또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 측면에 따르면, 서버 또는 특정프로그램에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통하여 동영상을 포함하는 영상 내에 촬영 장치에 의해 촬영된 촬영 대상물인 판매 제품의 판매 정보를 등록하는 단계; 상기 서버 및 상기 특정프로그램에 접속된 사용자 단말 또는 이미지 매칭 기술을 이용해 상기 판매 제품에 마커를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 마커가 생성된 영상 및 웹페이지를 배포하는 단계를 포함하고, 구매자가 상기 마커를 클릭 시 상기 판매 제품에 대한 판매 정보가 나타나 는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법이 제공될 수 있다.
상기 마커를 클릭 시 영상 내에 판매 정보가 바로 표시되어 상기 판매 제품을 바로 구매할 수 있다.
상기 영상 내에 복수의 상기 판매 제품이 있는 경우 각각의 상기 판매 제품 마다 상기 마커가 마련될 수 있다.
상기 마커는 인터페이스 조작에 따른 온/오프, 마우스 오버 및 일시 정지 중에서 선택된 작동 이벤트에 의해 숨기거나 보이게 처리될 수 있다.
상기 영상의 외부의 별도의 레이 아웃에서 상기 영상의 현재 시각에 등장하고 있는 인물들 리스트, 브랜드 리스트 및 판매 제품별 리스트 중 적어도 하나가 나타날 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예들은, 제3자를 촬영 대상물의 판매에 유도하여 마케팅에 활용함과 아울러 판매를 향상시킬 수 있고, 촬영 대상물을 회전시키는 촬영 장치로 인해 촬영 대상물을 편리하게 촬영할 수 있고, 촬영 장치의 지지판이 회전판으로부터 분리 가능하게 결합 되어 촬영 대상물이 고정대는 브래킷을 다양하게 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 회전 촬영 장치로 촬영한 촬영 대상물을 판매 지원자의 마케팅 활동으로 판매함과 아울러 판매 지원자의 지원을 받을 수 있고, 촬영 대상물이 광고되는 광고 페이지에서 바로 결제되어 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
나아가, 구매자가 판매 제품에 생성된 마커를 클릭 시 판매 제품에 대한 판매 정보가 나타나 바로 구매할 수 있으므로 유사 제품으로 인한 피해를 방지할 수 있고 소비자가 해당 제품을 검색할 필요 없이 바로 구매할 수 있어 판매율을 증가시킬 수 있다.

촬영 대상물을 촬영하는 단계는, 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 촬영 장치(1)를 이용할 수 있다. 본 실시 예는 이 촬영 장치(1)를 이용하여 촬영 대상물을 360°로 회전시킬 수 있고, 촬영 대상물이 장착되는 브래킷을 다양하게 선택할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에 채용되는 촬영 장치(1)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체(100)와, 본체(100)에 회전 가능하게 결합 되는 회전판(200)과, 본체(100)에 마련되어 회전판(200)을 회전시키는 회전판 구동부(300)와, 회전판(200)에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되며 촬영 대상물이 상면부에 지지 되는 지지판(400)을 포함한다.
본체(100)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)와, 베이스 바디(110)의 중앙부에 마련되는 중앙 포스트(120)와, 베이스 바디(110)의 가장자리에 마련되는 복수의 지지 포스트(130)와, 복수의 지지 포스트(130)에 마련되는 수용 박스(140)와, 수용 박스(140)의 내부에 수용되어 회전 바디(210)의 내측 천정부에 구름 접촉되는 구체(150)를 포함한다.
본체(100)의 베이스 바디(110)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 내부가 비어 있고 평면도상 원형 형상을 가질 수 있다.
본체(100)의 중앙 포스트(120)는, 베이스 바디(110)의 중앙부에 마련되며 여기에는 회전판(200)이 회전 가능하게 결합 될 수 있다.
본체(100)의 지지 포스트(130)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부 바닥부 가장자리에 4개가 이격 되게 마련될 수 있다.
본체(100)의 수용 박스(140)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지 포스트(130)의 상단부에 마련되어 구 형상의 구체(150)가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 잡아주는 역할을 한다.
본체(100)의 구체(150)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 수용 박스(140)의 내부에 수용되며 회전 바디(210)의 내측 천정부와 구름 접촉되어 회전 바디(210)를 쉽게 회전시키는 역할을 한다.
본 실시 예에서 구체(150)는 원형 형상을 가질 수 있다.
회전판(200)은, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 마련되는 회전판 구동부(300)와 연결되어 본체(100)에 360° 회전 가능하게 마련될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 회전판(200)은, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 회전 바디(210)와, 회전 바디(210)의 내측 천정부에 마련되며 중앙 포스트(120)에 연결되는 회전 지지 포스트(220)와, 회전 바디(210)에 마련되며 회전판 구동부(300)의 구동 기어(330)와 기어 맞물림 되는 피동 기어(230)를 포함한다.
회전판(200)의 회전 바디(210)에는, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수의 결합홈(211)이 이격 마련되고, 이 복수의 결합홈(211)에는 지지판(400)의 저면부에 마련된 결합 돌기가 삽입 결합 될 수 있다.
회전판(200)의 회전 지지 포스트(220)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 회전 바디(210)의 중앙부에 마련되며 본체(100)의 중앙 포스트(120)에 연결되어 회전 바디(210)가 회전 가능하도록 지지한다.
본 실시 예에서 회전 지지 포스트(220)의 하측부에는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 함몰된 홈과 이 함몰된 홈에 배치되는 돌출 로드가 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 회전 지지 포스트(220)의 하단부에는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 톱니 형상의 요철부(221)가 마련될 수 있다.
회전판(200)의 피동 기어(230)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 회전 지지 포스트(220)와 회전 바디(210)의 최외각 가장자리의 사이에 연속적으로 마련되며 회전판 구동부(300)의 구동 기어(330)와 기어 맞물림 될 수 있다. 그 결과 구동 기어(330)가 회전되면 구동 기어(330)와 피동 기어(230)의 기어 맞물림으로 회전판(200)은 360°로 회전될 수 있다.
회전판 구동부(300)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 배치되며 회전판(200)과 연결되어 회전판(200)을 360°및 정역 방향으로 회전시키는 역할을 한다.
한편 본 실시 예는 지지판(400)을 분리한 후 회전 바디(210)에 촬영 대상물이 장착된 브래킷을 결합시켜 사용할 수도 있다. 이때 브래킷은 회전 바디(210)의 중앙부에 마련된 홈에 끼워 맞춰 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 회전판 구동부(300)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 바닥부에 결합 되는 구동부 브래킷(310)과, 구동부 브래킷(310)에 결합 되며 전기로 작동되는 구동 모터(320)와, 구동 모터(320)에 마련된 기어와 연결되어 회전되며 피동 기어(230)와 기어 맞물림 되는 구동 기어(330)를 포함한다.
회전판 구동부(300)의 구동 기어(330)는 브래킷에 마련된 베어링에 회전 가능하도록 지지 될 수 있고, 구동 기어(330)의 하측부에는 미 도시되었지만 구동 모터(320)의 기어와 기어 맞물림 되는 하측 기어가 마련될 수 있다.
지지판(400)은, 도 4에 도시된 회전판(200)의 상측부에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되어 촬영 대상물을 지지하며, 회전판(200)과 같이 360°로 회전될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 지지판(400)에는 결합 돌기가 마련되고, 이 결합 돌기가 도 4에 도시된 회전 바디(210)의 상면부에 마련된 결합홈(211)에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다. 이외에 지지판(400)은 공지된 결합 수단 예를 들어 나사 결합 등에 의해 회전 바디(210)에 탈착 가능하게 결합 될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 지지판(400)의 중앙부에는 홀이나 홈이 마련되며, 이 홀이나 홈에는 브래킷이 끼워 맞춤 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브래킷에는 전신 마네킹, 상하반신 마네킹, 모자, 시계, 악세사리 등의 촬영 대상물이 고정될 수 있다.
제어판(500)은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 마련되며, 본 실시 예에서 제어판(500)은 리모컨이나 스마트폰 등으로부터 무선으로 원격 신호를 수신하여 구동 모터(320)를 구동시킬 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 촬영 장치(1)는 전술한 본체(100), 회전판(200), 회전판 구동부(300), 지지판(400), 제어부(500) 외에 DSLR이나 스마트폰과 같은 촬영부를 더 포함할 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 촬영부는 3D 스캐너를 포함할 수 있다. 즉 3D 스캐너로 촬영 대상물을 스캔한 후 3D 모델링으로 변환되어 웹 사이트에 올려질 수도 있다.
본 실시 예에서 촬영부에서 촬영된 이미지는 객체 모델링으로 생성되고, 생성된 객체 모델링은 서버를 통해 웹 사이트에 등록될 수 있다. 이때 객체 모델링은 VR(Virtual Reality)로 변환되어 웹 사이트에 등록될 수 있고, VR로 변환된 객체 모델링에는 광고가 삽입될 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링은 AR(Augmented Reality)로 변환될 수도 있다.
본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링을 VR로 변환하거나 VR로 변환된 객체 모델링에 광고를 삽입하는 것은 공지된 기술 수단이 그대로 적용될 수 있다. 또한 객체 모델링을 3차원 객체로 모델링 하는 것은 본 출원인에 의해 출원되어 등록된 등록특허 제10-1562658호에 개시된 기술이 그대로 적용될 수 있다.
제작자는 객체 모델링을 생성 후에 웹 사이트에 등록하는 경우, 도 6의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 판매를 등록하는 경우와 등록하지 않는 경우를 선택할 수 있다.
판매를 등록하기 위해 도 6의 (b)에 도시된 스핀이미지 생성후 판매등록 메뉴를 클릭하면 도 7에 도시된 메뉴로 이동한다.
제작자는 상품명, 판매가격, 판매수량, 내용, 판매 도움신청, 판매 지원금을 입력한 후 등록 메뉴를 선택하거나 등록안함 메뉴를 선택할 수 있다.
제작자가 등록 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 도 8에 도시된 메뉴로 이동되고 등록안함 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 촬영 페이지로 넘어갈 수 있다.
제작자가 계속해서 도 8에 도시된 예 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 도 9에 도시된 문자 전송 메뉴로 넘어갈 수 있다.
한편 제작자가 도 6의 (b)에 도시된 판매등록x 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 도 8에 도시된 메뉴로 넘어갈 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 판매는 본사의 사이트에서 실제 판매가 이루어지는 경우(안전 거래 방식)와 제작자의 사이트에서 실제 판매(직접 거래 방식)가 이루어질 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 본사는 제작자의 사이트를 제외한 인터넷 판매 사이트를 포함한다.
먼저 본사의 사이트에서 실제 판매가 이루어지는 경우 제작자가 제품 등록 시 판매 지원 신청을 하여 등록을 하게 되면 본사에 제작자의 제품 정보와 판매 정보가 입력된다.
이때 제작자는 도 7에 도시된 판매 지원금을 입력하고, 입력된 판매 지원금은 판매 지원자의 지원에 의해 판매되는 경우 판매 지원자에게 지급된다.
판매 지원자는 본사의 사이트에서 판매 지원된 제품들을 확인하여 본인이 홍보하여 주고 싶은 제품을 선택하여 본인의 sns나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고를 한다. 이 광고를 통하여 촬영 대상물을 접한 소비자들이 구매할 경우 실제 등록된 본사나 제작자의 쇼핑물에서 구매가 일어난다.
실제 촬영 대상물이 판매가 되어 판매 수익이 발생 되면 본사는 판매 수수료를 제외하고 실제 구매로 이어준 판매 지원자에게 판매 지원금을 지급하고 남은 금액을 제작자에게 지급한다.
마지막으로 제작자의 사이트에서 실제 판매가 이루어지는 경우 제작자가 제품 등록시 판매 지원 신청을 하여 등록을 하게 되면 본사에 제작자의 제품 정보가 입력되며 제작자의 사이트에 판매 정보가 입력된다.
판매 지원자는 본사의 사이트에서 판매 지원되는 촬영 대상물을 확인한 후 본인이 홍보하여 주고 싶은 제품을 선택하여 본인의 sns나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고를 한다. 이 광고를 통하여 촬영 대상물인 제품을 접한 소비자들이 구매할 경우 제작자의 쇼핑몰에서 구매가 일어난다.
실제 제품이 판매가 되어 판매 수익이 발생되면 제작자는 판매 지원자에게 판매 지원금을 지급한다. 판매 지원자의 도움없이 제작자의 사이트에서 직접 판매가 이루어지면 모든 수익은 제작자가 가져간다.
본 실시 예에서 제작자가 제작한 입체 사진에는 본사에서 채택한 광고가 삽입 될 수 있고, 이 광고 수익은 제작자와 분배할 수 있다. 또한 제작자는 자신이 원하는 광고를 선택할 수 있다.

본 실시 예에서 회전 촬영 장치(1)는 촬영 대상물을 여러 각도에서 촬영할 수 있고, DSLR 또는 스마트폰과 연동 되어 작동될 수 있다. 본 실시 예의 회전 촬영 장치(1)는 촬영 대상물을 소지한 판매자 또는 판매자의 대리인(포토그래퍼) 등이 사용할 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 회전 촬영 장치(1)는 DSRL 또는 스마트폰을 포함할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링을 3차원 객체로 모델링 하는 것은 본 출원인에 의해 출원되어 등록된 등록특허 제10-1562658호에 개시된 기술이 그대로 적용될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 렌더링은 회사 서버 외에 기존에 설정된 타 서버에서도 가능하다.
본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링은 VR(Virtual Reality)로 변환되어 회사 서버를 통해 웹 사이트 즉 회사 사이트나 판매자 사이트에 등록될 수 있고, VR의 생성시 판매 지원자에게 제공될 별도의 링크가 생성될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 별도의 링크를 생성하는 기술은 공지된 기술이 그대로 적용될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 회전 촬영 장치(1)에서 촬영된 이미지는 회사 서버로 전송될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 이미지 편집은 이미지 전송 전 모바일 기기나 PC에서 이루어질 수도 있고, 회사 서버로 전송된 후 회사 서버에서 편집이 이루어질 수도 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 편집 기능은 생략될 수도 있다. 그리고 본 실시 예에서 편집 기능은, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 명도, 대비, 잘라내기(crop), 회전 등의 기능을 가질 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 VR로 변환된 객체 모델링에는 광고가 삽입될 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링은 AR(Augmented Reality)로 변환될 수도 있다.
본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링을 VR로 변환하거나 VR로 변환된 객체 모델링에 광고를 삽입하는 것은 공지된 기술 수단이 그대로 적용될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 판매자는 객체 모델링을 생성한 후에 회사 서버를 통해 회사 사이트나 판매자 사이트에 판매 등록을 할 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 판매 등록은 회사의 웹사이트와 판매자의 웹사이트와 기타 오픈 마켓과 타 사이트에 동시에 또는 선택적으로 등록할 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 판매 등록 시점은 VR 생성 전후에 관계없이 제품 판매에 대한 기본적인 정보를 제공 받아서 할 수 있다. 본 실시 예는 판매 등록 시 타인이 판매자의 물품인 촬영 대상물을 홍보하여 판매하여 줄 경우 제공할 판매 지원금을 입력할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 판매자는 판매를 등록하는 경우와 등록하지 않는 경우를 선택할 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 판매 등록 시 판매 시 필요한 기본적인 정보인 상품명, 판매가격, 판매수량, 내용 외에 도 12에 도시된 판매 지원금을 입력할 수 있다. 이 판매 지원금은 촬영 대상물의 판매를 지원하여 준 회원에게 제공될 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 VR로 변환된 객체 모델링인 스핀이미지 생성 후 판매등록 메뉴를 클릭하여 상품명, 판매가격, 판매수량, 내용, 판매 도움신청, 판매 지원금을 입력한 후 등록 메뉴를 선택하거나 등록안함 메뉴를 선택할 수 있다.
판매자가 등록 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 도 16에 도시된 메뉴로 이동되고 등록안함 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 촬영 페이지로 넘어갈 수 있다.
제작자가 계속해서 도 16에 도시된 예 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 도 17에 도시된 문자 전송 메뉴로 넘어갈 수 있다. 반면에 제작자가 판매등록안함 메뉴를 선택하는 경우 도 16에 도시된 메뉴로 넘어갈 수 있다.
한편 본 실시 예는 판매 지원자가 판매자의 물품을 홍보할 수 있고, 판매 지원자는 판매자들이 올린 물품들 중에 본인이 홍보할 아이템을 선택할 수 있다. 이 경우 판매 지원자는 홍보할 아이템을 선택하여 본인이 판매 지원자로 지정된 별도의 링크(도 13 참조)를 제공 받을 수 있다. 이 기능은 회사 사이트 또는 별도의 판매자 사이트에서도 가능하다.
이 경우 판매 지원자는 생성된 별도의 링크를 이용하여 게시판이나 SNS, 블로그, 자신의 홈페이지 등 다양한 수단을 이용하여 제품을 노출시킴으로써 구매를 유도할 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 구매자가 있는 경우 링크를 통해 이동할 필요없이 도 15에 도시된 해당 광고 페이지에서 바로 결제를 할 수 있다. 본 실시 예는 해당 VR의 내에 결제 기능이 생성될 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예는 QR 코드를 이용하여 결제 페이지로 이동될 수도 있고, SMS(단문 문자 서비스, Short Message Service)로 결제 링크가 전송될 수도 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 판매는 회사 사이트에서 실제 판매(안전 거래 방식)가 이루어질 수도 있고, 판매자 사이트에서 실제 판매(직접 거래 방식)가 이루어질 수도 있다.
먼저 회사 사이트에서 실제 판매가 이루어지는 경우 판매자가 제품 등록 시 판매 지원 신청을 하여 등록을 하게 되면 회사에 판매자의 제품 정보와 판매 정보가 입력된다.
이때 판매자는 도 12에 도시된 판매 지원금을 입력하고, 입력된 판매 지원금은 판매 지원자의 지원에 의해 판매되는 경우 판매 지원자에게 지급된다.
판매 지원자는 회사 사이트에서 판매 지원된 제품들을 확인하여 본인이 홍보하여 주고 싶은 제품을 선택하여 본인의 SNS나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고를 한다. 이 광고를 통하여 촬영 대상물을 접한 소비자들이 구매할 경우 실제 등록된 회사 사이트나 판매자 사이트의 쇼핑물에서 구매가 일어난다.
실제 촬영 대상물이 판매가 되어 판매 수익이 발생 되면 회사는 판매 수수료를 제외하고 실제 구매로 이어준 판매 지원자에게 판매 지원금을 지급하고 남은 금액을 판매자에게 지급한다.
마지막으로 판매자 사이트에서 실제 판매가 이루어지는 경우 판매자가 제품 등록시 판매 지원 신청을 하여 등록을 하게 되면 회사 서버에 판매자의 제품 정보가 입력되며 판매자 사이트에 판매 정보가 입력된다.
판매 지원자는 회사 사이트에서 판매 지원되는 촬영 대상물을 확인한 후 본인이 홍보하여 주고 싶은 제품을 선택하여 본인의 sns나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고를 한다. 이 광고를 통하여 촬영 대상물인 제품을 접한 소비자들이 구매할 경우 판매자 사이트의 쇼핑몰에서 구매가 일어난다.
실제 제품이 판매가 되어 판매 수익이 발생 되면 판매자는 판매 지원자에게 판매 지원금을 지급한다. 판매 지원자의 도움없이 판매자 사이트에서 직접 판매가 이루어지면 모든 수익은 판매자가 가져간다.
본 실시 예에서 판매자가 제작한 입체 사진에는 회사에서 채택한 광고가 삽입될 수 있고, 이 광고 수익은 판매자와 분배될 수 있다. 또한 판매자는 자신이 원하는 광고를 선택할 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예는 판매 지원자가 홍보하는 사이트에서 구매가 일어난 후 판매 완료 시 수익금이 판매자의 계좌로 입금된 후 판매자가 직접 판매 지원자에게 정산을 할 수도 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 회사는 해당 서비스에 대한 수수료를 받을 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 촬영 대상물을 촬영하는 단계는, 도 12 내지 도 20에 도시된 회전 촬영 장치(1)를 이용할 수 있다. 본 실시 예는 이 회전 촬영 장치(1)를 이용하여 촬영 대상물을 360°로 회전시킬 수 있고, 촬영 대상물이 장착되는 브래킷을 다양하게 선택할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에 채용되는 회전 촬영 장치(1)는, 도 19에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체(100)와, 본체(100)에 회전 가능하게 결합 되는 회전판(200)과, 본체(100)에 마련되어 회전판(200)을 회전시키는 회전판 구동부(300)와, 회전판(200)에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되며 촬영 대상물이 상면부에 지지 되는 지지판(400)을 포함한다.

회전판 구동부(300)는, 도 19에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 배치되며 회전판(200)과 연결되어 회전판(200)을 360°및 정역 방향으로 회전시키는 역할을 한다.
한편 본 실시 예는 지지판(400)을 분리한 후 회전 바디(210)에 촬영 대상물이 장착된 브래킷을 결합시켜 사용할 수도 있다. 이때 브래킷은 회전 바디(210)의 중앙부에 마련된 홈에 끼워 맞춰 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 회전판 구동부(300)는, 도 19에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 바닥부에 결합 되는 구동부 브래킷(310)과, 구동부 브래킷(310)에 결합 되며 전기로 작동되는 구동 모터(320)와, 구동 모터(320)에 마련된 기어와 연결되어 회전되며 피동 기어(230)와 기어 맞물림 되는 구동 기어(330)를 포함한다.
회전판 구동부(300)의 구동 기어(330)는 브래킷에 마련된 베어링에 회전 가능하도록 지지 될 수 있고, 구동 기어(330)의 하측부에는 미 도시되었지만 구동 모터(320)의 기어와 기어 맞물림 되는 하측 기어가 마련될 수 있다.
지지판(400)은, 도 19에 도시된 회전판(200)의 상측부에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되어 촬영 대상물을 지지하며, 회전판(200)과 같이 360°로 회전될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 지지판(400)에는 결합 돌기가 마련되고, 이 결합 돌기가 도 19에 도시된 회전 바디(210)의 상면부에 마련된 결합홈(211)에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다. 이외에 지지판(400)은 공지된 결합 수단 예를 들어 나사 결합 등에 의해 회전 바디(210)에 탈착 가능하게 결합 될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 지지판(400)의 중앙부에는 홀이나 홈이 마련되며, 이 홀이나 홈에는 브래킷이 끼워 맞춤 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브래킷에는 전신 마네킹, 상하반신 마네킹, 모자, 시계, 악세사리 등의 촬영 대상물이 고정될 수 있다.
제어판(500)은, 도 19에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 마련되며, 본 실시 예에서 제어판(500)은 리모컨이나 스마트폰 등으로부터 무선으로 원격 신호를 수신하여 구동 모터(320)를 구동시킬 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 회전 촬영 장치(1)는 전술한 본체(100), 회전판(200), 회전판 구동부(300), 지지판(400), 제어부(500) 외에 DSLR이나 스마트폰과 같은 촬영부를 더 포함할 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 촬영부는 3D 스캐너를 포함할 수 있다. 즉 3D 스캐너로 촬영 대상물을 스캔한 후 3D 모델링으로 변환되어 웹 사이트에 올려질 수도 있다.
도 21은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 영상 내에서의 판매 방법을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이고, 도 22는 본 실시 예의 주요부를 도시한 도면이고, 도 23은 도 22에 도시된 마커를 클릭 시 구매자가 판매 제품을 바로 구매할 수 있도록 나타나는 구매 화면을 도시한 도면이다.
이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 영상 내에서의 판매 방법은, 서버 또는 특정프로그램에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통하여 동영상을 포함하는 영상(10) 내에 촬영 장치(1)에 의해 촬영된 촬영 대상물인 판매 제품의 판매 정보를 등록하는 단계와, 서버 및 특정프로그램에 접속된 사용자 단말 또는 이미지 매칭 기술을 이용해 판매 제품에 마커(20)를 생성하는 단계와, 마커(20)가 생성된 영상 및 웹페이지를 배포하는 단계를 포함하고, 구매자가 마커를 클릭 시 판매 제품에 대한 판매 정보가 나타나는 것을 특징으로 한다.
판매 제품의 판매 정보를 등록하는 단계는, 영상(10) 내에 나타나는 연기자나 모델을 등록하는 단계와, 영상(10) 내에 나타나는 연기자나 모델 등이 착용 또는 사용하는 판매 제품의 브랜드를 등록하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 실시 예는 영상(10) 내에 연기자나 모델 등이 착용 또는 사용하는 판매 제품의 등록 시 판매 제품인 촬영 대상물은 촬영 장치로 촬영된 후 객체 모델링으로 생성될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 객체 모델링을 3차원 객체로 모델링 하는 것은 본 출원인에 의해 출원되어 등록된 등록특허 제10-1562658호에 개시된 기술이 그대로 적용될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 렌더링은 회사 서버 외에 기존에 설정된 타 서버에서도 가능하다.
본 실시 예는 판매 제품이 입체적으로 보일 수 있도록 만드는 방법이 다양하여 촬영 장치(1)와 관계 없이 제품 이미지만을 입체적으로 올릴 수도 있다. 이는 본 실시 예가 오프 라인에서도 사용될 수 있는 것을 고려한 것이다.
서버에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통해 판매 제품에 마커(20)를 생성하는 단계는, 영상(10) 내에 등장하는 판매가 가능한 모든 판매 제품마다 각각의 마커(20)가 생성될 수 있다.
또한 영상(10) 내의 해당 마커(20)를 클릭 시 판매 제품에 대한 판매 정보가 나타날 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 판매 제품의 판매 정보는 판매 시 필요한 기본적인 정보인 상품명, 판매가격, 판매수량, 내용 외에 정산 비율을 입력할 수 있다. 이 정산 비율 등은 관리자, 영상 제작자 및 유통사, 등장 인물, 제품을 판매하는 브랜드사, 영상 유포자 등에게 적용될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 마커(20)의 생성은 별도의 툴로 프레임별 내에 판제 제품의 위치를 세팅하는 방법과 이미지 매칭을 통한 자동화의 두 가지 방식이 적용될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 마커(20)를 생성하는 방법은 공지된 수단을 그대로 채용할 수 있다. 예를 들어 한국등록특허 제10-1414666호에 개시된 마커의 생성 방법이 적용될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 적용되는 영상(10)은 드라마, 광고 등 다양한 분야에 적용될 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 마커(20)는 고객의 조작 예를 들어 인터페이스 버튼 조작에 따른 온/오프, 마우스 오버 및 일시 정지 등 작동 이벤트에 의해 숨기거나 보이게 처리될 수 있다.
한편 본 실시 예는, 도 22에 도시된 바와 같이, 별도의 레이 아웃(30)에서 현재 시각에 등장하고 있는 인물들 리스트, 브랜드 리스트 및 판매 제품별 리스트 중 적어도 하나를 나타낼 수 있다.
이 중 인물별 리스트는 영상(10)의 각 시간대 별 등장하는 배우 리스트가 표시되어 클릭 시 해당 배우가 착용 또는 사용중인 제품 리스트를 표기할 수 있다. 또한 영상(10)의 각 시간대별 등장하는 브랜드 리스트가 표시되어 해당 브랜드의 클릭 시 해당 브랜드의 제품 리스트를 표기할 수 있다. 나아가 기타 사용자 편의에 따른 분류 등을 표기할 수도 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예는, 도 23에 도시된 바와 같이, 해당 마커(20)나 별도의 레이 아웃(30)에 나타나는 판매 제품을 클릭 시 영상(10) 내에 판매 정보가 바로 표시되어 구매자가 판매 제품을 바로 구매할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 판매금은 관리자의 설정에 따라, 도 21에 도시된 바와 같이, 방송 제작사 및 유통사, 관리자, 모델, 연기자, 브랜드 회사 등 어느 곳으로도 결제가 가능하다. 이외에 영상 유포자에게도 판매금이 정산될 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예는 영상(10) 내에 마우스를 오버 하였을 경우 구매할 수 있는 판매 제품이 표기되거나 영상(10)을 일시 정시하였을 때 판매 제품이 표기될 수 있다.
한편 본 실시 예는 영상 유포자에게 별도의 기능이 제공되어 영상을 누가 유포하는지 웹페이지 혹은 프로그램에 저장되어 게시판이나 SNS등, 블로그, 자신의 사이트 등 다양한 수단을 이용하여 영상을 노출시킴으로써 구매를 유도할 수 있고, 해당 영상에서 구매가 일어난 경우 영상 유포자에게 판매금의 일부가 정산될 수 있다.

한편 본 실시 예의 전술한 단계 즉 판매 정보의 등록, 마커를 생성하는 단계, 웹 사이트에 등록하는 단계는 서버에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통하여 이루어질 수 있다.

회전판(200)의 피동 기어(230)는, 도 26에 도시된 바와 같이, 회전 지지 포스트(220)와 회전 바디(210)의 최외각 가장자리의 사이에 연속적으로 마련되며 회전판 구동부(300)의 구동 기어(330)와 기어 맞물림 될 수 있다. 그 결과 구동 기어(330)가 회전되면 구동 기어(330)와 피동 기어(230)의 기어 맞물림으로 회전판(200)은 360°로 회전될 수 있다.
회전판 구동부(300)는, 도 25에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 배치되며 회전판(200)과 연결되어 회전판(200)을 360°및 정역 방향으로 회전시키는 역할을 한다.
한편 본 실시 예는 지지판(400)을 분리한 후 회전 바디(210)에 촬영 대상물이 장착된 브래킷을 결합시켜 사용할 수도 있다. 이때 브래킷은 회전 바디(210)의 중앙부에 마련된 홈에 끼워 맞춰 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 회전판 구동부(300)는, 도 25에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 바닥부에 결합 되는 구동부 브래킷(310)과, 구동부 브래킷(310)에 결합 되며 전기로 작동되는 구동 모터(320)와, 구동 모터(320)에 마련된 기어와 연결되어 회전되며 피동 기어(230)와 기어 맞물림 되는 구동 기어(330)를 포함한다.
회전판 구동부(300)의 구동 기어(330)는 브래킷에 마련된 베어링에 회전 가능하도록 지지 될 수 있고, 구동 기어(330)의 하측부에는 미 도시되었지만 구동 모터(320)의 기어와 기어 맞물림 되는 하측 기어가 마련될 수 있다.
지지판(400)은, 도 25에 도시된 회전판(200)의 상측부에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되어 촬영 대상물을 지지하며, 회전판(200)과 같이 360°로 회전될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 지지판(400)에는 결합 돌기가 마련되고, 이 결합 돌기가 도 25에 도시된 회전 바디(210)의 상면부에 마련된 결합홈(211)에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다. 이외에 지지판(400)은 공지된 결합 수단 예를 들어 나사 결합 등에 의해 회전 바디(210)에 탈착 가능하게 결합 될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 지지판(400)의 중앙부에는 홀이나 홈이 마련되며, 이 홀이나 홈에는 브래킷이 끼워 맞춤 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브래킷에는 전신 마네킹, 상하반신 마네킹, 모자, 시계, 악세사리 등의 촬영 대상물이 고정될 수 있다.
제어판(500)은, 도 25에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 바디(110)의 내부에 마련되며, 본 실시 예에서 제어판(500)은 리모컨이나 스마트폰 등으로부터 무선으로 원격 신호를 수신하여 구동 모터(320)를 구동시킬 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 촬영 장치(1)는 전술한 본체(100), 회전판(200), 회전판 구동부(300), 지지판(400), 제어부(500) 외에 DSLR이나 스마트폰과 같은 촬영부를 더 포함할 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 촬영부는 3D 스캐너를 포함할 수 있다. 즉 3D 스캐너로 촬영 대상물을 스캔한 후 3D 모델링으로 변환되어 웹 사이트에 올려질 수도 있다.
한편 본 실시 예는 입체적으로 보일 수 있는 방법이 다양하여 전술한 촬영 장치(1)와 관계 없이 제품 이미지만 입체적으로 올릴 수도 있다.
본 실시 예는 촬영 장치로 촬영한 촬영 대상물을 판매 지원자의 마케팅 활동으로 판매함과 아울러 판매 지원자의 지원을 받을 수 있다.

Claims (20)

  1. 서버에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통하여 촬영 장치로 촬영된 촬영 대상물의 객체 모델링을 생성하는 단계;
    상기 서버에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통해 웹 사이트에 상기 객체 모델링의 판매 정보를 등록하는 단계; 및
    상기 판매 정보의 등록 시 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 판매 지원 신청을 하는 단계를 포함하는 판매 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 판매 지원 신청된 상기 촬영 대상물이 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 판매 지원자의 sns나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고가 되어 판매되는 경우 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 판매 지원자의 사용자 단말을 통해 상기 판매 지원자에게 판매 지원금이 지급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 판매 지원금은 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 판매 지원자의 사용자 단말을 통해 입력된 금액인 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 객체 모델링은 VR(Virtual Reality), AR(Augmented Reality), 3D 모델링 중 어느 하나로 변환되어 등록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 VR로 변환된 상기 객체 모델링에는 광고가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  6. 본체;
    상기 본체에 회전 가능하게 결합 되는 회전판; 상기 본체에 마련되어 상기 회전판을 회전시키는 회전판 구동부; 및
    상기 회전판에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되며 촬영 대상물이 상면부에 지지 되는 지지판을 포함하는 촬영 장치.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 본체는,
    베이스 바디;
    상기 베이스 바디의 중앙부에 마련되며 상기 회전판과 연결되는 중앙 포스트;
    상기 베이스 바디의 가장자리에 마련되는 복수의 지지 포스트;
    상기 복수의 지지 포스트에 마련되는 수용 박스; 및
    상기 수용 박스에 수용되어 상기 회전판과 구름 접촉되는 구체를 포함하는 촬영 장치.
  8. 서버에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통하여 회전 촬영 장치로 촬영된 촬영 대상물의 객체 모델링을 생성하는 단계;
    상기 서버에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통해 웹 사이트에 상기 객체 모델링의 판매 정보를 등록하는 단계;
    상기 촬영 대상물이 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 판매 지원자의 sns나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고가 되는 단계; 및
    상기 판매 정보의 등록 시 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 판매 지원 신청을 하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 촬영 대상물이 광고되는 광고 페이지에서 상기 서버를 통해 구매자의 결제가 바로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    광고할 제품이 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 상기 구매자에 의해 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 서버를 통해 상기 판매 지원자에게 별도의 웹사이트 링크가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  11. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 판매 지원 신청된 상기 촬영 대상물이 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 판매 지원자의 SNS나 블로그, 홈페이지를 통해 광고가 되어 판매되는 경우 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 판매 지원자의 사용자 단말을 통해 상기 판매 지원자에게 판매 지원금이 지급되고,
    상기 판매 지원금은 상기 서버에 접속된 상기 판매 지원자의 사용자 단말을 통해 입력된 금액인 것을 특징으로 하는 판매 방법.
  12. 서버 또는 특정프로그램에 접속된 사용자 단말을 통하여 동영상을 포함하는 영상 내에 촬영 장치에 의해 촬영된 촬영 대상물인 판매 제품의 판매 정보를 등록하는 단계;
    상기 서버 및 상기 특정프로그램에 접속된 사용자 단말 또는 이미지 매칭 기술을 이용해 상기 판매 제품에 마커를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 마커가 생성된 영상 및 웹페이지를 배포하는 단계를 포함하고,
    구매자가 상기 마커를 클릭 시 상기 판매 제품에 대한 판매 정보가 나타나 는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  13. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 마커를 클릭 시 영상 내에 판매 정보가 바로 표시되어 상기 판매 제품을 바로 구매할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  14. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 영상 내에 복수의 상기 판매 제품이 있는 경우 각각의 상기 판매 제품 마다 상기 마커가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  15. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 마커는 인터페이스 조작에 따른 온/오프, 마우스 오버 및 일시 정지 중에서 선택된 작동 이벤트에 의해 숨기거나 보이게 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  16. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 영상의 외부의 별도의 레이 아웃에서 상기 영상의 현재 시각에 등장하고 있는 인물들 리스트, 브랜드 리스트 및 판매 제품별 리스트 중 적어도 하나가 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  17. 청구항 16에 있어서,
    상기 별도의 레이 아웃은 숨기거나 보이게 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  18. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 판매 정보는 입체적으로 보여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  19. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 판매 제품의 판매 시 관리자, 영상 제작자, 유통사, 등장 인물, 제품 브랜드사 및 영상 배포자 중 적어도 하나가 일정 비율로 정산 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
  20. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    오프 라인 상태에서 상기 판매 제품의 구매 시 구매 정보는 저장 장치에 저장되었다가 온라인 연결이 되는 경우 일괄적으로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 내에서의 판매 방법.
