Abstract

一种厨房空调系统,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟组件,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器,所述压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器通过冷媒管路相连通,所述吸油烟组件包括有风机和与风机出风口相连通的出风通道,其特征在于:所述压缩机集成在所述吸油烟组件上,所述第一换热器设于所述出风通道内。本发明的优点在于:该厨房空调系统将压缩机集成在吸油烟组件上,系统的整体结构更为紧凑,安装时无需独立安装空调外机,安装更为方便,此外,该空调系统将空气调节组件的第一换热器安装在吸油烟组件的出风通道内,排入出风通道的烟气能够带走第一换热器的热量或者对第一换热器进行加热,进而提升空调能效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房空调系统。
背景技术
厨房是人们进行烹饪的主要场所,厨房空气环境的好坏直接影响着烹饪者的心情,特别是在炎热的夏天,厨房闷热的环境给烹饪者带来很大的不适感,为此,人们发明了各种厨房空调,以对厨房空气进行降温。
现有的厨房空调基本形式和普通空调没有大的区别,一般有两种形式,一种是内外机分体式,即外机位于室外,内机位于室内,内、外机各具有一个电机风扇,内外机分体式的厨房空调连接方式需要通过管路连接,需在墙上开孔,破坏装修,外面需挂一个外机,结构不够紧凑,整体不够美观。另一种是内外机为一体式结构,其可以使用一个双轴电机,也可以使用两个电机,内外机一体机通常包括移动空调和窗机,移动空调使用的时候,需要人工连接散热软管,并将软管放到窗外,使用不方便;窗机则需要在墙上开一个方形的、面积较大的孔,将机器放进去,不用的时候可以搬出来,在墙体上留下一个方孔,虽然可以用其它东西堵上,但既麻烦又破坏装修。
由于厨房空间有限,厨房空调的体积不能过大,因此,厨房空调的散热存在较大问题,厨房空调使用过程中若不能及时散热,则会大大降低空调的能效。然而,现有的厨房空调与吸油烟机相互独立工作,两者无法联动,厨房空调产生的热量无法通过吸油烟机的风机向室外排出,因此,如何通过吸油烟机排出厨房空调产生的热量成为人们亟待解决的问题。此外,现有厨房空调的外机均安装在室外,不仅结构不够紧凑,而且安装也较为麻烦。综上所述,有待对现有的厨房空调系统作进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种结构紧凑、安装方便的厨房空调系统。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种换热效果好的厨房空调系统。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空调系统,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟组件,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器,所述压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器通过冷媒管路相连通,所述吸油烟组件包括有风机和与风机出风口相连通的出风通道,其特征在于:所述压缩机集成在所述吸油烟组件上,所述第一换热器设于所述出风通道内。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该出风空调系统的出风通道通过分叉口形成第一出风通道和第二出风通道,在所述分叉口设有切换阀,通过对切换阀进行切换能使第一出风通道与风机出风口相连通或者使第二出风通道与风机出风口相连通,所述第一换热器设于所述第一出风通道内。
为了避免油烟污染第一换热器,在所述的第一出风通道内安装有油烟净化装置,所述油烟净化装置设于第一换热器的前端。
优选地,所述空气调节组件具有新风入口和新风出口,所述新风入口与室外相连通,所述新风出口设于所述第二换热器的前侧并与厨房内部空间相连通。
为了使新风出口吹出的风更为清洁,在所述新风入口与新风出口的风道内安装有新风净化装置。
进一步优选,在所述第一换热器与第二换热器之间的冷媒管路上安装有节流阀。
进一步优选,在所述冷媒管路上安装有四通阀。通过四通阀可以使空调在制冷和制热模式之间切换。制冷模式下,第一换热器为冷凝器,第二换热器为蒸发器,空调出风口吹向冷风,给厨房降温;制热模式下,第一换热器为蒸发器,第二换热器为冷凝器,空调出风口吹出暖风。
作为上述任一方案的优选,所述空气调节组件还包括同轴设置的第一风机、第二风机,所述第一风机和第二风机在电机驱动下同步转动,且所述第一风机和第二风机设于所述第二换热器的后侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该厨房空调系统将压缩机集成在吸油烟组件上,系统的整体结构更为紧凑,安装时无需独立安装空调外机,安装更为方便,此外,该空调系统将空气调节组件的第一换热器安装在吸油烟组件的出风通道内,排入出风通道的烟气能够带走第一换热器的热量或者对第一换热器进行加热,进而提升空调能效。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的厨房空调系统包括空气调节组件1和吸油烟机组件2。其中,空气调节组件1包括压缩机11、第一换热器12和第二换热器13,压缩机11、第一换热器12和第二换热器13通过冷媒管路14相连通,在第一换热器12与第二换热器13之间的冷媒管路14上安装有节流阀18,在冷媒管路14上安装有四通阀(图中为示)。通过切换四通阀,可以在制冷模式和制热模式下切换,制冷模式下,第一换热器12为冷凝器,第二换热器13为蒸发器,制热模式下,第一换热器12为蒸发器,第二换热器13为冷凝器。空气调节组件1的工作原理与现有空调相同,在此不展开描述。
吸油烟组件2包括有风机21和与风机出风口相连通的出风通道,空气调节组件1的压缩机11集成在吸油烟组件2上,第一换热器12设于出风通道内。
具体地,出风通道通过分叉口形成第一出风通道22和第二出风通道23,在分叉口设有切换阀3,通过对切换阀3进行切换能使第一出风通道22与风机出风口相连通或者使第二出风通道23与风机出风口相连通。
本实施例的第一换热器12设于第一出风通道22内。为了避免油烟污染第一换热器12,在第一出风通道22内还安装有油烟净化装置4,且油烟净化装置4设于第一换热器12的前端,从而延长第一换热器12的使用寿命,并利于提高空调能效。
空调调节组件1还具有新风入口15和新风出口16,新风入口15与新风出口16的风道内安装有新风净化装置17,新风入口15与室外相连通,新风出口16设于第二换热器13的前侧并与厨房内部空间相连通。
本实施例的空气调节组件1还包括同轴设置的第一风机191、第二风机192,第一风机191和第二风机192在电机193驱动下同步转动,且第一风机191和第二风机192设于第二换热器13的后侧。
空调启动时,通过切换阀3的切换,使第一出风通道22打开,第二出风通道23关闭,以空调制冷模式下为例,第一换热器12为冷凝器,第二换热器13为蒸发器,从新风入口15进入的新风制冷后从新风出口16吹出,为厨房提供冷风,同时,从风机21排出的烟气进入第一出风通道22,对冷凝器进行散热,带走热量后从第一出风通道22排出,从而提高第一换热器12的换热效果,进而利于提升空调能效。
空调停止工作时,吸油烟机处于正常工作模式,此时,通过切换阀3的切换,使第一出风通道22关闭,第二出风通道23打开,从风机21排出的烟气进入第二出风通道23并排出。

Claims (7)

1.一种厨房空调系统,包括空气调节组件(1)和吸油烟组件(2),所述空气调节组件(1)包括压缩机(11)、第一换热器(12)和第二换热器(13),所述压缩机(11)、第一换热器(12)和第二换热器(13)通过冷媒管路(14)相连通,所述吸油烟组件(2)包括有风机(21)和与风机出风口相连通的出风通道,其特征在于:所述压缩机(11)集成在所述吸油烟组件(2)上,所述第一换热器(12)设于所述出风通道内,所述出风通道通过分叉口形成第一出风通道(22)和第二出风通道(23),在所述分叉口设有切换阀(3),通过对切换阀(3)进行切换能使第一出风通道(22)与风机出风口相连通或者使第二出风通道(23)与风机出风口相连通,所述第一换热器(12)设于所述第一出风通道(22)内,空气调节组件(1)在制冷模式下,第一换热器(12)为冷凝器,第二换热器(13)为蒸发器,从风机(21)排出的烟气进入第一出风通道(22),对第一换热器(12)进行散热;空气调节组件(1)停止工作时,从风机(21)排出的烟气进入第二出风通道(23)并排出,在所述的第一出风通道(22)内安装有油烟净化装置(4),所述油烟净化装置(4)设于第一换热器(12)的前端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨房空调系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节组件(1)在制热模式下,第一换热器(12)为蒸发器,第二换热器(13)为冷凝器,从风机(21)排出的烟气进入第一出风通道(22),对第一换热器(12)进行加热。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房空调系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节组件(1)具有新风入口(15)和新风出口(16),所述新风入口(15)与室外相连通,所述新风出口(16)设于所述第二换热器(13)的前侧并与厨房内部空间相连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的厨房空调系统,其特征在于:在所述新风入口(15)与新风出口(16)的风道内安装有新风净化装置(17)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房空调系统,其特征在于:在所述第一换热器(12)与第二换热器(13)之间的冷媒管路(14)上安装有节流阀(18)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房空调系统,其特征在于:在所述冷媒管路(14)上安装有四通阀。
7.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的厨房空调系统,其特征在于:所述空气调节组件(1)还包括同轴设置的第一风机(191)、第二风机(192),所述第一风机(191)和第二风机(192)在电机(193)驱动下同步转动,且所述第一风机(191)和第二风机(192)设于所述第二换热器(13)的后侧。
