Description
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机三角架及洗衣机。
滚筒洗衣机在洗衣机领域广泛应用,为保证洗涤及脱水过程中,洗衣机能得以平稳工作,采用三角架将内桶固定在转轴上的方式。工作中,电机带动三角架和内桶进行高速旋转,三角架对内桶起到固定和支撑的作用,使洗涤脱水过程能平稳进行。三角架上设有大量的加强筋,用以保证三角架的刚度与强度。为了减轻重量,一般三角架采用铝制,三角架因其长时间浸泡在洗涤水中,容易产生铝锈,同时由于多数三角架结构加强筋多,形成大量藏污死角,导致洗衣机的污物容易附着在三角架上,造成污染,滋生细菌。
申请号为201520933197.4的中国发明专利公开了一种滚筒洗衣机,包括:外筒、内筒、三角架、清洗装置;所述内筒安装于所述外筒中,所述三角架安装于所述内筒上;所述清洗装置包括喷淋槽和喷淋盖,所述喷淋槽开设于所述外筒与所述三角架相对的桶壁上,所述喷淋槽朝向所述内筒和三角架设置,所述喷淋盖覆盖于所述喷淋槽上,且所述喷淋盖上开设有若干喷淋孔。该专利通过设置清洗装置,对三角架与内筒连接处进行冲洗,以达到去除污物的作用。但该技术不能够防止三角架被洗涤水腐蚀,不能够防止产生铝锈,同时只能去除部分三角架与内筒之间的污物,不能从根本上解决三角架的各个表面容易积累脏污的问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机三角架及洗衣机,在洗衣机三角架的本体上设置隔离层,能够将三角架与洗涤水隔离,防止三角架表面被腐蚀而产生铝锈,延长三角架的寿命,同时防止三角架的各个表面沾染脏污及线屑,避免对洗涤的衣物造成二次污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

进一步的方案,所述本体包括与内筒的底部外壁相接触的上支撑板,与内筒的底部未接触一侧的下支撑板,上支撑板边缘和下支撑板边缘相对应位置之间设有连接板并分别与其密封连接,使本体内部形成无水腔室;所述上支撑板、下支撑板和连接板的外表面全部覆盖有隔离层,并形成光滑平整的表面。
进一步的方案,所述隔离层与所述本体注塑一体成型;
或者隔离层固定安装在本体的表面;
或者隔离层涂覆在本体的表面。
进一步的方案,所述隔离层为塑料隔离层,由塑料材料采用注塑一体成型的方式在本体的整个表面形成,所述注塑材料选自ABS树脂、聚丙烯或聚乙烯中的一种。
进一步的方案,所述隔离层为隔离板,所述本体具有成辐射状均匀分布的三个支撑臂,本体的中心安装电机轴,所述隔离板覆盖并固定在三个支撑臂的所有外表面;
优选的,隔离板粘接或者焊接在三个支撑臂的所有外表面。
进一步的方案,所述隔离层为采用蘸塑工艺在本体表面浸涂的塑料隔离涂层或者橡胶隔离涂层;
或者隔离层为采用电泳的方式将电泳漆附着在本体表面形成的隔离涂层,或采用电镀的方式将电镀漆附着在本体表面形成的隔离涂层。
进一步的方案,所述隔离层为由超疏水材料制成的用于防止洗涤水附着在本体表面的疏水隔离层。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种滚筒洗衣机,包括内筒,所述内筒的底部固定安装有洗衣机三角架,三角架的本体上设置有用于隔离本体与洗涤水的隔离层。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明在洗衣机三角架的本体上设置隔离层,能够将三角架与洗涤水隔离,防止三角架表面被腐蚀而产生铝锈,延长三角架的使用寿命。
(2)本发明的隔离层可以为由超疏水材料制成的用于防止洗涤水附着在本体表面的疏水隔离层,因此,在隔离三角架和洗涤水、防止产生铝锈的同时,还能够避免洗涤水附着在隔离层上,防止三角架的各个表面沾染脏污及线屑,避免对洗涤的衣物造成二次污染。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、 “右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机三角架,包括用于与洗衣机内筒1底部连接的本体2,本体2的一侧面向洗衣机内筒1,另一侧背对洗衣机内筒1,本体2上设置有用于隔离本体2与洗涤水的隔离层4,隔离层4使本体2形成光滑的表面。
洗衣机三角架的本体2一般包括呈辐射状均匀分布的三个支撑臂5,洗衣机内筒1的底部设置有用于安装三角架的安装槽,三角架的本体2置于安装槽中,并与内筒1底部固定连接。本体2的一侧面向洗衣机内筒1,与内筒1的底部外壁相接触,另一侧背对洗衣机内筒1,与内筒1的底部外壁未接触。三角架的中心设置有电机轴3。由此,电机通过电机轴3带动三角架转动,同时带动内筒1转动,从而实现洗衣机的各项功能。
为保证三角架的刚度同时减轻其重量,本体2一般采用铝制,三角架因其长时间浸泡在洗涤水中,容易被腐蚀,产生铝锈甚至断裂,影响洗衣机的使用。本方案在三角架的本体2上设置有隔离层4,将本体2与洗涤水隔离,同时隔离层4使本体2形成光滑的表面。因此,隔离层4在本体2上一是形成了防水保护层,洗涤水无法直接与铝制三角架接触,可以防止生锈,从而延长使用寿命;二是隔离层4使本体2形成光滑的表面,从而使污垢不易附着在本体2表面,可以防止积累污垢。
隔离层4可以为隔离板,可以为隔离涂层,也可以两者结合设置;隔离层4可以与本体2一体成型,也可以与本体2固定安装。隔离层4的设置可以根据本体2的具体结构、本体2与内筒1的安装方式而采用不同的方式。
进一步的方案,本体2固定连接在内筒1的底部,一侧与内筒1的底部外壁相接触,另一侧未接触;所述本体2上至少与内筒1的底部外壁未接触一侧的整个表面覆盖有隔离层4并形成光滑平整表面。
三角架的本体2与洗衣机的内筒1的底部固定连接,本体2朝向洗衣机内筒1的一侧与内筒1底部外壁相接触,或者与内筒1底部之间有一定的空隙,或者与内筒1底部密封连接,防止洗涤水进入两者之间。当本体2朝向洗衣机内筒1的一侧与内筒1底壁密封连接时,仅本体2背对洗衣机内筒1一侧,也就是与内筒1的底部外壁未接触一侧会与洗涤水接触,因此,至少在本体2与内筒1的底部外壁未接触一侧的整个表面设置隔离层4,并形成光滑平整表面。污物既不能够随洗涤水进入本体2与内筒1底部之间,又不易在本体2光滑平整的表面附着,可以实现防水防污的目的。
当本体2朝向洗衣机内筒1的一侧与内筒1底壁之间有一定的空隙时,则需要在本体2与洗涤水接触的所有表面设置隔离层4。
因此,优选的,本体2整个外廓的表面全部覆盖有隔离层4并形成光滑表面。
进一步的方案,所述本体2与内筒1的底部外壁相接触的一侧的整个表面、未接触一侧的整个表面以及两侧之间的连接处的表面均覆盖有隔离层4并形成光滑平整表面。
洗衣机三角架的本体2可以由单层板形成,也可以由双层板或者多层板形成,各层板之间有连接板8或者连接筋进行连接,如支撑臂5的横截面为“工”字型的三角架本体2,或者支撑臂5的横截面为横着的“日”字型的三角架本体2。
单层板结构的本体2的一侧为平整的表面,另一侧设置加强筋,此种结构的本体2的隔离层4可以为防水材料隔离涂层,均匀涂覆在一侧的平整表面和另一侧的加强筋的表面,形成光滑表面;或者在加强筋一侧表面设置平整光滑的隔离板,将加强筋包裹在本体2内部,不与洗涤水接触,达到防水防污的目的。
由双层板结构或者多层板结构和连接板8形成的三角架的本体2,可以在本体2面向洗衣机内筒1、与内筒1底壁接触的一侧和背对洗衣机内筒1、与内筒1底壁未接触的一侧均形成平整的表面,两侧板之间有连接板8连接,或者设置加强筋。此种结构的本体2可以在两侧的表面、连接板8的表面涂覆隔离涂层,也可以设置隔离板,或者两者结合,在本体2的全部表面覆盖隔离板,隔离板上再涂覆隔离涂层;或者将两层板之间的区域利用隔离板密封,达到防水防污的目的。
进一步的方案,隔离层4与所述本体2注塑一体成型;或者隔离层4固定安装在本体2的表面;或者隔离层4涂覆在本体2的表面。
隔离层4将三角架的本体2与洗涤水隔离,可以采用多种方式覆盖或者涂覆在本体2的 表面,使本体2形成光滑表面,或者光滑平整的表面,可以采用如下方案:
方案1:隔离层4为塑料隔离层,由塑料材料采用注塑一体成型的方式在本体2的整个表面形成,塑料隔离层使本体2所有与洗涤水接触的表面形成平整光滑的表面,从而防止三角架的本体2腐蚀生锈,同时防止污垢在本体2表面积累。注塑材料选自ABS树脂、聚丙烯或聚乙烯中的一种。
方案2:隔离层4为隔离板,本方案的三角架的本体2具有成辐射状均匀分布的三个支撑臂5,本体2的中心安装电机轴3,隔离板覆盖并固定在三个支撑臂5的所有外表面;优选的,隔离板粘接或者焊接在三个支撑臂5的所有外表面,在支撑臂5的所有外表面形成光滑平整的表面,从而防止三角架的本体2腐蚀生锈,同时防止污垢在本体2表面积累。
方案3:隔离层4为采用蘸塑工艺在本体2表面浸涂的塑料隔离涂层或者橡胶隔离涂层,或者其它防水材料的隔离涂层;或者隔离层4为采用电泳的方式将电泳漆附着在本体2表面形成的隔离涂层,或采用电镀的方式将电镀漆附着在本体2表面形成的隔离涂层。隔离涂层既能够隔离本体2和洗涤水,防止三角架的本体2腐蚀生锈,又能够形成光滑表面,防止污垢积累。
更进一步的方案,本方案的隔离层4为由超疏水材料制成的用于防止洗涤水附着在本体2表面的疏水隔离层。
超疏水材料功能类似荷叶表面,可以防水、防污、减少流体在表面的粘滞。本方案的隔离层4由超疏水材料制成,既能够隔离三角架的本体2和洗涤水,又能够防止洗涤水粘滞在三角架的本体2的表面,同时也避免了洗涤水带有的污垢在本体2表面积累,避免二次污染衣物。
实施例二
如图1-4所示,本实施例的洗衣机三角架的本体2包括面向洗衣机内筒1一侧、与内筒1的底部外壁相接触的上支撑板6,背对洗衣机内筒1、与内筒1的底部未接触一侧的下支撑板7。上支撑板6边缘和下支撑板7边缘相对应的位置之间设有连接板8,连接板8分别与上支撑板6和下密封板密封连接或者一体成型。
上支撑板6、下支撑板7和连接板8形成辐射状均匀分布的三个支撑臂5,并且围成本体2内部的无水腔室9,无水腔室9内部设有加强筋。本体2的支撑臂5的端部与洗衣机内筒1底部的内圆周侧接触,在该端部和洗衣机内筒1壁上还设有相互配合的螺钉孔,并通过螺钉 相互连接。上支撑板6、下支撑板7和连接板8的所有外表面均覆盖有隔离层4,并形成光滑平整的表面。
本实施例的隔离层4采用ABS树脂材料,采用注塑一体成型的方式在本体2的整个表面形成塑料隔离层。本体2面向洗衣机内筒1一侧、背对洗衣机内筒1一侧以及本体2侧面全部由塑料隔离层形成平整光滑的表面。因此,洗衣机三角架安装在内筒1底部后,洗涤水不会腐蚀本体2,也不易在本体2光滑平整的表面附着污物,达到防水防污的效果。
进一步的限定,本方案的隔离层4采用超疏水材料制成,洗涤水无法在隔离层4表面粘附,三角架本体2也可以防止污物粘附,因此具有防水自洁的功能。
实施例三
本实施例的三角架的本体2为三角形结构,包括三个沿圆周均匀分布且辐射状延伸的支撑臂5,支撑臂5具有一定的厚度。本体2背对洗衣机内筒1的一侧为平整光滑的表面,面向洗衣机内筒1的一侧设置有多个加强筋。
本体2与洗衣机内筒1接触的部位密封连接,加强筋隐藏在本体2和内筒1之间。具体的,本体2与洗衣机内筒1接触的部位设有阻止洗涤水进入本体2与洗衣机内筒1之间区域的密封结构,该结构沿着本体2的轮廓分布,并通过与洗衣机内筒1接触的方式,以阻挡脏物进入本体2与洗衣机内筒1之间的空隙中。具体的,密封结构包括设置在本体2的外边缘,且面向洗衣机内筒1一侧的条形密封槽,以及设置在条形密封槽内,用于与洗衣机内筒1表面接触的橡胶密封件,所述密封件具有一定的弹性,可压触在洗衣机内筒1的表面。
安装槽由两道并排凸起的条状筋构成,两条条状筋之间相隔一定距离,橡胶密封件卡在两道条状筋之间,并高于所述条状筋。当内筒1三角架安装在洗衣机内筒1上时,所述橡胶密封件被条状筋和洗衣机内筒1共同挤压变形,形成密封式接触。
安装槽为三组,并对应分布在支撑臂5的两侧,每组安装槽由其中一个支撑臂5的端部起始延伸至另一支撑臂5的端部结束。所述安装槽贯穿于支撑臂5的整个侧边,使得支撑臂5的两侧与洗衣机内筒1之间无缝连接,达到密封的作用。内筒1三角架通过扣合的方式固定安装在洗衣机内筒1的底部,并通过螺钉固定。内筒1三角架上的密封结构与洗衣机内筒1表面接触,形成封闭式连接。
本实施例的本体2背对洗衣机内筒1的一侧,也就是与内筒1底部外壁未接触一侧的平整光滑表面上设有隔离层4。该隔离层4为超疏水材料制成的塑料隔离板,通过黏胶粘接固 定连接在本体2背对洗衣机内筒1一侧。疏水隔离板由本体2中心的用于安装电机轴3的连接通孔的外周延伸至每个支撑臂5的端部,完全覆盖本体2背对洗衣机内筒1一侧的表面。疏水隔离板将洗涤水与本体2隔离,形成疏水的平整表面,可以防止洗涤水附着在本体2上,达到防水防污防锈,延长三角架使用寿命的目的。此安装方式方便快捷,易于实现。
实施例四
本实施例的本体2为三角形结构,包括三个沿圆周均匀分布且辐射状延伸的支撑臂5,每个支撑臂5的横截面为“工”字型。本体2的所有表面均涂覆有隔离涂层。隔离涂层为采用蘸塑工艺在本体2所有表面浸涂的塑料隔离涂层或者橡胶隔离涂层;或者采用电泳方式将电泳漆附着在本体2表面形成的隔离涂层;或者采用电镀方式将电镀漆添加在本体2表面形成的隔离涂层。隔离涂层使三角架的本体2的所有表面形成光滑的防水表面,达到防水防污的目的。
实施例五
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机中配置有上述任一实施例中的洗衣机三角架,滚筒洗衣机一般还包括外壳、设置在外壳内的洗衣机外筒和洗衣机内筒1,以及动力装置和控制系统,洗衣机内筒1的底部设有与内筒1三角架配合的安装槽,洗衣机三角架通过扣合的方式固定安装在洗衣机内筒1的底部,并通过螺钉固定。三角架的本体2上设置有用于隔离本体2与洗涤水的隔离层4,隔离层4使本体2形成光滑的表面。

Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机三角架,包括用于与洗衣机内筒底部连接的本体,其特征在于,所述本体上设置有用于隔离本体与洗涤水的隔离层,所述隔离层使本体形成光滑的表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述本体固定连接在内筒的底部,一侧与内筒的底部外壁相接触,另一侧未接触;所述本体上至少与内筒的底部外壁未接触一侧的整个表面覆盖有隔离层并形成光滑平整表面;优选的,本体整个外廓的表面全部覆盖有隔离层并形成光滑表面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述本体与内筒的底部外壁相接触的一侧的整个表面、未接触一侧的整个表面以及两侧之间的连接处的表面均覆盖有隔离层并形成光滑平整表面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述本体包括与内筒的底部外壁相接触的上支撑板,与内筒的底部未接触一侧的下支撑板,上支撑板边缘和下支撑板边缘相对应位置之间设有连接板并分别与其密封连接,使本体内部形成无水腔室;所述上支撑板、下支撑板和连接板的外表面全部覆盖有隔离层,并形成光滑平整的表面。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述隔离层与所述本体注塑一体成型;或者隔离层固定安装在本体的表面;或者隔离层涂覆在本体的表面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述隔离层为塑料隔离层,由塑料材料采用注塑一体成型的方式在本体的整个表面形成,所述注塑材料选自ABS树脂、聚丙烯或聚乙烯中的一种。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述隔离层为隔离板,所述本体具有成辐射状均匀分布的三个支撑臂,本体的中心安装电机轴,所述隔离板覆盖并固定在三个支撑臂的所有外表面;优选的,隔离板粘接或者焊接在三个支撑臂的所有外表面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述隔离层为采用蘸塑工艺在本体表面浸涂的塑料隔离涂层或者橡胶隔离涂层;或者隔离层为采用电泳的方式将电泳漆附着在本体表面形成的隔离涂层,或采用电镀的 方式将电镀漆附着在本体表面形成的隔离涂层。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机三角架,其特征在于,所述隔离层为由超疏水材料制成的用于防止洗涤水附着在本体表面的疏水隔离层。
- 一种配置有如权利要求1-9任一所述的洗衣机三角架的滚筒洗衣机,包括内筒,其特征在于,所述内筒的底部固定安装有洗衣机三角架。
