Description

一体式健身骑马机 技术领域
本发明属于健身器材领域,涉及一种健身骑马机,其将健身车与骑马机整合成一体结构,方便折叠。
背景技术
随着人们对身体健康的越来越重视,健身机已经成为日常家庭或健身房常备的健身器材,现代人越来越注重身体的保养,不仅从吃的方面着手,更积极的就是由生活习惯的改变来达成保健养生的功效,而最为人所推崇的保健方式就是运动了,养成运动的习惯不仅能使身体健康,也能使人的气色更佳、身形更健美,然而,现代人工作繁忙且居住环境拥挤,要找出空闲的时间以及适当的地点运动实在有些麻烦,因此市面上推出了许多健身器材供使用者在家中就能进行运动健身,健身车与骑马机便是比较常用的健身器材,现有的健身车与骑马机是两种单独的机器,如需两种运动方式,只能准备两台器械,占用空间,也浪费成本,无法自动变换运动类型,不太适合现代人需要多种运动结合的运动方式 ,有鉴于此,市面上也出现过健身车与骑马机结构在一起的健身骑马机,这种健身骑马机还是以两组机构独立运动为前提,并未真正实现“一体”的构想,且在改变两种运动方式时,容易造成两种运动的干涉,影响运动效果。还有一个缺点在于其转动点在一悬臂上,运用不稳定,安全系数不高,影响了其推广和使用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种一体式健身骑马机,其将健身、骑马形成真正的“一体”,且动作平稳,便于折叠收纳。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一体式健身骑马机,包括相互配合的:
底座组件:包括一底杆,底杆上设转轴;
阻力总成组件:包括壳体,壳体内设有阻力总成,与阻力总成配合设有脚踏;壳体铰接在底杆的转轴上;
后支架:下端铰接在底杆的转轴上,上端与坐垫连接;
前支架:下端与滚轮组铰接并可绕滚轮组转动,滚轮组套设在底杆上并沿底杆滑动;上端与手把连接,前支架与后支架中间铰接可相对转动;
连接片:固定在后支架上,连接片上设有一组插孔,通过插销选择不同功能的插孔与前支架固定或脱离;
连杆:一端铰接在阻力总成组件的壳体上,另一端与前支架铰接;
所述的底杆,壳体,前支架,后支架,连杆,滚轮组形成连动机构,通过连接片将前支架与后支架固定或脱离而改变健身机或骑马机的运动形式。
进一步,所述的健身骑马机还包括折叠机构:底杆包括铰接在一起的底杆一及底杆二,通过弹性销固接;连杆包括铰接在一起的连杆一及连杆二,通过活动销轴固接。
进一步,所述的连接片固定在后支架上,连接片上设有一组定位孔,包括第一状态孔,第二状态孔及折叠孔,前支架上与连接片配合位置设有插孔。
进一步,所述的连杆一及连杆二通过活动销轴固接,连杆一上表面设有弹性体,弹性体顶抵在连杆二的内壁上,拨开活动销轴时弹性体动作顶开连接二便于折叠。
进一步,所述的滚轮组包括上下两个滚轮,底杆穿伸在上下两滚轮间,上滚轮轴与前支架下端铰接保证前支架绕上滚轮轴转动。
进一步,前支架外侧设有磁铁块用于折叠后吸附底杆。
进一步,底座组件上设有弹性凸点,折叠时弹性凸点顶抵在壳体外缘。
进一步,在连杆与前支架近坐垫端设有气缸。
进一步,坐垫通过套管与后支架固定,套管上设有定位孔保证坐垫前后上下调整。
采用上述技术方案,本发明相对于现有技术,其有优点在于:
1、实现真正的“一体”其将健身车的阻力总成有机的运用到骑马机的机构上,形成骑马机的一个动力部件,通过连接片与插销配合插拨来变换运动方式,简单方便。
2、骑马机的动作更平稳,由于本发明在骑马机的运动状态时,其转动点在底杆上,与受力点更接近,使其运动时更平稳,且安全性更高。
3、连杆一及连杆二连接处设有弹性件及折叠更方便。
4、连接片上有不同功能的孔位,插销插在不同的孔位可实现Ybike,Xbike,功能,还有折叠孔位,便于收纳,拨掉插销即可改变成骑马机的功能。
5、便于折叠收纳,通过底杆与连杆的折点,轻松的将本机折叠,占用空间小。
6、坐垫及扶手可调节,方便不同身高体形的人使用。

阻力总成组件2:包括壳体21,壳体内设有阻力总成,与阻力总成配合设有脚踏22;壳体21铰接在底杆11的转轴12上;
后支架3:下端31铰接在底杆的转轴12上,上端32与坐垫8连接;
前支架4:下端41与滚轮组7铰接并可绕滚轮组7转动,滚轮组7套设在底杆11上并沿底杆11滑动;上端42与手把9连接,前支架4与后支架3中间铰接可相对转动;
连接片5:固定在后支架3上,连接片5上设有一组插孔,通过插销选择不同功能的插孔与前支架4固定或脱离;
连杆6:一端铰接在阻力总成组件的壳体21上,另一端与前支架4铰接;
本发明通过底杆11,壳体21,前支架4,后支架3,连杆6,滚轮组7形成连动机构,通过连接片5将前支架4与后支架3固定或脱离而改变健身机或骑马机的运动形式。
所述的健身骑马机还包括折叠机构:底杆11包括铰接在一起的底杆一111及底杆二112,通过弹性销113固接;连杆6包括铰接在一起的连杆一61及连杆二62,通过活动销轴63固接。
在具体的结构中,为了使本发明具有更多的功能,所述的连接片5可固定在后支架3上,连接片5上设有一组定位孔,包括第一状态孔51(Ybike状态),第二状态孔52(Xbike状态)及折叠孔53,前支架4上与连接片配合位置设有插孔43。
为了使折叠更方便,所述的连杆一61及连杆二62通过活动销轴63固接,连杆一61上表面设有弹性体64,弹性体64顶抵在连杆二62的内壁上,拨开活动销轴63时弹性体64动作顶开连接二62便于折叠。
所述的滚轮组7包括上下两个滚轮71、72,底杆11穿伸在上下两滚轮间,上滚轮71轴与前支架4下端铰接保证前支架4绕上滚轮轴转动。
另外,为了收折后稳定不脱开,前支架4外侧设有磁铁块44用于折叠后吸附底杆11。底座组件1上设有弹性凸点13,折叠时弹性凸点12顶抵在壳体11外缘。
另外,在连杆6与前支架4近坐垫8端设有气缸10起缓冲及增加阻力的作用。坐垫8通过套管81与后支架3固定,套管81上设有定位孔保证坐垫前后上下调整。
本发明工作时, 各部件安装完毕后,如想进行Ybike的运动方式,即通过销轴将连接片上的Ybike插孔与前支架上的插孔固接,则前支架与后支架、底杆,连杆形成 固接结构,则可进行Ybike运动;同理,如想进行Xbike的运动方式,即通过销轴将连接片上的Xbike插孔与前支架上的插孔固接,则前支架与后支架、底杆,连杆形成 固接结构,则可进行Xbike运动;如果想进行骑马机的运动方式 ,则将连接片上的销轴拨出,底杆,壳体,前支架,后支架,连杆,滚轮组形成连动机构,运动者通过阻力总成组件的脚踏用力前蹬,配合手把的向后作用力,保证连杆机构动作,使前支架能过滚轮轴沿底杆移动,模拟骑马的动作。
如需收折时,先将连接片上的插销及连杆上的活动销轴拨出,连杆一上设有的弹性体将连杆二顶起,此时,将手把顺时针用力搬,使前支架沿底杆移动至极限位置,此时阻力总成组件也向逆时针方向转至限位凸点位置限位,连杆一及连杆二折叠,此时,拨出弹性销,将底杆一及底杆二向上合拢至极限位置,弹性销自动找到插孔定位插置定位,同时底杆二吸附在磁铁块上辅助定位,完成收折动作。
本发明相对于现有技术,实现真正的“一体”其将健身车的阻力总成有机的运用到骑马机的机构上,形成骑马机的一个动力部件,通过连接片与插销配合插拨来变换运动方式,简单方便。且由于本发明在骑马机的运动状态时,其转动点在底杆上,与受力点更接近,使其运动时更平稳,且安全性更高。连杆一及连杆二连接处设有弹性件及折叠更方便。

    后支架:下端铰接在底杆的转轴上,上端与坐垫连接;
    前支架:下端与滚轮组铰接并可绕滚轮组转动,滚轮组套设在底杆上并沿底杆滑动;上端与手把连接,前支架与后支架中间铰接可相对转动;
    连接片:固定在后支架上,连接片上设有一组插孔,通过插销选择不同功能的插孔与前支架固定或脱离;
    连杆:一端铰接在阻力总成组件的壳体上,另一端与前支架铰接;
