本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种车用智能灯光控制系统,该车用智能灯光控制系统能够对不同车灯进行亮度、色温、光型、旋转、模式等调节,能够自由调节灯光情况。
本发明的上述目的通过如下技术手段实现。
提供一种车用智能灯光控制系统,设置有:终端控制设备,用于设置灯光控制信号,并将灯光控制信号以无线方式输送至智能灯光控制机构;多接口多灯型控制盒,安装于车体,连接有多个加改装的车灯,所述多接口多灯型控制盒设置有智能灯光控制机构,智能灯光控制机构接收终端控制设备传输的灯光控制信号,并根据灯光控制信号对相应的车灯进行信号控制。
优选的,上述终端控制设备与所述智能灯光控制机构以蓝牙方式进行信号传输。
优选的,上述终端控制设备至少输出如下一种控制信号:对照明组合灯组的开关、亮度、色温、光型、背景光、警示状态控制信号;
对氛围灯组的开关、颜色控制信号;
对方向旋转灯组的开关、上下旋转、左右旋转、速度、亮度、光型、背景光控制信号;
对警示灯组的开关、亮度、模式控制信号;
对其它灯型及第三方灯组的开关、亮度、速度、颜色控制信号;
所述智能灯光控制机构根据所述终端控制设备输出的控制信号对照明组合灯组、氛围灯组、方向旋转灯组、警示灯组、其它灯型及第三方灯组输出对应的操控信号;
照明组合灯组的照明组合灯采用双色温光源,通过控制不同色温光源的发光情况实现照明组合灯的色温调控。
优选的,上述双色温光源包括白光LED灯珠和黄光LED灯珠。
优选的,上述终端控制设备为手机APP软件或者为液晶触摸控制面板,所述终端控制设备设置有蓝牙发射模块。
优选的,上述智能灯光控制机构设置有蓝牙接收模块、主控模块和多个光源接口;光源接口与主控模块的引脚连接,不同的车灯通过光源接口接入智能灯光控制机构;
蓝牙接收模块接收蓝牙发射模块发射的控制信号,并发送至主控模块,主控模块根据所接收的控制信号控制对应的输出引脚端,输出引脚与对应的光源接口连接。
优选的,上述蓝牙接收模块集成于所述主控模块,所述主控模块的引脚输出高电平或低电平信号,控制对应的车灯工作状况的开启或者关闭。

蓝牙接收模块包括多个子蓝牙接收模块,主控模块包括多个子主控模块,每个光源接口分别对应设置有一个子蓝牙接收模块和一个子主控模块;每个光源接口设置的子蓝牙接收模块接收终端控制设备的控制信号,并输送至子主控模块,子主控模块控制对应的光源接口,控制连接于光源接口的车灯的灯光状况;
每套对应的子蓝牙接收模块、子主控模块和对应的光源接口设置于对应的灯体外或者设置于对应的灯体内。
另一优选的,上述终端控制设备与所述智能灯光控制机构以2.4G技术或者以433红外遥控技术进行信号传输。

一种车用智能灯光控制系统,如图1所示,设置有:
终端控制设备A,用于设置灯光控制信号,并将灯光控制信号以无线方式输送至智能灯光控制机构100;多接口多灯型控制盒B,安装于车体,连接有多个加改装的车灯C,所述多接口多灯型控制盒B设置有智能灯光控制机构100,智能灯光控制机构100接收终端控制设备A传输的灯光控制信号,并根据灯光控制信号对相应的车灯进行信号控制。
终端控制设备A与智能灯光控制机构100以蓝牙方式进行信号传输。蓝牙方式,可以利用多数移动设备自带的蓝牙功能,方便、成本较低。需要说明的是,终端控制设备A与智能灯光控制系统的信号传输方式不局限于本实施例的蓝牙方式,也可以2.4G技术或者以433红外遥控技术或者其它无线传输方式进行信号传输。
终端控制设备A可以为手机APP软件或者为液晶触摸控制面板,终端控制设备A具有蓝牙发射模块。智能灯光控制机构100根据终端控制设备A输出的控制信号对照明组合灯组、氛围灯组、方向旋转灯组、警示灯组、其它灯型及第三方灯组输出对应的操控信号。
终端控制设备A,用户通过终端控制设备A进行操作设置,输出对车灯的控制信号。终端控制设备A至少输出如下一种控制信号:
对照明组合灯组的开关、亮度、色温、光型、背景光、警示状态控制信号;对氛围灯组的开关、颜色控制信号;对方向旋转灯组的开关、上下旋转、左右旋转、速度、亮度、光型、背景光控制信号;对警示灯组的开关、亮度、模式控制信号;对其它灯型及第三方灯组的开关、亮度、速度、颜色控制信号。
需要说明的是,本发明中的智能灯光控制系统,控制端的对象是加改装于车体的各种功能灯。从灯型上进行分组,包括主要用于照明的照明组合灯组、氛围灯组、方向旋转灯组、警示灯组、其它灯型及第三方灯组。
照明组合灯组包括驾驶灯、长条灯、工作灯、室内灯等,需要进行开关控制、色温控制、亮度控制、光型控制、背景光控制、警示状态控制等。
氛围灯组包括蓝光灯、红光灯、绿光灯等,需要进行开关、颜色设置控制。方向旋转灯组主要包括遥控灯、舞台灯、景观灯及其它旋转灯,需要进行开关、上下旋转、左右旋转、速度控制、亮度控制等。警示灯组主要起警示作用,需要进行开关、亮度、同步、模式切换等控制。其它灯型及第三方灯组,没有在上述几类的灯统一划分到其它灯型,如底盘灯等。第三方灯型是指其它尚未安装于汽车的灯,对第三方灯只进行开关控制。智能灯光控制机构100根据终端控制设备A输出的控制信号对照明组合灯组、氛围灯组、方向旋转灯组、警示灯组、其它灯型及第三方灯组输出对应的操控信号。
照明组合灯组的照明组合灯采用双色温光源,通过控制不同色温光源的发光情况实现照明组合灯的色温调控。
具体的,双色温光源包括白光LED灯珠和黄光LED灯珠。当控制终端输出控制指令后,智能灯光控制机构100接收到相应的控制信号,控制白光LED灯珠、黄光LED灯珠的亮度情况。当白光LED灯珠点亮100%、黄光LED灯珠关闭时,整体呈白光色温。当白光LED灯珠关闭、黄光LED灯珠点亮100%时,整体呈黄色色温。当白光LED灯珠和黄光LED灯珠各点亮50%时,呈中性光。从而实现对照明组合灯的色温调节。
终端控制设备A为手机APP软件或者为液晶触摸控制面板,终端控制设备A设置有蓝牙发射模块。智能灯光控制机构100设置有蓝牙接收模块110、主控模块120和多个光源接口130;光源接口130与主控模块120的引脚连接,不同的车灯通过光源接口130接入智能灯光控制机构100。
蓝牙接收模块110接收蓝牙发射模块发射的控制信号,并发送至主控模块120,主控模块120根据所接收的控制信号控制对应的输出引脚端,输出引脚与对应的光源接口130连接。
本实施例中,蓝牙接收模块110集成于主控模块120,主控模块120的 引脚输出高电平或低电平信号,控制对应的车灯工作状况的开启或者关闭。
如图2至图5所示,主控模块120设置有芯片U110、稳压单元122及信号输出单元。芯片U110为集成有蓝牙接收模块110的主控芯片,信号输出单元对应连接于芯片U110的引脚与光源接口130之间。芯片U110以能够实现其功能的任何芯片均可作为此芯片使用,在此不举例具体的型号。本领域技术人员应该清楚,当提供具体芯片功能时,所满足的芯片选择。
光源接口130设置有M组连接照明组合灯的接口,分别为组合灯-1接口、组合灯-2接口、……、组合灯-K接口、……、组合灯-M接口,M为自然数,K为自然数,1≤K≤M。
光源接口130设置有N组连接氛围灯的接口,分别为氛围灯-1接口、氛围灯-2接口、……、氛围灯-S接口、……、氛围灯-N接口,N为自然数,S为自然数,1≤S≤N。
光源接口130设置有P组连接方向旋转灯的接口,分别为旋转灯-1接口、旋转灯-2接口、……、旋转灯-L接口、……、旋转灯-P接口,P为自然数,L为自然数,1≤L≤P。

旋转灯开关输出单元126设置有电阻R1020、三极管Q1024、二极管D105、MOSFET管Q104和电阻R1041;电阻R1020的一端与二极管D100的负极连接,电阻R1020另一端与二极管D105的负极、三极管Q1024的集电极、MOSFET管的栅极连接,三极管Q1024的发射极、二极管D105的正极、MOSFET管的源极均接地,MOSFET管的漏极与对应的旋转灯负接口连接,三极管Q1024的基极与电阻R1040的一端连接,电阻R1040的另一端与对应的旋转灯开关引脚连接。
警灯开关输出单元127设置有电阻R103、二极管D103、三级管Q1010、MOSFET管Q102和电阻R1011,电阻R1012的一端与对应的芯片U110的警示灯开关引脚连接,电阻R1012另一端与三极管Q1010的基极连接,三极管Q1010的集电极与电阻R103一端连接、二极管D103的负极、MOSFET管Q102的栅极连接,二极管D103的正极与MOSFET管Q102的源极、三极管Q1012的发射极均接地,电阻R103的另一端与二极管D100的负极连接,MOSFET管Q102的漏极与对应的警示灯接口中的警示灯负接口连接。
警灯模式开关输出单元128设置有电阻R106、电阻R1028、电阻R1015、电阻R1027、三极管Q1013和三极管Q1019;电阻R106一端、三极管Q1013 的发射极与二极管D100的负极连接,三极管Q1013的基极、电阻R106的另一端与电阻R1028的一端连接,三极管Q1013的集电极与电阻R1027的一端连接,电阻R1027的另一端与对应的警示模式接口连接,电阻R1028的另一端与三极管Q1019的集电极连接,三极管Q1019的发射极接地,三极管Q1019的基极与电阻R1015的一端连接,电阻R1015的另一端与对应的警示灯接口的警灯模式接口连接。
警灯50%亮度开关输出单元129设置有电阻R109、电阻R1034、电阻R1033、三极管Q1016、三极管Q1022和电阻R1018,电阻R109的一端、三极管Q1016的发射极与二极管D100的负极连接,电阻R109另一端与三极管Q1016的基极、电阻R1034的一端连接,三极管Q1016的集电极与电阻R1033一端连接,电阻R1033另一端与对应的警灯50%亮接口连接,电阻R1034的另一端与三极管Q1022的集电极连接,三极管Q1022的发射极接地,三极管Q1022的基极与电阻R1018的一端连接,电阻R1018的另一端与对应的警示灯引脚组中的警灯50%引脚连接。
第三方灯输出开关单元1210设置有电阻R1022、电阻R1037、二极管D107、三极管Q1026和MOSFET管Q106;电阻R1037一端与对应的第三方灯开关引脚连接,电阻R1037另一端与三极管Q1026的基极连接,三极管Q1026的集电极与二极管D107的负极、MOSFET管的栅极连接,电阻R1037的另一端与二极管D100的负极连接,三极管Q1026的发射极、二极管D107的正极、MOSFET管Q106的源极均接地,MOSFET管Q106的漏极与对应的第三方灯负接口连接。
本发明的车用智能灯光控制系统,加装于汽车的车灯根据功能与光源接口130连接,通过终端控制设备A进行灯光工作状态设置并以无线方式输送至智能灯光控制机构100,智能灯光控制机构100的蓝牙接收模块110接收控制信号并输送至主控模块120,主控模块120根据所接收到的控制信号输出相应的信号,使得与光源接口130连接的车灯按照输出的控制信号进行工作。
本发明的车用智能灯光控制系统,能够对加装于车体的多种灯型进行多种工作模式控制,大大拓宽了车载等的灯型兼顾、功能扩展、人机交互体验,使灯光控制更加便利和智能化。
实施例2。
一种车用智能灯光控制系统,其它结构与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,
蓝牙接收模块包括多个子蓝牙接收模块,主控模块包括多个子主控模块,每个光源接口分别对应设置有一个子蓝牙接收模块和一个子主控模块;每个光源接口设置的子蓝牙接收模块接收终端控制设备的控制信号,并输送至子主控模块,子主控模块控制对应的光源接口,控制连接于光源接口的车灯的灯光状况。
每套对应的子蓝牙接收模块、子主控模块和对应的光源接口设置于对应的灯体外或者设置于对应的灯体内。
本实施例中每个光源单独与终端移动控制设备通信,进行灯的控制。即以分立模式进行。
实施例3。
一种车用智能灯光控制系统,其它结构与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,本实施例中设置有两组组合灯、1组氛围灯、1组旋转灯、两组警示灯和两组第三方灯。
需要说明的是,智能灯光控制系统具体设置的各个光源的数量不局限于本实施例的数量,可以根据具体需要灵活设置,以实际需求为准。

  1. 一种车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于,设置有:终端控制设备,用于设置灯光控制信号,并将灯光控制信号以无线方式输送至智能灯光控制机构;
    多接口多灯型控制盒,安装于车体,连接有多个加改装的车灯,所述多接口多灯型控制盒设置有智能灯光控制机构,智能灯光控制机构接收终端控制设备传输的灯光控制信号,并根据灯光控制信号对相应的车灯进行信号控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:所述终端控制设备与所述智能灯光控制机构以蓝牙方式进行信号传输。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于,所述终端控制设备至少输出如下一种控制信号:对照明组合灯组的开关、亮度、色温、光型、背景光、警示状态控制信号;对氛围灯组的开关、颜色控制信号;对方向旋转灯组的开关、上下旋转、左右旋转、速度、亮度、光型、背景光控制信号;对警示灯组的开关、亮度、模式控制信号;对其它灯型及第三方灯组的开关、亮度、速度、颜色控制信号;所述智能灯光控制机构根据所述终端控制设备输出的控制信号对照明组合灯组、氛围灯组、方向旋转灯组、警示灯组、其它灯型及第三方灯组输出对应的操控信号;照明组合灯组的照明组合灯采用双色温光源,通过控制不同色温光源的发光情况实现照明组合灯的色温调控。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:双色温光源包括白光LED灯珠和黄光LED灯珠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:所述终端控制设备为手机APP软件或者为液晶触摸控制面板,所述终端控制设备设置有蓝牙发射模块;所述智能灯光控制机构设置有蓝牙接收模块、主控模块和多个光源接口;光源接口与主控模块的引脚连接,不同的车灯通过光源接口接入智能灯光控制机构;
    蓝牙接收模块接收蓝牙发射模块发射的控制信号,并发送至主控模块,主控模块根据所接收的控制信号控制对应的输出引脚,输出引脚与对应的光源接口连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:所述蓝牙接收模块集成于所述主控模块,所述主控模块的引脚输出高电平或低电平信号,控制对应的车灯工作状况的开启或者关闭。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:所述主控模块设置有芯片U110、稳压单元及信号输出单元;芯片U110为集成有蓝牙接收模块的主控芯片,所述信号输出单元对应连接于芯片U110的引脚与光源接口之间;
    所述光源接口设置有M组连接照明组合灯的接口,分别为组合灯-1接口、组合灯-2接口、……、组合灯-K接口、……、组合灯-M接口,M为自然数,K为自然数,1≤K≤M;
    所述光源接口设置有N组连接氛围灯的接口,分别为氛围灯-1接口、氛围灯-2接口、……、氛围灯-S接口、……、氛围灯-N接口,N为自然数,S为自然数,1≤S≤N;
    所述光源接口设置有P组连接方向旋转灯的接口,分别为旋转灯-1接口、旋转灯-2接口、……、旋转灯-L接口、……、旋转灯-P接口,P为自然数, L为自然数,1≤L≤P;

    所述组合警示50%模式开关输出单元设置有电阻R108、电阻R1032、电阻R1031、三极管Q1015、三极管Q1021和电阻R1017,电阻R108的一端、三极管Q1015的发射极与二极管D100的负极连接,电阻R108另一端与三极管Q1015的基极、电阻R1032的一端连接,三极管Q1015的集电极与电阻R1031一端连接,电阻R1031另一端与对应的组合警示50%接口连接,电阻R1032的另一端与三极管Q1021的集电极连接,三极管Q1021的发射极接地,三极管Q1021的基极与电阻R1017的一端连接,电阻R1017的另一端与对应的组合灯引脚组中的组合警灯50%引脚连接;
    所述旋转灯开关输出单元设置有电阻R1020、三极管Q1024、二极管D105、MOSFET管Q104和电阻R1041;电阻R1020的一端与二极管D100的负极连接,电阻R1020另一端与二极管D105的负极、三极管Q1024的集电极、MOSFET管的栅极连接,三极管Q1024的发射极、二极管D105的正极、MOSFET管的 源极均接地,MOSFET管的漏极与对应的旋转灯负接口连接,三极管Q1024的基极与电阻R1040的一端连接,电阻R1040的另一端与对应的旋转灯开关引脚连接;
    所述警灯开关输出单元设置有电阻R103、二极管D103、三级管Q1010、MOSFET管Q102和电阻R1011,电阻R1012的一端与对应的芯片U110的警示灯开关引脚连接,电阻R1012另一端与三极管Q1010的基极连接,三极管Q1010的集电极与电阻R103一端连接、二极管D103的负极、MOSFET管Q102的栅极连接,二极管D103的正极与MOSFET管Q102的源极、三极管Q1012的发射极均接地,电阻R103的另一端与二极管D100的负极连接,MOSFET管Q102的漏极与对应的警示灯接口中的警示灯负接口连接;
    所述警灯模式开关输出单元设置有电阻R106、电阻R1028、电阻R1015、电阻R1027、三极管Q1013和三极管Q1019;电阻R106一端、三极管Q1013的发射极与二极管D100的负极连接,三极管Q1013的基极、电阻R106的另一端与电阻R1028的一端连接,三极管Q1013的集电极与电阻R1027的一端连接,电阻R1027的另一端与对应的警示模式接口连接,电阻R1028的另一端与三极管Q1019的集电极连接,三极管Q1019的发射极接地,三极管Q1019的基极与电阻R1015的一端连接,电阻R1015的另一端与对应的警示灯接口的警灯模式接口连接;
    所述警灯50%亮度开关输出单元设置有电阻R109、电阻R1034、电阻R1033、三极管Q1016、三极管Q1022和电阻R1018,电阻R109的一端、三极管Q1016的发射极与二极管D100的负极连接,电阻R109另一端与三极管Q1016的基极、电阻R1034的一端连接,三极管Q1016的集电极与电阻R1033一端连接,电阻R1033另一端与对应的警灯50%亮接口连接,电阻R1034的另一端与三极管Q1022的集电极连接,三极管Q1022的发射极接地,三极管Q1022的基极与电阻R1018的一端连接,电阻R1018的另一端与对应的警示灯引脚组中的警灯50%引脚连接;
    所述第三方灯输出开关单元设置有电阻R1022、电阻R1037、二极管D107、三极管Q1026和MOSFET管Q106;电阻R1037一端与对应的第三方灯开关引脚连接,电阻R1037另一端与三极管Q1026的基极连接,三极管Q1026的集电极与二极管D107的负极、MOSFET管的栅极连接,电阻R1037的另一端与二极管D100的负极连接,三极管Q1026的发射极、二极管D107的正极、MOSFET管Q106的源极均接地,MOSFET管Q106的漏极与对应的第三方灯负接口连接。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的加改装车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:所述智能灯光控制机构设置有蓝牙接收模块、主控模块和多个光源接口;
    蓝牙接收模块包括多个子蓝牙接收模块,主控模块包括多个子主控模块,每个光源接口分别对应设置有一个子蓝牙接收模块和一个子主控模块;每个光源接口设置的子蓝牙接收模块接收终端控制设备的控制信号,并输送至子主控模块,子主控模块控制对应的光源接口,控制连接于光源接口的车灯的灯光状况;
    每套对应的子蓝牙接收模块、子主控模块和对应的光源接口设置于对应的灯体外或者设置于对应的灯体内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车用智能灯光控制系统,其特征在于:所述终端控制设备与所述智能灯光控制机构以2.4G技术或者以433红外遥控技术进行信号传输。
