本发明涉及冶炼烧结设备技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置和具有其的焙烧机。
背景技术
在实际生产中,带式焙烧机台车与炉墙之间需要密封,以隔绝炉内热风外漏。相关技术中的密封装置,主要型式为单棒密封,即落棒架上安装有一个落棒。但是,单棒密封装置通常用于带式焙烧机负压操作工艺区,在正压操作工艺区,采用单棒密封时,密封效果不佳,不能有效隔断热风外漏。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出了一种用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,所述双棒密封装置能够隔断热量和粉尘外漏,而且密封效果稳定,可靠性高。
本发明还提出了一种具有上述双棒密封装置的焙烧机。
根据本发明的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,包括:落棒架和两个落棒,所述落棒架内限定有进风腔,所述进风腔具有进风口和出风口;两个所述落棒分别与所述落棒架相连且适于可活动地与所述焙烧机的台车相连,两个所述落棒间隔开形成有连通所述出风口和所述焙烧机的焙烧腔的进风间隙。
根据本发明的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,能够隔断热量和粉尘外漏,而且具有密封效果稳定、可靠性高等优点。

参照图1-图5所示,根据本发明实施例的双棒密封装置包括:落棒架1和两个落棒。
具体而言,如图4所示,落棒架1内可以限定有进风腔10,进风腔10可具有进风口(图中未示出)和出风口102。由此,气流可以从进风口进入进风腔10,然后从出风口102吹出。
两个落棒可分别与落棒架1相连,并且两个落棒适于可活动地与焙烧机100的台车1002相连,两个落棒间隔开形成有连通出风口102和焙烧机100的焙烧腔1001的进风间隙20,两个落棒可以形成双层密封,从出风口102吹出的风可以从进风间隙20通入焙烧腔1001。由此可以隔断热风外漏,提高焙烧腔1001内的温度稳定性,密封效果稳定,可靠性高。
可以理解的是,焙烧机100的炉墙1003与台车1002共同限定出焙烧腔1001,双棒密封装置设在炉墙1003与台车1002的连接处,防止焙烧腔1001内的热风从连接处外漏,提高焙烧产品质量。
换言之,根据本发明实施例的双棒密封装置设在炉墙1003与台车1002的连接处,双棒密封装置主要由落棒架1和两个落棒组成,为了方便描述和理解,下文以台车1002的右侧的部分为例,并以左侧的落棒为第一落棒21、右侧的落棒为第二落棒22进行示例性说明,对此,不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图4和图5所示,落棒架1内可以限定有进风腔10,进风腔10具有进风口和出风口102。第一落棒21和第二落棒22分别与落棒架1相连,第一落棒21和第二落棒22的远离彼此的一侧与落棒架1接触密封,能有效提高密封效果,第一落棒21和第二落棒22的邻近彼此的一侧间隔开设置,以在第一落棒21和第二落棒22之间形成进风间隙20。
进风间隙20连通出风口102和焙烧腔1001,从进风口通风时,进风腔10内的风流经出风口102后,可以经过进风间隙20流入焙烧腔1001。也就是说,从第一落棒21和第二落棒22之间的进风间隙20向焙烧腔1001内强制通风,从而可以增加密封效果,有效地隔断焙烧腔1001内的热量和粉尘外漏,提高可靠性。
因此,根据本发明实施例的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,通过在落棒架1内限定进风腔10,将两个落棒分别与落棒架1相连,形成双层密封,并将两个落棒间隔来形成连通进风腔10的出风口102的进风间隙20,可以从进风间隙20向焙烧炉通风,增加密封效果,可以有效隔断焙烧腔1001内的热量和粉尘泄漏,密封效果稳定,可靠性高。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4和图5所示,出风口102可以设在进风腔10的底壁面上,底壁面上可以设有两个向下延伸且间隔设置的安装板14,第一落棒21和第二落棒22分别设在两个安装板14的相对的侧壁上,结构简单紧凑,安装方便。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,双棒密封装置还包括:弹性件3,弹性件3可以止抵在两个落棒之间。由此,弹性件3可以弹性地推动第一落棒21和第二落棒22远离彼此,使第一落棒21和第二落棒22分别紧贴两个安装板14,从而可以避免进风间隙20的形状发生改变,进而可以提高密封稳定性,保持通风的均匀性,而且弹性件3的弹性特性可以方便 拆装第一落棒21和第二落棒22,可以提高效率,降低成本。
可选地,如图4和图5所示,弹性件3可以为螺旋弹簧。可以理解的是,螺旋弹簧的轴向可分别与第一落棒21和第二落棒22垂直,并且螺旋弹簧的两端分别止抵第一落棒21和第二落棒22。也就是说,螺旋弹簧设在进风间隙20内,两个落棒之间使用弹簧限位,从而可以利用螺旋弹簧使第一落棒21和第二落棒22彼此远离,保证第一落棒21和第二落棒22分别与落棒架1的贴合,进一步提高密封效果。同时,从出风口102通入焙烧腔1001的风在流经进风间隙20时,可以吹向螺旋弹簧,还能避免螺旋弹簧位于焙烧机100的内部风压环境中,有效减少炉内风压对螺旋弹簧的影响,可以提高螺旋弹簧的可靠性,延长使用寿命。
有利地,如图4和图5所示,每个落棒内可以设有凹槽30,两个落棒内的凹槽30朝向相对设置,弹性件3的两端可分别止抵在对应的凹槽30内,两个凹槽30可以对弹性件3的两端提供限位作用,以避免弹性件3错位脱出,进一步提高密封稳定性和可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,每个落棒可与安装板14相连,每个落棒的上端可以设有连接板23,连接板23上可以设有第一销轴孔510,两个安装板14上可分别设有第二销轴孔520,销轴5可以设在两个安装板14上的第二销轴孔520和连接板23上的第一销轴孔510内,以连接落棒和安装板14。也就是说,落棒的上端设有连接板23,连接板23上设有第一销轴孔510,安装板14上设有第二销轴孔520,销轴5穿过两个连接板23上的第一销轴孔510,并且销轴5的两端可以安装在连接板23上的第一销轴孔510内,将落棒和安装板14相连。由此,结构简单,连接可靠,而且拆装维修方便。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4和图5所示,落棒架1可以包括:顶板11、底板12和多个侧板13,底板12可与顶板11在上下方向上间隔开,出风口102可以设在底板12上。多个侧板13可以连接在顶板11和底板12之间,并且多个侧板13可与顶板11和底板12配合形成进风腔10,进风口可以设在侧板13上,两个安装板14中的至少一个可由侧板13向下延伸形成。
例如,在图4和图5所示的示例中,底板12位于顶板11的底部,并且底板12与顶板11间隔设置,四个侧板13分别设在底板12和顶板11之间,四个侧板13与顶板11和底板12共同形成进风腔10,每个侧板13的顶部与顶板11相连,每个侧板13的底部与底板12相连,其中,一个安装板14由一个侧板13向下延伸形成。
由此,落棒架1结构简单紧凑,而且强度高,便于加工装配,可以有效提高可靠性和稳定性,保证密封性能。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,落棒架1的一侧可设有水箱6,邻近水箱6的侧板13可以向下延伸形成安装板14,远离水箱6的侧板13可以向下延伸短于邻近水箱6的侧板13,并且远离水箱6的侧板13设有安装板14,从而邻近水箱6的侧板13和安装板14 上可以连接销轴5,实现第一落棒21和第二落棒22与落棒架1的可靠连接。

根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1-图5所示,双棒密封装置还可以包括:进风管16,进风管16可与落棒架1相连,并且进风管16可与进风口连通,通过进风管16可以向进风口内送风,即双棒密封装置强制通风,作用在第一落棒21和第二落棒22之间的进风腔10内,提高密封效果,还能有效减小焙烧炉内风压对第一落棒21和第二落棒22之间的弹簧的影响,以延长弹簧的寿命,保证密封效果。另外,强制通风还能起到一定的冷却作用,利于焙烧工序的进行。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1-图4所示,落棒、进风腔10和进风口可分别沿水平方向延伸,进风腔10内可以设有至少一个加强板15,以将进风腔10沿长度方向分隔成多个子腔,加强板15上可以设有连通其两侧的子腔的至少有一个通风孔150。由此,加强板15可以提高进风腔10的强度,降低变形的概率,而且从进风管16进入的风可以流经通风孔150,均匀分布在多个子腔内,以从整个出风口102流入焙烧腔1001,进一步保证良好的密封性能。
在一些实施例中,在焙烧腔1001的延伸方向上,第一落棒21和第二落棒22分别为多个,相邻的两个第一落棒21之间具有间隙,相邻的两个第二落棒22之间也具有间隙,相邻的两个第一落棒21通过压板91相连,并且相邻的两个第二落棒22也通过压板91相连。例如,每个落棒通过螺纹连接件与压板91相连。
相邻的两个第一落棒21之间的间隙内和相邻的两个第二落棒22之间的间隙内可以填充有弹性隔热件92,例如隔热毡、石棉毡等。一方面,在相邻的两个落棒受热膨胀时,弹性隔热件92可以提供变形空间,避免落棒因受热膨胀发生直接止抵而出现损坏;另一方面,可以隔断热量外漏,提高焙烧腔1001的温度稳定性,保证正常生产。

下面结合附图详细描述根据本发明实施例的用于焙烧机的落棒密封装置。与上文中的描述相同,上下方向和左右方向以图示的上下方向和左右方向为准。
根据本发明实施例的用于焙烧机的落棒密封装置,如图1-图4所示,密封装置可以设在焙烧机100的台车1002和炉墙1003之间,焙烧机100的炉墙1003与台车1002共同限定出焙烧腔1001,密封装置包括:落棒架1、落棒和水箱6。
具体而言,如图4和图5所示,落棒架1可与炉墙1003相连,落棒可以设在落棒架1上,并且落棒适于可活动地与台车1002相连,落棒可以形成密封,以隔断热风和粉尘外漏,提高焙烧腔1001内的温度稳定性。
水箱6与落棒架1可为分体件,并且水箱6和落棒架1可拆卸地相连。也就是说,水箱6与落棒架1为分体式结构,水箱6经组装与落棒架1相连,并且组装好后,水箱6可以从落棒架1上拆下。
水箱6内具有冷却水,以起到隔热和冷却炉墙1003以及落棒架1的作用,从而可以将焙烧腔1001内的温度条件控制在合适的范围,利于焙烧工艺的正常进行,可以提高焙烧产品的质量。
可以理解的是,由于水箱6和落棒架1为分体件,而且水箱6与落棒架1可拆卸地相连,从而当水箱6变形或发生漏水等现象后,可以将水箱6从落棒架1上拆下,进行维修或更换,拆装方便,效率高,而且拆装过程不会影响焙烧机100内的其他结构,可实现快速恢复生产,降低对正常的生产影响。
因此,根据本发明实施例的用与焙烧机100的落棒密封装置,通过将水箱6与落棒架1设为分体件,并将水箱6和落棒架1可拆卸地相连,在水箱6变形或发生漏水等情况下,可以方便地对水箱6进行维修或更换,拆装效率高,可以实现快速恢复生产,对正常生产工作的影响小。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4和图5所示,水箱6与落棒架1可以通过螺纹紧固件相连。例如,在如图4和图5所示的示例中,水箱6和落棒架1上设有多个水箱连接螺栓72,水箱连接螺栓72穿过水箱6和落棒并与螺母配合,将水箱6固定在落棒架1上,结构简单,连接可靠,而且拆装方便,成本低廉。

在一些实施例中,水箱6内可以设有隔水筋63,隔水筋63可在水箱6内形成弯曲延伸的水道,以使冷却水均匀地分布在水箱6内,从而可以提高水箱6的冷却均匀性,优化冷却效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4所示,落棒密封装置还可以包括:水管64,水管64可与落棒架1相连,并且水管64与水箱6连通,水管64可与供水装置相连,以将供水装置供给的水输送至水箱6内,实现对落棒架1以及炉墙1003的冷却。

根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4和图5所示,落棒架1内可以限定有进风腔10,进风腔10可具有进风口和出风口102。由此,气流可以从进风口进入进风腔10,然后从出风口102吹出。落棒可以包括两个,两个落棒可分别与落棒架1相连,并且两个落棒适于可活动地与焙烧机100的台车1002相连,两个落棒间隔开形成有连通出风口102和焙烧机100的焙烧腔1001的进风间隙20。
换言之,落棒包括上文中所述的第一落棒21和第二落棒22,两个落棒可以形成双层密封,从出风口102吹出的风可以从进风间隙20通入焙烧腔1001,即落棒密封装置可以强制 通风。由此,可以隔断热量和粉尘外漏,提高焙烧腔1001内的温度稳定性,密封效果稳定,可靠性高。
可以理解的是,当落棒为两个时,落棒密封装置即为上文中所述的双棒密封装置。其中,双棒密封装置的具体结构已在上文中进行了详细描述,本领域的技术人员结合上文的描述可以对其进行适应性设定,上文的描述不能理解为对本发明的限制。
根据本发明实施例的焙烧机100,包括根据本发明上述实施例的落棒密封装置。
根据本发明实施例的焙烧机100,通过设置根据本发明上述实施例的落棒密封装置,不仅可以有效隔断焙烧腔1001内的热量和粉尘泄露,安装方便,更换简单快速,使用可靠,而且在水箱6变形或发生漏水等情况下,可以方便地对水箱6进行维修或更换,拆装效率高,可以实现快速恢复生产,对正常生产的影响小。
根据本发明实施例的焙烧机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是可知的,在此不再详细描述。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,包括:
    落棒架,所述落棒架内限定有进风腔,所述进风腔具有进风口和出风口;
    两个落棒,两个所述落棒分别与所述落棒架相连且适于可活动地与所述焙烧机的台车相连,两个所述落棒间隔开形成有连通所述出风口和所述焙烧机的焙烧腔的进风间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,所述出风口设在所述进风腔的底壁面上,所述底壁面上设有两个向下延伸且间隔设置的安装板,两个所述落棒分别设在两个所述安装板的相对的侧面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,还包括:弹性件,所述弹性件止抵在两个所述落棒之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为螺旋弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,每个所述落棒内设有凹槽,两个所述落棒内的凹槽朝向相对设置,所述弹性件的两端分别止抵在对应的所述凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,每个所述落棒与所述安装板相连,每个所述落棒的上端设有连接板,所述连接板上设有第一销轴孔,两个所述安装板上分别设有第二销轴孔,销轴设在两个所述安装板上的第二销轴孔和两个连接板上的第一销轴孔内,以连接所述落棒和所述安装板。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,所述落棒架包括:
    顶板;
    底板,所述底板与所述顶板在上下方向上间隔开,所述出风口设在所述底板上;
    多个侧板,多个所述侧板连接在所述顶板和所述底板之间且与所述顶板和所述底板配合形成所述进风腔,所述进风口设在所述侧板上,两个所述安装板中的至少一个由所述侧板向下延伸形成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,所述落棒架的一侧设有水箱,邻近所述水箱的所述侧板向下延伸形成所述安装板,远离所述水箱的所述侧板向下延伸短于邻近所述水箱的侧板且设有所述安装板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,所述安装板和所述侧板在上下方向上有重叠且通过螺纹紧固件相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,还包括:进风管,所述进风管与所述落棒架相连且与所述进风口连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置,其特征在于,所述落棒、所述进风腔和所述进风口分别沿水平方向延伸,所述进风腔内设有至少一个加强板,以将所述进风腔沿长度方向分隔成多个子腔,所述加强板上设有连通其两侧的所述子腔的至少一个通风孔。
  12. 一种焙烧机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的用于焙烧机的双棒密封装置。
