  • the spacing between the walls of the channel and the gripping surfaces 24 of the device ensures that the user's legs are not adjacent to the channel as fluid passes through it towards the receptacle. This ensures there is no contact between the legs and the parts in contact with the fluid, thus avoiding any sensation of warming or flowing liquid within the device 10 or the receptacle 18, 20, which might otherwise be unpleasant for the user.
