Description

汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车后视镜领域,特别涉及一种用于汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置。
背景技术
汽车外后视镜是供驾驶员在行驶汽车过程中观察后方车辆、行人运行状态的汽车配件,是安全行车的必要保证,通过对汽车外后视镜镜面驱动器的辅助对后视镜的角度的调整,可使驾驶员观察到特定方位的视野,便于安全行车。众所周知,目前在汽车驾驶中,驾驶员是有盲区的,这些盲区是驾驶员观看镜子时驾驶员看不见的位置,并且查看这些盲区需要驾驶员转动头部、甚至伸长脖子来观察是否一些其他物体已经进入盲区。要实现盲区指示功能,目前国内外技术都是通过雷达信号探测感知到盲区内的物体时,将信号传给行车电脑,再通过行车电脑发出指令,然后控制后视镜镜片背部的指示灯闪烁,将光线引导入驾驶员眼睛以使得到达警示目的。该项技术的难点在于,从驾驶员角度看该警告指示灯应足够亮,其他角度上应足够暗,才能达到理想的警示效果。现有技术的用于汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,如公告号为CN205686302U,名称为用于汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其优化了出射光的角度,增加了一定范围内的出光均匀性,能满足从驾驶员角度看该警告灯应足够亮,其他角度上应足够暗的要求,警示效果更好。但问题在于,其导光体均匀度非常较差,主要由于其只有反射功能,没有散射效果,造成正面和各角度的均匀度较差,且其与LOGO图形结构的配合上有一定的问题,正面和角度上有个较大的暗斑,对于配光判定很不利。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构设计更为合理、同时具有反射和散射功能,正面和各角度的均匀度较好警示效果更好,与LOGO图形结构配合更好的用于汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,包括用于发射指示光源的光源组件及用于将指示光源反射至镜面标识区的导光体构成,所述的光源组件及导光体设置在镜托板的安装腔内,所述的光源组件由PCB板及安装在PCB板上的多个并列设置的光源组成;其特征在于:所述的导光体上对应PCB板的设置方向并列设有多个均沿轴线y布置的楔形凸台,每个楔形凸台的一侧设有用于与对应的光源相配合平直的 光入射端面Ⅰ,且所述的多个楔形凸台的上表面均设有具有反射及用于散射的光学花纹的光反射侧Ⅱ,所述的光学花纹光反射侧Ⅱ为上凸的圆弧面;所述的楔形凸台的下表面设有光出射侧Ⅲ;且最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光反射侧的弧度最大,所述的最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光出射侧的长度更长。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置的导光体上对应PCB板的设置方向并列设有多个均沿轴线y布置的楔形凸台,每个楔形凸台的一侧设有用于与对应的光源相配合平直的光入射端面,且多个楔形凸台的上表面均设有具有反射及用于散射的光学花纹且呈弧形设置的光反射侧,多个楔形凸台的下表面设有光出射侧;且最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光反射侧的弧度最大,最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光出射侧的长度更长。这样,本发明的结构设计更为合理、导光件同时具有反射和散射功能,出射光的正面和各角度的均匀度较好警示效果更好,与LOGO图形结构配合更好正面和角度上没有暗斑,对于配光判定非常有利,警示效果更好。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步描述。
如图1-4所示,一种汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,包括用于发射指示光源3的光源3组件及用于将指示光源3反射至镜面1标识区(LOGO图形1.1)的导光体2构成,所述的光源3组件及导光体2设置在镜托板5的安装腔5.1内,所述的光源3组件由PCB板4及安装在PCB板4上的多个并列设置的光源3组成;所述的导光体2上对应PCB板4的设置方向并列设有多个均沿轴线y布置的楔形凸台,每个楔形凸台的一侧设有用于与对应的光源3相配合平直的光入射端面Ⅰ,且所述的多个楔形凸台的上表面均设有具有反射及用于散射的光学花纹的光反射侧Ⅱ,所述的光学花纹光反射侧Ⅱ为上凸的圆弧面;所述的楔形凸台的下表面设有光出射侧Ⅲ;且最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光反射侧的弧度最大,所述的最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光出射侧的长度更长。
所述的最外侧的楔形凸台的横截面呈扇形,且所述的最外侧的楔形凸台的靠近PCB板4的一侧的端边的宽度小于另一侧弧形端边的宽度。
所述的光反射侧Ⅱ的上表面设有呈细条状或格纹状或波浪线状的光学花纹,且所述的光学花纹的呈均布的凹凸部。该凹凸部还可为圆弧状、三角形、多边形、半球形等具有凹凸部的光学花纹。
所述的反射层的上表面设有皮纹。
所述的楔形凸台的数量为两个,分别为并列设置的第一楔形凸台2.1及第二楔形凸台2.2;且第一楔形凸台2.1为靠外侧的楔形凸台,所述的第一楔形凸台2.1的外侧为垂直设置的端面,所述的第一楔形凸台2.1的内侧与所述的第二楔形凸台2.2直接相交接,且所述的第一楔形凸台2.1远离PCB板4的一端边为弧形边。
所述的第二楔形凸台2.2靠近PCB板4一侧的宽度大于第一楔形凸台2.1的宽度。
所述的第二楔形凸台2.2靠近PCB板4的一侧的宽度大于或等于所述的第一楔形凸台2.1靠近PCB板4的一侧的宽度的两倍。
所述的第一楔形凸台2.1的光入射端面对应一个光源3,且所述的第二楔形凸台2.2的光入射端面对应两个光源3。
所述的导光件2与PCB板4相配合的位置处的边沿处间隔设有多个用于限位的凸块2.3。

  1. 一种汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,包括用于发射指示光源的光源组件及用于将指示光源反射至镜面标识区的导光体构成,所述的光源组件及导光体设置在镜托板的安装腔内,所述的光源组件由PCB板及安装在PCB板上的多个并列设置的光源组成;其特征在于:所述的导光体上对应PCB板的设置方向并列设有多个均沿轴线y布置的楔形凸台,每个楔形凸台的一侧设有用于与对应的光源相配合平直的光入射端面Ⅰ,且所述的多个楔形凸台的上表面均设有具有反射及用于散射的光学花纹的光反射侧Ⅱ,所述的光学花纹光反射侧Ⅱ为上凸的圆弧面;所述的楔形凸台的下表面设有光出射侧Ⅲ;且最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光反射侧的弧度最大,所述的最外侧的楔形凸台相比于并列设置的其他楔形凸台的光出射侧的长度更长。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的最外侧的楔形凸台的横截面呈扇形,且所述的最外侧的楔形凸台的靠近PCB板的一侧的端边的宽度小于另一侧弧形端边的宽度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的光反射侧Ⅱ的上表面设有呈细条状或格纹状或波浪线状的光学花纹,且所述的光学花纹的呈均布的凹凸部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的反射层的上表面设有皮纹。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的楔形凸台的数量为两个,分别为并列设置的第一楔形凸台及第二楔形凸台;且第一楔形凸台为靠外侧的楔形凸台,所述的第一楔形凸台的外侧为垂直设置的端面,所述的第一楔形凸台的内侧与所述的第二楔形凸台直接相交接,且所述的第一楔形凸台远离PCB板的一端边为弧形边。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的第二楔形凸台靠近PCB板一侧的宽度大于第一楔形凸台的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的第二楔形凸台靠近PCB板的一侧的宽度大于或等于所述的第一楔形凸台靠近PCB板的一侧的宽度的两倍。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的第一楔形凸台的光入射端面对应一个光源,且所述的第二楔形凸台的光入射端面对应两个光源。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车外后视镜的盲区警告指示装置,其特征在于:所述的导光件与PCB板相配合的位置处的边沿处间隔设有多个用于限位的凸块。
