Description

一种带超差报警装置的数显量具
本申请要求于2017年2月7日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720112336.6、发明名称为“一种带超差报警装置的数显量具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及数显技术领域,特别涉及一种带超差报警装置的数显量具。
背景技术
随着现代科技的高速发展,各个科技领域对各自对应的产品需求量也在不断地提高,因此,提高各自领域产品检测的效率,也越来越受到关注。
在此过程,需要用到各个科技领域检测产品时对应的专业数显量具,数显量具是电子显示的量具,可以对产品的尺寸、大小、高度或者重量等参数进行检测。
目前,工作人员在对产品参数进行检测时,首先需要检测出每个产品的现有参数,然后需要逐一核对每个产品参数的检测结果与检测标准之间的差异,以便筛选出产品当中的参数缺陷品;这种传统的作业方式需要检测完之后再去将检测结果和检测标准进行比较,无形中加大了工作人员的工作量,严重影响了在线检测、批量检测等生产模式的工作效率。
因此,如何提高产品的检测效率,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种带超差报警装置的数显量具,能够提高产品的检测效率,即时提醒检测结果,大幅减少工作人员核对检测结果的工作量。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种带超差报警装置的数显量具,包括数显测量器,设置于所述数显测量器内、用于计算所述数显测量器的 测量值与预设标准值差值的处理器,以及与所述处理器信号连接、用于根据所述处理器计算结果进行报警提示的超差报警装置。
优选地,所述超差报警装置为利用光进行报警提示的光源提示件。
优选地,所述光源提示件具体为LED灯。
优选地,所述超差报警装置为利用声音进行报警提示的声源提示件。
优选地,所述声源提示件具体为蜂鸣器。
优选地,所述超差报警装置为光源件和声源件组合的提示件。
优选地,所述超差报警装置设置于所述数显测量器内,且所述超差报警装置集成于所述数显测量器的电路板上。。
优选地,所述数显量具还设置有用于夹持待测件的量具器件。
优选地,所述量具器件具体为数显卡尺。
本申请所提供的数显量具,主要包括数显测量器、处理器和超差报警装置。其中,数显测量器主要用于采集测量的实际尺寸数值,并将该数值显示。处理器与数显测量器信号相连,主要用于将数显测量器采集的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算。超差报警装置与处理器信号相连,主要用于根据处理器的超差计算结果进行报警提示。在实际进行超差测量检测过程中,待测件平稳放置,使用数显测量器对待测件进行实际尺寸测量,测量得到的数值经由处理器,处理器根据预设算法将测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算,当计算结果满足报警提示要求时,处理器控制超差报警装置进行报警提示。相比现有技术中需要工作人员测量完数据后,再去将检测结果和检测标准进行比较,本申请所提供的数显量具利用数显测量器、处理器和超差报警装置,工作人员只需测量待测件的实际尺寸数值,通过观察超差报警装置,即可得知该待测件的实际尺寸数值是否符合标准,整个产品检测过程简单,如此,提高了产品的检测效率,通过即时提醒检测结果,大幅减少工作人员核对检测结果的工作量。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本申请所提供的一种具体实施方式的整体结构示意图。
在本申请所提供的一种具体实施方式中,数显量具主要包括数显测量器1、处理器和超差报警装置2。
其中,数显测量器1主要用于采集测量的实际尺寸数值,并将该数值显示。处理器与数显测量器1信号相连,主要用于将数显测量器1采集的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算。超差报警装置2与处理器信号相连,主要用于根据处理器的超差计算结果进行报警提示。
具体的,在实际进行超差测量检测过程中,待测件平稳放置,使用数显测量器1对待测件进行实际尺寸测量,测量得到的数值经由处理器,处理器根据预设算法将测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算,当计算结果满足报警提示要求时,处理器控制超差报警装置2进行报警提示。
为了方便测试人员观察报警提示,为此,在关于超差报警装置2的一种优选实施例中,可以将超差报警装置2设计为光源提示件,例如LED灯,当然光源提示件也可以为其他发光件。当测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算后超过标准值时,LED灯进行闪烁,以提示测试人员该待测件的实际尺寸不符合标准。反之,当测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算后满足标准值时,LED灯不闪烁,以提示测试人员该待测件的实际尺寸符合标准。当然,也 可以在该待测件的实际尺寸不符合标准时,LED灯红色常亮,反之,在该待测件的实际尺寸符合标准时,LED灯绿色常亮。
基于此,可以将超差报警装置2设计为声源提示件,例如蜂鸣器,当然声源提示件也可以为其他发声件。当测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算后超过标准值时,蜂鸣器发声以提示测试人员该待测件的实际尺寸不符合标准。反之,当测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算后满足标准值时,蜂鸣器不发声,进而提示测试人员该待测件的实际尺寸符合标准。
如此,还可以将将超差报警装置2设计光源件和声源件组合的提示件,例如LED灯和蜂鸣器组合。具体的,当测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算后超过标准值时,LED灯进行闪烁并伴随蜂鸣器发声,以提示测试人员该待测件的实际尺寸不符合标准。反之,当测量的实际尺寸数值进行超差计算后满足标准值时,LED灯不闪烁,且蜂鸣器不发声,进而提示测试人员该待测件的实际尺寸符合标准。
通常处理器与数显测量器为整体结构,为了提高整体结构利用率,可以将超差报警装置2设置于数显测量器1内部,且将超差报警装置2集成在数显测量器1的电路板上,如此,该数显量具的整体结构更为简单,方便测试人员进行手持测量检测。当然,也可以将超差报警装置2通过数据线与处理器相连,而处理器设置于数显测量器1内部,即超差报警装置2通过数据线与数显测量器1相连,并进行信号传递。
当然,还可以远程监测测量结果,此时,可以将超差报警装置2通过无线信号与数显测量器1进行信号传递。
该数显量具的量具器件可以为数显卡尺、数显高度规、数显水平仪、数显指示表、数显千分尺、数显角度尺、数显标尺或数据采集器等测量器具。

  1. 一种带超差报警装置的数显量具,其特征在于,包括数显测量器(1),设置于所述数显测量器(1)内、用于计算所述数显测量器(1)的测量值与预设标准值差值的处理器,以及与所述处理器信号连接、用于根据所述处理器计算结果进行报警提示的超差报警装置(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述超差报警装置(2)为利用光进行报警提示的光源提示件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述光源提示件具体为LED灯。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述超差报警装置(2)为利用声音进行报警提示的声源提示件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述声源提示件具体为蜂鸣器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述超差报警装置(2)为光源件和声源件组合的提示件。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述超差报警装置(2)设置于所述数显测量器(1)内,且所述超差报警装置(2)集成于所述数显测量器(1)的电路板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述数显测量器(1)还设置有用于夹持待测件的量具器件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的数显量具,其特征在于,所述量具器件具体为数显卡尺。
