Description

太阳能芯片固定装置、太阳能芯片总成及太阳能汽车 技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车,尤其涉及一种太阳能芯片固定装置、太阳能芯片总成及太阳能汽车。
背景技术
随着人们对环保问题的重视,新能源汽车越来越多的走入人们的视野。对于太阳能汽车而言,目前太阳能芯片的安装方式主要是在现有车顶上粘贴太阳能芯片,其制造工艺效率低,容易产生局部瑕疵和气泡,良品率低,如果局部芯片损害需要对整个芯片进行维修,加大了维修的难度和维修的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能芯片固定装置、太阳能芯片总成及太阳能汽车,以实现将太阳能电池芯片分模块地嵌入在太阳能汽车顶部,该分模块太阳能芯片固定装置拼接可代替车顶,可避免太阳能芯片粘贴产生的气泡的问题,也可以实现个别芯片维修不影响其他芯片工作,从而提高生产效率。
本发明提供了一种太阳能芯片固定装置,其中,包括:
多个安装框架,每个所述安装框架的侧面均设置有凹槽;
导水连接件,与相邻的两个安装框架上的凹槽配合,以将相邻的两个安装框架固定连接;
基板,固定在所述安装框架的顶部,所述基板的顶面用于固定太阳能芯片。
如上所述的太阳能芯片固定装置,其中,优选的是,所述基板的顶面为曲面,所述顶面具有设定的曲率。
如上所述的太阳能芯片固定装置,其中,优选的是,所述安装框架包括四根安装杆,四根所述安装杆首尾相接形成矩形的所述安装框架,每根 安装杆的外侧均设置有所述凹槽。
如上所述的太阳能芯片固定装置,其中,优选的是,四根安装杆之间固定连接。

本发明还提供了一种太阳能芯片总成,包括太阳能芯片,其中,所述太阳能芯片总成还包括本发明提供的太阳能芯片固定装置,所述太阳能芯片固定在所述基板的顶面。
如上所述的太阳能芯片总成,其中,所述太阳能芯片为薄膜太阳能电池。
本发明再提供了一种太阳能汽车,包括车顶框架,其中,所述太阳能汽车还包括本发明提供的太阳能芯片总成,所述太阳能芯片总成的四周均固定在所述车顶框架中。
本发明提供的太阳能芯片固定装置、太阳能芯片总成及太阳能汽车中,固定装置设置有多个安装框架,多个安装框架之间通过导水连接件连接起来,还设置有基板,太阳能芯片固定在基板上,从而形成大面积的太阳能芯片总成,该太阳能芯片总成可以作为车顶使用。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的太阳能芯片固定装置、太阳能芯片总成及太阳能汽车采用安装框架将多个太阳能芯片固定在一起,无需使用粘接进行固定,有效地避免了粘结产生气泡的问题。同时,利用安装框架对太阳能芯片进行拼接,提高了生产效率和维修的便利性。

本发明实施例提供了一种太阳能芯片固定装置,包括多个安装框架100、导水连接件200和基板300。
其中,每个安装框架100的侧面均设置有凹槽111,导水连接件200与相邻的两个安装框架100上的凹槽111配合,以将相邻的两个安装框架100固定连接。基板300固定在安装框架100的顶部,基板300的顶面用于固定太阳能芯片400。
本发明实施例提供的太阳能芯片固定装置设置有多个安装框架100,多个安装框架100之间通过导水连接件200连接起来,还设置有基板300,太阳能芯片400固定在基板300上,从而形成大面积的太阳能芯片总成, 该太阳能芯片总成可以作为车顶使用。换句话说,太阳能汽车可以不设置车顶,仅设置一个带有开口的车顶框架即可,将太阳能芯片总成通过安装框架100固定在车顶框架上,形成太阳能汽车的车顶。与现有技术相比,提高了制造工艺,提高了产品质量。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,上述安装框架100可以是一体式的金属框架结构,但是优选的是,安装框架100包括四根安装杆110,如图2所示,该安装杆110的结构可以参照图2,四根安装杆110首尾相接形成矩形的安装框架100,每根安装杆110的外侧均设置有所述凹槽111。四根安装杆110之间可以相互不连接,通过导水连接件200与相邻的安装框架100上的安装杆110配合后,形成整体的限位固定关系。当然,四根安装杆110之间也可以通过粘接、卡扣或其他机械连接的方式相互固定。安装杆110可以采用薄板制成,从而有利于轻量化。
导水连接件200可以是整根的长条状,长度小于或等于安装杆110的长度。导水连接件200也可以是多根短条状,分散地布置在凹槽111中。进一步地,导水连接件200的侧面设置有用于安装线束的安装槽220,汽车上的线束可以布置在该安装槽220中,从而使线束走向整齐而不凌乱,减少占用空间。
优选的是,基板300的顶面为曲面,该顶面具有设定的曲率,该曲率可以根据汽车造型进行具体的设定。曲面形状的设计可以增大太阳能芯片400接受日照的面积,从而提高发电效率。
进一步地,安装杆110的顶部设置有第一斜面112,基板300的断面为带有第二斜面310的梯形,第一斜面112与第二斜面310相配合。第一斜面112和第二斜面310的设置有利于基板300的安装定位,提高了装配效率。
图7为本发明实施例提供的太阳能芯片总成的结构示意图,本发明实施例还提供了一种太阳能芯片总成10,包括太阳能芯片400,其中,该太阳能芯片总成10还包括本发明任意实施例提供的太阳能芯片固定装置,该太阳能芯片400固定在该基板300的顶面。优选的是,该太阳能芯片400为薄膜太阳能电池。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,基板300的顶面优选为具有带有设定曲率的曲面,柔性太阳能芯片400固定贴合在该曲面上,从而能够更加充分的接受太阳光,提高了发电能力。
本发明实施例又提供了一种太阳能汽车,包括车顶框架,该太阳能汽车还包括本发明任意实施例提供的太阳能芯片总成,该太阳能芯片总成的四周均固定在所述车顶框架中。
太阳能汽车可以在车顶的位置形成车顶框架,车顶框架具有开口,太阳能芯片总成固定在车顶框架上之后,将该开口填充,从而形成车顶。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的太阳能芯片固定装置、太阳能芯片总成及太阳能汽车提高了制造工艺,提高了产品质量。

    多个安装框架,每个所述安装框架的侧面均设置有凹槽;
    导水连接件,与相邻的两个安装框架上的凹槽配合,以将相邻的两个安装框架固定连接;
    基板,固定在所述安装框架的顶部,所述基板的顶面用于固定太阳能芯片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能芯片固定装置,其特征在于,所述基板的顶面为曲面,所述顶面具有设定的曲率。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能芯片固定装置,其特征在于,所述安装框架包括四根安装杆,四根所述安装杆首尾相接形成矩形的所述安装框架,每根安装杆的外侧均设置有所述凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的太阳能芯片固定装置,其特征在于,四根安装杆之间固定连接。
