二室内风口之间形成所述第二换气风道,所述第二室内风口与所述第三室内风口之间形成所述调温风道。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时引进新风功能、引进新风同时调温功能时,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口、第二室外风口、第一室内风口、第二室内风口,所述第一室外风口与所述第一室内风口之间形成所述第一换气风道,所述第二室外风口与所述第二室内风口之间形成所述第二换气风道,所述第一室内风口与所述第二室内风口之间形成所述调温风道。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时引进新风功能、抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能、抽排废气同时引进新风和调温功能时,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口、第二室外风口、第一室内风口、第二室内风口和和第三室内风口,所述第一室外风口与所述第一室内风口之间形成所述第一换气风道,所述第二室外风口与所述第二室内风口之间形成所述第二换气风道,所述第二室内风口与所述第三室内风口之间形成所述调温风道。
在一优选或可选实施例中,空气调节系统包括风道转换装置,通过所述风道转换装置用于实现各风道之间的转换。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述室内风口和所述室外风口均设有独立的控制阀门,用于控制各个风口的开启和关闭。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述第二换气风道设有空气净化装置和/或用于制冷/制热的调温装置。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述调温风道设有空气净化装置和/或用于制冷/制热的调温装置。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述调温装置包括压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热器和膨胀阀。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述室内换热器为两个或两个以上,能够使所述调温风道实现除湿功能。
在一优选或可选实施例中,所述室内换热器为两个,分别为第一室内换热器和第二室内换热器,所述第一室内换热器与所述第二室内换热器之间设有第二膨胀阀,所述第二室内换热器与所述室外换热器之间设有第一膨胀阀。
基于上述技术方案,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的空气调节系统包括单一工作模式和组合工作模式;在单一工作模式下,空气调节系统能够实现抽排废气功能、引进新风功能、调温功能中的任意一种;在组合工作模式下,空气调节系统能够实现下述功能中的至少一种:抽排废气同时引进新风功能、抽排废 气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能、抽排废气同时引进新风且调温功能。本发明提供的空气调节系统能够满足人们对空气的多种调节需求,且无需安装多种设备,节省安装空间。

本发明提供的空气调节系统适用于厨房,能够实现厨房抽排油烟废气、引进新鲜空气、制冷、制热、除湿等多种功能;同时也适用于浴室、吸烟室等其他室内场合。
如图1所示,为本发明提供的空气调节系统的一示意性实施例,在该示意性实施例中,空气调节系统包括至少一个室外风口1和至少两个室内风口2,3;至少一个室外风口1与一个室内风口2,3之间形成换气风道5,6,换气风道5,6能够将室内空气抽排至室外,实现抽排废气功能,换气风道5,6也能够将室外空气抽吸至室内,实现引进新风功能;至少两个室内风口2,3之间形成调温风道7,调温风道7能够抽吸室内空气,对室内空气进行制冷/制热,然后再排放至室内,实现调温功能。
本发明提供的空气调节系统包括单一工作模式和组合工作模式。
在单一工作模式下,空气调节系统能够实现抽排废气功能、引进新风功能、调温功能中的任意一种。
在组合工作模式下,空气调节系统能够实现下述功能中的至少一种:抽排废气同时引进新风功能、抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能、抽排废气同时引进新风且调温功能。
本发明提供的空气调节系统具有抽排废气,引进新风,对室内空气进行制冷、制热等多种调节功能,且通过不同的操作方式,能够实现上述几种功能的单独使用,或者几种功能的同时使用,能够满足人们对空气的多种调节需求,且无需安装多种设备,节省安装空间。
在上述实施例中,换气风道5,6可以包括第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6,第一换气风道5用于将室内空气抽排至室外,实现抽排废气功能;第二换气风道6用于将室外空气抽吸至室内,实现引进新风功能。
上述各个实施例中,第一换气风道5可以设有第一电机8,第一电机8用于提供动力将室内空气抽排至室外。第二换气风道6可以设有第二电机9,第二电机9用于提供动力将室外空气抽吸至室内。调温风道7可以设有第三电机,第三电机用于提供动力将室内空气抽吸 至调温风道7进行制冷/制热后,再排放至室内。
上述各个实施例中,第二换气风道6可以设有空气净化装置11,通过设置空气净化装置11能够为引向室内的新风进行过滤净化。
进一步地,第二换气风道6也可以设有用于制冷/制热的调温装置,通过设置制冷/制热的调温装置,用于为引进的新风进行制冷/制热。
上述各个实施例中,调温风道7可以设有用于制冷/制热的调温装置,通过设置制冷/制热的调温装置,用于为室内空气进行制冷/制热。
进一步地,调温风道7也可以设有空气净化装置11,通过设置空气净化装置11能够为室内空气进行过滤净化。
上述各个实施例中,用于制冷/制热的调温装置可以包括压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热12,13和膨胀阀14,15。压缩机和室外换热器统称为室外机16。调温装置上述部件的连接关系可以采用现有技术实现,在此不再详细说明。
在一优选或可选实施例中,室内换热器12,13可以为两个或两个以上,以便能够使调温风道7实现除湿功能。
在一具体实施例中,室内换热器12,13可以为两个,分别为第一室内换热器12和第二室内换热器13,第一室内换热器12与第二室内换热器13之间设有第二膨胀阀15,第二室内换热器13与室外换热器之间设有第一膨胀阀14。
采用两个或者两个以上室内换热器,不仅可以实现制冷制热等普通热泵空调的功能,还可以实现除湿等功能。
本发明提供的空气调节系统还可以包括风道转换装置10,通过设置风道转换装置10能够实现各风道之间的转换,例如实现第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6之间的转换。
在一优选或可选实施例中,风道转换装置10可以包括电机和闸板,电机驱动连接闸板,闸板位于第一换气风道5,第二换气风道6工作,闸板位于第二换气风道6,第一换气风道5工作。
需要说明的是:风道转换装置10除了采用上述结构形式,也可以 采用其他结构形式实现,或者采用风箱处理器进行替换,只要能够实现第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6的切换即可,通过第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6的切换,能够实现室内回风,室内废气排放,室外新风引进等多种功能。
上述各个实施例中的室内风口和室外风口均可以设有独立的控制阀门,用于控制各个风口的开启和关闭。
通过上述各个实施例的描述,本发明提供的空气调节系统至少可以包括以下几种具体实施例。
第一具体实施例:
空气调节系统具有引进新风同时调温功能。空气调节系统可以至少包括第一室外风口1、第一室内风口2和第二室内风口3,第一室外风口1与第一室内风口2之间形成第一换气风道5,第一室外风口1与第二室内风口3之间形成第二换气风道6,第一室内风口2与第二室内风口3之间形成调温风道7,第一室内风口2进风,第二室内风口3出风。
第一具体实施例中,空气调节系统具有单一工作模式,可以使第一换气风道5、第二换气风道6和调温风道7中的一个工作,另外两个不工作。
第一具体实施例中,由于第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6共用第一室外风口1,第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6优选单一工作,不建议同时工作。可以通过设置风道转换装置10,实现第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6的转换。
第一具体实施例中,第一换气风道5和调温风道7共用第一室内风口2,第一换气风道5和调温风道7优选单一工作,不建议同时工作。
第一具体实施例中,第二换气风道6和调温风道7可以单一工作,也可以同时工作。
第一具体实施例中,第二换气风道6和调温风道7共用第二室内风口3,第二换气风道6和调温风道7可以共用同一空气净化装置11、 制冷/制热的调温装置、电机等,以节省空间。
第二具体实施例:
如图1所示,空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能。空气调节系统可以至少包括第一室外风口1、第一室内风口2、第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4,第一室外风口1与第一室内风口2之间形成第一换气风道5,第一室外风口1与第二室内风口3之间形成第二换气风道6,第二室内风口3与第三室内风口4之间形成调温风道7,第三室内风口4进风,第二室内风口3出风。
第二具体实施例中,空气调节系统具有单一工作模式,可以使第一换气风道5、第二换气风道6和调温风道7中的一个工作,另外两个不工作。
第二具体实施例中,第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6共用第一室外风口1,第一换气风道5、第二换气风道6优选单一工作,不建议同时工作,当第一换气风道5工作,能够实现抽油烟排废气功能,当第二换气风道6工作,能够实现向室内引进新风的功能。可以通过设置风道转换装置10,实现第一换气风道5和第二换气风道6的转换。
第二具体实施例中,第一换气风道5和调温风道7可以单一工作,也可以同时工作。
第二具体实施例中,第二换气风道6和调温风道7可以单一工作,也可以同时工作。
第二具体实施例中,第二换气风道6和调温风道7共用第二室内风口3,第二换气风道6和调温风道7可以共用同一空气净化装置11、制冷/制热的调温装置、电机等,以节省空间。

上述四个具体实施例中的第二换气风道6、调温风道7均能够单独工作或者同时工作。当第二换气风道6和调温风道7同时工作时,第二换气风道6能够实现向室内引进新风的功能,调温风道7能够实现制冷、制热以及除湿等调节功能。
本发明提供的空气调节系统具有多种实现形式及调节功能,其操作方法不同,实现的功能不同,下面列举空气调节系统的第二具体实施例的几种操作方法以及实现的功能。
1、抽排废气功能:
第一室内风口2和第一室外风口1打开,第一电机8启动,油烟从第一室内风口2进入第一换气风道5再到第一室外风口1,将其排除。
2、引进新风功能:
第一室外风口1和第二室内风口3打开,第二电机9启动,新鲜空气从第一室外风口1进入第二换气风道6,经过空气净化装置11和制冷/制热的调温装置,最后新气从第二室内风口3排向室内。
3、制冷功能:
第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4打开,第二电机9和室内机制冷运行,制冷剂流向从液管17流入,气管18流出,第一膨胀阀14和第二膨胀阀15部分开启节流;室内热空气从第三室内风口4进入调温风道7, 经过空气净化装置11,并在室内换热器进行换热冷却,最后冷空气从第二室内风口3排向室内进行降温。
4、制热功能:
第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4打开,第二电机9和室内机制热运行,制冷剂流向从气管18流入,液管17流出,第一膨胀阀14和第二膨胀阀15全开;室内冷空气从第三室内风口4进入调温风道7,经过空气净化装置11,并在室内换热器进行加热,最后热空气从第二室内风口3排向室内进行升温。
5、除湿功能:
第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4打开,第二电机9和室内机除湿运行,制冷剂流向从液管17流入,气管18流出,第一膨胀阀14全开和第二膨胀阀15部分开启节流;室内冷空气从第三室内风口4进入调温风道7,经过空气净化装置11,并在室内换热器先经过第一室内换热器12冷却除湿,在经过第二室内换热器13进行加热,最后干空气从第二室内风口3排向室内。
6、制冷并抽排废气功能:
1)第一室内风口2和第一室外风口1打开,第一电机8启动,油烟从第一室内风口2进入第一换气风道5再到第一室外风口1,将其排除;
2)第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4打开,第二电机9和室内机制冷运行,制冷剂流向从液管17流入,气管18流出,第一膨胀阀14和第二膨胀阀15部分开启节流;室内热空气从第三室内风口4进入调温风道7,经过空气净化装置11,并在室内换热器进行换热冷却,最后冷空气从第二室内风口3排向室内进行降温。
7、制热并抽排废气功能:
1)第一室内风口2和第一室外风口1打开,第一电机8启动,油烟从第一室内风口2进入第一换气风道5再到第一室外风口1,将其排除;
2)第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4打开,第二电机9和室内机制热运行,制冷剂流向从气管18流入,液管17流出,第一膨胀阀14和第二膨胀阀15全开;室内冷空气从第三室内风口4进入调温风道7,经过 空气净化装置11,并在室内换热器进行加热,最后热空气从第二室内风口3排向室内进行升温。
8、除湿并抽排废气功能:
1)第一室内风口2和第一室外风口1打开,第一电机8启动,油烟从第一室内风口2进入第一换气风道5再到第一室外风口1,将其排除;
2)第二室内风口3和第三室内风口4打开,第二电机9和室内机除湿运行,制冷剂流向从液管17流入,气管18流出,第一膨胀阀14全开和第二膨胀阀15部分开启节流;室内冷空气从第三室内风口4进入调温风道7,经过空气净化装置11,并在室内换热器先经过第一室内换热器12冷却除湿,在经过第二室内换热器13进行加热,最后干空气从第二室内风口3排向室内。
本实施例中仅列出几种常见的调节功能,通过本发明系统实现的其他功能均在本发明保护范围之内。
本发明不局限各个风口的具体安装位置,可以根据具体的安装环境而定。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,使用“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等词语来限定零部件,仅仅是为了便于对上述零部件进行区别,如没有另行声明,上述词语并没有特殊含义,因此不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。

  1. 一种空气调节系统,其特征在于:包括至少一个室外风口(1)和至少两个室内风口(2,3);至少一个所述室外风口(1)与一个所述室内风口(2,3)之间形成换气风道(5,6),所述换气风道(5,6)能够将室内空气抽排至室外,实现抽排废气功能,所述换气风道(5,6)也能够将室外空气抽吸至室内,实现引进新风功能;至少两个所述室内风口(2,3)之间形成调温风道(7),所述调温风道(7)能够对室内空气进行制冷/制热,实现调温功能;
    所述空气调节系统包括单一工作模式和组合工作模式;
    所述单一工作模式下,所述空气调节系统能够实现抽排废气功能、引进新风功能、调温功能中的任意一种;
    所述组合工作模式下,所述空气调节系统能够实现下述功能中的至少一种:抽排废气同时引进新风功能、抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能、抽排废气同时引进新风且调温功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述换气风道(5,6)包括第一换气风道(5)和第二换气风道(6),所述第一换气风道(5)用于将室内空气抽排至室外,实现抽排废气功能;所述第二换气风道(6)用于将室外空气抽吸至室内,实现引进新风功能。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节系统具有引进新风同时调温功能,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口(1)、第一室内风口(2)和第二室内风口(3),所述第一室外风口(1)与所述第一室内风口(2)之间形成所述第一换气风道(5),所述第一室外风口(1)与所述第二室内风口(3)之间形成所述第二换气风道(6),所述第一室内风口(2)与所述第二室内风口(3)之间形成所述调温风道(7)。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口(1)、第一室内风口(2)、第二室 内风口(3)和第三室内风口(4),所述第一室外风口(1)与所述第一室内风口(2)之间形成所述第一换气风道(5),所述第一室外风口(1)与所述第二室内风口(3)之间形成所述第二换气风道(6),所述第二室内风口(3)与所述第三室内风口(4)之间形成所述调温风道(7)。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时引进新风功能、引进新风同时调温功能,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口(1)、第二室外风口、第一室内风口(2)、第二室内风口(3),所述第一室外风口(1)与所述第一室内风口(2)之间形成所述第一换气风道(5),所述第二室外风口与所述第二室内风口(3)之间形成所述第二换气风道(6),所述第一室内风口(2)与所述第二室内风口(3)之间形成所述调温风道(7)。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节系统具有抽排废气同时引进新风功能、抽排废气同时调温功能、引进新风同时调温功能、抽排废气同时引进新风和调温功能,所述空气调节系统至少包括第一室外风口(1)、第二室外风口、第一室内风口(2)、第二室内风口(3)和和第三室内风口(4),所述第一室外风口(1)与所述第一室内风口(2)之间形成所述第一换气风道(5),所述第二室外风口与所述第二室内风口(3)之间形成所述第二换气风道(6),所述第二室内风口(3)与所述第三室内风口(4)之间形成所述调温风道(7)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:包括风道转换装置(10),通过所述风道转换装置(10)用于实现各风道之间的转换。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述室内风口和所述室外风口均设有独立的控制阀门,用于控制各个风口的开启和关闭。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述第二换气风道(6)设有空气净化装置(11)和/或用于制冷/制热的调温装置。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述调温风道(7)设有空气净化装置(11)和/或用于制冷/制热的调温装置。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述调温装置包括压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热器和膨胀阀。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述室内换热器为两个或两个以上,能够使所述调温风道(7)实现除湿功能。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述室内换热器为两个,分别为第一室内换热器(12)和第二室内换热器(13),所述第一室内换热器(12)与所述第二室内换热器(13)之间设有第二膨胀阀(15),所述第二室内换热器(13)与所述室外换热器之间设有第一膨胀阀(14)。
