技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种烹饪方法及设备、控制界面的显示方法及装置、存储介质。
背景技术
随着社会的全面信息化和家居设备的智能化,智能家居技术已经开始渗入到家庭生活中的各个方面。例如智能电饭煲、智能洗碗机、智能电磁炉、智能炒菜机等,智能化厨房电器设备正逐渐取代传统的厨房设备,智能化厨房设备具有一键启动功能,该功能可以减少用户的操作步骤和流程,提升用户满意度。
智能化厨房设备在出厂的时候往往会内置若干菜品的自动烹饪菜单,满足用户一键操作,提升菜品制作的自动化水平。但是,现有的这些智能设备只能按照统一的烹饪流程和控制参数来进行烹饪过程,制作出来的菜品口味单一,不能根据用户的喜好或者实际需求对烹饪过程进行个性化设置,难以满足不同用户的个性化口味的需求。并且,用户按照自己的喜好手动对设备进行费力的设置之后,当其他用户使用此设备时这些配置将会被撤销。现有家电设备无法识别家庭成员,不能将不同家庭成员的偏好进 行保存和识别,更不能进一步提供个性化烹饪方式。
此外,当前的智能家电设备与用户终端进行关联后,用户可以通过终端对智能家电设备的工作状态进行控制,例如,预约家电设备的工作时间,远程控制家电设备的开启和关闭等,极大地满足了用户的需求,也方便了用户的日常使用。而智能家电设备本身也存在对应的控制界面,但是这些控制界面通常是厂商所指定的固定应用程序,放置在控制界面的固定位置,且无法更改,无法适应不同用户的习惯和喜好,无法满足用户的个性化需求,导致了用户通过控制界面操作家电设备的效率低下。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种烹饪方法及设备、控制界面的显示方法及装置、存储介质。
本发明实施例提供的烹饪方法,包括:
采集用户的声纹特征数据,对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识;
根据所述用户的身份标识,查找与所述用户的身份标识相对应的烹饪菜单,所述烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法;
将查找到的所述烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。
本发明实施例提供的烹饪设备包括:
采集单元,配置为采集用户的声纹特征数据;
处理单元,配置为对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识;根据所述用户的身份标识,查找与所述用户的身份标识相对应的烹饪菜单,所述烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法;
交互单元,配置为将查找到的所述烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。
本发明实施例提供的控制界面的显示方法应用于具有控制界面的家电设备,所述方法包括:
采集声音信息;
根据所述采集到的声音信息查询已有的声音信息与身份信息之间的第一映射关系,获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息;
根据所述用户身份信息查询预设的用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系,获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
根据所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数进行界面显示。
本发明实施例提供的控制界面的显示装置应用于具有控制界面的家电设备,所述装置包括:采集模块、第一查询模块、第二查询模块和显示控制模块;其中,
所述采集模块,配置为采集声音信息;
所述第一查询模块,配置为根据所述采集到的声音信息查询已有的声音信息与身份信息之间的第一映射关系,获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息;
所述第二查询模块,配置为根据所述用户身份信息查询预设的用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系,获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
所述显示控制模块,配置为根据所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数控制所述家电设备的控制界面的显示。
本发明实施例提供的存储介质,其上存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述的烹饪方法或控制界面的显示方法。
本发明实施例的技术方案中,采集用户的声纹特征数据,对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识;根据所述用户的身份标识,查找与所述用户的身份标识相对应的烹饪菜单,所述烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法;将查找到的所述烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。采用本发 明实施例的技术方案,通过用户的声纹特征数据(如声纹特征数据)识别不同的用户,为当前用户推送个性化的烹饪菜单,满足用户个性化的烹饪需求。本发明实施例可以减少用户的烹饪操作时间,解决了现有的家用电器的内置烹饪方式口味单一、操作麻烦等缺点,提升了用户体验度。
本发明实施例的技术方案中,家电设备根据采集到用户的声音信息识别出当前用户,并且针对当前用户提供对应的控制界面显示,能够使得家电设备的控制界面适应不同用户的习惯和喜好,满足用户的个性化需求,提高了用户通过控制界面操作家电设备的效率。

本发明实施例的技术方案,预先获取用户喜好的烹饪菜单与身份标识的一一对应关系,建立用户烹饪数据库;在用户说话的过程中,通过用户的声纹特征数据对用户个体进行识别,得到用户的身份标识,然后,从本地存储的用户烹饪数据库中提取当前用户喜好的烹饪菜单,提供所需的个性化口味自动烹饪过程,满足用户个性化、定制化和易操作的需求。
下面结合具体示例对本发明实施例的方案做进一步详细描述。

步骤101:采集用户的声纹特征数据,对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识。
这里,所述采集用户的声纹特征数据之前,所述方法还包括:
建立用户烹饪数据库和用户声纹特征数据库,其中,所述用户烹饪数据库中存储有各个用户的身份标识与烹饪菜单之间的映射关系;所述用户声纹特征数据库中存储有各个用户的身份标识与声纹特征数据之间的映射关系。
相应地,所述采集用户的声纹特征数据,对所述声纹特征数据进行识 别,得到所述用户的身份标识,包括:
采集用户的声纹特征数据,在所述用户声纹特征数据库中查找与所述声纹特征数据相匹配的身份标识。
步骤102:根据所述用户的身份标识,查找与所述用户的身份标识相对应的烹饪菜单,所述烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法。

本发明实施例中,如果在所述用户声纹特征数据库中未查找到与所述声纹特征数据相匹配的身份标识,则发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于向用户提示进行新用户的信息设置。
本发明实施例中,如果在所述用户烹饪数据库中未查找与所述身份标识相匹配的烹饪菜单,则将默认烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。
最后,当获得用户针对所述烹饪菜单中的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定目标食物;按照所述目标食物的制作方法进行烹饪操作。
本发明实施例中,烹饪菜单是智能烹饪菜单,烹饪菜单中包括烹饪控制指令。
在一应用场景中,麦克风采集到的用户的声音,不包含待烹饪的目标食物的语义,这种场景下,为用户推荐的烹饪菜单中包括多种食物的一种以上制作方法,当获取到所述用户针对所述烹饪菜单的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定待烹饪的目标食物以及所述目标食物的制作方法;确定与所述目标食物的制作方法相对应的烹饪控制指令;检查到烹饪器具中有所述目标食物时,根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
例如:用户打开烤箱门,放入牛排,用户对烤箱说“唤醒词汇”,烤 箱被唤醒,同时识别用户的声音,确认该用户是已注册的用户,且该用户的身份信息为妈妈,这时,自动为妈妈这一用户推荐烹饪菜单,这里的烹饪菜单包括多个食物的一种以上制作方法,例如烤牛排3分钟、烤牛排7分钟、烤蛋挞20分钟、烤蛋挞30分钟、烤吐司1分钟、烤吐司5分钟等等。而后,用户把食物放进烤箱,选择一菜单对食物进行烹饪。
在另一应用场景中,麦克风采集到的用户的声音,包含待烹饪的目标食物的语义,这种场景下,采集用户的声纹特征数据的同时,识别用户的声音语义;基于所述用户的声音语义,确定待烹饪的目标食物。获取到所述用户针对所述烹饪菜单的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定所述目标食物的制作方法;确定与所述目标食物的制作方法相对应的烹饪控制指令;根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
例如:用户打开烤箱门,放入牛排,用户对烤箱说:“唤醒词汇”和烤牛排,烤箱被唤醒,同时识别用户的声音,确认该用户是已注册的用户,且该用户的身份信息为妈妈,这时,自动为妈妈这一用户推荐烹饪菜单,这里的烹饪菜单包括烤牛排的一种以上制作方法,例如烤牛排3分钟、烤牛排7分钟、烤牛排15分钟等等。其中,烤牛排1是妈妈自己修改的制作方法,且妈妈使用的频率最高;烤牛排2,为妈妈修改的使用频率较低的制作方法,烤牛排3为系统自带的制作方法。这里,用户可以通过手动或语音控制来选择目标食物的制作方法。
在又一应用场景中,麦克风采集到的用户的声音,不包含待烹饪的目标食物的语义,利用摄像头识别烹饪器具中的食物,作为待烹饪的目标食物。获取到所述用户针对所述烹饪菜单的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定所述目标食物的制作方法;确定与所述目标食物的制作方法相对应的烹饪控制指令;根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
例如:用户打开烤箱门,放入牛排,对烤箱说“唤醒词汇”,烤箱被唤醒,同时识别用户的声音,确认该用户是已注册的用户,且该用户的身份信息为妈妈。同时,摄像头识别待烹饪的目标食物的种类为牛排。这时,自动为妈妈这一用户推荐烹饪菜单,这里的烹饪菜单包括烤牛排的一种以上制作方法。用户可以通过手动或语音控制来选择目标食物的制作方法。用户也可以不选择目标食物的制作方法,这时自动为该用户选择出使用频率最高的的制作方法对目标食物进行烹饪,实现了烹饪过程的全自动化。
本发明实施例中,用户按照自己的喜好可以手动对烹饪菜单进行修正,如此对烹饪菜单进行更新,进一步增强个性化的烹饪方式,具体地,获得到针对所述烹饪菜单的调整操作时,基于所述调整操作对所述烹饪菜单中的烹饪控制指令进行更新。
本发明实施例的上述方案中,除了声纹特征数据可以确定用户的身份标识,其他用户特征数据,如人脸图像特征数据、指纹特征识别和虹膜特征数据等也可以确定用户的身份标识。
此外,本发明实施例的个性化不仅仅体现在烹饪方式的个性化,还可以体现在烹饪设备的显示界面、以及交互过程的个性化。
图2为本发明实施例的烹饪方法的流程示意图二,如图2所示,所述烹饪方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201:收集不同用户的烹饪菜单,建立用户烹饪数据库。
这里,烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法,其中,制作方法由制作指令和制作参数组成。
步骤202:采集用户的声纹特征数据,建立用户的声纹特征数据库。
这里,声纹特征数据库中存储有声纹图谱与用户的身份标识之间的对应关系。
步骤203:当设备开启时,通过麦克风采集用户的声纹特征数据。
步骤204:结合用户声纹特征数据库,对用户声纹特征数据进行识别,判断该用户是否属于已经保存的用户。
步骤205:调取该用户的烹饪菜单,推送当前用户所需的个性化烹饪菜单。
本发明实施例的技术方案中,1)应用声纹识别技术,通过不同用户的声纹图谱差异来分辨和确认当前用户,可以快速识别用户,从而实现用户个性化的烹饪和显示;2)记忆并存储用户的使用习惯和烹饪喜好,建立用户烹饪数据库。3)为当前用户推送个性化的烹饪菜单,改变现有设备内置烹饪方式口味单一、固有界面显示信息、操作麻烦等缺点,提升用户的体验度。

这里,在智能厨房电器设备的屏幕上提示用户说话信息(文字或者数字),或者采用语音提示用户说话,设备采集用户的声纹图谱进行存储,将此声纹信息与用户身份标识相关联。

例如菜单程序的修改:微波炉常用菜单包括:热饭、热菜、热牛奶、热面包、解冻、爆米花等,以热牛奶为例,有的人喜欢50°、有的人喜欢70°、有的人喜欢80°,用户根据自己的喜好设置常用菜单的加热时间和加热功率,此外,用户可以增加或者删减常用菜单程序,例如网络下载自己喜好菜单,或者建立属于自己的烹饪过程。除此之外,还包括统计用户使用菜单的频率,建立用户常用的习惯库。
步骤303:采集当前用户的声纹特征数据。
这里,设备在待机情况下,声纹采集器定时采集数据,将采集到声纹特征数据与声纹特征数据库中的声纹特征数据进行比对,判断检测到的声纹特征数据是否存在于声纹特征数据库当中,检测到用户声纹特征数据后,声纹采集器传输数据到处理器,唤醒设备开机。
步骤304:根据当前用户的声纹特征数据识别并确认当前用户的身份标识。
这里,将检测到声纹图谱与用户声纹特征数据库进行比对,若此声纹图谱存在于该声纹特征数据库,则进行下一步,查找此声纹特征数据对应的个性化烹饪方式;若此声纹图谱不存在于该声纹特征数据库,则返回步骤302,提示该用户是否需要添加声纹到声纹特征数据库中。
步骤305:在用户烹饪数据库中检索当前用户的个性化烹饪菜单。
这里,针对步骤304中确认当前主要用户身份,检索其在用户烹饪数据库中的烹饪菜单,如果用户烹饪数据库中存在该用户的身份标识,则推送用户设定的个性化烹饪菜单;如果用户烹饪数据库中不存在该用户的身份标识,则推送机器内置的烹饪菜单,同时提醒用户是否需要对其烹饪方式进行个性化设置。
步骤306:为当前用户推送个性化的烹饪菜单。
这里,烹饪菜单不仅仅包括设备内置的烹饪应用程序修改,用户还可以网络下载喜爱的菜单或者建立新的烹饪程序。

处理器:用于控制声纹采集过程和个性化烹饪、显示过程,实现声纹识别算法、数据库检索算法、个性化烹饪控制和个性化显示过程;
声音采集器:可以选用麦克风或者其他振动传感器,用于采集用户声纹信息;
声纹特征数据库:用于存储各个用户声纹图谱信息,并存储声纹图谱信息与用户的对应关系;
用户烹饪数据库:用于存储各个用户的烹饪习惯和烹饪喜好,并存储用户烹饪菜单与用户的对应关系;
个性化烹饪菜单:该烹饪菜单为用户定制菜单,包括但不限定用户自己输入菜单、网络下载菜单和用户所喜好的设备出厂自带菜单,该烹饪菜单需满足用户个性化喜好需求。
通过图5所示的烹饪设备实现本发明实施例的烹饪方法时,分为两个 阶段:第一阶段,建立用户烹饪数据库和声纹特征数据库;第二阶段,自动识别用户声纹特征数据,推送个性化的烹饪菜单。
在第一阶段中,烹饪设备多次采集用户声纹特征数据,存储声纹图谱数据,建立声纹特征数据库。采集当前用户的声纹特征数据之后,用户设置所喜好烹饪过程,机器记录并存储当前用户的个性化设置,建立用户烹饪数据库。此外,烹饪设备记录当前用户的烹饪过程,统计用户使用频率最高的烹饪菜单,形成用户烹饪数据库。同时,建立用户烹饪数据库与声纹特征数据库中身份标识的映射关系。
在第二阶段中,用户说话(内容包括但不限定:屏幕显示数字/文字、开机指令/操作指令)的过程中,采集用户的声纹特征数据,在声纹特征数据库中查询当前用户的身份标识,依据建立好的映射关系,检索用户喜好的烹饪菜单,向用户推送个性化的烹饪菜单。
上述方案中,采集用户声纹特征数据之后,如果声纹特征数据库中包含当前用户的声纹特征数据,那么检索用户习惯和爱好的烹饪菜单;如果声纹库中不包含当前用户的声纹特征数据,那么会提示当前用户进行新用户录入,参照图6。
上述方案中,通过声纹特征数据识别确认用户的身份标识之后,如果用户烹饪数据库里面包含当前用户的身份标识,那么推送个性化的烹饪菜单;如果用户烹饪数据库中不包含当前用户的身份标识,那么会推送烹饪设备内置的烹饪菜单,参照图7。
下面结合实施例对本发明的控制界面的显示方法进行描述。
实施例一
参见图8,其示出了本发明实施例提供的一种控制界面的显示方法,该方法可以应用于具有控制界面的家电设备,该方法可以包括:
步骤801:采集声音信息;
需要说明的是,声音信息可以包括从采集到的用户的声音信号中所获取的用户对应的声纹信息;可以理解地,由于声纹信息具有特定性以及相对稳定性这两个特点,从而能够进行用户的识别。
可以理解地,上述声音信息能够唯一地识别出用户个体,能够将不同用户进行区分。
步骤802:根据所述采集到的声音信息查询已有的声音信息与身份信息之间的第一映射关系,获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息;
需要说明的是,由于声音信息能够唯一地识别出用户个体,能够将不同用户进行区分,因此,声音信息与用户身份信息之间具有映射关系。所以在步骤802中,家电设备可以通过声音信息查询该映射关系,从而识别出具体的用户,并得到声音信息对应的用户身份信息。
步骤803:根据所述用户身份信息查询预设的用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系,获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
需要说明的是,由于不同用户在日常生活中对于同一家电设备的操作习惯和喜好是不同的,因此,不同的控制界面参数能够体现出不同用户的操作习惯及喜好。
具体地,控制界面参数可以包括但不限于:控制界面的显示颜色、亮度、对比度,控制界面的显示区域范围,控制界面中各应用程序标识的显示区域范围,控制界面中应用程序标识的排列顺序,控制界面中各应用程序的默认初始值等。
以微波炉为例,微波炉常用功能可以包括热饭、热菜、热牛奶、热面包、解冻、爆米花等功能,而这些功能需要通过具体的应用程序来实现,在微波炉的控制界面中可以设置这些功能所对应的应用程序标识来进行体现,当控制界面接收到用户针对相应的应用程序标识进行操作时,微波炉就能够启动标识对应的应用程序来实现对应的功能。
步骤804:根据所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数进行界面显示。
需要说明的是,当查询得到用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数后,家电设备就可以根据控制界面参数进行显示。
对于图8所示的技术方案,家电设备能够根据采集到用户的声音信息识别出当前用户,并且针对当前用户提供对应的控制界面显示,能够使得家电设备的控制界面适应不同用户的习惯和喜好,满足用户的个性化需求,提高了用户通过控制界面操作家电设备的效率。
示例性地,当采集到两个以上生物特征时,表示当前有两个用户,因此,家电设备就需要从中确定主用户,所以,参见图9,图8所示的技术方案还可以包括:
步骤901:获取所有采集到的声音信息的属性值;
步骤902:根据所有采集到的声音信息的属性值以及预设的选取策略从所有采集到的声音信息的属性值中选取主声音信息;
步骤903:根据所述主声音信息查询所述第一映射关系,获取所述主声音信息所对应的主用户身份信息;
步骤904:根据所述主用户身份信息查询所述第二映射关系,获取所述主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
步骤905:根据所述主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数进行界面显示。
具体地,对于图9所示的技术方案,由于采集到的声音信息的类型不同,因此声音信息的属性值也对应不同。例如,当声音信息为两个以上的用户的声音信号时,声音信息的属性值可以是声音内容,也可以是声音信号的强度,那么当采集到的声音信号中的声音内容与预设的声音内容一致时,确定该声音信号为主用户对应的主声音信息;或者当采集到的声音信号中,声音强度最高的声音信号确定为主用户对应的主声音信息。可以理 解地,上述例子仅用于针对声音信息的属性值确定主用户对应的主声音信息的具体实现举例,并非对技术方案的具体限定。
当确定主声音信息之后,家电设备就能够根据主声音信息查询第一映射关系,获取主声音信息对应的主用户身份信息,随后通过查询第二映射关系获取主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数。这些步骤的具体实现过程与图1所示的技术方案类似,在此不再赘述。
示例性地,在图8所示的技术方案之前,还需要包括对第一映射关系和第二映射关系进行预先的学习过程,所以,在步骤801之前,参见图10,还可以包括:
S100A:采集用户的声音信息,并建立声音信息与用户身份信息之间的第一映射关系;
S100B:收集所述用户的操作习惯,根据所述用户的操作习惯建立对应的控制界面参数;
S100C:建立用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系。
可以理解地,通过图10所示的技术方案,家电设备已经通过日常的学习过程保存了第一映射关系和第二映射关系,并且可以将第一映射关系和第二映射关系保存在相应的用户身份数据库和用户操作习惯数据库中,从而能够为图8或图9所示的技术方案提供查询依据。
示例性地,当通过步骤802的查询过程无法获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息时,那么就说明当前操作家电设备的是新用户,因此,家电设备可以通过提示的方式提示新用户进行身份信息录入,所以,该方法还可以包括:
显示提示信息;其中,所述提示信息用于提示录入新用户的身份信息及新用户的声音信息;
以及,接收所述新用户的身份信息和所述新用户的声音信息,并在所 述第一映射关系中新增所述新用户的身份信息和所述新用户的声音信息之间的映射关系。
示例性地,当通过步骤802的查询过程无法获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息时,那么就说明当前操作家电设备的是新用户;或者,当通过步骤803的查询过程无法获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数时,那么说明家电设备中并没有学习保存针对该用户操作习惯和喜好的控制界面参数,因此,家电设备也可以按照预设的默认控制界面参数进行界面显示。
可以理解地,预设的默认控制界面参数可以是家电设备在出厂时设定的初始值,属于通用的控制界面显示。
本实施例提供了一种控制界面的显示方法,家电设备能够根据采集到用户的声音信息识别出当前用户,并且针对当前用户提供对应的控制界面显示,能够使得家电设备的控制界面适应不同用户的习惯和喜好,满足用户的个性化需求,提高了用户通过控制界面操作家电设备的效率。
实施例二
基于前述实施例相同的技术构思,本实施例对上述实施例的技术方案在具体实现过程进行说明,在本实施例中,操作家电设备的用户数量为1,家电设备以微波炉为例,用户的声音信息为用户的声纹信息。参见图11,本实施例的技术方案可以包括:
步骤1101:微波炉采集到用户的声纹信息;
步骤1102:微波炉根据用户的声纹信息查询已有的声纹信息与用户身份信息之间的第一映射关系;当能够查询到所述用户的声纹信息所对应的用户身份信息时,转至步骤1103;当无法查询到所述用户的声纹信息所对应的用户身份信息时,转至步骤1105或步骤1106;
步骤1103:根据所述用户身份信息查询预设的用户身份信息与控制界 面参数之间的第二映射关系;当能够查询到所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数时,转至步骤1104;当无法查询到所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数时,转至步骤1106;
步骤1104:根据所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数进行界面显示。
步骤1105:接收用户输入的身份信息并建立所述采集到的声纹信息与所述输入的身份信息之间的第一映射关系。
步骤1106:按照预设的默认控制界面参数进行界面显示。
对于图11所示的技术方案,需要说明的是,通常情况下,微波炉的控制界面如图12所示,这是微波炉在出厂时初始设置的默认控制界面,从图5中可以看出,微波炉常用功能可以包括热饭、热菜、热牛奶、热面包、解冻、爆米花等功能,这些功能分别需要具体的应用程序来实现,因此,控制界面中设置了这些功能对应的应用程序标识来体现,具体如图5所示,为文字提醒的图标。当控制界面接收到用户针对相应的应用程序标识进行操作时,微波炉就能够启动标识对应的应用程序来实现对应的功能。
当微波炉采集到用户的声纹信息,并根据声纹信息查询第一映射关系确定为用户A时,可以通过查询第二映射关系获取用户A对应的控制界面参数,该控制界面参数所对应的控制界面显示体现了用户A的日常操作习惯和喜好。微波炉可以在日常接收用户A的操作过程中,根据用户A对于微波炉各种功能的操作频率确定用户A的操作习惯及喜好,比如,用户A为男生,通常使用微波炉进行爆米花及热菜功能,因此,微波炉可以将用户A所对应的控制界面参数进行显示的控制界面用冷色系界面背景,并且按照用户A所对应的控制界面参数进行显示的控制界面可以如图13所示,将爆米花和热牛奶两个功能对应的应用程序图标放置在前排显著的位置,便于用户A进行操作,而且进一步地,微波炉还能够在日常接收用户A的操作过程中,确定用户A对于各功能所对应的参数,例如,用户A在使用 热牛奶过程中,通常使用的功能参数为低火档位30秒,于是,当微波炉接收到用户A对热牛奶功能的操作后,如图14所示,优先显示低火档位30秒这一功能参数供用户A选择,并提供相应的功能参数修改控件供用户A进行修改和调整。具体的调整控件可以设置在控制界面中,也可以通过在家电设备的控制面板设定对应的机械物理按键实现,本实施例对此不做赘述。
实施例三
基于前述实施例相同的技术构思,本实施例对上述实施例的技术方案在具体实现过程进行说明,在本实施例中,操作家电设备的用户数量为2,家电设备以微波炉为例。在本实施例中,当微波炉采集到两个用户的声音信息时,可以根据声音信息中的声音内容是否与预设的声音内容一致时,来确定主声音信号,例如,设定预设的声音内容为“你好微波炉”,那么当微波炉采集到“你好微波炉”以及“工作微波炉”这两个声音信号时,可以将“你好微波炉”这一声音信号确定为主声音信号;或者,微波炉可以根据声音信息中的声音强度确定声音强度最高的声音信号为主声音信号;在确定了主声音信号之后,微波炉就可以根据实施例二的技术方案针对主声音信号执行相应的步骤;本实施例对此不再赘述。
实施例四
基于前述实施例相同的技术构思,参见图15,其示出了本发明实施例提供的一种控制界面的显示装置80,所述装置80应用于具有控制界面的家电设备中,所述装置80包括:采集模块801、第一查询模块802、第二查询模块803和显示控制模块804;其中,

  1. 一种烹饪方法,所述方法包括:
    采集用户的声纹特征数据,对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识;
    根据所述用户的身份标识,查找与所述用户的身份标识相对应的烹饪菜单,所述烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法;
    将查找到的所述烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪方法,其中,所述采集用户的声纹特征数据之前,所述方法还包括:
    建立用户烹饪数据库和用户声纹特征数据库,其中,所述用户烹饪数据库中存储有各个用户的身份标识与烹饪菜单之间的映射关系;所述用户声纹特征数据库中存储有各个用户的身份标识与声纹特征数据之间的映射关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪方法,其中,所述采集用户的声纹特征数据,对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识,包括:
    采集用户的声纹特征数据,在所述用户声纹特征数据库中查找与所述声纹特征数据相匹配的身份标识;

    检查到烹饪器具中有所述目标食物时,根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    采集用户的声纹特征数据的同时,识别用户的声音语义;基于所述用户的声音语义,确定待烹饪的目标食物;或者,
    利用摄像头识别烹饪器具中的食物,作为待烹饪的目标食物。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪方法,其中,所述烹饪菜单包括所述目标食物的一种以上制作方法;相应地,所述方法还包括:
    获取到所述用户针对所述烹饪菜单的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定所述目标食物的制作方法;
    确定与所述目标食物的制作方法相对应的烹饪控制指令;
    根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
  9. 根据权利要求6或8所述的烹饪方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获得到针对所述烹饪菜单的调整操作时,基于所述调整操作对所述烹饪菜单中的烹饪控制指令进行更新。
  10. 一种烹饪设备,所述烹饪设备包括:
    采集单元,配置为采集用户的声纹特征数据;
    处理单元,配置为对所述声纹特征数据进行识别,得到所述用户的身份标识;根据所述用户的身份标识,查找与所述用户的身份标识相对应的烹饪菜单,所述烹饪菜单包括食物的一种以上制作方法;
    交互单元,配置为将查找到的所述烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述烹饪设备还包括:
    存储单元,配置为建立用户烹饪数据库和用户声纹特征数据库,其中,所述用户烹饪数据库中存储有各个用户的身份标识与烹饪菜单之间的映射关系;所述用户声纹特征数据库中存储有各个用户的身份标识与声纹特征数据之间的映射关系。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述采集单元,具体配置为:采集用户的声纹特征数据;
    所述处理单元,具体配置为:在所述用户声纹特征数据库中查找与所述声纹特征数据相匹配的身份标识;根据所述用户的身份标识,在所述用户烹饪数据库中查找与所述身份标识相匹配的烹饪菜单。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述交互单元,还配置为如果在所述用户声纹特征数据库中未查找到与所述声纹特征数据相匹配的身份标识,则发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于向用户提示进行新用户的信息设置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述交互单元,还配置为如果在所述用户烹饪数据库中未查找与所述身份标识相匹配的烹饪菜单,则将默认烹饪菜单推送给所述用户。
  15. 根据权利要求10至14任一项所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述烹饪设备还包括:烹饪单元,配置为获取到所述用户针对所述烹饪菜单的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定待烹饪的目标食物以及所述目标食 物的制作方法;确定与所述目标食物的制作方法相对应的烹饪控制指令;检查到烹饪器具中有所述目标食物时,根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述采集单元,还配置为采集用户的声纹特征数据的同时,识别用户的声音语义;基于所述用户的声音语义,确定待烹饪的目标食物;或者,
    所述烹饪设备还包括:图像识别单元,配置为识别烹饪器具中的食物,作为待烹饪的目标食物。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述烹饪设备还包括:烹饪单元,配置为获取到所述用户针对所述烹饪菜单的选择操作时,基于所述选择操作确定所述目标食物的制作方法;确定与所述目标食物的制作方法相对应的烹饪控制指令;根据所述烹饪控制指令自动对所述目标食物进行烹饪。
  18. 根据权利要15或17所述的烹饪设备,其中,所述烹饪设备还包括:交互单元,配置为获得到针对所述烹饪菜单的调整操作时,基于所述调整操作对所述烹饪菜单中的烹饪控制指令进行更新。
  19. 一种控制界面的显示方法,所述方法应用于具有控制界面的家电设备,所述方法包括:
    采集声音信息;
    根据所述采集到的声音信息查询已有的声音信息与身份信息之间的第一映射关系,获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息;
    根据所述用户身份信息查询预设的用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系,获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
    根据所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数进行界面显示。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述声音信息包括声音信 号中的声纹信息。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,当采集到两个以上声音信息时,所述方法还包括:
    获取所有采集到的声音信息的属性值;
    根据所有采集到的声音信息的属性值以及预设的选取策略从所有采集到的声音信息的属性值中选取主声音信息;
    根据所述主声音信息查询所述第一映射关系,获取所述主声音信息所对应的主用户身份信息;
    根据所述主用户身份信息查询所述第二映射关系,获取所述主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
    根据所述主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数进行界面显示。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,在采集声音信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    采集用户的声音信息,并建立声音信息与用户身份信息之间的第一映射关系;
    收集所述用户的操作习惯,根据所述用户的操作习惯建立对应的控制界面参数;
    建立用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,当无法获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息时,所述方法还包括:
    显示提示信息;其中,所述提示信息用于提示录入新用户的身份信息及新用户的声音信息;
    接收所述新用户的身份信息和所述新用户的声音信息,并在所述第一映射关系中新增所述新用户的身份信息和所述新用户的声音信息之间的映射关系。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,当无法获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息,或,无法获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数时,所述方法还包括:按照预设的默认控制界面参数进行界面显示。
  25. 一种控制界面的显示装置,所述装置应用于具有控制界面的家电设备,所述装置包括:采集模块、第一查询模块、第二查询模块和显示控制模块;其中,
    所述采集模块,配置为采集声音信息;
    所述第一查询模块,配置为根据所述采集到的声音信息查询已有的声音信息与身份信息之间的第一映射关系,获取所述采集到的声音信息所对应的用户身份信息;
    所述第二查询模块,配置为根据所述用户身份信息查询预设的用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系,获取所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
    所述显示控制模块,配置为根据所述用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数控制所述家电设备的控制界面的显示。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述声音信息包括声音信号中的声纹信息。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,当所述采集模块采集到两个以上声音信息时,所述装置还包括获取模块和选取模块;其中,
    所述获取模块,配置为获取所有采集到的声音信息的属性值;
    所述选取模块,配置为根据所有采集到的声音信息的属性值以及预设的选取策略从所有采集到的声音信息的属性值中选取主声音信息;
    所述第一查询模块,还配置为根据所述主声音信息查询所述第一映射关系,获取所述主声音信息所对应的主用户身份信息;
    所述第二查询模块,还配置为根据所述主用户身份信息查询所述第二映射关系,获取所述主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数;
    所述显示控制模块,还配置为根据所述主用户身份信息对应的控制界面参数控制所述家电设备的控制界面的显示。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第一建立模块、收集模块和第二建立模块;其中,
    所述第一建立模块,配置为采集用户的声音信息,并建立声音信息与用户身份信息之间的第一映射关系;
    所述收集模块,配置为收集所述用户的操作习惯,根据所述用户的操作习惯建立对应的控制界面参数;
    所述第二建立模块,配置为建立用户身份信息与控制界面参数之间的第二映射关系。
  29. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述显示控制模块,还配置为控制所述家电设备的控制界面显示提示信息;其中,所述提示信息用于提示录入新用户的身份信息及新用户的声音信息;
    所述装置还包括:接收模块和更新模块;其中,
    所述接收模块,配置为接收所述新用户的身份信息和所述新用户的声音信息;
    所述更新模块,配置为在所述第一映射关系中新增所述新用户的身份信息和所述新用户的声音信息之间的映射关系。
  30. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述显示控制模块,还配置为按照预设的默认控制界面参数控制所述家电设备的控制界面的显示。
  31. 一种家电设备,其中,所述家电设备包括控制界面以及权利要求25至30任一项所述的控制界面显示装置。
  32. 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法步骤,或者权利要求19-24任一项所述的方法步骤。
