Description

Elevator equipment
The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus.
Generally, many elevator devices called traction systems are widely used. In this traction method, a car and a counterweight are suspended by a traction rope, and the car and the counterweight are moved up and down in the reverse direction by hoisting the traction rope with a hoisting machine. Further, recent elevator apparatuses are mainly machine room-less type elevator apparatuses, and are characterized by the arrangement of hoisting machines, counterweights, control panels and the like in the hoistway.
As described above, in a machine room-less type elevator apparatus, a hoisting machine, a counterweight, and a car are accommodated in the hoistway, so that the upper part of the hoistway, the lower part of the car, the upper part of the counterweight, etc. Pulleys that guide the traction rope through many places are provided. And in order to arrange a car, a hoisting machine, a counterweight, etc. in a narrow hoistway, it is necessary for the traction rope in the hoistway to set the traveling direction and its angle appropriately. The travel direction and its angle are adjusted.
For this reason, the pulley around which the traction rope is wound may be attached at an angle to the structure in the hoistway (for example, a car or a counterweight). In the case of such installation conditions, conventionally, it is common to secure a required strength by fixing a holding member that supports a pulley to a structure with a plurality of bolts.
There is the following Patent Document 1 as a technique for attaching a pulley at an angle to the structure. In Patent Document 1, a mounting plate fixed by a plurality of fasteners to an upper beam provided at an upper part of a lifting body that is lifted and lowered in a hoistway, a shaft support member provided on the mounting plate, the shaft A suspension axle supported by a support member; and a suspension wheel rotatable about the suspension axle. The attachment plate is provided with a plurality of insertion holes through which the fastener is passed. An elevator suspension device is disclosed in which an inclination angle of the suspension axle with respect to the upper beam as viewed from directly above can be changed by selecting the insertion hole used for fixing a plate to the upper beam. ing.
However, in the configuration as described in Patent Document 1 described above, a tensile load (a bolt is pulled out) is one of the components of a composite load on a fastener (bolt, nut, or the like) that fastens a pulley to a structure via a mounting plate. Direction load). For this tensile load, since the frictional force between the structure and the mounting plate does not contribute to the fastening force, it is received only by the fastening force of the bolt, and there is a problem in terms of securing the strength.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator apparatus that can receive a tensile load with a configuration other than bolt fastening.
In order to achieve the above object, an elevator apparatus according to the present invention holds a pulley so as to hold a pulley, and has a pair of holding members having leg members at the ends and a pair of holding members provided at the ends of the structure. And a mounting member having a pair of grooves into which the leg members are engaged. The mounting member is formed by laminating a plurality of plate members, and each plate member is provided with a pair of notches arranged in the longitudinal direction. A pair of grooves is formed by arranging the plate members so that the notches of the plurality of plate members are continuous in the stacking direction of the plate members. The angle at which the pulley is attached to the structure can be adjusted by changing the position of the notch in the plate member.
More specific configurations of the present invention are described in the claims.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an elevator apparatus that can receive a tensile load with a configuration other than bolt fastening.
In addition, problems, configurations, and effects other than those described above will be clarified by the following description of the embodiments.

In the drawings, the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated description is omitted.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of an elevator apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, an elevator apparatus 10 according to the present invention includes a structure (a car 11 and a counterweight 20 in FIG. 1) provided in a hoistway 17 and pulleys 1 and 14 attached to the structure. , 15, a rope 16 wound around the pulleys 1, 14, 15, and a hoisting machine 12 for driving the rope 16. The elevator apparatus 10 shown in FIG. 1 is of a traction type, and a hoisting machine 12 frictionally drives a rope 16 (traction rope) wound around a sheave 13 to raise and lower a car 11 and a counterweight 20. It has the structure which raises / lowers.
In the present invention, the “structure” means a structure provided in the hoistway 17 to which a pulley is attached. In FIG. 1, the car 11 and the counterweight 20 are listed as “structures”, but in addition, a pulley may be provided on the top of the hoistway 17, so that the structure is a ceiling of the hoistway 17 or the like. Is also included. As described above, the “structure” in the present invention is not limited to the car 11 and the counterweight 20 but includes anything to which the pulley 1 is attached.
Hereinafter, the structure and the mounting structure of the pulley will be described by taking the pulley 1 and the counterweight 20 of FIG. 1 as an example. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion X in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the pulley 1 has a pair of holding members 7 (7 a and 7 b) provided so as to sandwich the pulley 1. The holding member 7 is fixed to the shaft center 9 of the pulley 1 to hold the pulley 1 without hindering the rotation of the pulley 1. Note that the rope 16 shown in FIG. 1 is wound around the pulley 1, but the illustration of the rope 16 is omitted in FIG.
The counterweight 20 has a counterweight frame 2 (2a, 2b), and has an attachment member 8 at the end. The attachment member 8 is formed by laminating a plurality of plate members 4 and has grooves 5 (5a, 5b). A method of fixing the plate member 4 to the counterweight frame 2 (2a, 2b) will be described later. Since the end portion of the holding member 7 is engaged with the groove 5, the pulley 1 is attached to the structure (the counterweight 20). In FIG. 1, the end of the holding member 7a is engaged with the groove 5a, and the end of the holding member 7b is engaged with the groove 5b.
FIG. 3 is a top view of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the attachment member 8 is configured by laminating a plurality of plate members 4. The plurality of plate members 4 each have a pair of notches 3 a and 3 b arranged in the longitudinal direction, and the plate members 4 are arranged so that the notches 3 a and 3 b are continuous in the stacking direction of the plate members 4. Thus, the pair of grooves 5a and 5b described above are configured. According to such a structure, it is possible to attach a pulley to a structure without using a fastening member. Furthermore, by shifting the positions of the notches 3a and 3b little by little between the adjacent plate members 4 (by adjusting the displacement dimension), the angle at which the pulley 1 is attached to the structure can be freely adjusted according to the specifications of the elevator. It becomes possible to adjust.
In the machine room-less elevator device, the counterweight 20 and the like are arranged in the narrow hoistway 17 so that the structures provided in the hoistway 17 and the drawn ropes do not interfere with each other. In addition, the pulley 1 around which the rope 16 is wound is required to be attached to the structure at a predetermined angle. According to the present invention, the angle of the rope 16 can be appropriately adjusted by the above-described configuration.
As shown in FIG. 2, a bolt through hole 18 is provided at the end of the counterweight frame 2 (2a, 2b), and a bolt through hole ( (Not shown) is provided. The plate member 4 can be fixed to the counterweight frame 2 (2a, 2b) by fastening the counterweight frame 2 (2a, 2b) and the bolt through hole of the plate member 4 with bolts.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram for enlarging the pulley and holding member in FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram for enlarging the plate member in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, leg members 6 (6 a, 6 b) are provided at the end of the holding member 7 (the end on the side mated with the groove 5). In the mode shown in FIG. 4, the holding member 7 a (7 b) forms an inverted T shape when viewed from the side surface of the holding member 7 (the surface on which the rope of the pulley 1 is wound). As shown in FIG. 5, the plate member 4 is provided with a pair of notches 3 (3a, 3b) arranged in the longitudinal direction. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the notches 3 (3a, 3b) have an inverted T shape. By making the dimension of the T-shape of the holding member 7 smaller than the inverted T-shape of the notch 3, the holding member 7 has a margin in the longitudinal direction of the plate member 4 (a space that moves to the left and right) The holding member 7 and the plate member 4 (attachment member 8) can be joined together.
Next, the procedure for attaching the pulley 1 to the counterweight 20 will be described. The counterweight frames 2a and 2b have a U-shaped cross section. A plate member 4 is laminated and disposed on the upper ends of the counterweight frames 2a and 2b so as to be sandwiched between the counterweight frames 2a and 2b. By laminating the plurality of plate members 4 in this way, the notches 3a and 3b formed in each of the plate members 4 are continuously arranged in the lamination direction to form the grooves 5 (5a and 5b). Next, the holding member 7 holding the pulley 1 is engaged with the groove 5 while sliding in an oblique direction with respect to the counterweight 20. That is, the leg member 6 a is fitted into the groove 5 a and the leg member 6 b is fitted into the groove 5 b, and the pulley 1 is attached to the counterweight 20.
When the counterweight 20 is actually suspended by the rope 16 via the pulley 1 and the elevator apparatus is operated, a composite load is applied from multiple directions, but the vertical load (tensile load) is maintained in an inverted T shape. The horizontal surface of the leg member 6 included in the member 7 is received by contacting the horizontal surface of the inverted T-shaped groove 5. Further, the load in the horizontal direction is received when the vertical surface of the leg member 6 included in the inverted T-shaped holding member 7 comes into contact with the vertical surface of the inverted T-shaped groove 5. Therefore, the structure of the holding member 7 and the attachment member 8 as described above can realize a robust structure in which both are firmly attached while being relatively simple and excellent in workability. When a pulley is attached to a structure with a fastener, a relatively large composite load is applied to the fastener from multiple directions. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of bolt fastening points in order to ensure the required strength. For this reason, there existed a subject that the number of parts for bolt fastening increased, many bending processes were required for the fixture, and the structure became complicated. In the present invention, since the pulley is attached to the structure without using bolt fastening as described above, the problem that the number of parts for bolt fastening increases in the first place does not occur.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing another form of the pulley and the holding member, and FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing another form of the plate member. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the holding member 7a (7b) forms an L shape when viewed from the side of the holding member. Moreover, in the aspect shown in FIG. 7, notch 3 '(3a', 3b ') has L shape. Even if the leg member 6 and the notch 3 ′ of the holding member 7 have such a shape, the effect of the present invention can be obtained. At this time, by making the L-shaped dimension of the holding member 7 smaller than the L-shaped dimension of the notch 3, the holding member 7 has a margin in the longitudinal direction of the plate member 4 (moves left and right). Holding member 7 and plate member 4 (attachment member 8) can be combined.
Other than the above-described configuration, the notch may have an inverted T shape and the holding member may form an L shape.
As described above, according to the present invention, it has been shown that an elevator apparatus capable of receiving a tensile load with a configuration other than bolt fastening can be provided.
